This woman was praising Mary saying blessed is the womb that bare you and the papes you have sucked thats Mary and she was truly blessed but Jesus is refering to another WOMAN when he said more blessed are them that hear my words and keeps them thats Humanity th WORLD,JESUS said the field was the world where that good seed wd be planted our hearts that good seed will be sown initiating a birth of Christ in US.He wants us all to be his MOTHER that what the new birth is Christ being formed in US. Who is my Mother them that hear my WORDS HIS SEEDS.The KINGDOM HAS TO COME VIA A BIRTH OF CHRIST IN US.thats y he always referes to himself as Son of MAN. Unless ya receive the kingdom as a lil CHILD.
  • Chris on Daniel 4:7 - 5 years ago
In Dan 4:7, there is no special or hidden meaning contained there. It is simply an account of Nebuchadnezzar & his quest to find the interpretation of his dream. His wise men couldn't help him so he called for Daniel, who gave him the meaning by God's help. Some groups tend to 'spiritualize' portions of the Word, that ought not to be done. E.g. the pebbles that David collected to be used in the slaying of Goliath: each pebble has a special meaning and significance. This, to me, is absurd and outrageous.

Please read Luke 16, especially vs 22, about Lazarus and the rich man. An example of eternal torment. There is no way to escape the burning lake of fire.

Romans: Romans: 10: v. 20, 21 Then Isaiah is so bold as to say, "I have been found by those who did not seek me." I have shown myself to those those who did not ask for me. But of Israel he says, "All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.
Romans: 11: v. 1-21 I ask, then, has God rejected his people? By no means! I myself am an Israelite, a descendent of Abraham, a member of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God has not rejected whom he foreknew. Do you not know what the scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel? 3 "Lord they have killed your prophets, they have demolished your altars; I alone am left, and they are seeking my life." (Read on..)

When man chooses to not acknowledge his Creator & fall before Him in adoration and worship, he must then find someone or something else to bow to & give his life to. To some, his own self becomes his god & he is then answerable to no one else. To others, sport, entertainment or addictive substances. And all this diversion from the Truth doesn't come from within himself, but from the great deceiver through anti-Christian governments, which would rather give into the devil than to the commands & statutes of Holy Writ. They remove Christian education from schools, teach evolution as fact, penalise parents who discipline, promote homosexuality, etc. Our govts. will stand in Judgement. Blessings.

Frank, The reason we had to sacrifice animals is because WE sinned. It's not like God just wanted us to kill animals for his pleasure. Before Adam and Eve got us started on this journey Man cared for and had dominion over the animals and did not kill and eat them. It's called a sacrifice because you have to give up something. You have to feel the pain of giving up something to truly understand what sacrifice means. Imagine how God felt giving up his son to pain and suffering for a people who didn't even understand what he was doing for us all.

Charles, I have a question. I hope this doesn't offend as I too am from the South, but exactly why do Southern Baptists call themselves, Southern Baptists? I've never heard a Yankee say I'm a Northern Baptist? Are the Yankees ashamed to call themselves Northern Baptists? Or is there no such thing as a Northern Baptist? Are there Eastern and Western Baptists?

The fat and the best portions of meat from the best of the herds and flocks being sacrificed was simply this. If a friend were to come to your house to eat would you not offer your best to them? Well, God demanded a sacrifice be made to him by the Israelites to atone for their sins. In return God made a covenant with them that he would be their God and as long as they did this he would dwell with them. So they offered up their best as he commanded. It has nothing to do with dietary concerns.

I got into astrology as a teen. It was fun to look up friends horoscopes. I learned to look there for information instead of the Holy Bible. It was much later when I believed I could change destiny's, my life began to spiral. Be careful what you look at. Many things are idols and have a demon stationed by it. Tell others in Bible school. Invite star nuts to meet at church.
  • Mick on JOHN 1010 on Acts 16 - 5 years ago
I told a little of my testimony to let others know how very present the Holy Spirit is to us during crisis. Ask. He's there. Talk to him. Ask Him to teach you to pray; intercede like Jesus is doing now. A intercessor (I was taught) is one who asks to stand alongside someone, in their place, to fight against satan or to release a blessing into someone else's life. You must know who you are in Jesus Christ before you take on some hell to stand in for someone who may not know they're on satans radar. He steals, kills and destroys. JOHN 10:10
Pray for people who need it. People are hurting now and receptive to let someone pray for them. Answered prayers are your reward. :D

  • Mickey on Isaiah 1412-16 on Matthew 1 - 5 years ago
Actually in Isaiah chapter 14:12-16, satan says I WILL 5 times!

God is not destroying people's lives. One of satans other names is: DESTROYER. And he is the ACCUSER of the brethern. Revelation 12:10, Job 1:6,12 and Zechariah 3:1

Part of our problem is that we do not trust God. We think he does all the painful things. Like why is he allowing satan to get near us? Hear that accusatory question? Or, why doesn't Jesus just heal everybody? Why does bad things happen to good people?
There is the WILL of God. God gave free will to mankind in the garden of Eden. Satan has a will too. He's not going to do anything good with it. Read Job 1. He's defeated. Intercede for loved ones.

  • Chris on Acts 12:4 - 5 years ago
This is an often asked question. I then ask:why did God allow bad things to happen to His Son Jesus Christ? And we know that Jesus faced people's anger, hatred, hunger, temptation, misunderstandings, beatings, thorns, spearing and death. If God allowed His only begotten Son to suffer so much, when He did no wrong & without any sin, should we be surprised that we, as good as some might try to be, also suffer? We are all born sinners, even the slightest wrong-doing makes us such. But Jesus did no wrong, even when under severe testing by Satan - yet He suffered. So, the answer is that we all suffer because we are sinners, but now as Christians, we are given His Grace to live above the pain.

I did not say the Catholic religion had it all right. You're judging. Scripture says don't do it.rnIt was the Holy Spirit that opened up Luke 1 to me. I used to think like you are.rnAll generations of catholic believers have done something NO ONE in other religions barely ever do. She is Jesus's mother. She was chosen. She spoke what had been spoken to her by the angel.rnALL GENERATIONS of people will call her BLESSED. It's a prophesy! Don't mess with Gods prophesies. Apostle John called her blessed. Have you ever wondered about Luke Ch. 1 ?

That wasn't really my experience, after salvation. The Holy Spirit was helping me survive coming out of the occult practice of astrology. I knew someone was telling me to destroy many things in my home; or burn them. Acts 19:19. I had to have a witness to that. I had to tell people who knew me that I had been saved. He was protecting me. I was delivered of drugs & alcohol first day. I destroyed that. It was moment to moment the first week. I went to a church and told them a brief testimony. Following week I was water baptized. Next Sunday The demons came back to torment me. The Holy Spirit was with me every moment until I could learn what was happening. I worship God with my life. He's real.

Seeking the Lord's Face in prayer for everything you do is most important. In respect of your need for a wife, the Lord understands your need & you have to trust Him to provide the right person at the right time. If you meet someone at Church or another gathering & you are able to talk to her about general matters, you can (as she would also) know how you perceive her as a person/a Christian/her interests & goals in life. And remember, outward beauty fades, but the heart that is wholly given to the Lord, preserves true beauty for all time. Then you make it a matter of prayer & with your faith in God answering you, you will know His guidance in this matter or maybe, a "not at this time".

Second, yes, Mary was told when she was ALIVE & on EARTH that she was blessed because she had been chosen by God to bring His Son in human form into the world. And yes, we recognise she certainly was blessed to receive that trust. However, the Bible gives no support to a belief in a 'risen' Mary, when you study out the doctrine of death totally (which is too long to do here). Worship of any other being, creature, image or thing is clearly condemned in the Bible as idolatry. Finally, in regard to the right or wrong teachings of ANY church, Christ instructed us to rebuke and reprove wrong teaching not according to His Word. I stand with Him: If it's wrong, it's WRONG! 2 Tim. 4:2

Hebrews 5:14 - But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to DISCERN both good and evil. 1 Corinthians 2:14 - But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them , because they are spiritually DISCERNED (We need the Holy Spirit to give us CORRECT discernment or we will lose our way).
1 Kings 3:9 - Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may DISCERN BETWEEN GOOD AND BAD: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?" When a Christian discerns the WRONG way, he/she is to turn away from it.

Mick, I'll have to reply in a few screens as this site doesn't allow for lengthy replies. First, on 'judging' - One thing I find with many Christians today is that they confuse discernment (a gift of the Holy Spirit given to us to use, when we are converted) with judgment. No, we are not to judge others as to their sins & personal mistakes, but we most certainly are to discern between truth and error, between wrong doctrine and correct doctrine, between true and false - or we will all of course end up on the scrap heap! We have to DISCERN the way of danger from the path of safety in our Christian walk. The Bible is FULL of instruction to us to discern wrong from right!

Is it not really disheartening to see mankind exchanging the truth of God, for the lie, and worshipping and serving the creature rather than the Creator? ( Romans 1:25) As God does not wish that any should perish but that all should come to repentance ( 2 Peter 3:9), hence this pandemics, which is reminiscent of the Noahic dispensations, where it was only Noah that found grace in the eyes of the LORD ( Genesis 6:1-8) May you find grace in the sight of God in this trying period of our life IJN Amen

I see this Corona virus pandemic as a cause for many unbelievers to think about their lives and their future. Some may even think about God & what they might have heard/read from it. This may indeed cause many to truly turn from sin and self & turn to God through His Son. But the Word reminds us often, that men's hearts will always be hardened to Godly living, most even preferring to fulfil their lusts rather than bend their knee in repentance. Even during the future Great Tribulation, when God's Wrath is finally laid over the whole Earth, men will, in their sufferings, still raise their voices in anger towards to Holy & Eternal One: ( Rev 9:21, 16:20, 21). Satan's work is not finished yet.
