so this means , i need a strong faith okey it's a deal that i love for only our lord Jesus Christ .

and also the pope is a sinner like any other man ,understood.

"Jesus Christ through His death & resurrection gives us certainty that those who come by faith will be saved from Hell & it won't be dependent on what we try to do to clean ourselves up."

i believe in that too no doubt in it .. the strong faith , to the strong faith , through the strong faith , until the strongest of the strongest from all who has faith .

in the name of that holy vision that i had , if any of you experienced that he will know exactly what i'm talking about .

Didn't you take on the name of Christ when you were saved? If the answer is yes, then why would you not also take on the attribute to be sinless, to sin no more? In John 5:14 and John 8:11 Jesus tells man and woman to go and sin no more. Also note that Jesus taught that we will be known by our fruit, which is either good or evil. Matthew 7:16-20 here Jesus tells us that the tree will either be good or evil not both. Which are you, good or evil? If you still sin, you are evil.

Satan was not in Heaven. He was not cast out of Heaven anywhere in the Bible. He was not an angel of God ever. This presents us with a God that cannot control His angels, nor can He actually save us from sin if you still commit sin after being saved. Let's consider something here. A person knows he's sinned, he feels convicted of it. He then repents and asks God to forgive his sins. By faith it is done. The sins he used to do is forgiven and forgotten. Now since God is more than fair to us all, let's reverse things. The man that was saved commits sin. He is no longer saved because he repented, changed his mind is part of repentance. His life of salvation is now forgotten. That is how this works. You are not saved and sin too. Yes I know there is the 2nd work to be done called sanctification that a person that is currently saved from sin can ask God to remove his carnal nature and clean his spiritual heart and to fill it with the Holy Ghost. Now that person is truly free from all committed and inherited sins. But he does not go about still committing sin or he is lost still.

Question: if you are saved and yet commit sin, when do you stop sinning? When you enter the Kingdom of God? If yes, then the Kingdom of God is here now for you to enter. Come to the Church Of God, a church building where the saved do not say they're saved and yet sin.

So again the question, do you claim salvation and still sin? You as the tree are either good or evil not both. Saved or sinner. Only two choices.

This is a prophecy of the end time. Note that all nations are involved and the LORD himself will be fighting for his people. There are similar accounts in Joel 3 and Revelation 16.

Isaiah 19 shows us God has a great plan for Egypt's future.

i'm a man studying in music last year in the university and next year i'm gonna join an engineering university for softwares development , it's a french university , which means i did hit two birds with one stone , i'm gonna be an engineer in two fields , Sound engineering and Softwares engineering .

i know some Muslim guy who he is an engineer and in same time an IMAM in the Mosque , that means he isn't better than me , he got his own god that i LEFT five years ago , i have my "True god now" and i shall do for him the maximum efforts.

as first bowing more and more to our Lord Jesus christ and getting his blessings because i have that thirst so badly in me .

that requires years of honesty and remembering his blessings on my soul .

Secondly even spending money on online christian courses worths it and i'm telling you , i shall stay on this passion , he is not any lord that's Jesus christ and he is the prince of all peace and i felt his holiness in that VISION i had at my sleep.

finally , i can be in three sectors that will serve jesus christ and his followers at the same time.

my energy is sooooo really ready for that and , the peace that i experienced in my Vision i never had before even with my Girlfriend , it's not to be compared at all .

So do what you're doing now: spending time in feasting on God's living Word. Do deeper study, ask questions, get to know God & His Ways, join a Fellowship if you able to find a good one & be baptized as a witness to yourself & others. What types of Churches are there around you, apart from the RC Church? Are you in contact with any Christians that can guide you as to where these other 'hidden' Churches/Fellowships might be? There's no time limit for progressing with the Lord - His timing, His Ways are not ours - He just looks for that heart that loves Him & desires to please Him in every area of the life. He will do the rest. Every blessing to you Josef.

Your question about going into the ministry. There is no timeline for this nor is it everyone's calling to be a Pastor. I'm unsure what you are thinking when you say, "If I succeed". If you're thinking of some steps, e.g. baptism, Bible College, etc. that you need to do to become a minister, then it doesn't work that way. Not everyone is gifted by the Spirit to do that work. You can read of some of the work within the Church in Ephesians 4:7-13. What you must do is to get to know God, His Son & Spirit more; & that comes from spending time in reading the Word, in prayer & study. As you do this, it may well be that the Spirit will speak to your heart or lead you in directions that make you useful for the Gospel. It could be pastoring, or evangelizing, or teaching, or even in prayer for others or serving in the Church. We can't presume on God for a calling - He will do it when He knows that you are ready. I can see how zealous you are for the things of God, which is wonderful, but don't let your "zeal eat you up", which means, one can get so zealous that you over-step the guiding Hand of God upon your life & start to do things your way & not God's Way. I know you are at University, indicating that you have the mental capacity & desire for excelling in some specific field of study or employment. God could well use your abilities or your future career to further His Kingdom by your witness & those gifts He develops for His use.

Hi Josef. I'm glad the points were helpful to you, but I have to restate, that what I said about the RC Church (re: idolatry, Mary worship, etc.) were things that were wrong at that Church. So when you wrote "the Pope is infallible & is Christ's representative on Earth", I had listed that as being wrong. The Pope is only a man, elected to be so by the RC hierarchy & considered to be infallible (i.e. he cannot sin or say or do any wrong). The Pope, like us, is sinful & we all have to be saved through faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ at the Cross. So please correct your notes, in this respect at least.

The thing that makes Christianity not a religion is that it is the only one that claims, & enjoys, a personal relationship to God & His Son Jesus Christ. There is no other religion that can make claim to this, as to them God is unknowable & too distant away & anything we do in this life, good or bad, will go to our account in our last days. This is not the teaching of Christ. We can do absolutely nothing to please God - we're all filthy with sin ( Isaiah 64:6) & a filthy person cannot make himself clean. He needs someone Pure to do it. So it was God, through His Son Jesus, Who did it for us & through this act of great Love, brought all those who believe in Him to a new relationship with Him. Now we can know this God of Love because He has willed this to happen by bringing us into the brotherhood of His Son, Whom He loves. Read John chapter 17. Islam believes that a person's deeds are weighed by the angels sitting above each shoulder & therefore one's destiny is finally given, but Jesus Christ through His death & resurrection gives us certainty that those who come by faith will be saved from Hell & it won't be dependent on what we try to do to clean ourselves up. Any good works we do won't be acceptable to God - Christ's Blood alone was the acceptable sacrifice to God.
  • Bendito Palavra - In Reply on Habakkuk 2:3 - 5 years ago
If I may correct two misunderstandings:

Baptism is not salvation. It is a testimony to the world that you have been saved.

The Pope is not infallible and is not Christ's representative on Earth. Infallible means without error. The Pope is a sinner like any other man and often exceeds other sinners in his pronouncements contrary to scripture.

I don't believe that this Stone of Abel (v18) has anything to do with its namesake. After a little research, which is of course inconclusive, this is the same stone referred to in verses 14 & 15. And in these verses, this stone is 'Eben Gedolah' but was changed to 'Abel Gedolah', which is a play on the words so as to signify the great mourning of verses 19-21.

Remembering the great tragedy at the killing of Abel by his brother Cain, it was likened to the great lamentation over the loss of so many at Bethshemesh because of their sin of taking the Ark of the Covenant & peering into it. So this stone may have been the base of the Ark of the Covenant when it was returned to Israel but it had nothing to do with Abel, just a change of wording from a 'great stone' to a 'great Abel' in their deep sorrow.
  • Chris - In Reply on 1 Thessalonians 1:4 - 5 years ago
That is true, that God knows each one of us before we were born & also before the thoughts or plans of our parents to conceive. That's why it becomes such a great tragedy when a life is lost in the womb, especially so if it is aborted. God even knew this would happen & the life that was to be a privilege & blessing to the couple had to be returned to the One Who gave it.

But an embryo is unaware of anything else apart from any activity within its tiny frame to survive. Unlike the belief by some religions, the Bible doesn't show that we had any existence prior to our conception & birth & therefore there should be no reason to believe that an unborn child has any other past or any recollections of it or of God. Just my opinion.
  • Disquieted Used in Scripture - In Reply on Psalms 42 - 5 years ago
Read the Chapters these scriptures are in, to see what was going on at those times, to cause disquietedness in these people's lives:

    1 Samuel 28:15

And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known unto me what I shall do.

    Psalms 39:6

Surely every man walketh in a vain shew: surely they are disquieted in vain: he heapeth up riches, and knoweth not who shall gather them.

    Psalms 42:5

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

    Psalms 42:11

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

    Psalms 43:5

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

    Proverbs 30:21

For three things the earth is disquieted, and for four which it cannot bear:

Disquieted in Proverbs 30, interestingly is a prophetic book speaking to the signs of the Times we are living in Now.

Describing this Generation of people's living on the earth. Even describing the riots in our cities:

the hatred of our young people against their own parents

    The hatred against racial injustice,

Hatred against upper class, middle class, and lower class, that suffer need for everything.

Hatred for generations that did nothing (in their perception) to save the earth, prevent global warming, killing animals into extinction, ethnic cleansing of whole nations of people to take their lands for their own greedy reasons.

As they erupt in anger, so will the earth respond in kind.

    Mishael.

    Bible Search Engine Tips

Tell me why we don't go at the Bible the same way?? Dig, dig deeper, READ commentaries on here; read commentaries on Google.

The Holy Spirit is your TEACHER. Ask Him. If you'll sit still long enough and be quiet, you will get answers. PRAY for a TEACHABLE spirit.

Get a Study Bible that has Center of Each page, reference columns: with the abc notes within the scriptures. Those send you to other scriptures that EXPAND the meanings or reveal a prophesy.

Back out of the room to the Search Box.

Put a scripture in it or just a word (like worms) hit the arrow. The search engine will pull up ALL verses with 'worms' in it.

Touch or click the verse and it will highlight yellow.

Scroll downward to the Commentary Box. Click that. It will show you what the scholars interpret that scripture to mean.

Questions answered. It makes studying fun and interesting.

    Be adventurous.

I was fooling around one day with the Search Engine on this website... typed in CHINA. Up pops 3 scriptures!! It gives locations you can use Bible maps with.

Pandemics are real. And we are going to see one after another. It's in the Bible.

There's a quickie link from KJV to Google to help you find a scripture you're unsure about. Like: "Jesus releasing prisoners from hell".

Learn to study! For yourselves. Share what you find, on here. IT IS FUN! God speaks to us through His Word.

When you sit down to study: pray: I HAVE THE SAME MIND OF CHRIST !! I receive it by faith right now. God watches over His Word To Perform it.

Give that fine mind of yours To The Holy Spirit, stand back, and see what He will show you. Habakkuk 2:2-4 You will find your identity within the Bible.

Psalm 103 is my favorite of all of The Psalms .

This is Because it talks about how Beautiful and Compassionate The Lord Jesus IS always towards us. When the storms of life try to overload us with issues, Psalm 103 Reminds

Us that The Lord is still in control and Loves us.
  • You were seen in your mothers womb - In Reply on 1 Thessalonians 1:4 - 5 years ago
God chooses us. He sees us in the womb.

Sometimes he calls prophets from the womb. Isaiah and Jeremiah were. David was a King of Israel. John the Baptist is the fulfillment of the prophesy of "a voice crying in the wilderness."

He has a purpose for all of His children. We need to ask Him what that is :)

I was aware of Someone who felt to me like a companion when I was very young; 4 yrs. I was "saved" from accidents or illness, many times. I strayed as a young adult, but when it was time; I was was saved.

Many people share that same testimony.

    I hope this helps. Mishael

the forces of evil, not only attach the ones that promote Christ, from a stand point of sinners attacking Christians, but also Christians attacking Christians. It is seemingly so much more terrible now than when I was a child in the world. We now see Christians that are turning against God, and going back into the world, and for what? there was nothing out there for us before we were saved. We as Christians, need to come together and pray for each other, remember where we came from, remember the agapa love that god has shown us, remember the commandments, and as Jesus bought to our attention the first two are the most important. This is found in another discussion I was reading. And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets."

    - Matthew 22:35-40

We all need to remember that none of us are without sin, and not made perfect. So we need to pray for one another, and remember that we are all brothers and sisters in Christ, and should treat each other accordingly with the love that God has granted us. May you be blessed today and throughout your life.

Praise the Lord. Please forgive us. Have mercy on us. There's so much trouble, hate, senseless killing, people dying from covid, illness, diseases, racism, and corruption in the world today. It just seem like people are losing hope. I ask in Jesus name to pray for all of Gods children, this nation our leaders from the old to the new President/V. President and His administration. Things can't stay the way they are. We need you Lord God. We need you to survive.

Lord I ask for prayer for myself. Change me Lord God so I can be more like you. Im having some issues with my health. I'm asking for prayer and healing in my body. Help me to make better nutritional choices. You know my situation and I trust you Lord God. I know that I am not alone and you are with me guiding and protecting through it all. In Jesus name Amen.

Thank you Lord for all you've done for me. In Jesus name Amen.

thank you my brother Chris for making me understanding those topics

and thank you brother Bendito Palvara

and thank you brother Butch .

i really enjoyed talking to you my brothers , i really can't wait more to be baptized , i love our lord Jesus Christ & i will remain his loyal servant as he brought you guys here to discuss with me senstive points but that didn't make me feel uncomfortable , i'm just saying :"yes , this is it right here , that's what really fits with me , Thank you Lord Jesus through those guys right here they are standing for me to deliver the word of god."

i'm taking notes , that made my passion even higher .

Firstly , the Church is a holy place portrays Jesus's body .

Fecondly ,Baptism is a salvation .

Thirdly , i shall read carefully the Bible .

Fourthly , the Pope is infallible & is Christ's representative on Earth.

Fifth THNG IS, i'm not required to confess my sins to anyone Except the Lord Jesus Christ & it's okey to confess my faults with some.

Sixth thing is, i have to request Brethren Pray .

Finally , i shall always seek the Holy spirite to guide me through this wonderful religion .

my last question is , If i succeed & i make it all in Four Years , will i be qualified to be a Pastor !? because i think it's so difficult when it's related to the Ministry.
