The oil used to anoint Aaron was holy anointing oil.
The holy anointing oil was a mixture of four spices in oil. The spices were myrrh, cinnamon, cane, and cassia. The spices were mixed together in olive oil. They were different spices mixed together to make a wonderful fragrance - a holy oil. What a picture of unity. It is a picture of very different people, yet people who are united.
Conclusion:
When these spices were mixed with oil, the oil became holy oil. It was not the oil that was holy but the mixture. By themselves the spices could not make a holy oil. God did not ask for three measurements of myrrh, but required four different spices. God could have used just one spice, but He did not do that. It is a great reminder for us that we need each other to provoke one another to love and good deeds ( Heb. 10:24). The body of Jesus Christ is made up of all types of people.
Jesus is our High Priest. He sits at the right hand of God. Who ever lives to make intercession for the saints of God. (That's us)
He is the head; we are his body. The anointing oil upon his head, runs down his collar, upon everyone who is become a part of his body.
My comment: we ought all to consider each other parts of his body, that form the whole body. Treat each other accordingly.
We are responsible for the Light that he bestows upon us. We find that light in the Gospel Books of the Bible. To the revelation that He gave to his apostles. To the revelation that his apostles gave to us, the new believers. The Body of Christ.
Don't despise. Dwell in love. Preach and teach in love. Correct in love and mercy. Always reveal the Fruits of the Holy Spirit, which the Son of God was crucified, then rose again..
That Jesus gave to His Church, the Body; on the Day of Pentecost.
Aaron would've wanted for the perfume to stay on his robes.
Obviously, CHRIST's Salvific Work is sufficient to save all, but proves efficient only for the elect (e.g. 2Thes. 2:13; 1Pet. 1:2).
Paul dedicated the entire context of this chapter ( 1Cor. 15) to the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of CHRIST (vv. 3-9) as irrefutable proof (vv. 20-21) that all GOD's people will experience the same Resurrection as did CHRIST (vv. 22-23; 42-44; cp. Rom. 6:5).
The unsaved will not experience this glorious "Resurrection of Life", but rather and sadly, "they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation" ( Jn. 5:29).
Paul used the all-inclusive adjective "all" to include every individual whom GOD saves in CHRIST JESUS. First, every individual believer ("all") will physically die because all inherit Adam's sin nature at birth ( Rom. 5:12). Second, CHRIST will make every individual believer ("all") alive at the eschatological Resurrection ( Jn. 11:24-25).
Actually, Scriptures repeatedly prove most will not come to JESUS CHRIST, GOD's MEDIATOR ( 1Tim. 2:5) for Salvation as CHRIST proclaimed ( Mt. 7:13): "For wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat."
The adjective "all" does include every individual "whosoever" of whom CHRIST included in HIS Salvific Proclamation, "whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish, but have Everlasting Life" ( Jn. 3:16).
Even JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF clearly stated HE did not come to provide universal Salvation, for two Gospel writers quote CHRIST as proclaiming of HIMSELF, "The SON OF MAN came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give HIS Life a Ransom for many" ( Mt. 20:28; Mk. 10:45). In these two verses, the adjective "many" translates from the Greek adjective (transliterated "polus"' pronounced "po-LOOS") which speaks of a well-defined selection of individuals out of the whole whom CHRIST chose and elected to save.
My problem with the second verse is not that I don't know that oil is symbolic as the Holy Spirit, but why that oil had to flow over Aaron's garments.
Jeremiah 1:4-10
I hope you understand this is prophecy about Jesus Christ; not Jeremiah. Read all the way to verse 10.
God is Love and is often emphasized but we probably don't emphasize enough on the judgment of God and the fear of the LORD.
You often hear "God loves you, he wants you with him" but they neglect to tell them God is Holy and hates sin, repent and turn to him or you are going to Hell.
Proverbs 9:10-11. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.
HERE IT SPEAKS OF REVERENCE.
There is occasion where we don't fear
and that's when we are testifying.
Here in Timothy the word fear is to not be timid.
2 Timothy 1:6-8 (KJV) Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
We are not to have fear when we are in the will of God testifying to the truth God displaying faith in God.
Hopefully someone can add to this and bless us with more wisdom on this.
Thanks Boyd.
The word of God is a mystery; it is a HIDDEN treasure. What appears to be natural most often has a HIDDEN meaning.
Psalms 133:2 IT (the oil; the higher meaning is the HOLY SPIRIT) is like the precious ointment (when some one was called to do God's work they had their heads anointed with oil; which was the Holy Spirit, the WORKS OF GOD were performed by them through the power of the HOLY SPIRIT) that ran down on the beard; even Aaron's beard (Aaron was anointed as a high priest (but the true meaning is; Christ was always chosen to be our HIGH PRIEST, Aaron's beard is CHRIST): that (the oil, the anointing, the HOLY SPIRIT) went down to the skirts of his garments (WE ARE CHRIST GARMENTS; the anointing has come down to us; to make us PRIEST UNTO GOD)
Revelation 5:10 And (CHRIST) hast made us unto our God kings and priest, and we shall reign on earth.
God is the righteous judge of all circumstances, His righteous judgment is not restricted by circumstances, time or anything else.
He gets it right every time!
That's why we trust him.
I hope that helps,
Hopefully someone else have something to add.
God bless you.

God bless you
Obviously you took my post incorrectly. I'll try using Scriptures again.
I never said Christ and the Father was not a relationship. You brought this up. I never said Christ is the Father or the Father is Christ as it seems you took it. I know it's a Father Son relationship. Again John 10:30, John 14:11, John 17:21. Revelation 3:21. For a couple.
Some say the Father being in Christ means He left Heaven. God spoke from Heaven several times proving that false. Matthew 3:17, Matthew 17:5, John 12:28.
Here are a couple stating the Spirit of Truth or Holy Ghost as He/Him: John 14:17, John 14:26. Putting the three in ONE as in 1 John 5:7.
As I've been trying to answer your questions though you seemed to have veered from mine. No one knows the depths and ways of God. He can do anything He wants. Isaiah 40:28, Isaiah 55:8-9. Just like giving all His power and authority to His Son so we honor Him just as we honor the Father. Matthew 28:18, John 5:22-23. Not knowing your beliefs on this but no one can say Christ did not exist before He was born here. Christ Himself stated this and there are other Scriptures that back this up also. John 17:4-5. All I do is use the Scriptures. I have no private interpretation as that is not what the Scriptures are for. 2 Peter 1:20.
Nothing is falling apart for me. I've given you many Scriptural verses as I have not seen one from you. Also I really don't even know your motive for making the first post the other night. The reason I made the reply is because you said something about a "man made trinity doctrine". Which I showed you is not man made it's Biblical.
Still not getting into how many titles the Father and Son share. Not knowing if it would make any difference to you.
I'm not here to argue and don't take my post that way please. You may have your own view.
Again as I hope I've answered your questions. I'll just leave the one again.
Do you believe the Scriptures I've posted?
Thank you. God Bless.
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Subject: Word
2The same was in the beginning with God.
Subject: Word (because it says "The same was..." so it's the same Word)
3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Subject: Word. In this language we are still talking about the same entity, unless there's an obvious change.
4In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Subject: Word, and introduced a new synonym: the "light of men"
5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Subject: Word, using the new name "light"
6There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
Subject: John. See how when it changes subjects, it's obvious? There was a man... whose name was John.
So, if what you're saying is true about He/Him in v3 suddenly switching characters without warning, it's inconsistent with the rest of the writing.
Then in v6-7 it says that John came to witness to the Light who is the Word, and it only further confirms it's Jesus as in v14 it says the Word became flesh. I wonder how you would interpret that to fit your current belief?
Do you believe Jesus is Lord? Romans 10:9.
Do you believe the Lord is God as it says in John 20:28?
God bless...

The Gift of Freewill
But...its only a Gift,when used wisely.
a curse when not.
Everyone has the Freewill choice'
A' is life
B ' is deth
If a person does not choose A or B
then it defaults to B.
simply because A was not chosen (thru Freewill)
He health the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
This verse tells us that God ministers to us when we are brokenhearted-
And brings comfort and healing to our wounded hearts.
2 Corinthians 1:3
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort.
"But God, who is from everlasting, who is holy and righteous all together, cannot and never will change, for He is only truth, and out of truth no change can come.
With God, there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning ( James 1:17)."
"...God is different; He is outnumbered, outclassed , set aside, rejected, and spoken evil of when it is suitable to man's cause, but when He comes to the earth again as a Judge, He will still be different. The masses will be facing One whom they rejected in life as incompatible, unreasonable, and not fair. He will be the only One to speak: "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...enter into the joy of thy lord" ( Matthew 25:21). "...depart from me, ye that work iniquity ( Matthew 7:23)."
written by a brother minister in 1981.
John 12:49
"For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak."
John 14:10
"Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works."

This is not so according to ( Jeremiah 1:4-5) Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
2 Corinthians 5:8
King James Version
1 Corinthians 2:14
"But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."
John 4:24
"God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."
God Bless
This is where your grave error starts. The "Him" and "He" in John 1:3,4 is refering to God. Not the Son of God or the mythological god the son. The Word is God and God is a Spirit. Just like you have your word. Your word is not another person from you. It is you. When you speak, it is you who speaks, not a co equal person.
God did not become a man, he is not a man. But God was manifest in the flesh, he came in the flesh.
