Before his 3.5 years of power, Jesus was sinless and errorless. The spirit was on him and in him always.
Too bad your attitude isn't displayed with any profession like sports where you can deduct talent from the talented. Teaching non-believers is difficult enough without saying Jesus was not God. Semantics is a double-edged sword, so be careful where you tread.

Amen! The church is powerful and holy. Powerful in that we are built upon a rock, and that rock is Christ. Holy, in that, we have been sanctified, set apart for God's purposes!

What goes on in your KJV I do not understand how charity which never fails can replace Love.

How else would anyone take that verse! Apparently the Jews new exactly what he meant, they tried to stone him.
The word corn in Hosea 2:8 refers to grain or wheat. It is not corn. From what I have learned, they didn't have cornfields back then. But they did have wheat fields.
The word corn in Matthew 12:1 and Luke 6:1 can be replaced with the word wheat. These were not cornfields, but wheat fields. The disciples were picking grains of wheat. I am not sure why the translators put corn in our English bible, but the word corn in the Greek text is the word STACHUAS, which refers to ears of grain.
We have become such a wimpy passive soy boy society. You do not live in a communist country or a tyrannical dictatorship, yet. Therefore, to knoweth to do good, by using your God given rights and privileges and thinking of everyone, and doeith it not, to him it is sin.
When you don't protect and fight for your freedom, and you just comply, you are allowing lies to flourish, and allowing the takeover by the Evil One.

I also have a friend that has just been saved but is caught up in worshiping idols. He is going through a lot, mentally struggling. He is only young and has a difficult life, with confusion and ADHD. He is not doing well these days, I ask that you would pray for him with mercy and love in your hearts, his name is Nate.
Thank you so much! God bless you and your families!
Hebrews 1:5 says, For to which of the angels said he at any time, and this is from Psalm 2:7: Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee?
Right here is where people will say "begotten" means to give birth. How do we get out of that one? It sounds like it contradicts who Jesus claimed to be.
Well, Psalm 2 is what is called a Coronation Psalm. It is the day in which the Father passes the throne to His Son. And that's why He's called a Son. He didn't become a Son that day by birth. He became the inheritor of His Father's throne. And His Son is now the King. He became King on that day, His coronation.
So we have to be careful. The word begotten, its root word is also used for creation, which is where we get the term birth. But also it's used for creating the world. Anything that is generated out is represented by this word. So when a person becomes King, this word is used.
So to which of the angels did He say, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? To none of the angels! And again, from 2 Samuel 7:14: I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? To which of the angels did He ever say that? None!
I would like to share with you my understanding of James 1:22. James gives us the explanation in James 1:23 of who a doer is. The person who is a hearer only, hears the law, he has the law convict him and prove to him that he is a sinner, but he goes away and forgets what kind of man he is.
The person who is the doer of the word is the person who continues in the word. That is, the word has shown him his sinfulness, and his need for Christ, and he doesn't forget that. He pursues!
So a doer of the word in my understanding doesn't mean that I take my bible and go out and do it, which is a major teaching in the western world because we are "works" oriented.
But in context, he's talking about the Jewish person who hears the law and says amen, and then he walks out and forgets what kind of person he is.
In principle it would also apply to the Gentiles, to go and hear the word, understand what it says, see my part in it, hear what God has to say to me, and then leave and just forget the whole thing and not continue in it. We are to continue in it, pray about it, and continue to read it over, asking God to work it out!
jesus said unto them, verily, verily, before abraham was i am.
And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God.
Jesus Christ expands on this in Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Doing the Will of our Father in Heaven is the most important thing to Him. Being obedient to His way rather than the ways of man. Surpassing any ability of speaking in tongues, or casting our devils, or working miracles. That is not what saves us in the end.
Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life!
God Bless.
Psalms 7:9 Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
Proverbs 21:2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.
Revelation 2:22-23 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am He which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
John 5:23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.
Philippians 2:5-11 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Matthew 11:15 He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
So the disciples gave the public opinion. You see, almost everyone has an opinion about who Jesus is. But Jesus asks another question in Matthew 16:15. He asks "But whom say ye that I am?"
The first question is public opinion. And then Jesus gets down to the "nitty-gritty." He gets down to the personal question. He says unto them, but who do you say that I am? That's the public opinion. Now, I want to know who you say that I am?
Notice Peter's confession in Verse 16: Simon Peter answered and said "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
There are two parts to this confession. And this is very important. The first part says "Thou art the Christ," HO CHRISTOS, the Christ. Christ is the translation of the Greek word that is the same as the Hebrew word for Messiah, MASHIACH, and it means the anointing.
The Jews believed that when Messiah came, He would be the anointing of God in human form. And that's who He is. Peter says "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God."
Here's something else that is very important. If you ever care to look up that phrase, "Son of the living God," not from a religious standpoint, but just look up the phrase itself from a Hebrew standpoint, you will find out that is the phrase that is used for God.
So when he said "The Son of the living God," that is a title of God to the Jews. So, what Peter was confessing was you are the Messiah, and you are God. Wow, what a Confession!
