1. Jesus supersedes anything from the Old Testament.

2. Jesus in Luke 22:36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. What else does Chapter 22 say concerning purchasing a sword? Luke 22:8 And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough. Who goes to war with 2 swords? No, the purpose of buying the swords was to fulfill Mark 14:47 = And one of them that stood by drew a sword, and smote a servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear. And Luke 22:49-51 = When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with the sword? And one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear. And Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him. They needed the two swords to fulfill the other verses.

Turn to the Lord Jesus Christ through His word. Receive Him. Follow Him. Repent from the sins of this world and of the flesh.

They were told to subdue it. Subdue the earth. A dictionary definition is "to overcome, quieten, to bring under control" In Hebrew, this is kabash. You cannot get around it; it does mean "subdue" or "enslave", control by ruling it, not it rule you. God placed man as conqueror and ruler of the earth, we were to hold a position of command over it; we were placed in a superior role and were to exercise control over the earth and its vegetation and wildlife.

Mankind was set up as the ruler of this world. All else was subjugated to him. So, if we were given the temperament and aptitudes to subdue and have dominion over, maybe that is what's called our flesh. All the wants and desires of the world, the intuition to invent ways to overcome, started good but corrupted by Satan. Is this why Satan rebelled? The man was placed over all the creation and not him.

I noticed you referenced a "rapture". What rapture, and when? Most every ill conceived Christians think they're getting an easy ticket out. Just a brief explanation, please.

I don't subscribe your version of "born again" souls that sin by default. I'm a Christian having the Holy Spirit, and when I'm resurrected into everlasting life, I will be born again, a brother of Jesus, no matter what you say.

The fact is that YOU, by The Sacrifice of Christ, and ALL that it means In being born again, are free. Free as if you completed everything, in life and all that it entails, by The Holy Walk of Jesus. As if you did it yourself! Otherwise nobody could be saved! Believe In His Sacrifice as enough to cover your sin- past, iniquity past, present and ALL that you will ever do. Nothing can pluck you from His Hand because it is established in Love. Not your definition of Love but His! Understand this and the power of sin falls away because the law is completely fulfilled for you! The curse of sin is broken in this way. Any other belief is a mix between the law (works) and the perfect law of liberty provided by Christ. Be free first! Doesn't mean you have to leave to be free! You can be free if you don't receive condemnation from man in any way (this is what is hard)(believe what God says not man). If God says that you are forgiven, you are forgiven period. He will never force you to Love Him. You are free. Treat your spouse the same And it's the best juxtaposition before God. From this place just believe in His Sacrifice, be willing to change and He will work everything to your good because you care enough to die to your opinion and experience and live in the freedom of What Jesus Christ has provided. Set those who you Love Free! The sin that transpired and transpires from your situation will be exposed and all parties will Actually have a choice. Otherwise it is control. Let us break our control mechanisms that so easily align with our chosen scripture and let The Holy Spirit lead in freedom.

In what Blessed Book of The Holy Bible does it read after JESUS' Resurrection He told His Disciples not to be sad that He would only be with them for a little while longer. For He anointed them with The Holy Spirit and His Power so they would now have The Same Miraculous Power to Heal The Sick , Raise the dead, and Cast out demons asvJesus Did and even greater. Additionally, Jesus will be with them to the end of time.
