"I Paul have written it with mine own hand, I will repay it: albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine own self besides." Philemon 1:19 KJV
Tell me something.. Read Romans CH 7, and tell me your thoughts. I am curios of what you will come with.
Also check out Rev 14,12 and if you choose just start at ch 14 and continue reading through from there till the end.
All you speak of has a process that The Most High Himself has put in place. We are not something until The Most High says that we are, otherwise there would be no judgement from The Holy Father. 1 COR ch1 1-9
I appreciate the dialogue its exciting.
You don't have to pray to God to give you his BODY,
It's already DONE, just give him thanks for HIS WORKS, you just have to suffer in this flesh for his sake, for an appointed time.
Our hope is not in this age, but the age to come, after we are harvested by his angels.
1 Timothy 6:16 ... Christ ONLY hath IMMORTALITY ....
1 Corinthians 15:53 .... this mortal (you) shall PUT ON IMMORTALITY ......
1 Corinthians 15:38 ... to ever SEED Christ OWN BODY ......
Matthew 8:13 ..... Be it done unto you as you BELIEVE ......
God Bless YOU!
1 Thessalonians 5:2

1 Thessalonians 4:16
"For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:"
1 Thessalonians 4:17
"Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." (7 years in Heaven and in Revelation 19:11-21 Christ returns with His Saints and the Angels)
Revelation 3:10
"Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth."
Matthew 5:12
"Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in Heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
John 14:2
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Grace and Salvation and the Holy Spirit will remain. The Body of Christ is he who hinders, God said the Holy Spirit will abide with thee forever. Zech 14:16-21 speaks of those that are left, without the mark or and who did not worship the image will serve year to year.
Isaiah 19:23-25
23 In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.
24 In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:
25 Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.
That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness," Zephaniah 1:14-15 KJV
The seven spirits:
Isaiah 11:2 ..... (1) the spirit of the Lord, (2) the spirit of wisdom, (3) the spirit of understanding, (4) the spirit of counsel, (5) the spirit of might, (6) the spirit of knowledge,(7) the spirit of the fear of the Lord.
You were RESURRECTED with Christ, a NEW CREATION, made ONE with Christ; therefore you have these same spirits of God UPON YOU.
God Bless YOU!
As the BODY of Christ we are all given more KNOWLEDGE of different aspects of God's Kingdom, yet we as a body want to divide instead of be ONE as God commands.
God BLESS YOU!
Things haven't changed much, have they.
We all were made brothers and sister by the resurrection of Christ, and we sill rebel at God's word.
God BLESS YOU!
We have had similar problems with our neighbors dogs who have charged us threateningly many times when we are in our own yard or even our garage. They growl, snarl, and take an aggressive stance towards us after charging at us. They have done the same thing to other neighbors. After three instances in one day, I called the police and they came. Turns out that a whole section of their fence on the other side of the house from us was open and the dogs could just get out and roam the neighborhood like a pack. Animal control came out, and, since the owners were not home, they left some type of notice or ticket about the need for dogs to be licensed and registered and securing the dogs so they could not get out when they are gone. That helped alot. The owner is not aggressive or mean, but does think her dogs would not attack anyone and of course the dogs don't act this way when they are home. Sometimes they will push at the fence so hard that fence boards get loose and when we try to nail them back on the dogs are on the other side growling and continuing to push on the fence. It takes two of us to secure the fence boards before several are out with a hole wide enough for the dogs to get out (and then we could not work on the fence at all
I will certainly pray for your situation.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today asking that You make it so that these dogs stay secure in their own yard so they will be prevented from intimidating any neighbors aggressively or harm anyone. Please move this neighbor of Robofox to realize the threat these dogs pose to their neighbors and have the will to do something about it. Also, please have them realize that the frequent barking is disturbing the neighbors and decide to keep the dogs inside at night. Lord God, this situation is problematic and one that Robofox and her husband cannot fix. your interventions is needed. We ask all of this of You in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Thanks for the info. I do think that the Israelites were scattered among the nations of that time because God said in many places that He would do just that. At the time of their Assyrian captivity there were northern nomadic tribes that roamed the steppe regions of Russia, Mongolia, and some eastern lands. These were called Scythians and Cimmerians as you said. But the Scythians involved numerous Asiatic tribes and also Indo-European tribes as well. The tribes of Israel were included in this group as they did migrate north and west of south-east Turkey where they were settled initially by Assyria. But they also migrated south and east, too. As Ps. lo7:3 says that God will gather them from the north and west and east and south. Isaiah 43:5 also says pretty much the same thing, adding "from the ends of the earth" as well.
I do not think that there are more than a few places in the world that do not include those of Israelite DNA. Not only were the tribes of the northern kingdom scattered, but so the tribe of the southern kingdom were also scattered across the world with some having returned to Judah from the Babylonian exile, but most did not return.
This is what I have gleaned from researching this just this week before this topic came up. But we may not find out the truth on the migration until DNA shows the distribution among peoples and nations.
I also found out that the Lebanese people in general contain about 90% Canaanite DNA. But this is not true of the Palestinians who are a great mixture of Arab, Jewish, and peoples of Mesopotamia. The Levant has been a "melting pot" for millennia since the Israelites conquered and emaciated the Canaanites tribes of the land. Moab, Ammon, Edom, Elam, Arab, Persians, Syrians, Egypt, and other Mediterranean peoples have lived in this area since that time leading to many migrating in and out of the land for so long. Many Arabs from Saudi Arabia moved into the Levant due to wars and Islamic conquest.
"The House with Seven Pillars"
"Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars:" Proverbs 9:1 KJV
This was founded before the worlds began and the Spirit announces," she hath also furnished her table." It to to which Jesus at the door alluded,Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."(Re.3:20). Everyone who heard the call and is an overcomer even a he is shall find a new name indicating his place in the Great Banquet. So this house founded on Zion helps us understand how we should approach the significance of sevens. Seven pillars are seven schedules in the abstract breaking up the covenant between God and Man. Thus the heaven mentioned includes every believer in the Man component who is adopted by the Father and at the end we are looking at the new heaven. Likewise second day ,the analogy of pillar still stands, "And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.: God calls it the earth. At the end it is the new earth. (Ge.1:10) In short the narrative about the Son whose promise to the believer is this, " And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.:( John 14:3) This is the house Wisdom has built. Seven pillars are called days since God has by a decree given his Son a day. So this indivdual calls has gone forth even before the foundation of the world.
Seventy weeks mentioned in Daniel 9 is about a prophetic year and there are so many promises of God which are to be fulfilled. God's promise to Abraham is yet another. (Ge.12:3)
Be that as it may, ask ourselves which is greater? The day decreed for the Son (Ps.2:7) or a prophetic year. By literal approach what you come up is dead wrong since God a Spirit was pleased that all his fulness in the Son to dwell.
Some information.
Firstly thanks about mount Gerizim, I wrote Thabor but I was wrong. About the Scithians and Cimerians, they are not related to the Jews. They are even nowadays of unkown origin and language. The Scythians actually were not a single nation. The Greeks at that time called all the tribes and nations living north, East and West of Caucasus, with the name Scithians but they were a lot of different people. Nomadic tribes actually.
Things in ancient Europe were simple. In the North there were the Germanic nations (Saxons included). Nations more or less the same with similar languages. In the middle Europe, including Britain and Spain, the Gauls or Kelts (the Greeks called them Galatians, a part of them immigrated in Asia Minor during the 2nd centuary BC, Paul addresses them in his epistle) were the main inhabitants. More or less the same language and traditions and style of life. In the South there were mainly the Latins (or Latinized nations) and the Greeks which are nations not related to any other nation, their languages are unique. Also many other nations were living south. The Etruscans or Etrurians in Italy, the Illyrians north of Greece, the Thracians east of Greece and many other smaller nations and tribes. During the so called Classical times all the region east of Greece, as far as India, was occupied by the Persian Empire, lots of different people with different languages.
Since you have not yet received an answer to your question, I would like to reply.
There are two baptisms, John baptism of water, and Christ's baptism of truth and life.
The true gospel has been lost to the traditions and teachings of man.
The true gospel is what happened at Christ death and resurrection.
You were BAPTISED into the DEATH and RESURRECTION of Christ, you were baptised into the NAME of Jesus.
You DIED with Christ, you arose with Christ, you and Christ were MARRIED and became ONE, being raised together as ONE.
All creation was MADE NEW, the new heavens and the new earth, at his resurrection.
Salvation is about BELIEVING what God says he HAS DONE.
Your saved from DEATH.
1 Timothy 5:16 Christ ONLY has IMMORTALITY ...
1 Corinthians 15:53 ... this mortal must PUT ON IMMORTALITY .....Christ only has immortality......
Your were BAPTISED into LIFE of Christ by his resurrection.
John 14:6 I AM the LIFE ....
Romans 8:29 .... being predestinate (by the BAPTISM of his resurrection) TO BE conformed to the IMAGE of his son.
You were RAISED a NEW CREATION;
John 17:22 And the GLORY that thou has given me, I HAVE GIVEN THEM, that they maybe ONE, even as we are ONE.
BELIEVE what God has done.
God BLESS YOU!
Yes, they had been dispersed, had mixed blood with other nations, yet CLAIMED to be direct descendents of of Israel, themselves keepers of the Torah.
Much the same as it is today between Israel and the joined lands.
God Bless YOU!
My understanding is that Assyria took the Israelites out of the northern kingdom to Assyria and imported 5 groups of eastern peoples into the northern kingdom. When the Assyrian empire collapsed, some Israelites returned to the northern kingdom, settling in what is now Samaria. They intermarried with the imported peoples and had their own form of worship of YHWH using the Torah (in Aramaic) and built a temple on Mt. Gerizim, which was where the tabernacle and ark of the covenant was first established before David brought it all to Jerusalem.
The Jews despised Samaritans, though they were blood related because: 1) they intermarried with pagans and 2) they refused to worship in Jerusalem, but at Mr. Gerizim. Their religion, like Judaism was a mixture of the original worship instructed through Moses and pagan elements that we applied to this initial worship from their captivity and (in the case of the Samaritans) through the intermarriage with pagans in Samaria.
The Israelites who returned to Canaan were small in number compared to the Israelites who remained in Assyrian and who then migrated out of Assyria, mostly northward around the Black and Caspian Sea, Caucasus Mountains, and further northward and westward in Russia and Europe. They became known as the Scythians, Cimmerians within 100 years of the 7th century and most likely became know as the Kelts (Celts) and Sakae (Saxons).
Some Israelites may have migrated south and east as well, but most likely the bulk of Israelites migrated in a north westerly direction out of Assyria to escape the warring between Assyria, Babylon, and the Medo-Persian Empires.
The ten tribes are not truly lost, but, due to mass migration, came to inhabit and populate most of Europe, intermixing with the populations encountered in their migrations.
I have not read yet of any DNA studies that link the Israelites to Europeans, nor other areas surrounding Assyria. It would be interesting to see such results.
After the Assyrians conquered the Kingdom of Israel, they took a big portion of the Hebrews living there (the 10 tribes) and brought them into Mesopotamia, in the East. The policy of Assyrians and Babylonians, when they faced a rebelous nation, was to disperse them in their empire so that they would not be any problem to them any more. In their place they brought nations from other regions to inhabit the land of the ex kingdom of Israel. Those people were mixed with the remaining Hebrew populations and became what in Jesus time was known as the Samaritans. Back at the time of the Assyrian conquest now, those mixed polulations worshipped the gentile Gods they brought with them from their homeland but at the same time they worshipped the Lord. Many years later the kingdom of Juda was conquered as well but this time by the Babylonians. 70 years later the Persians defeated the Babylonians and under king Cyrus the Great they permitted the dispersed Jews coming back to their homeland, if they so wished. Some did return, most of them didn't. When those Jews came back they faced the hostility of Samaritans who tried to object them from building again the Temple and the walls of Jerusalem, and also they created many problems to them So the Jews rejected them from worshipping the Lord in Jerusalem and wanted no communication with them. They considered them as gentiles and unclean. But the truth is that they were Hebrew partially as well. So the Samaritans built another temple on mountain Thabor (if I remember well) and worshipped the Lord there. During the following centuaries the hostility between the Samaritans and the Hebrews became even biger, they wouldn't even talk to one another.
"Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth." (Je.1:8) We have another instance when God steadied the man so he and the message are one. "Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say."(Ex.4:12) And what does he tell Pharaoh? "And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:"(4:22) Israel reckoned as his Son the first born of all creation. The blessings which God had promised Abraham must spring forward no matter what and faith is what made Abraham Moses and Israel as the double for his Son. He came into his own but the nation rejected his Son. For this reason we have the condemnation and rejection of the nation. Here we see faith in operation.
Coming back to the key text, " yet I will not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished."Israel's falling off brings the Gentiles into the breach. God shall not make a full end of Israel. A remnant shall be gathered after the ungodly nations have been disposed off. Grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. So where faith was lost grace must operate. So this is yet in the latter days.
"Behold, the whirlwind of the Lord goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked./ The fierce anger of the Lord shall not return, until he hath done it, and until he have performed the intents of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it."(30:23-24)
"In the latter days ye shall consider it" and realization and repentance are handmaidens of grace. Shroud from the face of Israel has to be thrown away. in Re.1:7 we read thus,"Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him."(Re.1:7)They see truth and accept it is indeed so.
"For I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished." Jeremiah 30:11 KJV
Here we have clear prophesy of nations that resisted God and his word. He shall make a full end of them.
In the midst of doom and gloom the promise of God to Abraham shall find its fulfillment. "And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."( Ge.12:3) God is rewarding at that point for his faith. It is in the 'now' and he Abram. "Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee" He believed God and his faith had to be of sterner stuff and 'the land that I will shew thee' was according to the time God had set. It is the key to the significance of the name Abraham. As Father of many nations he is a stand-in for his Son who He will send in the fulness of time. Faith is 'the sum total' or the substance that faith holds of "the evidence of things not seen". So he would and as the writer to the Hebrews say, he " obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went./ By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise/ For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God."(11:8-10). Now of Abraham was locked in with that of God so faith is not in the matter of time, place but the characteristic of holiness evident in the Son. Thus his faith was counted unto him for righteousness."And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness."(Ge.15:6)
God bless you.
How soul relates to a child of God can be explained by this verse,"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty(Ps.91:1). The spiritual space of heart has truth correspondingly as eternal word is settled in heavens. It is a secret place and soul is nourished by the presence of the Most High. It is brought out by the Spirit in the manner Jonathan promises David to intimate what his father's real intentions are.
In vv19-20 Jonathan has a confidante, a young lad with artillery to go between them. David was to come to the appointed place,"and come to the place where thou didst hide thyself when the business was in hand, and shalt remain by the stone Ezel./And I will shoot three arrows on the side thereof, as though I shot at a mark."
The manner Jonathan directed the lad was his cue."But if I say thus unto the young man, Behold, the arrows are beyond thee; go thy way: for theLordhath sent thee away./And as touching the matter which thou and I have spoken of, behold, theLordbe between thee and me for ever(vv.22-23). Significant is the usage of 'forever'. A believer who is led by the indwelling Spirit is the son of the Most High. 'He shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty' forever.
In our times when Evangelicalism think of activism they mean they are positioned to judge those whose lifestyles are different. They are like the young lad ignorant of how soul can take care of child of God, without busybodies coming between. "But the lad knew not any thing: only Jonathan and David knew the matter./And Jonathan gave his artillery unto his lad, and said unto him, Go, carry them to the city(vv.39-40).
David may be surrounded by lions and dogs barking but his soul trusts in God who performs all things for him." It is what soul can relish while the body may be inconvenienced.
Finally a distinction between soul and the inner man may be relevant here. God made Adam a living soul which signifies the truth written in inward parts is alive:as a live wire and is ready to catch divine fire. When you hear the word of God it does something to you that you cannot miss it.(Ro.10:17).
Faith is what you follow up with works. Thus Abraham steps out of his comfort zone to a place God has promised to give. He believed therefore it was counted to him for righteousness. Soul of man is His presence which for saints who are led by him have Father's name in their foreheads which are different from man who is carnal. His heart is not entirely perfect before him. For those who have received Jesus Christ as their Savior has a helper, the indwelling Spirit.. When St Paul prays,'That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man(Ep.3:16)' it is of a different quality. So he warns,'And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption(Ep.4:30-32)'. Inner man of child of God has hope for the risen Christ promises,"To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he thatreceivethit(Re.2:17;Is.62:2)".
On the other hand soul of a wicked man is trash."The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart of the wicked is little worth(Pr.10:20)".
"Then they told David, saying, Behold, the Philistines fight against Keilah, and they rob the threshingfloors./Therefore David enquired of theLord, saying, Shall I go and smite these Philistines? And theLordsaid unto David, Go, and smite the Philistines, and save Keilah..."(vv.1-4)
How David's men try to go against the promise of the Lord is what carnal wisdom does. Reason goes dead against faith. So knowing how to differentiate between the two goes a long way in our spiritual lives. ''Therefore David enquired of theLord,' While David was holed up in the cave of Adullam he heard the Philistines robbing Israel of their harvest. He enquired of the Lord what he ought to do. Had he enquired of the Lord before going to Ahimelech the priest in Nob it would have spared lot of bloodshed. He came a long way spiritually. From the stone Ezel to Adullam soul of man is creating its own back up system as bees store up honey in hives. This is what the Spirit wants us to know.
Earlier Jonathan brought him vital information while he was waiting for it. We shall refer the passage 20:18-22)."Then Jonathan said to David, To morrow is the new moon: and thou shalt be missed, because thy seat will be empty./And when thou hast stayed three days, then thou shalt go down quickly, and come to the place where thou didst hide thyself when the business was in hand, and shalt remain by the stone Ezel".
The message from Jonathan was clear 'The Lord hath sent thee away." David fleeing from Saul has found refuge in the cave of Adullam and the place traces the manner his soul being spiritually fortified. We covered the significance of the three arrows shot by Jonathan and while we are considering the role of the soul of man we shall mention the Psalm of David composed while he was Adullam,"Yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast./I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me(Ps.57:1-2)."
David is here referring to a certain knowledge which is supplied by the soul and validated by the Holy Spirit."Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities...: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with (Ro.8:26-27). The Spirit shall do only in accordance with the will of God while soul signifies the presence of God in man. In the covenant confirmed by David and Jonathan we have the role of soul which for a child of God is in context of Jesus Christ.
Light of the knowledge is for the glory of God."For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ./But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us(2 Co.4:6-7)". Knowledge therefore has to be for the glory of God and it is in context of Jesus Christ. In New Jerusalem, Zion is its heart and it is stand-in for the soul of Christ the Head. " in whose heart are the the ways of them. (Ps.84:6-7)
How soul works with a child of God we shall see in specific case of David who did not exactly tell the truth to Ahimelech, the priest while in Nob(21:1-2). How it led to the slaughter of 85 priests (22:18) no man may be able to explain anymore than the manner the doctrine of Balaam corrupted Israelites without ever speaking to them. It is between the Spirit and the soul. The spirit of man communicates with spirit of another.
Secondly Doeg carrying the tale of David being sheltered by Ahimelech to King Saul is what man who shall resort in order to rise in career. It is what body does. What benefits if he loses his soul?
