    Hello, I think you're talking about Romans 13:1-2.

    In your comment you said God "appointed" them, but that's not what this says. It says the powers are ordained. God allows power and also allows power to collapse. Plenty of civilizations have thrived and collapsed. God allows things but is ultimately in control. For example, He allowed the world to be wicked and evil up to a point where he wiped it out with a flood, Sodom and Gomorrah He tolerated up to a point then destroyed the city. Fall of Rome. Maybe the fall of the United States will be added to the list. God can discipline too and let people self-destruct. The souls of the aborted babies cry out to God and He hears them. Ultimately no sin will go unpunished. Everyone will account for their actions before Him and He will judge fairly. Ultimately the souls of the innocent babies will be in paradise. Hitler will obviously be judged fairly by God and there's no question in my mind where he's going.

    Hi Isaac, I understand wanting to be confident in your heart. After the flood Noah and his three sons are descendants of Adam so all on earth today are from Adam so Gentiles are descendants of Adam. Like Chris said there is not a lot in scripture to support if there were people before Adam, because there was 1656 years from Adam until the flood and there is so much that is not covered.

    The main view is Adam and Eve are the male and female on day six. Comparing day six with chapter 2. Does chapter 2 match the male and female in day six? Is it different enough that can show these are two different events?

    Does it change or alter God's plan of salvation? Either way Adam "The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven". "The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. We know Jesus was not the second man on earth so, can we say Adam was the first man? Was Adams purpose to start mankind or the start of the plan to undue the works of Satan (devil)?

    Just a few things you can study.

    Day 5 all out of the water, flying creatures, fowls.

    Chap. 2 out of the ground every fowl.

    Day 6 all beasts of the earth Strong's #776. erets Definition earth, land, countries

    Chap. 2 beasts of the field ( ha--eh). Strongs #7704 meaning; field, land, agriculture.

    Day 6 the male and female was created last to rule over what God had created.

    Chap 2 God formed man out of the dust, put him in the garden and gave the command. God for first time said it was not good for him to be alone. God said He would make a help meet. God then formed out of the dust beasts and fowl of the field for Adam to name. Then God because a help meet was not found took a rib from Adam and made Eve.

    As far as Cain, Adam and Eves family were all in the presence of God in the land of Eden, Cain was the first to be driven out of Eden and from the presence of God. Cain's wife?

    God bless, Ron

    Sarah, may the Spirit grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

    Ecclesiastes 3:11 He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he has set the world in their heart, that no man can find out the WORK THAT GOD MAKETH from the beginning to the end.

    Isaiah 28:21 .....that he may do HIS WORK, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.

    The tree of (the) knowledge of GOOD and EVIL. One tree, two fruits within themselves. You can't eat one without eating the other.

    Children are born without knowledge; the FATHER tells them DO NOT touch the stove, it's hot. HOW CAN THEY BELIEVE, they don't know what hot is. So the FATHER has to teach knowledge through the experience of extremes found in the world. GOOD AND EVIL; but also HOPE.

    Romans 8:20 For the creature (creation) was made SUBJECT TO VANITY, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in HOPE.

    In God's strange act he is choosing a FEW to become Sons of God; that they with him will deliver the rest of creation from corruption.

    Romans 8:19 For the earnest EXPECTATION of the creature waiteth for the MANIFESTATION of the SONS OF GOD.

    Romans 8:21 Because the creature itself shall ALSO BE DELIVERED from the bondage of corruption (death) into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

    Ephesians 6:10-18. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

    Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

    Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

    And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

    Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

    And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

    Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

    Hi Sarah,

    I'm sorry to hear reading that made you cry. For just a short reply. I don't believe "God appointed Hitler" nor any other evil person in history. Satan is real and is the evil force in this world against God and Christ.

    Though nothing can happen unless God allows it. We can not even try to comprehend His wisdom and thoughts. Everything happens for a reason weather good or bad. Why we must put our full trust in Him surpassing our own understanding of things that happen.

    Also as we are told to test the spirits as in 1 John 4. Read the whole chapter. The Lord told us a tree is known by it's fruit. Matthew 7:15-20. If the rulers are of evil things and are producing ungodly, corrupt, fruit you know they are not with the Lord. Yet hopefully as we must pray without ceasing with a pure heart.

    God Bless. Peace be with you.

    Hello Sarah, Only Jesus that came to the world was true and faithful, but God honors order and order supports the poor which will aways be.

    John 15:19

    If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

    John 3:17

    For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

    I know of a minister that was convicted of sin and turned his life in repentance to Jesus as he was jumping on a bed with his younger brothers and sisters upstairs in an old house. From below his mother called to the children while she labored to stop jumping on the bed. Well of course it was too much fun and they continued. At least one more warning came from below went unheeded. Finally the mother started up the stairs and this boy heard her coming and quickly got off the bed and sat in a nearby chair when she arrived while the others were jumping still. All on the bed were punished. Time continued for a while until this boy felt the call of God and God called him to repentance in this disobedience and hidden deceit. He answered that call!

    We should obey those that have rule over us as it allows us to live as the quiet of the land as Christian witnesses to the Truth's of God.

    As you can see this boy did not have any association with abortion, but his testimony would be if he had not repented, he was destined to hell.

    It should be a comfort that any innocent soul lost by somebody's else sin is saved by the blood of Jesus at Calvary. In the time of persecution girls as young as 12 were buried alive vertically given many chances to recant infant baptism instead of counting their born again experience as their drawing to their glory in the Cross.

    God bless our meditations.

    Hello Julia,

    As someone else asked a question "why were these verses read" which I cannot say. Though I very much like the chapter in that book of Ecclesiasticus 43(link for you). Which is not Ecclesiastes but that the names are so close it is not hard to get confuse the two.

    Ecclesiasticus is a Apocrypha book and has been removed from most Bibles. Though on this site, on the bottom, there is a link to them all.

    God Bless.

    Ecclesiasticus 43:30-33. When ye glorify the Lord, exalt Him as much as ye can; for even yet will He far exceed: and when ye exalt Him, put forth all your strength, and be not weary; for ye can never go far enough.

    Who hath seen Him, that he might tell us? and who can magnify Him as He is?

    There are yet hid greater things than these be, for we have seen but a few of his works.

    For the Lord hath made all things; and to the godly hath he given wisdom.

    Patricia, may the Spirit grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

    Revelation 4:6

    The four living creatures before the throne is ALL OF CREATION.

    God made a covenant with NOAH AND ALL CREATION that God would never again destroy CREATION.

    Genesis 9:9-12

    The covenant was with man, fowl, cattle and beast.

    Revelation 4:7 And the first beast (living creature) was like a lion (BEAST), and the second beast (living creature) like a calf (CATTLE), and the third beast had the face of A MAN ( Revelation 13:18), and the fourth beast (living creature) was the face of an eagle (FOWL).

    Ezekiel 1:10 As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of A MAN, and the face of a lion (BEAST), on the right side: and they four had a face of an ox (CATTLE) on the left side, they four had also the face of an eagle (FOWL).

    ALL CREATION WILL WORSHIP GOD ( Revelation 4:8) ( Revelation 5:13) ( Revelation 15:4)

    I am confused. Was reading Roman's 13. It starts with let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. And it goes on to for there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God and so on......it just doesn't make sense to me. God is a loving God, so how can He have appointed Hitler? And now with our new party who is for abortion. I just cried because it really hurt my heart. I must be missing something. Hope you can help me. Have a blessed day.

    I believe you are correct in saying that we cannot believe in Christ without believing who he is or what he said. We are saved and made righteous according to Romans 4 by believing God that His obedience and death was Gods provision for us and that His resurrection is proof of that.

    Faith in Christ Jesus means we believe God. It the faith of Christ that saves us. His faith, His death, His resurrection.

    See Galatians 2:20

    When we fully trust that alone as our justification before God, we are given His spirit to live out that life until we are

    given our glorified bodies, just as Christ now has a Glorified body.

    Salvation must always be understood in context. In this dispensation we are chosen by God when we believe and trust in the faith, death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient for eternal salvation. We are made alive by the Holy Ghost given to us by God and made a part of the Body of Christ. We cannot be condemned eternally for sin since God counts us as having died and resurrected with Christ. The mystery of this gift is given to us freely and explained to us by revelation of God through Paul. See Romans 6 and 8 etc. This was not the case in other ages before the Holy Ghost was given to indwell believers. When one believes and trusts God today his name is and was written before the foundation of the world. Eph 1:3-14

    Rededication Prayer

    Just pray this prayer to return to your first Love:

    Lord, after what I've read today, I don't want to allow any spirit of compromise in my life!

    I now understand that the doctrine of the Nicolaitans is compromise with the world. Lord, I don't want to live with one foot in the church and another foot in the world. I want to break free completely from the world and its influence so I can give myself completely to Your cause!

    I want to be holy, to live in a way that pleases You, and to experience Your power in my life. Today I am renewing my commitment to You all over again! I turn from the world, and I am running to You!

    I pray this in Jesus' name!

    Hello Isaac,

    Just for a little reply. And I have no problem with your questions as questions are good. As your motive is to be solid and sharpen your sword.

    Though it does not say where the seventh day ended, as the other days, with a evening and morning. It does concur that God ended His work on the seventh. Blessing that day and resting from all His work in creation. Genesis 2:2-3.

    As said I see it Genesis 2:4 and further are just going over details of His creation work. As it goes over heaven, earth, plants, then to the details of Adam and Eve and naming all the animals etc.

    I myself don't see an 8th day.

    God Bless you Isaac.

  • Jesus the same Yesterday Today and Tomorrow on Ecclesiastes 4:9 - 4 years ago
    I've been healed many times. At salvation I was healed of drugs plus alcohol abuse. I was suicidal and involved in actual astrological chart readings. I didn't know Jesus and didn't know I was serving Satan. The moment I reached to take hold of an invisible hand, I was sure (had faith) a Hand was extended to me; I was born again, delivered spiritually and physically. I didn't experience detox and I woke up the next day filled with the Holy Spirit who impressed on me to rid my house of all cursed occult items which I burned the next day. I hadn't read Acts 19:19 yet.

    Every time I prayed for healing and received it by faith, it was done: migraines, arm wrenched out of range. I asked for $3,249.76 to move out of state, and I got that exact amount of money!!

    You believe what Jesus says. We are not of this world. Ask the Father, in Jesus name; then receive it. Don't ask selfishly. Ask in faith. Stand on scripture. Jesus is the same today, tomorrow and forever. Fear not.

    Mark Chapter 16

    15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

    16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth NOT shall be damned.

    17 And THESE SIGNS shall follow them that BELIEVE; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

    18 They shall take up serpents (like COVID), and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall LAY HANDS ON THE SICK and they shall recover.

    Isaiah 26:3

    You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.

    Luke 13:11; John 5:5; Acts 10:38; Acts 3:2;

    Acts 4:9

    Did Job trust God? Did everybody who knew Job or didn't know him; some accused him of sin, small faith; his wife told him to curse God and die; then at length God revealed His true majesty and wisdom to Job.

    Touch God with praise, worship and your faith. He wants you to touch him. Read those scriptures.

    Mishael
