In my opinion, I think the two witnesses are going to be witnessing the SAME 3 1/2 years as antichrist's reign.

Remember how Moses and Aaron stood before Pharoah? MY opinion.

Me:

Persecution, tribulation adn suffering is what the church goes through. Great tribulation is Satans' wrath. I see it this way after many years of study.

Three wraths.

1. FIRST WRATH: Satan's wrath or what we call in modern times Great Tribulation which is 3 1/2 years

2. SECOND WRATH: God the Father's wrath poured out on the wicked with plagues to try to bring the last few to repentance. This time period I don't see a specific number of years. We know the one plague lasts 5 months and it is on the wicked but there are 6 more plagues. Could it be another 3 1/2 years? Yes. But I don't see where the Bible states that. It's possible God the Father's wrath will only be 2 years but could also be over a 10 to 20 year time period for all we know. I just don't see ONE New Testament scripture that gives an exact time period so I don't want to be dogmatic on that.

3. THIRD WRATH: The Son of God'S WRATH. The Son of God comes to earth right before rapturing us off at the end of the the Father's wrath. He comes with a rod of iron and this of course is called The DAY of the Lord. I'm open to this to being more than ONE day but I would think it would last ONE day because Jesus, 2/3rds of the angels and all the saints are coming and it won't take long to bring justice with an army that vast and having ALL POWER.

Dear Ann, will pray. Just so you know, reporting it IS part of the evidence. Your testimony itself is part of the evidence so its important to do. These are supposed to be reported to HR or the appropriate manager and if not then you inaction may contribute to the problem. Hello, I don't believe that. Everyone has different gifts and most Christians don't speak in tongues from those I've met. I've seen young people try to do it from peer pressure, but was unauthentic and just jibberish just like it says here: 1 Corinthians 14:28. You can pray for the gift of the holy spirit. Some believe it comes as soon as you choose to follow Christ, others say when you pray later. Either way, I believe you know by your conscience. You can pray to know how to recognize it. My husband is self employed as an attorney. He was trying to get justice for a small business client who was victimized by fraud. However, the judge was biased against our client and accused my husband of filing a frivolous lawsuit, and the imposed $1,000 sanction (a fine) to be paid to the opposing attorney. This was unjust and we are working out of our home to try to financially survive. Our clients didn't even get to be heard!

Please help me pray to make the right decision with my person l care for that he gathers all his strength in God to fight his illnesses that he has had come all at once upon him. He is fighting an enemy that has been hold of him all his life. So please help me pray for his strength to fight.

The first part of verse 26 and verse 27 could be linked together as they are both referring to Jesus Christ, whereas, the second part of verse 26 is referring to the people of the Roman prince namely Antiochus who destroyed Jerusalem and the temple and its people in 70 A.D.

If you desire to see others healed, KNOW of a certainty that 1. It is always God's will to heal. We are not disciplined by God using disease or sickness. This is a aflame doctrine and it undermines our faith both in healing, but more importantly, in the nature of God. God is the same yesterday, today and forever and, as James says, there is NO variable in that...not even a shadow of turning. Paul's thorn was not disease. Otherwise, as the Pharisees were told, "satan cannot cast our satan". And, "a kingdoms divided against itself cannot stand."

But I have been wondering why the physical appearance, especially the facial features, of some groups of people have some close semblance to other creatures. Please, do not get offended, I genuinely want answers: Consider also the Australian Aborigenes, the Red Indians, Mogolians, Greenlandics, people from Siberia, etc. Please, I do not intend to disrespect anyone. Children are being taught from both home & school that published 'historical' facts are far more reliable than any faith-based understanding of the world we live in. Even the apostles had to combat this intrusion into the early Church where this gnostic influence & teaching was creeping in, which amongst its many teachings, taught that man's knowledge & ability to acquire it was of far greater worth than virtue. This suggested that it was fine to be morally upright, but the acquisition of knowledge was of greater value, & through knowledge one could better himself & delve deeper into one's subconscious to find the divine.

Is it any wonder that the Bible is no longer required but one can depend on what scientists, philosophers & sages have discovered over the ages & this becomes the truth on which we must establish ourselves & proceed from. So, if children are taught that their ancestors were actually apes & through a pictorial description show that evolution over time proves that humanoids developed from them, then if the matter of faith in the biblical account is brought to them, it becomes a strange unbelievable teaching lacking any substance. And so it would, if everything that is taught to them is so-called 'fact based', even though those 'facts' may well be full of errors. But what do they care, as long as they progress in education & matters of 'religion' are left out for those so inclined.

The question then is, have Christians failed their societies by remaining quiet when devilish teaching went on, subjecting our young ones to lies? Would the tide of wickedness be stemmed somewhat, had Christians overtly resisted Satan? How many have arisen to withstand this onslaught? Very few, while we remain smug in our Churches ensuring that at least in those hallowed halls, our people & children are taught God's Word. We might have a lot to answer for in our suppression of God's Word to all.

God provides...In season and out of season. Although the circumstance may change, He does not and He will not. We must trust in Him and lean not to our own understanding BUT in all our ways acknowledge Him and He will direct our path. Trust in the Lord. He is in control. The ALMIGHTY God in the mountain top is the same God in the valley low. He is with His people. He will provide for His own. He alone is worthy to be praised! Amen.

If you go back to 1 Sam chapter 8, you will see that since prophet Samuel was getting old & his sons were a useless, evil pair, the people cried out to have a king rule over them, just the heathen nations had over them. Samuel warned them about this after consulting with God but the people wouldn't listen. And this displeased God as it showed that His people no longer wanted to put their trust in Him for their blessings & battles, but to have a human king to reign over them. And you've read about this in chapter 12 when Samuel rehearsed with them how God blessed His people when they followed Him but when they turned away, they suffered badly.

So, to prove to them that God was angry at them in asking for a king, Samuel asked God to show His Anger by sending thunder & rain during their wheat harvest, at a time when that type of weather would destroy their crops. After the rain came, they feared God & realized their foolish request for a king. Sometimes, God has to do this to us too, when we're too stubborn to do what He wants us to do, we feel the pain from His Hand. So Israel quickly changed their prayer for a king to a prayer that they themselves wouldn't be destroyed. But they did get Saul as king, but he was not God's chosen - you can read about that in the following chapters.
