  • Adam on Psalms 122 - 4 years ago
    Hi again,

Once again, I've got more people to mention if anyone is willing to pray for.

There's a woman who is diagnosed with cancer. A cat named Junior was rushed to ER due to a bladder infection. There's someone named Lawrence who's been battling cancer for months in his neck and sinuses for months on end. There's another woman named Julie who is experiencing kidney failure. There's someone named Kim who is having bad stomach issues. Someone named Debbie has a brain aneurysm and another woman named Carolyn is having eye surgery. Not to bore anyone , there's someone's cousin who has stage 4 colon cancer. There are a couple of others that I don't 100% remember or know but there might've been a girl experiencing something.

Anyway, is anyone willing to pray that God intervenes in the lives of those mentioned above and the other requests I've read in the last couple of days not mentioned here, that they get healed and they all get saved through Christ if any of them are truly not please?

One more thing for now, is anyone willing to pray for someone named Sarah who mentioned that she has Covid-19 to be healed and saved as well please?

    Thank you.

Tend not to target yourself together with be expecting a person's troubles to receive significantly better.
  • Sabbath versus Corporate - In Reply on Genesis 9 - 4 years ago
I think Jesus clearly demonstrated that Sabbath is whenever your Church meets CORPORATELY.

He often taught and did healings and deliverances on Sabbath Day in Jewish culture. He made many of a Pharisee hopping mad about saying, "HE IS LORD OF THE SABBATH."

Save your emails, because I'm not going to ascribe to your interpretations.

The key point is, When You Meet Corporately. I understand the theology of: "But that's the way we've always done it."

Jesus has showed us something More (can I say this? ), User Friendly.

When we are in a corporate setting: the Word is Preached, people come to the front to receive Christ as Savior. People are healed, set free from sickness and demonic invasion. Communion is served.

That's the way it's supposed to work. I used to enjoy Sundays spent in Church. After, everyone brought their Sunday dinners and we all ate together. Kids played games, people sang duets on the lawn....

How very sweet spirited: just enjoying Jesus. It had this "mental and emotional" healing kind of atmosphere. People bared their souls: someone would pop up and say let's Pray :)

Now, people watch their wrist watches, praying the Preacher will conclude in time, so they will make their reservations at THE restaurant, on time, to "be seen at". Cold and clammy, like clams. We've lost that family feeling that Church should embody.

Jesus loves His Church? How does this affect Him. I wonder? I think He's coming back soon. People are falling away; apostatizing or just plain wandering off. That's written in the Bible.

Sit in your closet with Jesus (who is at the right hand of God, interceding for all Saints). And pray with Him for the survival of our Churches. He knows who is, and who is not, praying alongside Him. We're going to spend eternity with Him! Why don't we start now, to covet His Presence?

Alex, may the Spirit (Holy Ghost) continue birthing His wisdom and knowledge in you.

John 17:5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

John 17:21-22 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe thou has sent me.

    (22) And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that we may be one, even as we are one.

Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith (of the Holy Ghost), and the knowledge of the Son of God (Holy Ghost), unto a perfect (mature) man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ (Holy Ghost)

1 Corinthians 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not, for some have not the knowledge of God (Holy Ghost): I speak this to your shame.

Matthew 13 that heavenly seed, Alex comments about the Kingdom of God and when will it come ? B/F he assended they asked Jesus ,will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel and Jesus replied it is not for you to know the times and seasons the Father has in his own power but you shall receive power after the H.G. is come upon you. The Kingdom does not come in all of its GLORY till Christ is Glorfied the 2 nd time, which is when the book is opened, the contents of the book is the New Covenant ,that y they sang a new song when the book was opened. The words of that book are the seeds of the sower which will result in the Glorification of Christ impling his offspring the manchild the CHILDREN OF THE KINGDOM, the Glory of the fathers are their Children that was th great PROMISE MULTIPLCATION of his seed ( offspring ). Thats y John is saying NOW IS COME SALVATION AND THE kINGDOM OF OUR GOD AND THE POWER of his Christ ( her Child ) n v 10. Unless ya receive the Kingdom of God as a lil Child etc impling a heaveny birth via the good seed ( the words of that book) are the good seeds the voice of the bridegroom his words are his seeds. In the volume of the book it is writen of me i delight to do thy will O GOD, THE WORDS OF THE kINGDOM AS Jesus said in Mat 13.The Woman is the field, the world where that good seed will be planted, our hearts, God so loved the world etc thus the Kingdom will truly be with in us simply b/c thats where the Kingdom seed will be sown in manshearts,,Jesus said he dwelleth with you but shall but he shall be within you.Abide in me and i in you. Its like a spritual pregnancy, When a woman is PREGNANT SHE HAS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN, In our case the Child is the H.G. AS Jesus said that which is born of the spirit is Spirit thats the Promise Child the H.G. IMMANUEL God with US . Remember it was Davids 2 nd child with Bathsheba, Solomon, that brought in the great Temple the KINGDOM . I SAW THE 2 ND CHILD . GBU

I am glad you brought it up about that. I have knew that for so long time and have asked people about it. No one seem to have any answer to it. I believe that many churches are doing this wrongfully in God's Eyes and has for so long time set it to control us all, all over the world. There are way too many secrets that churches from around the world are holding against God's Will. Why on Sunday? And why are we celebrating Christmas on the day Jesus born? Well, all that and secrets were from Pagans. To keep the Truths from us, the Way of Life. SMH, May we all not be blinded in life by liars who changed everything against God.

This is a separation of good and evil. I also believe this represents the condensation

of the church at Christ's return. There are so many that are still playing church, they

walk around with their heads held high thinking they are so much better than others.

thinking they are a part of Christ, but in reality their lives do not show the presents of the

    Holy Spirit.

You'll have to go on Google to see that.

The book of Tobit tells the story of Tobit and his family, who are living as exiles from Israel after the Assyrian conquest. ... On his journey, the son Tobias meets Sarah, who is afflicted by a demon. Raphael intervenes and dispatches the demon, allowing Tobias and Sarah to marry.
  • GETTING CONFIRMATION on teachings - In Reply on Exodus 19 - 4 years ago
Everybody reads and may interpret scripture differently. That's why I read the Commentary on this website. Also, I Google "Bible Commentary____scripture______"

And the google search engine goes and fetches what I want to investigate.

Then select a KJV commentator to read his take on that scripture. In the mouth of many, the Bible truth should be established: what points people agree on.

It's like how it would be if we were quizzing all 12 Apostles plus Paul. Everyone saw the same thing but wrote it identical but from their point of view with their experience with Jesus and through the Light of revelation through the Holy Spirit. He always testifies of Jesus Christ.

By reading many Commentaries you glean the best part of each one. ALWAYs ask the Holy Spirit to CONFIRM the Word of Truth.

That's how I do it. Chris does too.

If I hear something sorta wild, I go get it confirmed by scripture and read a lot on it before I open my mouth. Some things I don't respond to because I already did. It's back in the history pages somewhere.

Sometimes I think people are scared of commentaries? It's a helps book. Every year at Back-to-school sales; I go get a half dozen notebooks to scribble notes and teachings in.

I hardly watch television anymore. It's all cotton candy programming. :D

the favor of God is always great, acceptable, and in many ways an inspiration to the one who is in need of help. Is the Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding of God spiritual isolation,, if not than how do you distance yourself in a time like this where life commands so much from the body and the soul, knowing Satan knows that is how he finds the open door for him to enter, then you can only look back to Jesus words, man shall not live by bread alone, and what David said, "i have become skin and bone the unholy one. Asking for favor is only Grace, and afterwards we can only thank God for it, this is asking in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

COMMENTS BY Alex on Rev 1, Rev 5 and Rev 7 Comments about the book of revelation not having anything to say about water baptism, only the blood of the Lamb. Unto him that has loved us and has washed us from our sins in his own Blood . Rev 5 Thou has redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred. ppl and nation and has made us unto out God kings priests that we shall reign on this earth. No mention of water baptism the only mention of water is FOUNTAINS OF LIVING WATER WHICH IS THE H.G. as john said when Jesus SPEAK OF WATER IT WAS THE SPIRIT FOR THE H.G WAS NOT YET GIVEN B/C THAT CHRIST WAS NOT YET GLORIFIED. Rev 7 Who are these and whence come they, these are they that have come out of great tribulation and have made their robes white in the Blood of the LAMB . Many places in Rev. speak of the lamb of God AND HIS BLOOD but none of water baptism, No wonder John the baptise said he must increase but i must decrease .Jesus said among them born of a woman there are none greater then JOHN but he that is least in the Kingdom is greater then JOHN ,who is greater then John? ITS simply the H.G. OUR NEW BORN INNERMAN THE Child of PROMISE THAT IS LEAST IN THE KINGDOM SIMPLY B/C HE IS BORN IN THE KINGDOM A BABE THAT IS IN US,OUR NEW HEART AND NEW SPIRIT IS THE H.G . The babes and the sucklings are the least in the Kingdom but they are BABY GODS born in US via his seed etc. Jesus said he that is least among you shall be great thats the H.G. the Child of Promise resulting from his good seed the living word sown in our hearts. They are greater then any human including John. They are the children of PROMISE, THE MULTIPLICATION OF CHRIST via his good seed the word the fruit of his good seed resulting from our hearing and understanding the bridegoom's voice. To whom the WORD came it made them Gods via a heavenly birth . When Isaiah saw the Kingdom coming he said unto us a Child is born . Jesus said unless ya receive the Kingdom as a lil CHILD etc. The PROMISE CHILD TH H.G.

As you know, this whole chapter speaks about Melchisedec, king of Salem & priest of God, of whom there was no record of his birth, his family or end of life. He is portrayed as a type to which Jesus is ascribed: an eternal Priest. Then the chapter goes on to speak of tithes that he received from Abraham. And this showed that by his position, Melchisedec was greater than Abraham even though he was not from the tribe of Levi, & would not normally be in a position to receive tithes. But Abraham recognized him to be of a greater position than he & so gave him a tenth of his spoils.

So verse 7, "And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better." And this means that this position shows without dispute that the less (Abraham) was blessed by the better (Melchisedec) & not the other way around as one could assume.

Verse 8, "And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth." So the Hebrews writer states that the 'men who die' (i.e. of the Levitical priesthood) are authorized to receive tithes, but in the priesthood of Melchisedec (i.e. not from Levi), he could receive tithes, & of him it is declared that he lives 'eternally' (as presumed). So a special case here of a non-Levitical priest receiving tithes also showed the Priesthood of Jesus, also not of Levi.

So the focus of these verses is not Melchisedec, but on Jesus Who is seen as his type, coming in the "order of Melchisedec". When Jesus came, the law pertaining to the priesthood changed; as the priests served at the Tabernacle/Temple, this Priest (Jesus) came to serve the people & give His Life for them. Even though the Levitical priesthood continued, it served no further purpose anymore before God as Jesus came as both Priest & Offering. Those other priests eventually died, but our Great High Priest lives on eternally.

Without dispute, the line of Shem is the one that is constantly referred to in the Bible. Shem was the middle brother, with Japheth being the eldest & Ham, the youngest of Noah's sons. It was through Shem's descendants that Abraham came & from Abraham, the branch of the Hebrews (later Israelites & Israel) & of the Ishmaelites (later Muslims) split. You can see Shem's line in Luke 3:23-38 which leads to our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

And of course, this line of Shem is most "talked about" since God had called this line of people to be His very own, setting His Love upon them ( Deuteronomy 7:6-8) & through which He would one day bring forth His Son to be the one & only Sacrifice as payment for mankind's sins.

I have a question; Why is the church observing Sunday as the Sabbath when clearly it is Saturday? I have yet to find an answer to this question from my peers yet they continue to Worship on Sunday. The Bible is so clear on this, yet the church refuses to obey and my Bible tells me to obey God above man, is this not true, either? How is it that we can keep some of the Commandments of God and the one that says "Remember the Sabbath" is the one we forget? I believe that God wants to ask us this question so I look forward to your responses.

May God keep you and bless you today.

Mark chapter 14 gives us the account of Jesus with His disciples in the Garden of Gethsemane. While Jesus was praying there & the disciples asleep, Jesus awakens them as suddenly Judas Iscariot comes in with a band of armed men sent by the Jewish religious leaders to arrest Jesus. The disciples deserted Jesus & fled but this one unknown young man was also there. There has been speculation on who he was, as he didn't come with the band of men, nor was he a disciple of Jesus called to be in the garden to pray. It is guessed that he may have either been in the area & became inquisitive to the commotion going on, or may have been temporarily residing there to do some work. Whoever he was, he didn't flee with the others but when he also was being accused of being one of the eleven disciples, ran for his life naked, leaving his loin cloth behind.

That is very true, Jerry. And that portion goes on to say in the next verses, how the Church also would profit/benefit from the ministry of the Holy Spirit to them as a whole - the Body of Christ.
