  • What Happens In Cases of Abortion or Miscarriage on Jeremiah 30:9 - 5 years ago
In the Bible, God says "ALL SOULS ARE MINE.

If someone aborts that baby, the Baby's soul goes into Gods arms. God mercifully takes them before the pain and dismemberment.

At the Rapture, God is going to take all children under the age of accountability, to Heaven. "Suffer the little children to come unto Me." He's not going to leave them here to be killed by Antichrist.

I lost a child due to miscarriage. We named him and had a funeral. I'll see him again.

Believers bodies wait in the grave until God says it's time. Their bodies rise to meet Jesus in the Clouds; where we'll receive our new incorruptible resurrection bodies along with our soul and spirit.

Next: the now living born again, Holy Spirit baptized Christians meet Jesus in the Clouds. Our bodies are complete except they are incorruptible resurrection bodies too. No more pain; just joy.

Keep praying for those that sit on the fence of unbelief or indecision.

I get comic book Bible tracts from Chick dot com and put one on benches or on the ground by business doorways. Who doesn't like to get a comic?

Have a blessed New Year! Maybe listen to some FM radio Bible programs. Stay hot, not lukewarm. Revelation 3:16

  • What happens when we are CAUGHT UP to Jesus in the clouds - In Reply on Mark 1 - 5 years ago
I will send more info this weekend.

The dead in Christ rise first to meet Jesus in the clouds; where they are given their resurrection bodies: spirit, soul and an incorruptible body that never feels pain.

The living people in Christ are next to meet Jesus in the clouds. They are born again and filled with the Spirit, so they are given their resurrection bodies then. In the blink of an eye, we'll be in heaven.

We've all been invited to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; the Bridegroom. God will wipe away all of our tears.

This earth is going to be burned up. It's not global warming: it's a world getting ready for its transformation too. Let us rejoice in new faces, familiar faces and joy unspeakable. Peace be with you,

    Mishael

Yes, you are right. These two commandments summarize the Ten Commandments. First, love God. To understand this, one must have the correct God, not a god we necessarily shape to conform to what we would like Him to be. Some think that God is not going to send people to hell, or that He will forgive everyone. They have created a god that does not exist in the Bible accounts. It is not my place to say who will and will not be forgiven by God, as He says "my thoughts are not your thoughts" and, frankly, He is so complex that I doubt anyone could possibly comprehend Him. The best we can do is know Him through Jesus, as Jesus said "he who hath seen me hath seen the Father." Hopefully, Jesus will be merciful to all and give the kingdom to all. Even though He said "the son of man must be lifted up that He may draw all men unto Him," so many other places indicate that the branches that do not bear fruit will be pruned off and cast into the fire, and new branches grafted into the vine (Him). We pray that God will be merciful and compassionate to us all for the sake of His Son. Nevertheless, we should keep His commandments. The 10 Commandments were not part of the law that was taken away at the cross. As you know, the tablets of the law were placed inside the ark, while the handwritten laws of Moses were attached to the outside of the ark and were called "the handwritten laws that were against us" in the Old Testament and in the New Testament. Those were the ones done away with at the cross. The Ark of the Covenant was a symbol of Jesus, His eternal unblemished nature (gold), His mortal body (acacia wood), His Word (manna), His resurrection (Aaron's rod), and His not breaking the 10 Commandments (unbroken tablets). These things were in the ark. So, we should endeavor to keep the sabbath, honor our parents, etc. as He would have us do. This is how we express our love for Him.

First, remember God wiped everyone out in the flood except for 8 people.

    Hello, there's 2 common theories I've heard:

    1. Noah had 7 others with him. Some believe people from the races came from these 8 people. But this theory doesn't leave much information about culture or how they found wives within the same race.

    2. Tower of Babel. (after the flood). Genesis 11:1-9. It says 2 things: (1) languages were created, and (2) people were scattered across the earth. It's likely Chinese when to China, Africans went to Africa, Europeans went to Europe, Indians to India, etc. And with the languages were cultures. And even though the Bible doesn't specifically say it, races could have been created at this time. I believe this is the most likely answer, because I don't think all races came from 8 people who were already included family. And race, culture, language, and location are all unique and interconnected.

    God bless...

Brother Joseph. You've not erred in any way. You've come here to present something that has been weighing much on your heart & whoever reads your submission, must sense in a very real way, the pain & despondency you feel. The Christian life is not just about our spiritual strengths & weaknesses, but also the physical part of us that weigh us down affecting both the body & spirit. So by your sharing, I think many have been moved to pray for you & that you will sense the Lord's enabling to strengthen your resolve to abstain from unnecessary eating & to commit every part of your life (physical & spiritual) to the One Who delights to help us.

Those were lovely pertinent Scriptures you quoted from John 6:32 onwards & Luke 12:31. As we feast on Him our Living Bread, He will feed us with what we need & will satisfy us completely. Jeremiah 33:3: "Call unto me (says the Almighty), and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." Many have not even begun to taste the extent of the Lord's Goodness, simply because they have not, in faith, called out to Him. He delights to hear his children call on Him & He delights to answer them & reveal His Mighty Arm of Power & Love. May the Lord be very close to you in your journey with Him & supply you with what you need to be His overcomer.

1 Corinthians 3:15: "If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire."

There is no inference to a 'purgatory' here. Purgatory as understood from the Roman Catholic teaching is: ""purification, so as to achieve the holiness necessary to enter the joy of heaven". When a departed soul is 'not quite there yet' to make it to Heaven, because of some sin(s) preventing him, he needs to be in a place (a purgatory) of further thought & purification (a purging of sins) prior to his release. This is NOT in Scripture, it is RC teaching. And it's this type of teaching, even amongst non-RCs, that give a false impression that there will be a second chance at attaining Heaven & eternal life.

The verse you cite, speaks of a believer already in Heaven ("in that day" standing before God) when the revealing fire of God will try "every man's work, of what sort it is". We are saved by faith in the finished Work of Christ on the Cross, but what we have done in our faith & with our faith will come under Divine Scrutiny.

Some will finish their course well, having saving faith plus a life that has been a blessing to many & works done for the extension of God's Kingdom (i.e. works of value: gold, silver or precious stones). Others, will "still be saved, yet so as by fire" (i.e. he has done little or nothing by his faith = wood, hay or stubble, which are easily burned), but on the merits of his faith & Christ's Work for Him, he will get to Heaven "by the skin of his teeth", so to speak. See 1 Peter 4:18: "And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?" Let's not be content to "just getting into Heaven", but to live the Christian life & doing the things, that gives us an "abundant entrance".

So, yes, our 'dead works' will be burned up, but not in purgatory (which doesn't exist), but burned because it has not added to the community of believers, to the world without hope, or to God's Kingdom.

    That's quite a confession.

And all heaven rejoices over one sinner that repents .

You said in your prayer that you repent of everything you have done ?

Being remorseful and regretting what you did is a good start , because you injured people by things said or done . But have you made amends with these people ? For the damage you did them ? Just saying your are sorry is not enough but a good start .

Real repentance is making wrongs right , God knows your heart , but acts of restitution towards others really will help much , it's very humbling to do this , but it will do wonders and show a change or an attempt to change your ways . Repentance is a change of the way I do things . A change of heart . May God bless you In this . Praying for you !

Apostle Paul persecuted the church of Christ and was converted . So take hope !

If he is not good for you then he is not a God send . The devil is able to send temptations .

It also could be your prayer was not heard , for many reasons . Maybe he is good for you and you do not see it .

One thing for sure is God honours his word , but do we honour Gods word ?

If you are not fully confident with this person then don't proceed would be my advice .

To find the right person we must ourselves be the right person . Single is much better in my opinion , less trouble.

Not only must we be born again but read what Jesus said earlier in that same chapter. Water & Spirit are needed to enter the kingdom of God.We must read the Bible for ourselves. It's good to help one another but make sure it's truth. All of it. We must be lead by the Spirit or we are none of his. Romans 8. Speak to the Lord our God. Pray. Ask him. He will speak to you as he does to me. Do you hear him? We must know our God & obey the gospel or we won't enter in. Obedience + love is the key. Amen

To Stan, read what Jesus said in John 3:3-5. Read also Luke 24:47. This was fulfilled in Acts 2:38. It is for everyone in the world. In the book of Acts, they were water baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. From the book of Romans - Jude, these are the saints that came from the book of Acts & were Water baptized & filled w the Holy . Ghost Many chapters are in the New Testament on water baptism. We need water baptism (blood is applied; as well as receiving the Holy Ghost (Spirit). In Matthew 26:28 Jesus said, "For this is my blood of the New testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins". Acts 2:38 is the new testament salvation as we follow Christ in all his ways. Praise his name.

When people today are conditioned to believe that an unborn foetus is not human & can be disposed of as one would do to an annoying pest, the result is that we can do however we please if only to satisfy ourselves or help in a difficult situation. When human life loses its value, the cumulative result is what we're seeing as 'normal' behaviour all around us. Even when a detestable crime is committed, we are quick to find the 'solution' in a person's mental instability or an unhappy upbringing. When sin is not treated as sin, "man is entitled to do whatever is right in his own eyes".

And it's my considered & firm belief that the populace are not altogether in error for their thinking. That is why the concept of government has been introduced & approved by God. They are expected to lay down the rules according to divine standards for the people to follow without exception. In the case of abortion, what should have been enforced as murder, is watered down to meet societal wants & pressures, thereby appeasing their consciences that they're doing the Will of the people & no doubt, ensuring their continuance in power. Even in the failure to administer the correct punishment for wilful, fully proven murder, what does the criminal receive? Usually a jail sentence, so that he can one day be released to possibly murder again. I ask, who then is the greater criminal? Many in positions of power will have to give full account to God for their contribution to the many crimes being committed & their apathy & abuse of a God-given right & privilege to govern their people well. What my perceptions of governments in general, whether under Judeo-Christian influence & principles, or totally without them, is that they appear to serve, & so they do well in many respects, but rather used as tools of Satan to bring down society through increasing & rampant sin. They care not for men's souls (maybe they think that's the Church's responsibility), rather for their own survival & comfort.

Thanks for the clarification, Robynn. My last comment pertained to yours: "Who were these spirits Jesus preached to and freed?" I took this to mean that those spirits imprisoned had the Gospel preached to them & subsequently freed (whether by virtue of the message given them or the need for their response to it). I don't believe either took place. We generally assume that the Gospel was preached, but could it be something else? That is, the event may not have happened at Christ's death but at another occasion? That it wasn't the Gospel that came to them, but another announcement &/or pronouncement? That the caged spirits might still be in chains after Christ's Word to them?

My fear is that so often we ascribe an understanding & teaching to a passage that gives us very little detail to properly form a correct understanding, whether we've heard a sermon or read a book about it. If something isn't clear, then it does take quite an effort to just leave the matter & say, "We just don't know".

And no apology needed. You have every right to share your thoughts so that those who read them may also contemplate, assess & respond if necessary. Thank you for what you shared & the Lord bless you.

Some times God allows us to be alone, so we grow closer to Him. I have been where you are, and discovered that the more time I spent praying and building my faith, the more I realized some of the people in my life were not really good for me. Perhaps God is trying to show you that He has wonderful plans for your life, and change is not such a bad thing. one goo friend is worth more than a thousand who cause grief. Prayers and hugs. Stay close to God, and pray for wisdom to know God's will for your life. You are loved! Peace

    Good day

Romans 8:35-39 who shall seperate us from the Love of God. God is Love. Most people love with conditions, where God's love on unconditional. We even treat God that way ,if we don't get what we ask from God,He becomes none existant.

Grace is love,Ephesians 2v8 we are saved by Grace through faith. We don't deserve this Grace, but gave it because of His incredible Love for us.

Feel free to use info given here in Moderator's speech--no credit needed/given. A commenter asked who Jehu was... At a certain juncture Jehu was approached, told he would do things for The Lord, thinking that a good thing (to go out and wipe out people), taking the 'command,' evidently not really a command [for the Lord, Jehu, brought retribution for those acts (took it as The Lord's desire, not his to run on and do it, evidently. Read Luke 24:47 then in the New Testament it is fulfilled in Acts 2:38. "Repent & be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins & ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost". It is both water baptism & the Holy Ghost. Jesus spoke what was needed to enter into the kingdom of God in John 3:5. Water baptism is in Mark 16:16. Romans 6:3-8. Colossions 2. And 1st Peter3:18-21. Even in the old testament, the parting of the Red sea was a type of water baptism. Same as Noahs ark. Pls read it in the Bible. Jesus said in Matthew 28 "For this is my blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins". Acts 2:38 is the New Testament salvation as we love the Lord w all our heart, soul, & mind; & we must love our neighbor as thyself. Those 2 are commands. Without love for one another we will not make it to the kingdom. We must love as he does. We must crucify the flesh daily. Allow the Spirit to lead us. God is Spirit & those that worship him must worship him in Spirit & in truth.
