John 11:25 Jesus said unto her I AM THE RESURRECTION, and THE LIFE......
Isaiah 26:19
1 Timothy 6:16
Job 14:7-9 For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and the tender branch thereof will not cease.
(vs 8) Thought the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground;
(vs 9) Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.
Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth (green) leaves, you know summer is nigh.
Revelation 22:2 ..... And the leaves shall be for the healing of the nations......

2 Thessalonians 2:6 says, And now you know what withholds, and the word withhold is the word restrains, something that holds back.
"You know the restraint that he might be revealed in his time." He says there is a restraining force that is keeping the antichrist from being revealed.
He could be on the earth alive right now waiting to be revealed. And this restraining force is keeping him from being revealed because it's not time.
Verse 7 says For the mystery of iniquity is already working: That's in Paul's day.
And right now, whether the person is alive or not, we have the one world system taking shape, and then he'll step right in to the situation.
Only he who now letteth will let, and that's the nice Old English language. It's the same word hinders, or restrains.
He says and he who is restraining, will continue to restrain until it's time for the antichrist to be revealed, until he be taken, that is, this restrainer be taken out of the way.
There is much speculation as to what is the restraining force. I believe that it is God.
Some believe it's the Spirit of God in the church, that at the rapture when we're removed from the earth, that God's Spirit in the form of His people is gone.
That is true. But as I read through Revelation, I find out that it's the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit himself, whether it's in His people or not in His people, it is the Holy Spirit. God's Spirit will remove the hold, or restraining on the man of sin, and he will be revealed.
I agree.
Romans 6:4-5. Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
Zephaniah 2:3. Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD'S anger.
2 Corinthians 4:5-7. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. Amen.
In the past, she's made me so sick, I thought that I'd pass out. In the past, I've vomited uncontrollably (couldn't even hold it until I could get to the restroom's toilet). I could barely walk, and thought that--even once when I trudged through it (again, NO CHOICE, just kept praying to the LORD, as I thought I was going to pass out and need an ambulance--thankfully GOD heard my prayers and kept me from passing out in the past), weeks later, when I'd come back to that same vehicle (that I'd left out in). I opened the door to it, and immediately was hit with INSTANT sickness. It's some sort of gas or something she fills my living quarters up with or toxin, because as SOON as I opened the car door--WEEKS LATER--I was hit with instant sickness.
Please pray that GOD will not allow her to sicken me today. She's caused my hair to fall out (all types of hair on my body--scalp, eyelashes, and other body hair) to the touch, and just on it's on (eyelashes just falling out to my cheek or onto my little desk), etc.
Please pray GOD heal me of the toxins she's already started with today, so that I can leave. Please pray GOD will PLEASE tell me of a safe place that I may go to today, that I not have to live in this Satanic, abusive, and toxic (physically and emotionally/spiritually) situation. PLEASE HELP ME by asking CHRIST's Father to deliver me from Satan's KIDS
The Spirit has revealed to you HIS truth in your reply to Karen. The promise was the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (immortal life by Christ); but this was not possible without RESURRECTION; therefore, we and the saints of the old testament also became partakers of HIS RESURRECTION.
Hebrews 11:39-40

1 Timothy 6:16
How many times in life we are not doing what Jesus said...? He is patient with us to repent even until we die.
The exception in Matthew 5:32 and 19:8 is for fornication, meaning Not adultery (modern lexicons have added to the meaning in the past 200 years to include all sorts of sins other than fornication), but unchastity before the marriage itself. And in 1 Corinthians 7:15, ''not bound'' is coming from the word ''douloo'' in Greek which means ''servant/slave'', and it means not bound in the matrimonial duties, but still bound in the one flesh for life. Apostle Paul says that a woman who has a husband is bound to her husband for life until he dies and if she marries another she is an adulterress ( Romans 7:2-3, 1 Corinhians 7:29, 39).
In case of abuse , extreme, separation can be a solution, but divorce and remarriage is against thr Word of God and adulterers do not inherit God's Kingdom ( 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Galatians 5:19-21).
Don't let modern interpretations mislead you about marriage, if it's a first for both, it is for life.
"Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them."
THEN I WILL CAST AWAY THE SEED OF JACOB.... "The Scepter had to remain in JUDAH, Christ, "the lion of Judah" and the root of Jesse.....
"LET HE WHO HAS EARS, HEAR AND UNDERSTAND!"
SEED and not "descendants" - what was "the seed of Jacob" - supplanter; dealer; deceiver; thief; conniver; contender etc.... And what was the SEED of ABRAM-ABRAHAM, father of FAITH, and father of many families and nations, through obedience in sacrificing his only son of promise, ISAAC: He BELIEVED GOD: THUS, IT WAS HIS FAITH THAT WAS "RECKONED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS!"
Hence, why Christ talks in the parable of the Sower sowing "SEED" and "beware of the leaven of the Pharisees" and the Apostle Paul, also warning us, against "mutilators of the flesh," blaspheming their heresy that Christ had no come in the flesh: for "a little leaven leavens the whole loaf."
"The abomination of sacrilege that causes desolation" - spoken of by Daniel the prophet and reaffirmed to us by CHRIST JESUS HIMSELF more than 2,000 years ago, is "standing in the holy place" right now amongst us, since 1948 - causing violence and bloodshed for spoils of loot and booty!
"Jerusalem" -city of peace in Arabic-"stolen" by David from the JEBUSITES, which God had "allowed" to happen, AFTER "THE ISRAELITES" HAD REJECTED GOD AS THEIR ONLY KING (1 SAMUEL) SO AS TO save a REMNANT to bring Christ Jesus Messiah Savior into the world; Jerusalem, whose name has NEVER changed, to this day, spiritually symbolizes-prefigured God's living Word in ISAIAH the prophet, Hebrews 11, in Revelation 20-22 - "a new country:" "THE JERUSALEM FROM HEAVEN" WHICH ONLY CHRIST JESUS MESSIAH WILL ESTABLISH UPON HIS RETURN WITH "A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH." **
This is the first occurrence wherein Paul personalized the Gospel by describing it as "my Gospel". Paul so thoroughly identified with the Gospel, and of JESUS CHRIST as his LORD and SAVIOR, both through personal experience and throughout his ministry, that he owned it as "my Gospel".
When writing to the Thessalonian Church, he personalized the Gospel with the personal plural pronoun "our" in his expression, "our Gospel" (1Thes. 1:5; 2Thes. 2:14). There, the pronoun "our" refers to Silvanus (Silas) and Timotheus (Timothy) (see 1Thes. 1:1; 2Thes. 1:1), both of whom Paul included in his salutations to the Thessalonian Church.
The reader should also consider the contexts in which Paul distinguished "my" Gospel from that of
+ those who Paul described as "them that are con-tentious, and do not obey the Truth, but obey unright-eousness" ( Rom. 2:8). This also includes Judaizers who coerced and manipulated their subjects to obey the Law so that they could "make [their own] boast of GOD" ( Rom. 2:8 & 23).
+ "them which cause divisions and offenses con-trary to the Doctrine which ye (Roman Christians) have learned" ( Rom. 16:17; cp. v.18).
+ Hymenaeus and Philetus, both of whom taught "that the Resurrection is past already" ( 2Tim. 2:18). Of note, Paul did not specify that which these two heretics taught pertaining to the resurrection, but their teaching was certainly a perversion.
Psalms chapter 91
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
conclusion: no trust whatsoever in mortal medicines
But when one knows the wrong & continues to persist in it, enjoying it & finding no conviction of such a lifestyle in the Light of God's Holiness & the Cross of Christ, hoping that the Lord would overlook it at His Coming, that to me is a great stretch of 'undeserved unlimited Grace'. It is then any wonder that those of us (= me) who believe in the 'eternal security of the believer' are often labelled as 'those who promote or allow licentious living while under such Grace', or being in support of "where sin abounded, grace did much more abound" ( Romans 5:20). Our hearts must never be allowed to get so hardened in sin or a sinful lifestyle that the Spirit's Light can no longer be seen or felt.
We have the Old Testament references to God's choosing Israel: Isaiah 42:1; Isaiah 45:4; Isaiah 65:9; Matthew 24:22 (Matthew is still OT in this respect). Israel wasn't a nation at the time of God's choosing nor did its forefathers deserve anything for God choosing them, but that He wanted a "special people, to set His Love upon them, & to keep His Oath made to their forefathers" ( Deuteronomy 7:6-8).
In the New Testament (post Cross), the Apostle Paul speaks of God's Elect as being from both Israel & the Gentiles: under "the election of Grace" (Romans chapter 11) and Colossians 3:12; 1 Peter 1:2.
So we understand from Scripture, that God chooses whomever He desires to be His very Own. Yet, after the advent of Jesus Christ & His Sacrifice for all (Jew & Gentile), God's choosing is based on the Cross & yet the remnant of disbelieving Israel will still figure at the end times.
Then maybe your question is in respect of how that Divine Election affects sinful mankind now: are some forever lost without hope, or are some dragged kicking & screaming into the Kingdom, none having any choice because of Divine Election? To answer this, God's choosing of those to be saved is entirely because of His Determination & His Plans. Since we know that God is an Omniscient God (He knows all things from eternity to eternity), His Plans must include those who come into the world, the life path they take, their hearing of the Gospel & their response to it.
Acts 13:48: "And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed." "Ordained to eternal life". This is election, showing that God, Who had appointed some to eternal life, followed through with believing on His Son. In other words, whom God chooses will be saved - those who refuse His Son are not part of the elect or chosen of God.
