Almost as intimidated as David, I find myself almost predicting his next sentence! How does it seems that those who are believers in the world are like David surrounded by unbelievers! Those of course who have no faith, feel no pressure at all and under the spell of Satan. These are the beginning of sorrows. We should never be afraid, always overcoming evil with good. Approach his throne boldly! Asking for his presence, especially in the time of need!

This lovely Psalm written by David is indeed his declaration of utter trust in the Living God. However, when we look at verses 2 & 3, he speaks to the Lord, that his "goodness does not extend to Thee". This can be understood as, 'my righteousness or the great things I have accomplished, are insignificant to God'; i.e. what can David do, or anyone of us do, that will satisfy God or be of any credit to our account?

Rather, David's righteous acts can be a blessing to those who live righteously before God ('saints') & also to the people of import (rulers, judges, nobles: 'the Excellent'), in whom is his delight, or brings him joy. And this can be said of God: that He finds His delight in those who truly love & serve Him.

Conversely, in verse 4, David says that to those who reject the True God, & despise the righteous deeds of David by following after false gods, to them will his benefits not come, rather only sorrows will always follow them. David would have nothing to do with their blood & wine mingled drink offerings or even mention the names of these idols. And then David follows these sad & despicable acts by re-affirming that his own heart will always be toward God, Who gives him everything for this life & the life that is to come.

Hello, with just limited information, I would say you have a few courses of action:

    1. Report any illegal activity to the police

    2. Report the facts of the problem (only what you 100% know is true, not any assumptions) to church leaders

    3. Leave

The above two can by anonymous if you are concerned about ramifications. It's Biblical to try to solve issues within the church before escalating to use outside services, like attorneys or police. Maybe church leaders know about this or maybe they don't. One way to be sure is to anonymously send them a letter and inform them. One thing important in this process is only reporting the facts of what you personally witnessed, not assumptions or interpretations of things. Use quotes, dates, times, locations, names, who did what where and when. Gossip and hearsay can often lead to falsehoods and can cause even more harm, so as long as that is avoided in this process it will be on solid ground and will help people rather than hurt them. God bless.

Hi, there's a 10 month old child who may be suffering from a genetic disorder, there's a 6 month old baby in ICU and there's another child named Caith who has an abnormal sac of fluid or brain tissue that extends through a detect in her skull. Plus there's God knows how many others suffering from various diseases/ illnesses like Covid, blood cancer and others. There's one person who has anxiety issues, there are those in ICU, there are those who have seizures and another earthquake happened recently this year. Please pray for healing and salvation/ repentance including the salvation/ repentance of those around those suffering (mentioned here and those not mentioned here).

    Thank you so much.

    Hello Paula,

Please don't be angry with me. Your statement of "If you do not warn the wicked you will not be save nor the wicked doer". What do you mean by this? That if we do not evangelize or "warn" then we will not be saved?? We are saved by the Grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. His free gift to us. After which we are bought with a price and are His forever. He will guide our paths. Not by how much we can do to "warn" people, of what I also don't know what you mean, of something. Acknowledging your faith to our Father and Jesus Christ to others is always good. Along with using the Word, Holy Scriptures, or Gospels to lead people to the truth. Of coarse if they will even hear you is the question.

Please don't anyone take this the wrong way that I have anything against evangelizing. They are my brothers doing what our Father has them doing.

Just you stating that "if you do not warn the wicked you will not be saved" is not correct. In my eyes anyway. Jesus Christ states just prophesying, or casting out demons, or many wonderful works may not deem you saved.

Matthew 7:22-23: Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

    God Bless.

  • Marie - In Reply on Luke 3:23 - 5 years ago
Hi Modesto Olivio. I think the statement in Luke 3:23 regarding the parentage and approximate age of Jesus revolves around the issue of Mary's pregnancy as a virgin before her marriage to Joseph. There is the marriage date recorded in the temple, the date of legal parentage as recorded in the registry in the temple, and the revelation of Jesus at the time of His ministry at around the age of 30 that He was the Son of God. I'm speculating now that the Temple had registered the date of the marriage of Joseph and Mary and less than 9 months later Jesus was born. The numbers don't add up, so I think that's why the parentage and age issue are thus. The registry (genealogy) was destroyed 70 AD. We are talking about Joseph legally being His (adoptive) father (and Joseph was of Davidic lineage) to fulfill legal requirements until Christ's ministry was established.

  • Alex on John 16:13 - 5 years ago
Alex comments about this John 16 : 13 Buts its simply b/c that the H.G. has to be born in us thus he is our spritual Child, our new innerman that is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the Father thus he cannot speak of himself untill he is of age but everything the FATHER shows him he will make known unto us .Now the heir as long he is a Child differs nothin from a servant THO he be LORD OF ALL thats the H.G. which is the Child simply b/c he has to be born in US from the seed of the sower which is the living word of God. Thats y he cannot speak of himself he is only a child when we are bornagain . Thats y Jesus was saying whosoever receiveth one such child in my Name RECEIVETH ME . Impling Jesus is the Father of the H.G. simply b/c the H.G. is gonna be born in humanity via the seed of Christ which is the living word,he that soweth that good seed is the son of man Jesus ,and he propagates after the God kind thats y he said that which is born of the spirit is spirit which is the H.G. spirit as God is spirit .But thats y the H.G cannot speak of himself he is a baby Christ . Thats y Paul said as we have borne the image of the earthy we must also bear the image of the heavenly which is a baby Christ the H.G. THE kINGDOM OF GOD, Remember unless ya receive the kingdom as a lil Child etc impling a heavenly birth via that good seed . The God head is just like abraham issac and jacob Father son and granson which is gonna initaites the Israel of God which answers to the great Promise of multiplcation of Christ seed AS THE STARS OF HEAVEN . Ya gotta realize there wd have neva been a natural Israel without this abraham issac and jacob scenario father son and granson that became as the sands of the seas The earthy PROMISE which was a metaphor for the heavenly PROMISE, The Israel of GOD which are spirits the H.G plural. A much greater ISRAEL then abrahams ISRAEL. The Abrahamic Promise was Good but the Christ Promise is Eternal life a KINGDOM in our hearts .

If you think about the times Our Lord is speaking of there is no way there would be aircraft or aircraft carrying ships. however there possibly would be catapults slinging great rocks at them , In those days boats would have been wooden , surely if he says chariots and horses why do we have to interpret it as anyhting different!

Overturn overturn overturn and will overturn no more .. This is refering to the mistery stone that was overturnd 3 times in its travels from israel to irland to scotland to england. The scots stole the stone from under the coronation seat of Queen elizabeth before she could be crowned upon it and replaced it with a fake . If it had not been stolen it would have been overturned again when queen Elizabeth was crowned, England returned the stone to scotland (fake stone) to get more votes for thatcher , Today the stone ( fake stone ) is on display in scotland , The real hidden stone is also in scotland and awaits the King whos right it is . The stone was Jacobs pillow and travelled with the arc all the way to ireland where the arc containing the tablets moses brought down from the mountain was hidden this is where the stone and the arc became seperated . He who is the righfull king will replace the house of windsor! We await you o lord Amen
