I ask others to help in praying for Thomas Miller who is being attacked by some form of witchcraft/black magic/occultism. Unfortunately, some of his neighbors have been know to belong to some type of occult/cult group. Please Pray for Thomas Miller to be protected by the Most High Heavenly Father through his son Jesus Christ.!! Thomas lives in Linden, Va. Please also pray for David Hill to be covered in the Blood of Jesus and to have Jesus Christ rebuke Satan out of David Hilo's life. I pray for these things as well. Please Help.!!! Amen... As I watch the heartache, deceit, betrayal, and selfishness in crumbling marriages all around, couldn't this verse be referring to the end of sorrows for some and the potential for likely pain, albeit in growth, for the other? I'm finding little desire to go to any wedding celebrations bc it means stretching and growth and potentially heartache and separation.

The Commentary says that no offerings or sacrifices was held because there was no alter. If that was so, then why do the scripture say so and the people were given a loaf of bread, meat and wine after the sacrifice?

Certainly God hears the prayers of the unsaved! Otherwise, how would He hear your cry for repentance and prayer FOR salvation.

God is ever present, always watching, always listening to all mankind. If you are unsaved, today is the day to repent of your sins, believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, died on Calvary to take your place, arose the third day, and is sitting at the Father's right hand making intercession for you and me every time we sin. I pray you will trust Him as your Savior and become a child of God. All you have to do is repent, believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and accept His salvation! Don't delay, He's coming soon!!!!

Please pray that my son James continues to use his time in prison to get close to God and stay on the right path when he's released. Please also pray that my son John will be touched and led by the Holy Spirit. Why does 1 Peter 1:2 in the KJV use the word "ELECT," and yet is not found in the original Greek?

and I appreciate that. but I'm looking for exact scriptural understanding, as the Kone Greek for Ransom at 1 Tim 2:6 translates as " Corresponding sacrifice" (Strong's Greek).

Am i right to assume Jesus paid ransom, that corresponds to the life given up by Adam that plunged us into sin and death and Jesus bought us back by giving up his perfect life.

Question: according to john chapter 9 verse 4, why must we serve God during our life time?

By nature every person is born in sin through the sinful seed of their natural fathers and conditioned therein ( 1 Peter 1:23). For that reason and in order to become a son of God, which are born of God, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God, a person must be 'Born Again' ( John 1:12,13; 3:3-7; 1 John 3:9; 5:4).

By attending a man-made institution ( Acts 7:48; 17:24) a few hours a week does not mean that a person can make a claim that they are followers of Christ and 'Born Again'. That is falsehood, as in truth they follow after an image of a false god and a false Christ ( Matthew 24:24; Mark 13:22; Gal. 4:8; Rev. 12:9). This is how Satan has transformed Himself into an angel of light ( 2 Cor. 11:13-15).

Only through 'True Repentance' will God be able to reveal Himself, and adopt you as His sons and daughters ( Rom. 8:15,23; 2 Cor.6:18; Gal. 4:5; Eph. 1:5; Hebr. 12:5; 1 John 3:1).

The word 'Repent' means a lot more than what people by nature have been conditioned to believe. It is the key principle of all the teachings of Jesus Christ and the axiom (basis) of the Word of God and a prerequisite and primary requirement for the salvation of mankind. It actually means the changing of spirits - to turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God ( Acts 26:18).

This is a great verse-- Ezekiel 44:24-- to make Christians scratch their heads. Ezekiel is talking about the future (our future too and the Third Temple) yet righteous people will be EXPECTED to keep the laws and judgements and Sabbaths? (Not to mention that all must be circumcised in heart AND flesh in the future if they wish to be in God's House ( Ezek. 44:9). So the question is why do we think Jesus came to destroy the Law when Ezek says we will keep it forever??

I dont think so. Taking idols is taking faalse gods. It is best is not to take too long to judge. The idol didnt save anyone. It didnt save her from death or whatever. The Jesus' holy children will be saved. As the song says " Death is a lie!" For God's saints it is. I am not a Universalist or whatever heresy in the Not-pure-anymore-Church.

If you lose that, it wasn't the least bit everlasting.

You can certainly undermine your assurance and your fellowship with the LORD ( Hebrews 3:12-19)
