I have a KJV bible and it's a Hebrew-Greek straight translations, key word, study Bible, it's more pure than almost any other version, unless you can find a Hebrew bible with the new testament wld be about as close as a person can get to the original, pure, awesome Hebrew language. But like you were saying, the books of Enoch is like a diamond in the rough. They have been kept hidden within caves and caverns, where they remained for hundreds of years.

ALSO if you TRULY want to understand Genesis all the way and in depth then you need to find to BOOK of JASHER, which is an extended version of Genesis; which blew my mind...it tells you in depth everything that happens throughout the first book of the bible. Also the Book of Jubilee is also a good reading with meat in it; some information that's not in our bible.

God the father almighty alone , gave Jesus his lordship and highest position that is still in subjection the Father , yet Jesus is lord and king above all others . So Jesus is First in The fathers house . But the Father is still Lord over Jesus .

I am putting together a study on Matthew 5-7, the Sermon on the Mount. As I did a cut and paste I removed the verse numbers and am in the process of adding an outline to the text. Chapter numbers are retained.

The addition of verse numbers has had a negative effect on learning the teachings of Jesus we are missing much when we are presenting a verse.

Amen brother. Psalm 27:1 came to mind: "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" Satan may hound us & the forces of evil in the World against us, but the one who trusts in the Lord has his "life hidden with Christ in God". What a blessed & secure place to be in.

So whether it's Art that is your hobby (& that is a great past-time requiring the creative part of your brain) & it takes up some of your spare time, or something else, such as reading, engaging in constructive games with family, friends, or on the Web, all these & many more that we can do to keep ourselves occupied & not let our minds begin to wander. Even helping a friend or neighbour out, can be very satisfying.

When the mind wanders, it sometimes settles on thoughts that are not right or pleasing to the Lord. As you train yourself to focus on other worthy things in life & keep yourself busy, you'll find that your attitude & perceptions of others will also change. When once you looked at women with lust, you will now consider them differently in a godly way, & not as objects bringing on wrong thoughts. And when the time comes for you to settle down in marriage, as you ask the Lord for the right person to be your wife, you will see her & appreciate her for who she is & her contribution to your life & not just for sexual satisfaction. And she will appreciate a husband who has kept himself pure in mind & body, trusting the Lord for everything. You have a great life in Christ ahead of you - continue to seek Him first in everything you face & all your needs will be met, as a loving Father giving care to His son.

I'm retired now & don't get about as much as I used to. However, this gives me opportunity to read more of God's Word (as you are also doing), ministering to others & getting on this KJB Site to be part of a great bunch of believers seeking to help others get to know the Lord & His Word better. Otherwise, odd jobs around the house, gardening & my love for flying (on a computer Simulator of course), also keeps me mentally & spiritually engaged. I too falter & fail the Lord at times - but the Lord's response is never one of anger & rejection, but of love, forgiveness & restoration. Stay close to Him at all times, my young friend - He's always there for you.

what exactly is the true message God wants me to know ?

1. Realize and admit you're a sinner, that you're not perfect. ( Romans 3: 10,23)

2. You believe the gospel. The death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ with your whole heart. ( 1 Corinthians 15: 1-4)

3. You confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and your savior. ( Romans 10: 9,10)

God doesn't lie, God doesn't break his promises. He desperately wants you to be with him in eternity. There's nothing you can do on your own to save yourself, Jesus did all the work for you already on the cross. It's his free gift to you. Have faith!

I have a question, how do I truly know I'm going to heaven? to be with the lord for eternity. I want to serve and put god first in everything, and grow closer to him daily by studying his word. But how do I know for sure I will go to heaven?

In God and receiving the benefits is one thing , Actually Being God is quite another .
