You can check these Scriptures: Genesis 25:23 (the womb); Genesis 43:30 (the heart's yearnings); 2 Samuel 20:10 (the inner bodily parts, such as intestines, stomach, etc.); Philippians 2:1 (love & compassion); etc. So, it is word that has several meanings & applications, but one we wouldn't use now, rather using a word more specific to our intention.
The answer might sound somewhat glib, but it is all to do with Satan, the enemy of our souls & hater of God & all goodness. The Apostle Paul's reference to it specifically refers to a noticeable period of time where, from within the Church, there will be those (maybe, many) who either turn their backs to Christ & His Gospel of Salvation or introduce false teaching that dilutes the truth & power of God's Word.
Such apostasy from the teachings of Christ was evident from the early Church as Satan intruded into her midst, with those coming in having special wisdom, but actually were proponents of heresy, lies & deceit, bringing many into spiritual disrepair. Satan's tool was (& is) to give the Christian a sense of his own worth, his own knowledge & wisdom, his own power to control, that ultimately removes the believers' understanding of his position in Christ & utter dependency upon Him. Generally, such 'new' thoughts are commonly referred to as 'Gnostiscm' with its branch, 'Docetism', which has played havoc with the Church then as it does now. This is a huge subject, which you might be better served to study online, which essentially denies or dilutes everything that Christ & the apostles have taught, placing man on a higher plane than should be afforded him.
The Apostle John dealt with this in his First Epistle & so this letter becomes particularly meaningful to the reader, if one understands the devilish teaching of the Gnostics. And of course, we have the many 'Christian' religious offshoots, cults, sects, etc. that also introduce teaching foreign to the proper understanding of God's Word, bending it to suit their belief system.
Before that day of Christ's Return, we are warned to be aware of this increasing corruption in the Church & revelation of the Anti-Christ.
In the Book of Ephesians, the Apostle Paul talks about the spiritual growth of Christians.
EPHESIANS 4:11-15
11 And he[Jesus]gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.
Did you notice in verse 15, Paul tells the Christians in Ephesus to ". . grow up into him in all things . . ."? Evidently, Paul didn't think that the Church at Ephesus had grown up yet. He also said in verse 13, "Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, UNTO A PERFECT MAN . . . ."
In The Amplified Bible, this phrase is translated, "that we might arrive at really mature manhood." In these verses, Paul is encouraging us to reach spiritual maturity. He is encouraging us to grow up spiritually.
Throughout the New Testament, we see a striking similarity between spiritual and physical development. In fact, there are three stages of spiritual development that correspond to physical development. They are: babyhood, childhood, and manhood.
Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Proverbs 8:11-12 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.
Ephesians 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Luke 21:15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
Romans 11:33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out
Proverbs 3:13 Happy is the man that finds wisdom, and the man that gets understanding.
Proverbs 17:27 He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.
Ecclesiastes 7:1-29 A good name is better than precious ointment;
1 Corinthians 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; [therefore] get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Colossians 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
Matthew 13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given

I know how it is. I feel my family could do better to be true Christians and live holy, repentant-of-sin lives. I ask God how I could witness to unbelievers, similar to you. Praying that your family comes to Christ and that unbelievers would also come to Christ.

If there is no physical matter, it does not exist.
Humans can only see 10% of whats around them. All of Gods Holy family,including him are 100% physical.
They are not made of iron ore Earth as a human. Iron ore flesh can only see iron ore matter.
Couple things of many,to remember, it says "you may have entertained a angel".or when God appeared in physical form with Abraham,or when Moses saw his back.when God says 'I will do this with my mighty arm',he isn't kiddin
God is 'Omnipotent'.That means there isn't Anything he cant do.
including iron ore form of His Son
Study is to gather information and understanding comes when you desire the meaning. When it comes to the Bible, pray/ask God for his help, after all, he is the author and quite capable of revealing what you need to know. I hope this helps you learn for yourself, as God indeed, wants you to.
So any blemished animal should not be offered in sacrifice, but (in verse 22), it could still be eaten by both the clean & unclean person in their homes (this signifies whether a person was afflicted with disease or discharge, or for a woman after giving birth, etc.). All people could eat of a blemished animal, even of those that couldn't be sacrificed, like the roebuck or deer which are unclean animals. However, the blood of the animals couldn't be consumed, as some pagans were want to do with their food.
The Book of Leviticus gives an extensive dealing with this subject of sacrifice, the different animals that can or cannot be used & the condition of the priests & people who can participate in it.
