So, have apostle Paul sinned by saying this, and is in danger of hellfire?
I need to understand the meaning of it.
The danger in the passage you referred to is regarding a person who refuses the salvation purchased by the precious blood of Jesus Christ and then presumes to obtain a salvation based on the old covenant of now meaningless sacrifices and works. Such a person can only look forward to judgement and fiery indignation.
You apparently are not of this persuasion being that you express your concern to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. We all need a renewal of our mind as Romans 12 calls us to:
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
This only comes by abiding in Jesus Christ, and "Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;" ( 1 Corinthians 10:5)
Ever hearing of a man beating, or even touching violently, a woman is hard for me to understand. It is definitely not good at all as men fighting men is bad enough. My heart goes out to you and please know you are in my prayers. There are other very good people here who may be able to give you more insight. To the point, in my opinion, there is nothing that can justify a man beating a woman. It sounds pretty dangerous as also him threatening to kill you.
God Bless you my sister.
