In the context of that chapter in Deuteronomy, "stranger" would apply to someone not in the farmer's family & specifically to any passer-by or one who might be hungry & has no store of food. The Israelite farmer is instructed to not pick the olive or grapes till all the edibles are removed from the tree/vine, but to leave some behind for the passer-by, the widow & the orphan who may not be able to buy food. This was a small & subtle way of sharing something of what we possess to help others.

Hi Richard, that was truly a mighty testimony with clear evidences of the Lord meeting with you directly & ministering His Grace to you by Word & Deed. You have been through so much in your life & no doubt all things coming together for your eternal good. I would however, strongly differ with your belief on the Earth's form as would be seen in my (& other folks') discussions with some others holding that view, but I overlook that difference & just leave the matter with the Lord to help us with. But we can indeed see His work of Grace in your life & your enthusiasm to know & love Him more. The Lord bless you brother, in your walk with the Lord.

I believe that God is already working on the things from my early years because it doesn't feel painful anymore & as you said, if it wasn't for the Lord's intervention, we would be miserable, which I'm not anymore. Praise God !!! It was my depression & anxiety that brought me to God, but I feel like He has worked on other areas of my life also as they're all connected to one another. I believe that declaring my sadness & hopelessness & asking God for peace was the grounds for the Spirit to reveal Jesus to me & draw me to the Cross.

I feel even though it is still in the back of our mind, it doesn't seem to bother me anymore. I believe that God is healing or has healed all those points of mental & emotional pain. I know I can't change how people feel or perceive things about me, & I'm just trying to focus on the One Who can help & change me. I feel like I have forgiven them because I feel a lot happier & content about the situation.

I know I shouldn't be sinning anymore & I do my best not to sin wilfully. It's funny you should say that it seems as though after a certain amount of time things just changed inside you. I feel like that's what is happening to me.

I believe The Holy Spirit is guiding me & I know it's not ok to sin. I'm more aware of my sin now & listen/sing Christian songs or pray when I become aware of it. I have never experienced the Lord speaking to me, but I think that He'd do the same with me if there's something that I was unaware of. I believe that God will reveal these things to me at the right time. Like our younger pastor said, if God revealed all my sin to me at once I wouldn't be able to cope with it. I also believe that going through these things makes us stronger (& wiser too.)

I do pray that God will help me with certain things. I know that He's helping me because I know I couldn't have done things on my own. Thank you for all your encouragement & support.

Thank you for your reply. I know satan tempts us to doing things that aren't ok with God. I find that the less time I spend around non Christians, the less I fall into sin like gossiping, but I still struggle with negative thoughts about people. When this happens I either pray or sing a Christian song in my head or listen to Christian songs on my Spotify & this helps the negative thoughts to pass.

I have never been baptised, so this is why it's so important to me. I'm unsure if The Holy Spirit is in me, but from some of the comments about my experiences I may already have it & just not know. If not then I believe that Jesus will baptise me with the Holy Spirit when it's time. I believe God's timing is always perfect.

Thank you for sharing your experience about what the Holy Spirit wanted me know. I find this very encouraging & it gives me peace. Praise God !!! I know it's always going to be hard while we're still on earth & that we have to keep fighting satan & sin, praying from the heart, & do are best to follow in the foot steps of Jesus Christ.

I've already asked God to forgive me & them for our sins & just for my own peace of mind. I feel like God is helping me with this because I don't think about them as much & if they come up in conversation it doesn't really trigger me as much these days & eventually, with God's help I don't think they will bother me at all. I know I couldn't have done this on my own, so I believe that God is in it & working all things for good.

Would the example of the temptation of Christ after his 40 days in the wilderness, be an example for us? Once we become affiliated with holy spirit and the power in him, we proclaim and perform the oracles of God! Temptation is the seeing and understanding the evil one and his ability to thwart us , through fear of not having what we need. First, affiliating all with deception with questions of the power and our relationship with God the Father. Jesus, in his time of hunger and need did not give Satan a place, did not allow him to accuse the Father through the temptation wrought in these illustrations given in the word. These words we see and hear from Christ, are our example how to deal with the evil one! With wisdom comes knowledge and power, given through faith, used in the extension of Gods kingdom. This is what the evil one hates! Remember his time is only for a season, and or seasons! We will dominate the evil one as long as we are in Christ! He has overcome him and knows the way! We cannot do these things without Christ! Pray always , pray without ceasing!

Indeed Mishael, the Middle East continues to bubble over bringing uncertainty & tension for those over there & with implications worldwide. Even the recent signing of the Abraham Accord at the White House between Israel, UAE & Bahrain (to maintain peace & good relations with Israel) brought some signs of hope to the M.E. And up to nine other Islamic nations are planning to join that accord. But how genuine are these Islamic nations - how faithful will they be to Israel when things get sticky there whilst Iran, the Hezbollah & Turkey are dead set against the existence of Israel?

You may be well aware of this Site, as you're well-read both with the print & visual media, but I regularly follow The Watchman, with Erick Stacklebeck giving bi-weekly talks (Tues & Thurs) on the latest 'goings on' in that part of the world & beyond. He attended the Peace Treaty signings at D.C. & gives his first hand impressions on it. Certainly, the pieces of the 'puzzle' are being seen, if not coming together, but who will be the charismatic esteemed one, recognized by the nations, who can broker a full peace deal in the M.E.?

Even with the Covid virus showing signs of a second wave in some countries, I wonder how the on-going negative impact this will have on the economies of the world, will also weaken the hearts of men to put their trust in someone that can lead them & pull them through a time of general ruin & despair? We can but watch & pray - and pray for Christ's Body to stay true to the Lord & our Holy Faith when Satan will seek to disrupt our confidence & take away our joy & peace.

How do I prayer over my children,wife,city and revival in my church

I know people are nervous about the Bill Gates involvement in this kind of technology. I watched several of those chip videos. They are advertised as being easier to manage identity theft and buy things. A lot of millennials are getting them in a belligerent manner with disdain for people planning to be caught up in the clouds to meet Jesus.

I'm planning on that! I DO NOT want to stick around to see the worldwide grief of people who gamble and lose their life.

I don't know how many read the daily news from Israel, but i do, faithfully. Russia and China are being much more visible. The Palestinians are dead set on running Israel off their covenant land. Iran has a nuke and were enriching the uranium and "accidently" exploded the building. Lebanon was storing chemicals in a warehouse near families and that exploded "mysteriously". Iran, Russia, Turkey, Greece; countries all around the Black Sea have earthquakes almost everyday. South America that is buying oil with gold; while citizens go without food or housing, have earthquakes everyday. Africa is being ate up with locust clouds.

China is actively ridding itself of Christians. Kidnapping children to put in their military. Muslims are being made to serve too. China has rebuilt a highway from them all the way to the Mediterranean. They are selling cheap infected meat to all countries & and other products. They own 50 million acres of American farmland. The don't have to sell any food to the USA. Scripture says God is going to utterly wipe out Russia. Wonder if that's where the Wormwood Star is going to hit: that will make all fresh water bitter & poisonous? So much more news! Need room.

Times of the Gentiles can be any day. I am not over exaggerating!

Let's skip all the speculation and get radically saved now!?!? No food, no water, no power, no ammo, no internet, no gas, no heat... be intelligent and give your heart to Jesus NOW!! For real. He knows our hearts & if we really mean it.

One of the gifts God gave me is common sense. I will wear a face mask went I'm out and about among other people. What if you not wearing a face mask give other people the virus. You think God will hold you guiltless? God will take care of this virus in due time, but until then use common sense and wear a face mask.

What do they mean by stranger here? On verse 20 and 21 and 23.

As you stated the RFID chip is being used now. I don't ever want to put an electronic chip in my body. I'd rather stay as much as how God made me as I can.

Getting to the vaccines. I will share some information I've been lead to. To start I'm sure all of you know what GMO is. So with our foods, say fruits and vegetables. People can not patent or "own" anything natural or made by God. When they go in something and alter it's DNA in some way, making it GMO, now they can patent it and now own it because it is not natural anymore. The vaccine they are working on, backed by Bill Gates, is using "recombinant DNA" technology and will do just that to our DNA. Alter it in some way actually making us GMO and our DNA not natural anymore. So they can say they basically own us quite simply. This type of vaccine has never been used on human beings before in history. They're going to want everyone to take it, from what I see, but may not make it mandatory at first. We'll just have to see what happens.

After seeing the doctors speak these things about this. Even Bill Gates is saying it will alter our DNA. I will never accept taking this vaccine they are making up as we speak. Just be ready to take up your cross my brothers and sisters. Trust in Jesus Christ or trust in man.

I think that through the ages, particularly in our lifetime, we've seen development of technology & other non-tech material, progress in a gradual way. Some things take longer, others quite rapidly, especially in electronics & IT. So too with our personal information being recorded, used, & sometimes, misused. It happens with all our cards, licences, eye/fingerprint scans, passports, our internet searches, et al. So already the rudimentary means for knowing all about us is in place & some of them quite advanced in forecasting our behaviour or having multiple agencies storing sufficient data to describe us in alarming detail.

What if we could condense this proliferation of baggage we carry in our hip pockets & purses into a small scanable chip (which of course, as you well noted, the RFID chip already is in regular use for many years/decades) which would one day be commonplace in our bodies so that we can get about our daily business with greater ease & less fuss; and of course, all that information gleaned from us is available to all agencies concerned. So even if the future holds such a development for us personally & may not be wrong or what the Scriptures warns us about, should the believer see this implanted chip as a precursor to what the Anti-Christ might also include in the chip? Revelation 14:9 talks about "his mark": maybe we can assume it to be a separate addition to the chip or Anti-Christ's own mark or ID that is electronically implanted into another chip. Whatever it is, both "receiving his mark & worshipping him" constitutes one's departure from the love, trust & shelter of the Lord & there'll be no place for repentance.

It would be a very difficult time of contemplation requiring decision as to what a believer does when faced with the implantation of the 'innocent' chip & its ramifications for the future. Some still only trade with cash, suspecting the credit card to be the precursor to Anti-Christ's chip/mark: an interesting time ahead for us.

Those chips are here today and you can get them put in your perts so that you can find them if they run off. At the end they will try and get people to get them. DO NOT.

What about 1 Corinthians 8:6

Richard, you are correct that sacrifices were conducted at the Temple court, however in this era, they would have normally been conducted at the Tabernacle or at a dedicated Altar. Yet, if you read that portion carefully, when the people saved the best of the cattle of the enemy (the Amalekites), Saul was severely chastised by God through Samuel the prophet for not destroying all living creatures even though Saul had assumed that the cattle would come in handy for sacrificial purposes.

But Saul was rejected because of his disobedience (rebellion) in this matter, his sin being likened to the evil of witchcraft & idolatry. Saul then realized his error but his disobedience even meant that "God repented that He made Saul a king over Israel". So, I understand that the cattle saved as part of the booty, were probably meant for sacrifice at Gilgal, which was a special (sacred) place (Joshua chap 4) where Joshua erected the 12 stones (representing the 12 tribes). Then they sacrificed at Shiloh, a short distance away, where the Tabernacle was set up ( Joshua 18:1).
