The Children of Israel were exiting from Egypt and this is how Moses described the route to The Red Sea...

"And it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God led them NOT through the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for God said, Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they return to Egypt: But God led the people about, THROUGH the way of The Wilderness of the RED SEA: and the children of Israel went up harnessed out of the land of Egypt." Exo 13:17-18

The Red Sea has TWO fingers, so to speak. The finger closest to Egypt has no wilderness on the Egypt side, but the other finger has the Sinai wilderness on the Egypt side and the Arabian wilderness on the other side. So this finger of the Red Sea is the one the I believe they crossed, from the west to the east.

Corban was referring to something that has been set aside as a gift to be given to God at some later date, but which is still in the possession of the owner. According to contemporary Jewish tradition the person who made this claim was absolved from responsibility to support or assist his parents, a clear violation of the Mosaic law to honor one's parents.

Today, we are not under the Mosaic Law and other financial options may be available to people in retirement. But this, too, does not absolve a child from taking care of elderly or disabled parents who may need financial, emotional and spiritual support.

Hi everyone ,i would like to share some personal info if thats ok ? When i was a teenager i became part of a step family ,my slightly younger step sister was a total pain ,we were like chalk and cheese and i couldnt bear to be around her ,i wont describe her as i would have to use a lot of negative words ! By the time she was 21 we had an explination ,she was suffering from paranoid schizophrenia ,she wasnt really a pain ,it just looked like it ,i dont belive in demon possesion ,i have two vulnerable friends and my spouse is also vulnerable ,they are all very different people and they express themselves very differently but they are all emotionaly and mentally vulnerable , i am guessing that from time to time a vulnerable person may find their way on to this sight .

If you can accept ISAIAH 45:7 about evil, then understanding will come easily. Remember the slaughtered lamb before the foundation of the world? There's no forgiveness of sin without the shedding of blood. The lamb's blood was shed only for sin before sin was. Don't you see the plan God is showing us?

Why God did not allow Adam and Eve to eat of the tree of life after they sinned instead He put them out of the garden? The plan of salvation is not by eating or works but by the shedding of a sin free blood, God's own blood. God bless you

Would you please pray for my husband? He is playing games with the truth, leads a double life, and says he knows Jesus. He plays the perfect church man and has led classes, but is constantly deceiving me and acting like I did what he did. He makes up lies in real time, and acts like he never said what he said....even moments after saying it! Every time I have spoken with a Pastor about it, they either think I shoud leave him, or don't want to get involved. I have even had pastors act indifferent...they didn't follow up with me. He tried to give my kids to my mom when we were remodeling and they went to stay there...I thnk she bribed him. Then he trashed me to his inlaws, when I moved the kids back, because he'd been trashing me to my mom....just making up insane stuff. Then my sister in law came over and found out some of the lies he had said weren't true, and told me that he'd been blaming me for everything, so she didn't think he'd been honest. Now that we are back together, he denies he ever trashed my reputation, but refuses to have a three way with the inlaws to confront them about "their" lies, or to confess he lied, and to repent.

Even though this passage speaks specifically about widows who, in those days, were generally quite helpless without a bread-winner, I believe the same imperative applied to any family member/parent who needed financial or other help to cope with life. So children & any other family member had a duty of care to his family just as they did to those in the Church family.

Judy, Jesus was circumcised on the 8th day of his life. It's Jewish custom that has been passed down through time to set the Jewish people apart from Gentiles.

A whole lot is taught on this by Paul mostly in the New Testament. The Jews wanted the Gentiles to be circumcised; Paul stopped that thought. He says for us to be circumcised IN OUR HEARTS.

Colossians Chapter 2

9 For in Jesus dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made WITHOUT hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

12 Buried with Jesus in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with [him] through the FAITH of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

This is the bottom line on circumcision. Christians/Gentiles do not need to be circumcised to prove their faith in Jesus. We must be born again.

We are blown around like a lot of leaves until we get into reading Gods Word for ourselves. If you are going to spend eternity with Jesus in heaven- - why would you not want to learn all you can about Jesus? He's the lover of your soul.

Your husband, if he was born again, is in heaven. It is our FAITH in what Jesus says of himself in the 4 Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John.

Faith without works is dead. I think the "works"he's talking about is learning about him. In Matthew 26:31-46 mentions ways to relieve others who have lack and have not seen a reason to seek out Jesus.

Our kindness to others opens a door to tell someone else how you came to believe in Jesus. He's not a church; He's a real Person..the Son of God. Anything we do in the name of Jesus, does not go unrewarded. Amen?

Before anything occurred in Genesis, GOD SAW IT.

Adam and Eve were spirit, soul and flesh: 3 part humans. God gave them FREE WILL.

MAN (and woman) have FREE WILL. They had power to choose.

When they disobeyed Gods Word NOT to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (it's written): they used their free will, and died spiritually. They were flesh and soul. Separated from God.

The Godhead immediately cast them out of the Garden so they would not eat of the tree of LIFE (eternal life). The tree of Life was moved to heaven (see Revelation).

God then killed an animal (blood sacrifice for sin) and made them clothes. Adam failed. In the fullness of TIME, Jesus came as 2nd Adam to redeem mankind and once and for all time pay for the sins of every human; born and unborn.

For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten son ...

Stop making up stuff about this that only confuses people about the Genesis stories. Get a good study Bible with CENTER of each page, reference columns to other passages that give additional information. It has little abc's imbedded in the scriptures. They point to prophesies, go forward to the New Testament or backwards.

There are many people who attend church, who look like sheep, talk like sheep; even serve in the church; but they are far from God in their hearts for whatever reasons. It's sad but it happens.

The Mark of the Beast will be put on hands or foreheads.

Right now people are not getting flu shots or covid vaccines because they are afraid it changes the DNA that Almighty God CREATED.

An understanding of the answer to your questions requires a good bit of bible study. Scripture teaches us that God has a mark of authority. See Rev 7:3. God's seal, or mark of authority is his holy law (see Ex 20), which represents his character. Jesus said all of the law hangs on these 2: Love for God and love for fellow man ( Mat 22:37-40). The first table of the ten commandment law represents love to God. The second table represents love for fellow man. God's character and kingdom are based on the law of love. ( John 14:15). When we choose to keep God's law, which is also written in our hearts ( Jer 31:33) we show the character of God, and also who's side we are on. These are the people who will be sealed ( Rev 7:3). There is a great battle between good and evil, between Jesus Christ and his kingdom and satan and his followers. Simply, when we keep the law of God in our hearts, we have the seal of God (we are under his authority).

In contrast, Rev 13 tells us of the beast, also known as antichrist. Antichrist simply means someone who tries to take the place of Christ. ( 2 Thessalonians 2:4). This beast power (antichrist) also has his mark of authority- his counterfeit law. When we choose a counterfeit law over God's plainly written law, we can receive the mark of the beast ( Rev 13:16). This mark is not some visible, outward mark such as a tattoo, but a show of a heart that has hardened to reject God's law, and instead accepts the law, or authority of the beast.

The seal of God, or the mark of the beast is a sign (not a visible sign) showing who we serve. It's what's in our heart and mind (forehead) or by our works and actions (on the hand).

Hope this helps. Please feel free to study more on the seal of God and his law. Once you have an understanding of that, understanding the mark of the beast becomes more clear. Once you study and find out who the beast is, you will understand clearly the mark. Happy studying.

God is so powerful that He can choose to be in the moment and can change His mind too. Jonah 3:10, Genesis 18:26, Exodus 32:14, Genesis 6:6. So, one could take the other side of the argument and ask, do you not think God is powerful enough to change his mind or live temporarily in the moment and react as things unfold?

I don't think anyone can say with 100% certainty as to God's intent, his thoughts or feelings ( 1 Corinthians 2:11), but Genesis 6:6 does say God grieved and had some regret for making man in the garden. He also had regret for how evil mankind had become prior to the flood. He loved us enough to give us freedom of choice, but when so many people choose evil I'm sure God doesn't take kindly to that. It should be equally upsetting to those committing the evil, but if not now, they absolutely will regret it later.

Behold the Fifth Gospel that came 700 years before Christ Jesus arrival on earth as the King/ Servant/ Man & God. This will be The Nation of Israel's confession in the very end of times, as it is written in past tense. When The Nation of Israel shall confess that Jesus is the Christ and Blessed and that He came in the name of Lord. Jesus even told The Nation of Israel this, in Matthew 23:39. So in the end after the two witnesses of Moses and Elijah are gone, when The Nation of Israel is surrounded and about to be wiped out by adversaries, their eyes will be opened and they will confess Isaiah 53 and Herald Christ's Return. God will save His People. A remnant yes, but He will do it. Believe God, He Brings us The Truth.
