    Hello Mild Bill,

If God dose not shorten a day no flesh will be saved. All people are born righteous and die when they sin. Satan's people kill the righteous with sin. Job's wife wanted Job to die and be like her. 9,000 men have filed law suits against the Boy Scouts for molesting them. They were killed when they were molested. The Catholic priest molested children and the children died a spiritual death. This is going on much more than we think. Our radio, television and movies are spreading same sex activity. People die a spiritual death when committing unnatural sex. So look at our society today. How many are spiritually dead? If God doesn't shorten this present (day) time no flesh will be saved.

But he will come and save all those who have died. The truth will slay the wicked. Put the first coming of Jesus in the last days. That is when he is promised--- Isaiah 2;2 "And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the Lord's house shall be established....and all nation shall low unto it." All people will return to God.

  • Chris - In Reply on Ephesians 2 - 4 years ago
The Hebrew word for "chapt" is 'Chathath' (pr. khaw-thath), which means 'shattered or to be dismayed'. But in reference to the "ground being chapt & there was no rain on the Earth", we could understand the word to mean, 'parched or unusable'. As the farmers in those early days depended heavily on rain for their crops (having no viable irrigation systems), the lack of rain in season, caused the farmers to feel utterly dejected & confounded, covering their heads in sorrow.

Connie ,i think i understand what you are getting at ,i have always been very suspicious about taking any ones word for anything ,when i wanted to learn about God i didnt ask any one i just got myself a Bible and started reading ,please remember that the Bible was provided for us in order to help us draw closer to and learn about God ,He wants us to get to know Him by reading it ,blind faith may be ok but we dont need to be blind when we have Gods words to guide us .

Truly, I may be wrong in my thinking but, I feel, in my spirit and my gut tells that we, i.e., the Saints, which I think it's safe to assume is the Church, will indeed FIGHT right along with our King, Jesus Christ upon His return to Earth. All along, the Biblical typologies, woven through scripture, have indicated that the Army's have had many a battle, correct? They fought and died, along with Joshua & David, another typology just like our Messiah. So, why would it be that the Saints & Angels, returning with Jesus at the Battle of Armageddon would not fight, tooth and nail right alongside our Lord?

Rev. 19:14 "And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean." And, then, in verse 19, it reads, "And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army."

Wouldn't it be your belief or understanding that we ARE the ARMY of Christ and we will fight alongside The Word? I've been told that I am wrong, but, it is merely common sense. Do you agree? Thank you!

    Respectfully,

My comments wasn't meant to offend you but sometimes it's best to hear someone else point of view instead of taking offense to it. I don't argue the word of God. I pray the Holy Spirit brings revelation of the truth of God's word to you.

    Be blessed.

I see the name Philip and Nathan used to refer to the person Jesus was talking to in the book of John in chapter 14:8. I'm confuse now as to which man to ascribe the credit to for his lack of wisdom for: "Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, (which name goes here?)"

Insignificant I know, but just wondering which apostle to ascribe the lack of knowledge to after so long a time with Jesus?

Hello I would like to ask a prayer for my business that I started recently. I believe that the Lord is my foundation. He will never fail me, He said to those who trust in the Lord will not lack no good thing. I believe that He is the God of provision. My Lord will meet all my need according to His riches and glory by Christ Jesus. As he he said as I put Him first that everything else will follow.

By faith I believe that the Lord will send more customer who is good payer. He will bless me , so I can be a blessing. He promised also that

    Malachi 3:10

10Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

Even if I am unfaithful my Lord is faithful.

He will shower me with his blessing.

Thank you for all who is praying1

May the Lord bless you more...

Psalm 23:5 "Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over."

Bev, you are quite right to question the meaning of words, seemingly innocuous in the Bible. Many words are used symbolically to protect their meaning from mistranslation, modernising or misunderstanding.

The 'table' as used in the Psalm describes a clear level-of-consciousness. John in his Revelation calls it: "a sea of glass, clear as crystal" -- which is safe from trespass and misuse. Oil is a symbol of love, and the 'cup' is our 'capacity-of-consciousness', not to be confused with the 'content-of-consciousness', which has been stuffed with images and superstitious beliefs that hinder, or block, the spontaneous flow of truth, which the mind is designed to process.

We have the same table-symbol, used in the Temple-of-the-Lord scene, in which the money-lenders were abusing the purpose-of-life. By, 'turning the tables', Jesus was not having a human-nature fit of self-righteousness, but clearing the tables of false values. The Temple, our triune human capacity, is designed to focus our earthly interface with God's heavenly truth-of-love.

I trust this helps; I've enjoyed the meditation, Peter.

I hope I'm correct in that it seems that this current enormous battle is drawing me closer and closer TO Yahvah and His teachings. I find more and more reasons to call on Him for help! I don't know how anyone is holding up under our current insanity withOUT Him!

Hello Joseph Perry: First and foremost we are to obey God' Laws over mans law. I'm sorry that you see no difference between the political left verses the right. Donald J Trump stood for pro life and and was a friend of Israel, while Biden and company are opening the floodgates of death by supporting Planned Parenthood and have not even acknowledged Israel, while pushing a false narrative that America is systemically racist. I said, wake up America because we have in many cases fallen asleep as for truth. Too many people believe everything the main stream media says at face value without doing research to see if what they said is true or false. We as Christians are to search the scriptures in order we rightly divide truth from a lie. Likewise we should be diligent and watchful as to our surroundings and government. Yes we are to pray for them, while at the same time love what God loves and hate what God hates. We as Christians should be discussing what our government is doing, and pray that we are not deceived. I pray daily that God exposes my sins and that He gives me ears to hear and eyes to see all He would have me see and hear. In the end all will stand in front of our holy God and give an account for what we did and didn't do. It's only by His grace by which we are saved and by which we can stand. Amen...

    Excellent.

Like many others, I consider that my own current "mission" is to bring Yahvah back to our principality and to remove the overt demonic influences--or satan's current ownership of our governance in high places. This is not political in that both parties are sick to death with satanic illness.

Certainly, my overall mission is to know, love, and serve the Lord and to live His ways; but under this umbrella, I believe I must yell, "Fire!" in this burning building. OR...to avoid interrupting the metaphor, I might yell, "Incoming!" Because of my age, aspects of raising a family or earning a living don't interfere with my external mission against the darkness--improving my qualifications.

My old heart is surely in it.

Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ.

Please would you pray and release your faith in agreement with me and my family for my mother, almost 72 years old and still not saved!

She has been diagnosed with a lower respiratory tract infection that makes her tire easily.(doesn't seem to be Covid according to the doctors).

She possibly has ulcers, and a hiatus hernia, because she has been suffering with severe heartburn and frequent burping. For weeks now, she hasn't been eating because of the discomfort, and has lost a lot of weight

She is on medication for heart disease.

Her blood levels for liver, kidneys and pancreas are not good, according to the doctors.

God bless you as you trust our faithful Heavenly Father for her healing in powerful agreement with us.

    Kind regards,

    Deb and family

  • S Spencer - In Reply on Psalms 9 - 4 years ago
    Hi Bev.

God called us out of this chaotic world to bare light on it to bring as many as we can out, There is an enemy behind the scene, as Chris said we wrestle not against flesh and blood. Our job is to do what the Lord has called us to do, Not to say you don't speak up for what's right and wrong, YOU DO. ALWAYS.

But be careful not to abandon the Lord's mission to join a battle in the secular world where often the Devil is the general on both sides.
