The Lord sprung Peter out of jail that very night!
Yay!!
The Jewish/Christian holiday we celebrate, is:
PASSOVER!!!!!!!!
It was hard for me to get bunnies and Reese eggs out of my head too...
There will come a TIME when the scales come off their eyes, and ears opened to see and hear THE TRUTH; the GOSPEL.
Word SEARCH .. Scales
We are told to be looking for him! Lamps full of oil. It's a wedding, and then the Feast. It's not the 2nd coming.
Jesus's feet do not touch the earth at the time of the Caught Up In The Clouds event (some people call it Rapture).
Use the SEARCH Box when you enter this website. Type in 'Caught up in the Clouds' and you will see ALL scriptures that describe this Timing.
Jesus is not going to wait and collect his Bride AFTER the Tribulation. She will be feasting in heaven.
Other scripture says that the next time Jesus's FEET touch on EARTH, will be at the Mount of Olives, at the 2nd Coming.
Tip: quit reading drugstore Rapture books. All you need is the Bible;
And a really fast search engine like this website has. Use it.
Mishael
Remember he told Mary not to touch him until he had ascended to the Father in heaven? It would have defiled Him.
Jesus is our High Priest seated at the right hand of the Father, making intercession for all saints.
A vision and a dream are not the same.
A vision is seeing a scene in real time.
People's Bible Notes for 1 Corinthians 1:1
1Co 1:1 The Divisions in the Church Brought to Light SUMMARY OF I CORINTHIANS 1: Greetings to the Church. Thanksgiving for the Grace of God. An Exhortation to Unity. Schisms Rebuked. The Sin of Honoring Human Leaders Instead of Christ. The Preaching of the Cross the Power of God to Salvation. Not the Worldly Wise and Proud, but the Humble and Lowly. Converted. Paul, called [to be] an apostle of Jesus Christ. Some of the Judaizing teachers, who had visited the church at Corinth after the departure of Paul, in order to lessen his authority, had asserted that he was not an apostle, divinely called like the Twelve. Hence, at the beginning, he asserts his apostleship, and refers to his divine call. See 1Co 9:1 2Co 12:12. Sosthenes, [our] brother. A Sosthenes, who was then the chief ruler of the synagogue at Corinth, is named in Ac 18:17. The Sosthenes whom Paul associated with himself in the letter must have been well known to, and influential among, the Corinthians, and was probably the former chief ruler, who had been converted. Apollos, Priscilla and Aquila, all well known to the church, were at Ephesus with Paul ( 1Co 16:12,19), but Sosthenes is chosen to appear with him in the salutation.
I think that pretty much gives everybody a chance to have sins forgiven and be grafted into the family of God, don't you?
Hallelujah! Mishael
Even though you are saved once, you can drift back into sin so deep without repentance you are lost again.
My opinion through Shepards Chapel.
Acts 16:31
Just to give a short reply to your question. I think what is more important to perceive is "do I love God"? God's mercy, compassion, lovingkindness, forgiveness is endless. For God is love and life. God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked and want's people to turn, repent, from their wickedness/sin and live by His Will which is Holy and pure. As said "Return to me and I will return unto you saith the Lord of hosts".
As even satan was one of His angels who turned against Him, along with many others, who are now His main adversaries.
God hates sin and those who live in willful sin are not close to Him. Although, God knows everything and that one who is a sinner today may be a saint tomorrow. The Lord searches hearts. Though many shall die in there sin and not acknowledge God or Jesus Christ.
He loves His Creation so much that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, for us. By His grace and love for us.
Keep reading the Holy Bible. Give your life to Jesus Christ if you have not already done so. Pray from the heart. The truth shall set you free.
God Bless.
Thanks so much.
God Bless.
How sad my life became! No more fancy homemade dresses from Granny. No more fairy tales from Grandpa. I became very shy. The older I got, the more shy I became until, I would turn red if someone even looked at me. My sister and I started attending the Nazarene Church with our neighbors. The only friend I had in Sunday school was a crippled girl who did not make me feel inferior. In fact I picked out all my friends by looking to see if they had a right to be shy too. (too fat, too skinny, too tall, too short) How Shallow!
By the time 2 other brothers had been born, I had decided that I wanted to help the unfortunate, the lame, the weak, the sickly. In fact I wanted to become a missionary nurse. I became a born-again Christian at about the age of 12.
As my friends at school began to fill out a little, I noticed I was the one who was tall and skinny. I became more shy than ever afraid I would never have a boyfriend, never marry . . .
After graduation from high school, I did become a registered nurse. I wanted to witness to folks on their deathbeds so they would not miss Heaven. However, my personality did a 360 degree turn. Now I thought I was pretty, just the right size, the favorite nurse of everyone, etc. I ran into some issues with some sinful boyfriends. Please dont act this way. I broke my sweet mama's heart for a while until I returned to Christ who amazingly forgave me and set me on the path toward righteousness.
Your questioned interested me. Ecclesiastes ends at chapter 12 as you stated. The book of Ecclesiasticus, an Apocrypha book, has 51 chapters. Did you just mix them up? As they are very close in title name. Searching a little bit I did not see Ecclesiastes going past 12. Though you may have some information I don't.
Now on Psalms 23 I looked up and did find at least one version, the DRA 1899 edition, in where Psalms 23 has 10 verses but they are all, 1-10, completely different from the KJV, and most others, for that chapter of Psalms. I have no idea where that Psalms 23 came from in that version of the Bible. Interesting.
God Bless.
Peace be upon you!
I have a a prayer request
Now my uncle Lando who is mom's oldest brother's heart is weak. Fortunately, uncle Lando's doing fine given the circumstances. However, he is living by himself: his wife, my auntie Rosa lives in Spain as well as their youngest daughter, ate Sharon. Their two oldest daughters, ate Suzette and ate Roselyn live in the USA. Now these are all full grown women who run a household and have a healthy family.
Currently my auntie Rosa is very sick as she's in the hospital hospitalized for lung problems. As of this writing aunt Rosa is being kept alive by artificial oxygen. We are not sure if auntie will recover.
All of ate Sharon's family members including husband and two sons have been tested positive. And now her first born, 15 year old Seanley, believes he's responsible for auntie Rosa's decline. I have been in contact with ate Suzette with whom I share a special bond as she spent 9 years with my family in the Netherlands back in the 90's. She's been very concerned with her father also - especially with the distance between each other.
Of course all of my cousins are concerned for my uncle and aunt's health.
So pastor, I ask you and your congregation to pray for my relatives:
a. The recovery of my uncle Lando and auntie Rosa's health
b. The emotional well being of my cousins ate Sharon, Suzette and Roselyn and their families
c. That Seanley finds peace within himself through the blessing and guiding of the Holy Spirit and that his parents will assure him and take off the pressure Seanley has put on himself
d. That my relatives may be guided by the Lord's will and get them closer to our Lord and savior Jesus Christ
Thank you for your consideration and for your prayer in advance, pastor!
May the Most High bless you, your family and your congregation...
Have a nice week!
Errol
