What other worlds did God create?
Thanks for your comments. I am not suggesting anything. I simply summarized what our Lord Jesus has done for us, as a man, not as God, model to follow so we can live in his image or likeness.
If so, then I am already falling short of God's glory. I did a good deed a while back and I went and told almost everyone about it. I suppose I should repent for this. Great lesson Jesus gave here.
The second death is similiar to the first death, a separation. In the first death a person is removed from their body and our present position in the time/creation sense of "world". In the second death a person is sent to "outer darkness" apart from God for eternity. For a believer, the experience is eternally exhilarating and joyful. For someone who did not believe, there is torment simply because God is. You see, while here in this form of life, both believers and non-believers may neglect God in our thoughts, but once we leave here, God is never absent in our mind. When he really is in our hearts as Lord and Savior, we never lose our place in his heart, forever.
Are you suggesting Jesus had something to repent of in baptism, he was born again? You also seem to misunderstand the distinction between his diety and humanity. As I pointed to in my previous post, you don't know everything, which God does. As believers are indwelt of the Holy Spirit, a potential of knowledge exists, but revelation is only of the will of God, the Sovereign of creation. Emulation of Jesus is a self-willed imitation "monkey see, monkey do" approach to what God has told us he is doing in our lives here on Earth, namely, changing our character, and thus the heart, to resemble Christ. Jesus is a superman, unique, then, now and forever. Would you also claim to be God? Which do you find most thrilling about Jesus, his supernatural powers or his personality? Yes, you could avoid answering by saying both.
Thank you.
For my wife and us are one together in heaven we shall be one as together let no man are another take up apart god got his arms around us
So when you read of a Second Death ( Rev 20:14), there must of necessity be a First Death. So the First Death is that first experience that we will enter as we close our eyes to this physical world & become aware of the next world. Even though there are other views on when & how this happens, my understanding is that if we are saved through faith in Jesus, we (our souls) are transported into Heaven (pre-Cross: there was a holding stage where the righteous & unrighteous were held: Luke 16:19-31)). But at Jesus' death & resurrection, those righteous were removed from there.
So the Second Death now only applies to those who have died without Christ, whether from days past or yet in the future. They no longer will be held in Hell suffering awaiting judgement, but at the close of the age, they, together with the Devil, his angels, the Antichrist & Death & Hell itself, will be consigned into the Lake of Fire for all eternity ( Mark 9:43-48). As for those in Heaven or in God's new heaven & earth (Revelation chapter 21) who will live into eternity in God's Presence, so too will those who have been sent to the Lake of Fire, be enveloped in continual flames for all eternity. Some believe in a reprieve - the Bible doesn't indicate this at all.
Consider this, Our Lord Jesus has dual nature - God and man, but mostly living, preaching, healing as a man. Notice that when Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist to fulfill all righteousness, immersed under water in the Jordan River as to repentance, dead to sins, when rose from the water as to new birth the Holy Spirit descended upon him, then Spirit led him into the wilderness, fasted 40 days 40 nights and tempted by Satan - passed perfection tests thereafter recruited the 12 disciples and preached the gospel, healing the sick, casting demons - nothing was impossible for Jesus as a man - a model for us to emulate.
If Jesus did this as God, it is impossible for men like us to emulate, so Jesus had done it as a man. During this time frame, 12 disciples doesn't have the Holy Spirit indwelling in their hearts yet - so this explain why they had very limited understanding - human understanding.
The fact of Golgotha by its meaning & executions there, shouldn't deter you from 'eating bones', at least the flesh of the bones. Eating flesh of animal bones should be fine & you won't be taken to task for doing so, by God.
Hopefully you know I have not the answer to your question nor do I believe anyone else does. Saying how they go to heaven if by the blood of Christ? Well animals don't have sin, as humans do, so I believe they are on a different scale than us. Of coarse this is just my opinion. I agree our concern should most definitely be for other souls of people rather than bugs.
Still, I believe animals are a beautiful creation of our Father and carry His finger print. Seeing butterflies, dogs, birds flying and singing would be beautiful in Heaven. To me. But as said I guess there is only one way to find out the truth. It is all up to God.
Revelation 5:13 - And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, [be] unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
As this verse states every "creature" which is in Heaven. Could it merely mean just Angels with humans? Or animals also? God knows and one day we will too my brother.
God Bless.
