Dear Richard in Christ a brother by faith, I just re-listened to a dream told by a brother on what's app of a Angel visiting him a year ago January where he was shown by the Angel a clear view across the sea underneath and that a dread was coming this way but not to fear. The Angel said that the this was not the end but the end would be soon. The Angel was very comforting to the brother as they moved together in the vision. The brother described the Angel as pure. He felt like this vision was for himself and all he could share with to prepare our hearts and lives for the end. Just now my wife came home with a book written by an old preacher in 1985 that has been re-printed. It is called "Today may be later than we think."

My vision in the early 90's was the Lamb simply in a cloud eating of the cloud's pasture in all humility.

    God bless our meditations.

But now we see not yet all things put under him (man); v.8 = Due to man's sinful nature, compounded with the curse GOD pronounced upon creation due to Adam's sin, man has yet to fully subdue, manipulate, and control creation, his environment, and even himself.

While man is able to tame wild animals for domestic use, he does so with great difficulty and even potential peril to his limb and life. Even now, man traverses land, sea, and air with simply a whim and will, yet these elements still pose great risks and hazards that regularly cause unspeakable disasters and deaths. Man relentlessly attempts his vain efforts to control the weather and climate to no avail. His attempts to cause the clouds to rain ultimately mock him. He lies helplessly under the demolishing power of tornadoes, hurricanes, and tsunamis to his own destruction. Man has yet, nor will he ever, formulate a flawless government under which every citizen lives in a safe utopian society, wherein his every need and want are met, and he lives in happiness, contentment, and fulfillment. Every man has his enemies over whom he has no influence or control. Although man spends untold fortunes during his lifetime to slow the process of aging, he continues to march relentlessly to his ultimate grave. Man has yet to cure certain diseases that ravages the body unto death. Man has no control over his own sinful penchants that diminishes his "glory and honor" (v.7). Death is the greatest enemy man faces, yet he has no power over his own inevitable demise.

Only when "in CHRIST shall all be made alive" ( 1Cor. 15:22), will man finally and fully experience one MAN, The GOD-MAN, LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO "hath put all things under HIS Feet when all things shall be subdued unto HIM" ( 1Cor. 15:24-28; 2thes. 1:7-10). Only then, when HE shall make "Righteousness the girdle of his loins" shall HE tame the wild animal and man alike to live in perfect harmony (read Isa. 11:5-9).

    My brothers and sisters,

I will try to keep this short. I am writing this because our Father said He would like if I did. As I was praying this morning to the Lord, what I felt He wanted me to tell you was this. That our Lord is in the clouds already and is closer than we may think.

I cannot discern this in that He could have always been in the clouds with us or that He is closer than He has been for a long time.

As of coarse we who are with the Lord have been Blessed to receive of His Holy Spirit and Christ resides in us as dear children of our Father. He knows each and every single one of us.

The world we live in I believe is in much worse a state than we think. As many, many, things are being done behind the scenes. Deception is huge and very big things are happening very rapidly that are changing the world. More than we know.

The most important message to you all from this post is to draw close to the Lord. No matter what happens in this world keep your faith and trust fully in the Lord. He cherishes very much those who draw close to Him. We have nothing to fear. As Jesus Christ said "fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul".

God Bless you my brothers and sisters.

So, let's say... If I walk away from Christ and back to The World?/... You, are saying I can't have my name Blotted Out?/ if I commit suicide...You! say I'm still saved?/... or I leave Jesus's save hands and follow the devil saying no one can pluck them out of my hand? but I make the wrong choices and I'm a goner. So what's changed... Thank-You! for your (time)

    Isaac,

It seems you are putting a lot of time trying to explain things that happened thousands of years ago and you nor anyone else knows the exact answer.

I know there are many different theories of what really happened in the garden of Eden, other creations, and things that you are bringing up.

Like someone else stated. What does this have to do with our Lord Jesus Christ and living for the Will of our Father in Heaven? I believe we should focus more on our lives in how we can draw closer to the Lord in love. Stay focused on the Word and live by it. Do what makes God happy and you will receive Blessings from Him.

I'm really not that interested in trying to discern how this, or that, happened or why. One day when we are with the Lord if you have any questions they will be answered in truth.

Please don't take my post harshly. Though the details of what really happened thousands of years ago, about creation, does not interest me much at all. I very much enjoy seeing actual remains of things like Noah's ark, the remains of Sodom and Gomorrah, artifacts of the Red Sea crossing etc.

I do my best to focus on the Lord and my relationship with Him and our Father in Heaven. Amen.

    God Bless.

Isaac, I am not a believer of the gap theory or a world before this one and it was wiped out and God started over. I believe our world started as scripture says. First the Gentiles is not a race of people and has nothing to do with creation. When we read the word Gentile, the meaning non-Israelite or non-Jew that has been taught is what we understand. The term is used by English translators for the Hebrew (goy) and (nokhri) in the Hebrew and the Greek word (thn) in the New Testament. The term "gentiles" is derived from Latin word gentilis, which means one who is not a Roman citizen. It was used for contextual translation, and not an original Hebrew or Greek word from the Bible.

The original words goy and ethnos refer to "peoples" or "nations" and are applied to both Israelites and non-Israelites in the Bible. The word Gentile has taken on a different meaning and it sometimes complicates the understanding, same as the word Jew. The main thing, when we see the word Gentile it does not automatically mean non-Jew as it stands for today, and now, anyone of Judaism is a Jew which also is not reliable. In most cases, it means nations, even the nation of Israel. If you read the word Gentile it is saying people or nation singular or plural.

Adam was not Jewish, Abraham, was not Jewish, the word Jew started in Babylon captivity as an abbreviated slang term for Judahite, a resident of the southern kingdom of Judah. Adam was the start of the genealogy to Jesus. The tree of life was in the garden of Eden, when they sinned, they were taken out of the garden and Cherubims, and a flaming sword barded the way back in so they would not eat of it and live forever. Scripture does not say they lost their immortality it says the tree was barred from them so they would not have immortality.

    God bless, Ron

    Michael,

Brother Bailey gave a great response. I would like to share a little more with you if I may. Galatians 6:10 says, "As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good to all men."

That word good is the word AGATHOS. It's the good of God. It doesn't mean do humanitarian good things. It means the goodness of the Spirit of God ministering through us to others.

As you have opportunity, do good to all men. It's not human effort. It's the Spirit of God working through the believer that causes that believer to do good to others.

And then it says, "Especially unto them that are of the household of faith." The believers in Christ are top priority!

There are too many churches that make the non-believer the priority and they don't take care of their own.

Many believers go without food, and the church can be going through difficult financial circumstances, but they are willing to spend thousands of dollars on advertising and on various church programs in order to attract more people to their church. And the church suffers because we are not taking care of our own.

My prayer is that God would raise up believers with a care and concern to reach other believers. That would be nice!

In fact Jesus said, all men will know that you're my disciples when you have love for one another, meaning other believers. Brothers and sisters in Christ have top priority. No one should experience the inability to live and function with food and clothing and shelter.

So the conclusion is let us do good for all men, but especially to those who are of the household of faith.

I only said 8th day when it was the first day if the new week. Many think that Genesis 2 is just a recount, in more detail, of Genesis 1. But what if it's not, and we have been translated it wrong the whole time?

God cast Adam and Eve out of the garden when they sinned. Just like Lucifer was cast out of Heaven when he sinned. Why? Because sin cannot exist when eternity exists unless you are in Hell. But, why were not the animals God Formed also removed from the garden? And why was a angel placed at the entrance to the garden, and why did not Adam and Eve has access to the rest of the earth before sin? Only after sin?

Why did God only walk with Adam and Eve in the Garden but not outside it?

So why repeat what happened in Genesis 1 in Genesis 2 if the creation was the same as Genesis 1? Unless it was a separate creation?
  • Issac Bourne - In Reply on James 1 - 4 years ago
Question Ron: If the gentiles were of the same creation, then why did the gentiles have to be included into the tree of life with the Jewish peoples? They should have already been part of that.
  • Barbara - In Reply on Ecclesiasticus 43 - 4 years ago
I agree with you. It was so special and very apt.
  • Issac Bourne - In Reply on James 1 - 4 years ago
Gap theory is easy to disprove once you understand what Form actually means.

    God created 3 different ways:

    1) Spoken word creation aka speaking something from nothing.

    2) Bring forth creation aka commanding what has already been created to bring forth more life.

    3) Formed creation aka Man was formed by the hand of God.

So when the Bible says: The earth was without form, it's speaking of what God would Form (man) with His bare hands. And that until Man was Formed, the creation of the earth was void aka empty. So God was not relaying the physical condition of the earth. But the reason the earth was being created aka for man to live upon. Besides, why would God create anything without physical form?

Old earth creation does not have a timeline of it's own. it uses the evolution timeline which means it's a branch off of the evolution idea. Proof? Remove the evolution timeline, and using the Bible only, come up with a timeline that's would be considered Biblical only. It cannot be done.

Moses was the most educated writer of the Bible. He was to be Pharaoh, so he had a Pharaoh's education. In fact his education in math exceeded all the other writers of the Bible as he illustrated when he wrote this.

    Genesis 24:60 KJV

And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou art our sister, be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess the gate of those which hate them.

He showed not only could he express 1 million, but also 1 billion. What is 1,000 times 1 million? It's 1 billion. So if millions and billions of years were needed to be expressed during creation, it would have been. But that not what it said. Instead the 4 parts of a 24 hour day was expressed. And even on day 4 when solar time keeping was created, the expression of a 24 hour day stayed the same. Which means time stayed the same from 24 hour day to 24 hour day.
  • Brother Bailey - In Reply on Galatians 6 - 4 years ago
The household of faith is the Church which is the believers in Christ. In 1 John we are told if we love Christ we will love our brother also. We are expected to love and show care to everyone, but especially to our own family, which is other believers in Christ.

The event that took out the dinosaurs was the Worldwide flood. A flood has a pecking order of how it would lay out the fossils. The pecking order is:

    1) Because aquatic life already live in the water, they would not be drowning during the flood, right? So they would get buried in the sediments in the order they lived top to bottom. That order is:

    a) Bottom dwellers first.

    b) Mid dwellers second.

    c) Top dwellers last.

And that's the order we see in the Bottom half of the fossil record. Google the fossil record image and see for yourself.

    2) Because aquatic life and land life did not live together, there should be a visible separation point in the fossil record. And there is, right in the middle. Where the aquatic life fades and land life appears and continues. The problem with aquatic life fading and land life increasing is that there is 230,000 known aquatic life species. And what's left in the last time era is what's available to evolve in the next time era. The problem is that in the time era before what is now, there were hardly any aquatic life to speak of. Almost nothing to 230,000 species?

    3) But there is not enough water on the earth to flood it to the highest mountain. Yes their is. Recently they found that the upper mantle of the earth contains water. oceans worth of water. Go to youtube and search: Oceans inside the earth. They also found that water has a 4th type of existence, instead of just 3 (solid liquid gas). And that forth phase of existence only exists in the upper mantle. I'd leave links but that's not allowed.

    4) And because the earth does not have a solid core, that much water being on the surface would make the earth shrink making the pangea a real event before the flood.

    5) The earth was flooded twice? Dry land did not appear until day 3 in creation: Genesis 1:And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
  • Issac Bourne - In Reply on James 1 - 4 years ago
    1) Many people think that in order for eternity to be eternal. time cannot exist.

    Revelation 8:1

    King James Version

8 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.

You cannot measure time where time does not exist. What makes eternity eternal is that the process of aging no longer exists. Time passes, aging does not increase.

    2) What about 2 Peter 3:8?

    2 Peter 3:8

    King James Version

8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

The key phrase here is with the Lord. This is a time comparison between how time passes here, and how time passes in Heaven. If you turn this into a equation aka fraction. It would look like this: 1 day/1 thousand years. To make this easier to understand we need to make this a year to year comparison. So to make a day one year we would have to times it times 365. To keep the value of the fraction we also must times 1,000 years times 365. And this is what we get: 1 year/365.000 years. So when 1 years passes here, 365,000 years pass in Heaven.

What does that mean? Heaven is 365,000 times faster than we are. What does this answer?

    a) Why we cannot see God or the angels. Because how do you see something 365,000 times faster then you?

    b) How God can know all see all. At that speed He can see everything.

    c) How the angels can be there in the nick of time to save you. etc...

    3) So why is it that some things date old and young? God aged things 2 different ways:

    a) By the passage of time.

    b) By His word aka no passage of time required.

2 Peter 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old,

So in other words, God can speak age into His creation when He creates it. All life was created with age already added as to the reason they were told to go forth and multiply.... Running out of room, so I address dinosaurs next reply.

Not that this is really that important to me. Wow. I don't think I've ever seen so many people ask about a certain book in the Bible in one day.

If anyone is wondering about that book that was read at someones funeral. Just scroll through the comments a bit and you'll see numerous answers given to numerous people about the same thing. Also the people that posted that are looking for the book the link to it is right next to your name.

The Apocrypha books were originally in the 1611 KJV Holy Bible. They only began removing them in 1885 as you can read on this page. As there are some things that some people didn't like. Also there are many things that connect directly to the teachings of the rest of the Holy Bible.
  • Chris - In Reply on Ecclesiasticus 43 - 4 years ago
Hi Arthur, Ecclesiasticus is part of the Apocryphal (or, Deuterocanonical) books that were kept out of the present Canon of Scripture that we have. Some Bibles have those books in them & they would either be added on to the existing Bible of found in-between the Old & New Testaments.

Those who determined which books were acceptable to be included in the Canon of Scripture used various criteria (e.g. authorship, doctrinal errors/differences, unknown names & places, etc.) in their studies. So, such important matters such as human contribution towards salvation, purgatory, & so on, figure in those books, as well as some worthy useful information. One has to be very discerning when reading from them.
  • Chris - In Reply on Ecclesiasticus 43 - 4 years ago
Hi Denise, many folk as yourself have brought up this query on this Website as a result from listening to the funeral service of HRH Prince Philip. We understand that the Dean was reading from the Apocryphal Book of Ecclesiasticus which is not the same book as Ecclesiastes in the Bible we use. The Apocryphal books are found in some Bibles, chiefly the Roman Catholic edition, where those (extra) books are accepted as part of God's Word.

However, when the Bible was canonized (i.e. all the available Scriptures were examined in detail & placed into the Bible we now have), those other books (the apocrypha) were left out because of doctrinal & other problems (authorship, inconsistencies of events, etc.). There is still much good, useful content in them, but one would have to be very careful in reading from them & be able to clearly pick up on the errors.
  • Denise Currington on Ecclesiasticus 43 - 4 years ago

  • Every Day with The Holy Spirit on Romans 13 - 4 years ago
    Romans 8:34

Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the RIGHT HAND OF GOD, who also maketh intercession for us.

    Romans 8:27

And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he (Jesus) makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

He is in heaven where the above scriptures say what He is doing. When this age closes, the Father will tell the Bridegroom to go get His Bride.

The Holy Spirit is on earth now performing His ministry. Jesus went to the Cross to give believers the Holy Spirit who indwells each believer with the spirit of Christ.

He comforts, teaches, baptizes, speaks, strives with sinners, creates, renews, convicts, anoints, guides, empowers, sanctifies, gives gifts, illuminates, reveals truth of God, and much more.

After the "caught up in the clouds", of the Church, His ministry will be diminished.

I would say I have a close relationship with Him. I pray, talk with, worship Jesus, read huge chunks of the Bible daily, sit still until He teaches me what I just read; He sharpens my spiritual discernment, corrects me often. I cannot express the inner JOY it is, to covet being in His presence. He speaks to me at home, in the car, taking a walk. He gives words of knowledge and words of wisdom; verses to go look up.

If you are daily crucifying your flesh so you may walk in the spirit, you too will experience this joy. I like to get in my closet, sit under the clothes and practice intense listening.

Get to know Him! He's a real Person who happens to be invisible to our eyes; but visible in the spirit; to hearts and to our spirit inside, ears. The Bible says God is a consuming fire. The fire of His love for us burns steady. How is yours?

Turn off the noise of the world for a little while, and get to know the ways of the Holy Spirit.
