I like to ask a question please keep it simple I'm not that smart if we're saved by grace through faith in Jesus gives us free will does that mean that it's okay to not do his will in other words they say we're not saved by our works but when you're saved and you get to know Jesus how can you not want to tell people about Jesus walk with him I hope I explain that please I'm not that smart

Psalms 34:18 The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

Psalms 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

Isaiah 66:2 For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

There is no Biblical quick fix . Pick your Bible up and start reading it . Start either at the begining of the Old testament or the begining of the New . Read and pray every day and if possible start attending a church but , investigate the church a bit before committing yourself to it . Make sure it's not too money centered and that the sermons are based on the Bible . There's a wonderful life awaiting you , in this world and in the next . May God bless your efforts .

Dear "One eighty", what you write is so true. Since you put a question mark after what is the meaning of this. May we add something. Briefly from my own life with Jesus Christ. Let everyone get light on the matter Lord. We ask for wisdom and the spirit of truth to come to help us here so everyone gets this explained. We have a mighty God who understands all good and evil. For Him nothing is hidden and no one is forgotten. Since we humans often don't know what to do. Unsure, we strive and want to do the best. No one wants to do evil. Nor do we do that if we believe in Him whom God has sent Jesus Christ. When we then believe in Him and want to do good to our neighbour, we start a network of good helpers, angels and other people. It's not just me alone in this. For we receive nothing unless it has been given to us by the Lord. It also means that when we know God's care in this. Then we know we are doing the right thing. None of this is a matter of course of good and bad. Only for me then, who is a Christian, a certainty of and not reach to Him who has saved me. We will never leave Him, because we know He is good. The only good one actually. I was tested on that yesterday afternoon when I spoke on the phone. The person I spoke to mentioned a person who is dead for good.

We humans have nothing good in us. Other than the Holy Spirit that we received in faith in Christ Jesus. The care we show must go through the Lord because we do not know anything from A to B. I can think one thing and do another. Isn't that so dear friend? The person I spoke to yesterday I will see today. And must say under the obedience of Jesus Christ that: No one is good except God who sees everything, understands everything and who makes it the best for us. It may take years before we see God's goodness and care. Yes, but don't think about it. Witness for Him be His outstretched hand, do the work of an evangelist. Always be happy and satisfied, take comfort in His word everyday. Like dinner, loveu

Thank you for this scripture! Thanks for reminding me about it. These scriptures were a helpful reminder & helped me through The Holy Spirit answer a question about fasting. It reminded me how sometimes Kings have fasted, even unrighteous ones, changed their royal 'beautiful' etc, for rough, humble unappealing sackcloth, to seek salvation & help from GOD. Please pray for my daughter Janice. Her boss, Randi is giving her a very hard time and has been continuing to harass her relentlessly every single day. Please pray for God's protection over her; that the blood of Jesus Christ will cover her from head to toe. Please protect her against all evil words and actions that Randi tries to throw at her. I pray God will protect her and fight for her. Let no evil thing touch her. Please block all negativity and evil from Randi. Please give my daughter peace.

Hi Michael, I believe that we are only asked to forgive other humans in Scriptures. I do not recall anywhere where we are asked to forgive fallen angels. The forgiveness we grant to one another is meant to improve human relationships and interactions, to heal and restore fellowship among humans, and for us to show mercy to one another as God has shown mercy to us and forgave our sins. God has not shown mercy or forgiveness to any fallen angels.

If I told my child to believe in me, or else he would send me off to suffer in eternal hell, and in addition I told him he has the free will to choose to believe or not; what kind of free will is this? He would tremble in fear, which in fact is not an experience one would find within the experience and PRESENCE of love. He would either very eagerly proclaim his belief out of an experience of utter terror, and thus his faith would not be genuine and he would not truly honor and love me. Or he would be driven away, instead of being drawn near to his threatening father. There is no freedom in this.

Love cannot give evil, and what is not happiness is evil. God cannot give what He does not have, and He cannot have what He is not. Unless God gives you only happiness, He must be evil. And it is this definition of Him we are believing if we do not accept that He gives only happiness.

In contrast, fear and hate cannot give happiness, and what is not evil is happiness. "Satan" cannot give (happiness) what he does not have, and he cannot have what he is not.

Good teachers never terrorize their students. Teach only love. Our belief in fear cannot be resolved through the mastery of fear. The true resolution rests entirely on mastery through Love.

    Blessings

I humbly ask for prayer for the following:

Healing from a broken ankle and recovering throughout the journey with the Doctor and the Grace of God.

Second to listen with a quiet spirit a still heart, and mentorship as I continue to seek his face, watch, as well as pray as I seek guidance submitting my name on a ballot to answer a call in a position Public Service position to serve the community, preserve God, Faith, Country and Family. For it is through prayer that we become the tool to surprise fear and instill the Love and Hope if God. That provisions will be provided to obtain the call and mission. A daily prayer request, for it is a spiritual battle that only God can give you the wisdom, truthfulness and know where to find in his word to speak out loud to fight for his righteousness only in his quiet presence. Amen

Revelation 11:1, Revelation 3:7-13, The Church of Philadelphia is interestingly encouraging to me. Philadelphia as being the Miraculous place of USA Declaration of Independence, Liberty Bell, US Mint (still printing IN GOD WE TRUST ) the faith filled prayers, sacrifice, devotion to GOD & freedom to worship GOD, documents the give & gave GOD glory, honor & reverence, started in Philadelphia USA spreading into most US State Constitutions including California & even unto many countries constitutions. In the modern age.

Notice; it says "to the angel of the church" I'm assuming it's because it's not to the people as a whole. Exodus 33:16, 1Thessalonians 5:22,

Hopefully these are helpful in your studies

    Matthew 13:34-35

All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.
