Glad to hear ! Yes The Church will prevail by Jesus . It's not too late for others to repent and get right with God , as in the seven Churches . Jesus knows all and will not except a Luke warm church .

What people often refer to the rapture is actually the first Resurrection. There are not two Resurrections for Gods saints .

There are many more scriptures , but these should be enough . This is Jesus own words and teaching , are mans more correct ? That's why I find it easier to believe Jesus than any man .

2 Timothy 3 v15,16,17 are essential to practice or deception is probable these days . Since the 1800s we have been bombarded with heresy and cults . Look at all the date setters proven wrong . The list is long .

I believe the Lord granted me understanding of this passage recently. I did not notice it for a long time - the apostle John, did indeed, "tarry" in the flesh until Jesus came to him to give him the Revelation. Our God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ is blessed forever!

The believers do not entangle themselves in the affairs of this life ( 2 Timothy 2:4). This current world is Satan' kingdom ( Matthew 12:26; Luke 4:6; 11:18; John 12:31; 14:30; 2 Cor. 4:4; Eph. 2:2; 6:12; 1 John 3:8). In fact, for whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world, and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith ( 1John 5:4).

Seek, and ye shall find (Mathew 7:7).

Only through 'True Repentance' will God be able to reveal Himself, and adopt you as His sons and daughters ( Rom. 8:15,23; 2 Cor.6:18; Gal. 4:5; Eph. 1:5; Hebr. 12:5; 1 John 3:1).

The word 'Repent' means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe. It is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God ( Acts 26:18).

For a better understanding and the 'spiritual truth' of what it means to repent, and learn how and by whom mankind has been deceived ( Rev. 12:9), and what people must do to be reunited with the true and living God, we invite you to seek Him according to the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive ( John 14:17).

You need not that any man teach you ( Isaiah 54:13; 6:45; 1 John 2:27), It is only by revelation of God that you will come to know Christ ( Daniel 12:4,9; Amos 3:7; Matthew 16:17; Luke 2:26; Romans 16:25; 1 Cor. 2:10; Gal. 1:16; Eph. 3:3,5; Rev. 1:1). It is a narrow way that leadeth unto 'Life', and few there be that find it ( Matthew 7:14).

This is prophetic, a time to come - treasure was heaped up FOR the last days...

Aside from Luke 19:13, where does it say to live our lives, bury the dead, and continue on until Christ comes back? Meaning, we should not put life on hold... we still have to work, learn, witness, etc.

To Noel on 2 Timothy 1:6, Your comment on speaking in tongues was painted with a wide brush. I would caution you as you move forward as a Christian, while professing speaking in tongues. You are incorrect in your interpretation of God's Word. Look up Kenneth Copeland and R H Browne as they babble in a "tongue?" Back and forth while laughing and slapping each other on the back. These people and others like them ie. Benny Hinn are nothing but charlatans who are out for their own personal financial gain. Study and show yourself approved while rightly dividing the TRUTH!!

My question concerns the meaning and/or use of the word "rapture." Through my recent study of God's Word, my understanding of the word, rapture is to depart as departure, leave, exit, caught up, etc.



Many fellow believers believe in pre, mid, or post Tribulation. Others do not believe in a Rapture. This has caused much confusion on my part.

My question has 2 parts: What is the True Meaning of Rapture and When does the Rapture Occur? [Scripture supported answers]

I am not concerned about what is referred to as the new world order. The prince of this world has his desired order well planned and in long ago in action. The Bible's warnings are for the believer and those whose desire is to believe.

Many warnings that are often applied to the world should be applied to the Christian's very own personal life and Christian walk. It should be understood that Satan's plan is to upset God's peace in his believers and have them turn from God and believe a lie. Believing a lie is a lie in itself.

Satan and his world is the lie. Many hearts will fail in fear as the times get darker and they will use earthly or worldly ways to try to overcome a spiritual battle. The battle is for the soul not the body. The Body of believers, Jesus's Church and Bride will prevail in peace and understanding.

There are a lot of false Christians and non- believers who stand in the short run to gain by the darkness that is in this earth. We only can pray for them and live as lights of God as a peace witness that the Life of Jesus still lives in his true believers.

One great device of Satan is to blame others for your problem, for your life, for the conditions you face and this feeling of superiority or inferiority is not of God and it will harden one's heart and darken the light upon you. Blaming Satan? This undermines the grace of God! When this happens our self righteousness grows and our eyes are off of Jesus and we will lose peace and grace as the Holy Spirit pulls away and we will need repentance again.

Love your neighbor as your self and Love the Grace of God in Jesus Christ and listen to the still small voice of the Holy Spirit for guidance.

I been saved for over 50 years.. but however I fall away from the Lord...i came back to God a month ago I deaded my life back to the Lord ..so I need prayer because Satan is always working trying to steal people joy ..God gave me power over my body..through his blood.thank you.Jesus for dying for me..and giving me the power to defeat the devil that is why I have to put on the Armor of god ...in Jesus name AMEN...

There likely are some Baptist churches in your area. Have you heard of the one that has put on a walk through nativity scene outside of Lincoln in Sheridan? Perhaps they have a online service right now. There is a church in Bangor, Ca that may be helpful and a similar one near Willows, CA as well. I will be praying for you and will mention you to my wife as well.

Good morning Carl, I like what you have written. It is the Spirit behind what is being written that also counts. Christians do need to prove the spirit of the lives and words of other Christians so that God in Jesus by his Holy Spirit can refine us as brethren and make us alike enough to be a light and witness to others by example. This website is a place of words, even quoting the Bible very well and to the letter has a weakness and that weakness is that we the reader and the professor of Peace in Jesus Christ can not see the peace, grace, joy and freedom in each other's lives as our neighbors see us.
