Almost every scene in Revelations plays out in the constellations.

As we speak the dragon is chasing the woman.

The 12 tribes are actually the 12 constellations.

The Flood actually referred to the age we started maritime law.

I think you would be absolutely surprised how the constellations and there movement describes the Bible.or the Bible describes the constellations

Here is laid a firm foundation for the trembling sinner to rest his soul upon. We are the purchase of his blood, and the monuments of his grace; for this he continually pleads and prevails, destroying the works of the devil.

There can be no more important chapter in all the Bible than this one. For in this chapter is found that our soul can be saved by the lord Jesus 700 years before his birth. And while here on earth with the living that has very little meaning to most. Its when time is no more and eternity begins that having a saved soul is all that ever mattered in the beginning of life to the end. Not health- we all die...Not wealth...we lose it all the day we die. In the end. We can have a saved soul and go to heaven IF WE SO CHOSE thanks be to Jesus.

Richard, are you asking about prayer for salvation that comes FROM within you, or, for salvation that comes from God FOR you? Or maybe you sense being bound in some terror or heavy burden, & you seek salvation from it?

I don't believe in man having any ability to save himself. He has tried over the ages even till now to find salvation by using religion, his own rigid disciplines or pursuits, & these will ultimately fail because salvation from the very thing that ruins us (sin) can only come from God. But if your desire is for the Salvation from God through His Son Jesus Christ or a salvation (freeing) from a burden you are unable to release, then there are answers for these.
  • Chris - In Reply on Job 20:27 - 5 years ago
I'm have no idea what the verse reveals "for the USA & the World", but as far as an explanation of Job 20:27, in context, indicates something else. As you know from reading this Book, one of Job's 'friends', Zophar the Naamathite wanted to make his voice heard about Job's plight. His spirit & thoughts on this was burning & he couldn't resist offering his warning. He, as Job's other 'friends' put Job's sufferings onto Job himself, indicating he was at fault & suffering for it, with more torment to come.

So to verse 27: essentially this is Zophar's word to Job that at some time, God will reveal to Job his faults/sins, indeed, the Earth itself will not keep quiet & rise up against him (maybe with further natural torments to his life & family). So I don't see this verse as indicative of present/future World events, though there are other verses, particularly in the Book of Revelation that show us the horrors of God's Wrath that are yet to be poured out in the Great Tribulation.

Indeed, constellations, stars & planets are mentioned in the Bible, but the problem arises when certain folk begin to read into their location & positioning, thus forming the basis for present & future occurrences in the universe or in people's lives.

There is no indication in the Bible that these heavenly bodies can be referred to for any type of predictions. Just as much as reading the palm of the hand or examining the placement of tea leaves at the bottom of a cup. All these are superstition-based pursuits as only God can only knows, direct & accomplish our futures. Though we do have the instance of a star which guided the maji to Jesus' place of birth ( Matthew 2:1-11) but of what sort that was we're not told & that occasion wouldn't have come under the purview of astrology.

Why is it necessary to hide God's holy name? I've read the scriptures and I find nothing that support this action. Also, who gave man the authority to hide it?
  • Richard in Christ - In Reply on 1 Timothy 4:8 - 5 years ago
    Hello Kevin,

I feel to respond to your post as this does seem to come up often today. Sometimes with some bad "myths" being made up also. So yes, Yeshua(in English phonetic) is the Lord's name in Hebrew. I believe the original was "Yehoshua" then shortened to "Yeshua". As Greek was, I'll say, more popular around the time of Christ. If you translate Yeshua letter by letter into Greek you get "Iesous"(English phonetic). Some people may believe Iesous Christos (Jesus Christ) had it's origin in the New Testament. Actually, 2 centuries before Christ's birth it(Iesous) was already in the Septuagint which was the first Greek translation of the Jewish Old Testament. Then getting to Latin Iesous would be Iesus. Then as we get to English. As the letter "J" is only about 400 years old. In the 1611 KJV Bible the Lord's name is still Iesus. I believe it was around 1629 when they started using the "J" and Jesus came about.

So as it does sound different than Yeshua, or Joshua, it does carry the same meaning of the name. As it's translational roots trace all the way back to "Yehoshua". People may not know that Hebrew is the only language that is semantic not just phonetic. As I see people braking the word Jesus or Iesous down trying to say it has different meanings and what not. This is not true and Hebrew is the only language that has that ability. As my name Richard. Should this mean I should have a lot of money or be rich? No. Some words, and names, can be made up ,or put together, but this does not mean you can cut every word or name up, in any language, and think you can find it's meaning.

I hope this helps a little with your question. Jesus Christ is Lord and that is the name I was saved by. If people want to call Him by His Hebrew spoken name Yeshua that's fine. Hopefully people don't think this will bring them closer to the Lord. And may our Father Bless those people who are cursing others for using Jesus Christ. Amen.

These kinds of questions are what Paul (Shaul) was speaking of when he said to abstain from talk that will cause disputes, dissensions as he wrote to Timothy. Studying the word you'll find out that the scriptures when translated from Greek to Latin to English lost its original content in the process. Words are not the same in middle eastern nations as Israel and Great Britain or American. Whether Jesus is your preference or Yahshua, the Lord God Almighty will hold each an every one to their just belief, as Matt. 12:36-37 says, "But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give an account thereof in the day of judgement. V 37- FOR BY YOUR WORDS THOU SHALT BE JUSTIFIED, AND BY THY WORDS THOU SHALT BE CONDEMNED ". Focus on drawing nearer to Messiah to live holy and don't be so quick to judge rashly an hastily on matters your not qualified in nor understand. MANY BLESSINGS IN YAHSHUA

Woe to him that sinned against his soul. Repent and pray for forgiveness and turn from your evil ways. Our God is merciful as long as you are sincere. Thou are full of shame for glory. Turn that shame around by being obedient to the commandments and to helping others. Pray always in give thanks to God in the name of Jesus Christ because living in the flesh is challenging because the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy so always pray, pray and pray amen!!!!!!

Yeshua is the LORDS birth given name . Why then is the name Jesus used in millions of conversions? Practically , the name of Yeshua is non existent in Christian circles an when it is used it almost comes under attack because It is the name of Jesus that is above every name? (Acts4:12) - which brings me to my second point , In the original language this scripture would say Yeshua, but then isn't the whole of humanity being a bit deceived by using another name?

    Thank you an Many Blessings!

You wrote (& I quote you), "The one line "This does not mean that the life-force actually travels to heaven." is a misquote and should not have been inserted into this post. I am sorry for any confusion this may have caused."

Of course, you won't read this as you're "finished with this website". But thought to add this in case others reading this thread might also be seeking answers. If something is a 'misquote' means it has been written incorrectly or has been placed there incorrectly & to this you have admitted. Since you don't give further details as to where your error was, rather simply to prod me to show me 'my error', we are all left in the dark & wondering what message you are actually trying to convey. I hope others can work it out. Thank you again.

No Chris, I did not say "that the last paragraph of your(my) original post was incorrectly placed there." There you go again. Misstating what I say. I insist that you read my last post and correct your mistake. In the meantime I am totally finished with this website. I will immediately delete your web address and all references, and of course with no regards as to how you respond to this post. You are receiving my continued prayers. Praise God always and Thank You Jesus.

I haven't seen any racial injustice in the USA except from the few who yell and scream publicly that it exists. Ironically they are the only ones who are spreading racism, like a self-fulfilling prophesy. All the noise can be contagious and you will see some experience confirmation bias from it as well. It's interesting how the billionaires who look like them aren't screaming about the same inequality, but won't disagree with it, either, as to not disrupt the narrative.

Comments by Alex on who are Gods Elect , His Chosen , Thats Christ that is his Chosen his Elect Not any man ,outta of the hearts of man proceeds all manner of evil Jesus says. None righteous no NOT ONE simply b/c every man carried that spot and stain of Adam, Everyman needed to be bornagain, the law was screaming mankind needs to be bornagain. This demonic nature infected every person ever born NO EXCEPTIONS PERIOD . Even DAVID a man after Gods own heart says in sin did my mother conceive me . But the scripture says behold my servant, mine elect,my chosen whom my soul is well pleased i will put my spirit on him and he shall show Judgement to the Gentiles the nations this is HIS SON CHRIST JESUS NOT ANY MAN. not any human. Thats y Romans 3 is saying there were none righteous no not one, in essence saying they still carried that stain and spot of adam, All their good works were filthy rags simply b/c of their Adamic nature . The law was screaming mankind needs to be bornagain of an incorruptible seed which is the new covenant ,Thus the lamb of God that wd initiate that new covenant ,IN His blood etc .Mankind needs another ADAM THAT WD STAIN THE WORLD WITH HIS BLOOD, He will stain all his raiment ( with his blood etc ) the prophet said. Thats y they call him the 2 nd Adam what he did at Calvary is gonna stain all the world with his blood no exceptions. All our good works are like putting lipstick on a pig . Simply b/c of our old adamic nature. we need to be bornagain I.E. we need to birth a new heart and a new spirit which is Christ being bornain US the SON OF MAN. There were no exceptions to the curse of Adam it was automatically applied to every person ever born. In Adam we ALL died but in Christ we will all live, NO EXCEPTIONS Jesus said if i belifted up i will DRAW ALL men unto me no exceptions. Its only our old adamic nature that is in rank with satan that is gonna be destoyed by that lake of fire which is God as our God is a consuming FIRE thats what we need .GB
