I heard as a baby Christian that the Holy Spirit is your teacher, your comforter, convicter of sin, protector. Study the HS
In your concordance in the Bible. He comes alongside you when you call. His love is wonderful :)

People may be awakening but many are falling away too. Grab onto God and hold fast to your faith. It's called the great falling away.

Easter is a pagan name probably from Rome for a demonic deity named ISHTAR. Ishtar is another name for Queen of Heaven. Ishtar and Queen of Heaven can be found in your Bible concordance.
Has nothing to do with bunnies or eggs.

Remember the old song we sing in church, Nothing But the Blood Of Jesus?
If demons are holding you down and another is holding your mouth shut....all ya got, is your spirit screaming I'm covered with the blood of Jesus!!
It's sorta like fire fire for fire help.
God hears it. You will be released! Hope you never have to use it! Spiritual warfare is very real. Keep your armor on at all times. Baby Christians need much prayer coverage by intercessory prayer Warriors. Jesus is seated at the right hand of God interceding for the saints. (On earth)
Anyone ever see that movie the War Room?'
If you are going to do battle in spiritual warfare, you must be baptized by the Holy Spirit.

I write what the Holy Spirit wants to respond. He oft uses my testimony. Southern Baptist childhood and into the occult. I sought answers from the Bible but I got nothing. I needed the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Not a ritual. My life was worse than sad and moved into despair and dark. One night I was sitting in a dark room and prayed 'Help me', over and over. I didn't say a proper scriptural Baptist prayer. I said the agony and pain of a soul wanting to give up. Jesus came to me, little over a year later. I've never wanted to go back to Egypt (sin).

In street ministry you find that many out there believe in God and Jesus. They might drink and prefer the company of like friends. I've never met anyone abusive. I buy some a hamburger at McDonald's or give them coupons to get one. I could tell so many heart aching stories. Young teens who'd rather live out there, than at home. All willing to be prayed for and happy to get a cool T-shirt or hoodie. It makes your prayer life explode with purpose and direction. You understand how Jesus met those with needs and did good things and the miracles. He wanted his followers to do the same. I know why he went outside the camp to pray alone.

    O The Blood Of Jesus

    O the blood of Jesus,
    O the blood of Jesus,
    O the blood of Jesus,
it will never lose its power.

    Bridge
    He was despised and rejected,
a man of sorrow acquainted with grief.
    Wounded for our transgression,
He was bruised for our iniquities.

    Ooh
(But still He rose up that third morning,
    He got up with all power in His hands);
Going back to His Father in glory
and He's soon to come again.

    Vamp
    Never gonna lose,
never ever gonna lose it's power,
    365 days of the year,
every second, every minute, every hour.
    Never gonna lose,
never ever gonna lose it's power

    Ending
It will never lose it's power

I have noticed a word change happening in these text. Proverbs 5:20 for example. Immoral women has been replaced with a strange woman. Zion replaced with Sion in another verse, I cannot remember where I caught that one? I am using my KJV Bible as my reference which this is supposed to be?

No place in 1John 2 have I found a place where it speaks of talking with tongues. This chapter speaks of loving God and his commandments and not being ashamed of him but to keep his commandments. To love him is keeping his word. If ye love me keep my commandments. The Holy Ghost comes to the righteous. Speaking with tongues is interpreted and speaking strangely it is not it means to be able to understand another and to be able to learn a language of another. The Gospel is love. The simplest most loving answer is the correct one. The Lord will never leave you alone.

Dreams are a way that the Lord speaks to us. It can be personal revelation. To see it with your understanding is a better phrase that to see it with your own eyes to see it with your own eyes is to be transfigured as they were on the Mt. of transfiguration. God Bless you.

Regarding pleading the blood of Jesus Christ, are there any scriptures in the New Testament found to support this phrase? I disagree with Genesis 2 because it did not explain the pleading of the blood.
  • Adam - In Reply on 2 Corinthians 4:4 - 6 years ago
Hello, good questions. The first sentence is an incorrect assumption. People read the Bible (like you), try to understand it, and if you believe it, then you try to apply it. If you believe in Jesus Christ and choose to follow Him, then by definition you are a Christian (a Christ-follower). So, if you did these things right now you would also be a Christian. So, when you say something like 'matches your particular beliefs' that sounds like an assumption for everyone that isn't true. You're correct that people interpret things differently and part of the reason there are different denominations- often the differences are small. God wants to be sought through effort: Acts 17:27

Remember the bible says as a man thinkers in his heart so is he so heed the words of Jesus and when a bad thought comes don't accept them but chase them away with a scripture and pray psalms 34 to replace the bad thought. We all get bad thoughts that come to us. It's not the thought but what you do with it that make the difference. The thought is not who you are. you are a child of the most high God. Cast down every imagination and thought that tries to exalt itself against the word of God and what ever you do don't take the thought and say it for Jesus warned not to take bad thoughts and say them.

Pray that God would allow me to feel his very presence continuely in my life. Pray that God would put his hedge of protection around everything that he has blessed me with. Pray also that God would remove the hostility that certain people have toward me in the town that I live in. Thank you! Wayne

In the Bible days when there was a plague in the lane they placed blood over the door and death could not enter. By Easter Sunday, the media says the U.S. will be reaching its peak in death rates. But Passover is coming and we have placed a red ribbon to represent the our faith in the blood of Jesus over the door!
