In chapter ten of first Corinthians the references that Paul made about the cloud, what does the cloud signify ?

It seems like the ones who are wicked are having all the fun. Like the world is always accepting to those who belong to it. However we should not feel left out, but should leave out from amongst them and not desire to be around ungodly men; knowing that their ways will not be blessed in the end.

Humanly speaking, you would be correct. I hope you are not a humanist! This makes sense. Man is loosing his identity, the angels not knowing how too communicate with the soul! The Angels are the messengers that influence us according to his will! Clothing will become an issue in the future, it must be understood, that if you are a man, you will be expected to act like one! Pertaining to worship, does scripture not say a woman should have her head covered? IN other words, the "glory of God" (man) is to be uncovered during times of worship, while the "glory of man" (woman) is to be covered. Angels: In 1 Corinthians 11:10, Paul says "Therefore the woman ought to have power on her head, because of the angels. "So , this reveals something interesting. In him we live and move and have our being, Since angels are the messengers, would this be in fact the way, the angels identify the children of God? And therefor communicate accordingly? This becomes even more interesting Since I have such a difficult time understanding the woman . This would prove that the spirit is very much alive and well. That the Kingdom exists and is in control! However, this covering should not be taken for granted!

yes, I understand what you mean when you say there is no biblical evidence to day they materialize but, we do entertain angels unaware. according to the book of Hebrews which means they do materialize and Abram also entertained them also as guest along with the Lord at his house. Lot took them in, yet he was not aware they were Angelic beings..... These fallen ones that we are talking about are not in service to The Holy Almighty anymore, therefore they do not do nor follow God's laws anymore. Firstly you have to remember like man, the fallen angels also lost there first estate. (meaning the Godly Character). they have become sinful, which mean they do hideous acts of sinfulness, they are the ones that teach man a lead man into all kinds of corrupt sinfulness...

First of all we have to know what the holy spirit is. and that is nature. the spirit of the trees, mountains, rain, wind, rocks, waters, fruits and vegetables that are filled with water, sunlight, air, moonlight all natural and of the spirit to fill our bodies with this energy of spirit and surround with with the spirit also of nature. Therefore if we eat fruits and vegetables with water, new, fresh and not cooked, we will be literally eating spirit for our body, mind, and soul. do that every day and night for the rest of your lives, instead of eating dead animal meat with blood in it, and not drinking live animals white blood fluids called milk. and not wear animal cow skins, cow hides leather, bird feathers, sheep wool, or fox or mink fur of animals. wear cotton, linen, fleece, velvet or vinyl fabrics of clothes and shoes. this is better for us and eternal.

What does it mean "His hand was stretched out still"?

We should dress modest and modestly. shirts around the neck. short sleeves. shorts and dresses and skirts to the knees. and shoes that cover the foot, most of our shoes should cover the whole foot, and have one pair of sandles, as much as possible. This is how we should dress around ourselves alone and with other people and especially with our husband or wife. Swim suits should be like shorts with a skirt over the shorts for women and modest top not showing anything of her top.

I believe you're right about this. It wasn't that she became insignificant because of no further mention of her name, but that Jesus might only be seen & listened to through the preaching of the Gospel, to the exclusion of all others.

If we consider the era & background to which this warning was given by God, we might view this Scripture in a different light. We need to remember that in those days, there was very little by way of separating the type of clothing men & women wore. And especially when men generally had long beards, their appearance would have brought ridicule rather than acceptance. As well, amongst the heathen, there were occasions when the sexes took on each other's apparel in their idol worship. And in this regard, one commentator looking at the Hebrew wording, suggests that the reference was to women wearing the armour that pertained to a man of war: women needed to wear this as they appeared before their goddess, Venus.

When living & serving in Pakistan, both men & women who chose to wear the national dress (called, Salwar Kamiz), had the cut of the clothing exactly the same as each other, except for a possible design printed for the woman's dress & a light shawl tossed over both shoulders. So I feel that the Deuteronomy 22:5 reference should not today be viewed as the sexes interchanging clothing, or a woman requiring to wear pants for work or leisure. The point was that the clothing worn had to be clearly acceptable as normal attire for the sexes & that the man shouldn't 'disguise' himself to be a woman & vice versa, as pertains to those classed as 'transvestites'. In India, I saw this often on the trains, where such men wore women's clothes (saris), to aid their begging efforts.

So I understand the Scripture being directed to those who purposely wore another's clothing for reasons other than what is considered normal & acceptable in society. I think the more pertinent issue today however, is how we dress for the beach, or how we try to present ourselves to the opposite sex in a seductive way, or wearing expensive clothing to convey class distinction. The world might consider this absolutely normal, but does God see that way & whether His children follow their example?

Example: You apply for a job, they call and tell you that you have the job and show up for an interview, from then on it is your choice if you show up or not.

I'm almost 70 lol. I have a theory that if we sit too much, our bodies rebel and shift around to the front of us.

Tight clothes are like tattoos: they don't look cool on elderly bodies. Ponder on that.

In the New Testament, Jesus cast many out of afflicted peoples, body and soul. If you think..So What?... they can still get inside people who are not Born Again.

They wander until they find some kind of living thing to get inside. That statement is validated in Ephesians 6:11-12, Eph. 2:2, Isaiah 24:21-22 (some are imprisoned); some are in high places; Michael had to fight one so Gabriel could get a message to Daniel. Isaiah 14:16, satan isn't big & handsome. Ezekiel 28:23-19.

Satan has a will and he uses it to hurt people.

Often people blame God for the bad things that happen. If people today have idols in their lives (porn on the computer, gamble online, horoscopes, etc.) There are specialized demons that inhabit those things. We open the door they use to come inside our lives.

One even followed Paul around, hindering his meetings till he turned and cast it out of that woman! THEY ARE INVISIBLE!!! We never have drinks and smoke pot alone.

Maybe we should turn our focus away from nephalim in Genesis and lay our eyes on how to identify demonic activity in our lives, family, friends, mean neighbors, violent video games etc. ask yourself: what Fruit am I seeing?? Is someone depressed or suicidal? That's a spirit of death. Drugs, alcohol, pot=spirit of bondage. Learn these things. You could be praying to set clueless people FREE to follow Jesus.

Please think about this. Remember people who died way too early. Some of you commit to pray every day for Military who will be returning home soon, to find jobs miraculously, find new friends, be blessed for serving. Hold their lives Precious within your heart and spirit. Let's love Larger than just ourselves.

Mishandled

Please pray that my ex will see reason and settle our divorce. He has been repeatedly unfaithful and abusive. Please i am desperate for this to be finalized so that i can move on with my life, raise my children and be of help to others going through something as difficult as this. He stalks me and makes threats on our lives.
