    Rob,

We all know, or the ones this is pointed towards, that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. "The firstborn among many brethren".

Just one question. You stated this "If you have a verse that proves Jesus Born in Bethlehem was in heaven before then you have a valid point." Is John 6:38-39 not enough? Which to me looks like the exact answer to the statement you made.

How's Revelations 19:13. That is supposed to be Christ at His second coming. Correct?

I'll state this. I believe it is quiet over simplified of people saying "Jesus and God are the same thing". I don't Believe that and don't agree with it. They most definitely are a part of one another. Jesus Christ even said in John 14:28 "I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I." Many other things I could quote that shows they are unique to each other. But as in 1 John 5:7 "these three are one." The Father, the Son(or Word), and the Holy Ghost are all a part of the Eternal Godhead.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God that was born from a virgin, on earth, in the flesh, in Bethlehem. What about John the baptizer stating in John 1:15 "John bare witness of him(Jesus), and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me."

May the Lord Bless us to all come together and have faith and trust in Him. I would never call myself smart. All Glory to the Father. Love one another my brothers and sisters. God Bless us all!

According to the book of Job, God had full authority over every aspect of Job's destruction. God considered Job a perfect and upright servant. We can rightly argue that Job did not deserve the persecution that he received at the hands of satan. We know that God had no need to prove Job to satan or anyone else. We know that God was aware of and allowed it. And Job never doubted God's authority over every moment.

You've searched out and thought about it enough to bring up the story of Job to show God's ultimate authority over all of what you term the 'evil' failures of His creation. You craft and shade your rendition of the examples you give so that the whole situation begins to stink. Then you just drop your investigation right there and point to God and say 'He did it'. Do you really think that it should all be written off as that simple? If you're happy with that then I guess that's ok but then it sounds like a 'misery loves company' attack.

Is beating or torture, even to death, the ultimate trouble to befall either an individual or his/her loved ones? Is there nothing worse than death? Can good come from 'evil'? Thousands of years later millions of people like myself are wiser thanks to God having provided us this account in the life of Job.

For various translations of the word 'evil' (as found in Job 2:10 for example) you can do a web search on "Strongs H7451". I think you'll find that displeasure, distress, or adversity will be an accurate modern English equivalent.

I think what Jesus is saying is, like plowing with a mule you must remain looking forward. Keeping the rows straight, not letting the mule get distracted or frightened. Mules sometimes need blinders on the side of thier eyes. We must keep going forward to God, not looking to the side or behind us. Not getting distracted or frightened. We ourselves sometimes need blinders to keep from temptations. It's very easy to get distracted from God. So we must work towards God as if we are using a plow trying to reach the end of a row in a field, keeping our sights on God, not straying from side to side or looking behind us. I myself have watched men plowing with mules, and they paid no attention to what I was doing off to the side or behind them. They focused ahead.

Comments by Alex on Mark 8 v 22 KJV The blind man was symbolic of the Church that cd not see clealry under the 1st anointing, (Early CHURCH DOCTRINE) answers to the 1st anointing, Jesus spat ( his word ) in the blindmans eyes but he saw men as trees walking impling fruitless trees that are not grounded in the living word put out no fruit. Trees cannot be fruit bearing unless they are grounded ,Thats the early CHURCH they cd not see clearly,Even Paul said we see like thru a glass Darkly. We prophecy in part and we know in part etc But when that which is PERFECT is come, the 2 nd anointing, the 2 nd coming, the opening of the book resulting in a birth of CHRIST IN US, WHICH ANSWERS TO THE 2 ND WINE WAS THE BEST WINE. Early CHURCH doctrine was not the best wine spritually speaking.Thats y God found fault with the 7 churches in ASIA,the book had not been opened just yet,Thats y Paul said when that which is PERFECT is come that which is done in part will be done away with. The Church needs that 2 nd Anointing. thats y there are a zillion different Churches,on every corner they cannot see clearly under early Church doctrine, thus its all confusion. They have turned to money,Riches and wealth the gift of God there Doctine. At pentecost they were all intoxicated in the SPIRIT BUT THEY RAN OUTA OF THAT WINE,the best wine does not come till the 3 rd day, we are just beginning the 3 rd day now. A day being a 1000 yrs. When Jesus took the blindman by his hand and led him outta of the city means the blindman was symbolic of the early church that cd not see clearly under the 1st anointing,( early church doctrine). The best doctrine is the book in the right hand of the father that has not been opened just yet. The 2 nd wine,That image in Dan. 2 was all in Parts but it had to be destroyed,Paul said when that which is Perfect is come that which is done in Parts will be done away with. Thats y there are a zillion different Churches no body can see clearly under early CHURCH DOCTRINE.

When you give your long years to your Father in Heaven. My writings l write what l know and feel. Been through many hard knocks in battles with the enemy of this world. Listened to others before the Blessings God bestowed on me. Looking back on my life, it was written with God's hands for me. So easy the road would of been. I never knew what l had long back with the Lord. Now l look back on how sad the world has always been. My jobs l helped others always without even knowing the gifts l had been given from the Lord. I could never be as others no matter how l tried. Now the strength of the spiritual sides of the natives, and God's words speaking to me day to day- l understand. To the point l can't be in this world of evilness without seeing the truth inside the person. When others hurt...l hurt. Can feel emotions. All my ups and downs came to give me answers to everything this world really is about. Jesus when He walked this Earth was so compassionate and caring no one could understand why He did for others before His self. I do now. I am the same. Always make a plan, but someone needy comes to me from the Lord, and here l go again-Giving up on my plan. If only you could see the Heavens above as l have in an after death. You could never grasp the Strength you have- to go after and can get.Now l walk one day at a time. Happy God walks close to me for protection. Whatever happens l stop and figure out what to do from God's eyes, never the world. For the world is out to destroy. The Light that shines in the Heavens and the angels that are ready for God's commands when His people are in need and have the Faith of believing no matter how bad it is, will see God's hands handling your situation for the best. Many have called me an angel in the past when l would show up at the time they needed me the most. I see in their cards now. Just did when and what l saw was to he done. And the Light others saw was God leading me to help them. I never knew till now life is Special!!!

You can't I know but all you can do now is hope that these prayers will help her and if they don't that's ok cause you are looking out for her and you will always be there for her so that should count as something and the thing is you tried. My grandma tried to get my mom off of drugs and it wouldn't work she tried everything and it still wouldn't work but it's ok I know it can be scary to see a loved one go down this path but if you got god by your side you shouldn't be scared cause he will do what is right and it might not be what you want but it is what has to happen.

Well I'm a person in a Christian school and in seventh grade and I'm not the best person to be around and I've been learning from my teachers so much so I have decided I'm gonna read the Bible cause I got to thinking about how I could die at any time and I want to be ready for death so I chose this bible and by far this bible really helps me understand cause it's not hard to read it's understandable and makes it really easy for me to learn the word of god so I highly recommend this bible to everyone and the trivia really helps me remember what I learned.

Great chapter , but let's see a doctrine that makes Jesus God not the Son of God !
  • Rob on Matthew 17:5 - 5 years ago
    Matthew 17 v 5

Another witness of God the father of Who Jesus is , His Son .

So is Jesus God the son ? Never mention in scriptures, not even by Jesus or God himself .

Jesus called God father , and God says by Witness that Jesus is his Son . This is the record do you believe Gods witness ? Or men's doctrines on who Jesus is ?

    For me it's a closed case .

Jesus is the Son of God .

Another recorded witness Of God the father testimony of Jesus !

This is as good as it gets on who Jesus born in Bethlehem is !

Anyone what to challenge God ?

    Think twice .
  • Rob on Matthew 3 - 5 years ago
    Mathew chapter 3 v17

So here we a 1 recorded witness of God and there are others they all say the same , This is His Son .

Where does God say by witness anything other than this is His Son ?

Attempt all you want you will never find it unless you can not hear the truth , I do understand some will never truth because they don't have ears to hear . Like the Pharisees they are still among us .

    HEBREWS 10

23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised

24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

25 Not forsaking the ASSEMBLING of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

    Comment By Mishael:

Verse 25 is talking about going to Church; and it clearly tells us why we do that. If Almighty God is telling us to go to Church, I'm sure it means He will keep us from getting the virus. But it's up to each individual to practice safety if they want to.

Why do we go to Church? It is more than seeing what people are wearing, or critiquing the praise and worship songs, or Who's there and who's a "no show." How truly petty and carnal.

We are there to fellowship, share a testimony of how God has blessed you that week; or someone you know. If people are fearful, then YOU pray for God to meet their needs. Have something positive to say. Exhort each other that Jesus is returning soon.

Do we think that Moses had time to stop and share with frightened people crossing a sea bed fleeing from Pharaoh? God told him to get up Front do the people could see him.

Church is FAMILY. It's not Facebook or twitter or fake media; they will gossip as soon as your back is turned.

We need to read ALL of Hebrews 10.

Only a soldier whose been on a battlefield knows what I am saying: NO SOLDIER LEFT BEHIND !!! You pick them up and get them to safety.

The Christian Church in China is having their churches SHUT DOWN. You can't have church in your home. They confiscate all christian literature and destroy it. Now they are giving $30,000 fines to Christians who do not obey. Your athiest neighbors rat you out to authorities. China cops are installing surveillance cameras in private homes on repeat offenders.

Be a blessing to those that may be scared and need encouragement.

    1 John 4 verse 9

God Gave witness about His Son Jesus and this witness is greater than any compilation of men's attempt to explain Jesus .

So who do you believe reader Gods witness or men's attempt to explain who Jesus is ?

When Did God give witness? I can recall because it's recorded by those that witnessed it .

One of the qualifications for Judas replacement was that he had to be present at the baptism of Jesus . To be a witness of God s witness of his Only begotten Son norm in Bethlehem, Jesus .

On the mount transfiguration again God gave witness, what did God say ? Read it ! Believe it !

Read the whole chapter of 1 John 4 , keep things in context , don't cherry pick from all over the scriptures and form a doctrine .

A doctrine is in its own context .

May the truth set you free !

Here God makes everything good and he blesses.God's word is so powerful it creates. God's spoken word was disobeyed. The Word became flesh to save us.

    King James Bible

Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. You have to be born again and be a doer of the word to bless our offenders and love the law to not be offended.

Disobedience brought down the human race. Obedience brought man back to God and in the name of Jesus you can come to God. Being a doer of the word is powerful.

Satan comes to take our eyes off the word of God and go by our carnal eyes. We need to hunger and thirst for righteousness. Matthew 22:36-40

    King James Version

36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Love is powerful. God is love.

So Chris you don't except Gods witness that Jesus is his Son ?

Show me a verse tha God says other wise !

At Jesus baptism and on the transfiguration before many witness this is recorded in the scriptures!

You prefer a doctrine of scriptures made by men .

Where is the doctrine in the scriptures? Of what you preach about Jesus ? Thanks I'll wait

Regarding sin.....no one is without fault, therefor do not deceive yourself.

    John1 7:10

7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

I understand the concept about the laws being written upon our hearts, & many more directions of the Spirit to us, & to know them & do them to God's Glory, but I feel like I struggle to live up to God's expectations. I feel like I'm destined to join the goats at this point instead of the sheep. Thank you for suggesting the Spurgeon.org site. I will check it out & let you know what I think. My younger pastor has mention Spurgeon before saying he was a good preacher, but by the time I got home I'd forgotten all about it. Thank you for all your continued guidance, advice & encouragement.

God bless you & your family.

    Kind Regards

I agree that our Bible study would be more useful when we are given the opportunity to contribute. Me & my friend have already suggested that, & they didn't take the hint. This is why we plan to look for another church after the Covid 19 pandemic. I have never heard of the buzz words "cell groups", but it sounds like a good way to make the Bible study less boring, but I doubt the pastor would go for anything like that either.

I know that repetitions in prayer are not good because I have read it in the Bible. I do set aside time in the morning & at night to say my prayers & I do also say the Lord's Prayer in one of my prayers. In most of my prayers I would quote a scripture from the Bible. Example. 'Heavenly Father, Have mercy on me a sinner, It says in your word Matthew 5.44 But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray from them which despitefully use you, and persecute you. (& then I'd say) Lord, Please help me to love my enemies, to bless them that curse me, to do good to them that hate me, and to pray from them which despitefully use me, and persecute me, that I may be a future daughter of your kingdom. Thank you Father, In Jesus name I pray. Amen'. Praying doesn't come naturally to me because I only ever heard the teachers pray in assemblies because I don't come from a Christian background, so nobody around me prayed. I only started to pray in the last year or so, though I have been going to church for almost 3 years because I felt like an idiot at first & I don't feel God's presence around me, so this can be discouraging at times. I find it difficult to pray because I don't feel a connection. I do talk to the Lord sometimes as I go about my daily activities, but I don't feel like I get any answers. I told the pastor this & he said that I'm not going hear an audible voice. I've heard an audible voice in the past, but unsure if it was from God, so I just ignored it.

If you look carefully you will see there is a subtle play of words in what Alex is saying. The lie in the garden is proven in the admissions of Alex and Earl assuming deity. Be warned everyone, their teaching is heresy on display and spiritual blindness on their part. A little truth will never cover a great lie.

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Do men validate the lie of Satan in the garden and call it truth? Yes.
