Dear Gigi: Thankyou so much for responding to my comment about god,s great mercy. I want to elaborate a little bit. When I was a young man I did something very stupid and illegal. There must have been 20 cops near me but God made them look the other way or just be too absorbed in their conversations. If I had been arrested it would have been the end of my life and I would have gone to hell. That was 1976 and I still think about God,s great mercy every day. And this taught me to show the same kind of mercy to other people. When a man with a knife robbed me last march I did not call the police. I did not want him to go to hell just because I lost 85 bucks.

Please pray I don't lose my job. I've been a manager for 11-months. A new CRO was hired from Tesla and started replacing all of my co-workers back in August. I overhead that they've hired someone from Tesla to start in 2-weeks to take my position. My employees have always been great to me. But if they terminate my position, they'll be jobless too as they're sign to me. I can't sleep, my wife is suffering panic attacks and my Mother got Bell's Palsy for 6-months when I lost a job a few years back. Pray we don't have to suffer this again I ask anyone reading. God bless you and you too be grateful for we never see how great our blessings sometimes until they're gone.

Psalm 37 seems to be a general overview of many of the preceding Psalms; although once again it should be emphasized that the chronology is not in order but the verse about the righteous never being foresaken (v. 25) shows it is likely written after many others.

There are many examples found in other Psalms. For example; we see in verse 13 about God laughing at the wicked; which is mentioned in Psalm 2. Another example found in Psalm 10 is in verse 17 about the arms of the wicked which are broken. We also find verses elsewhere in scripture; including the N.T. One such case in verse 11 is quoted by Jesus in the Gospels in Matthew 5:5.

We even see elements of predestination in verses 23 to 24. Ephesians 2:10 talks of good works before the foundation of the world prepared for us to perform. Verse 24 gives us the concept of "Perseverance of the Saints" also echoed in Proverbs 24:16. There is the concept largely covered in Psalm 119 about having the law of God in their hearts (v. 31) Verse 34 could be a Millennial reference; exhorting us to wait on the Lord; such a theme of patience is found in numerous other passages along with promises of the Saints (as well as David) to rule when the Kingdom of God comes to earth. ( Jeremiah 30:9; etal).

The main idea here seems to be the eternal destinies of the righteous and the wicked and the brevity of this life. Passages such as in verse 28 are not popular today. As an individual; we should not seek vengeance on anyone in particular; but we should understand that the suffering of the church at large in the world where persecution is much greater than in this country; for example needs to be recompensed through Divine justice. We all are saved from wrath and being enemies of God and therefore we need to be humble in preaching the Gospel but also deliver the whole truth; including eternal judgment for the damned who will not repent.

I Need Prayer For My Mamaw She Really Sick She In Hospital

My aches and pains are too numerous to list. I am bedridden as the result of two

failed back surgeries. The doctors don't seem to be able to come up with any answers. I am miserable. I live from one pain pill to the next. I covet your prayers.

I was raised by a Godly Mother who took me to Church and Sunday School, taught me the difference between right and wrong and introduced to JESUS CHRIST. One Sunday morning when I was about nine years old, I went forward during the invitation time and knelt at the altar. I remember a lady praying with me and she told me to confess to GOD that I was a sinner and ask HIM to forgive my sin and ask HIM to save me. That night I was baptized. From that day forward, in my own mind, I believed that I was a Christian. Upon graduating from high school I put my Christian life to the side and went my own way. I got involved in some pretty heavy drug use and began to live a life completely contrary to the way I had been raised. Several years later, I found myself with no job, no money and no place to stay. So I moved back home with my MOTHER. I had nothing but time on my hands and for whatever reason I began to read an old Scofield BIBLE that my Mother had given me for my 16th birthday. The more I read the more the

HOLY SPIRIT began to convict my heart and slowly but surely convince my mind that I had never given my heart and my life to GOD I had only been through the motions. So there in my bedroom on a Tuesday evening 8/5/75 around 7:25 I gave my life to CHRIST. At the time I was smoking 4 packs of Kool Filter Kings a day. I asked the LORD to help me give up that nasty habit - I did not want to be a hypocrite. PRAISE GOD FROM THAT DAY UNTIL THIS I HAVE NEVER SMOKED ANOTHER CIGARETTE NOR DONE ANY MORE OF ANY KIND OF DRUG. My Christian life has been far from perfect but at this point in my life I start and end every day spending a little time reading my BIBLE and praying. I make an effort to ask every person I come in contact with

" I WONDER DO YOU KNOW THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL SAVIOR? DO YOU KNOW FOR SURE THAT YOU'RE GOING TO HEAVEN WHEN YOU DIE? The responses I get are varied but I've had many opportunities to share and to pray with folks. OUR GOD IS AWESOME!!!

We can make every effort to keep focused on Jesus, who brings us to the Father and sends to us the Holy Spirit to live in us, whereby we have the amazingly wonderful favor to have the wholeness of God dwell in us. If we have the Spirit in us, we have the Father and Jesus in us. If we are justified by Jesus, we stand justified before the Father and the Spirit, If we are accepted by the Father, we are accepted by Jesus and the Holy Spirit. All of this is through Jesus, who, by His amazingly sufficient sacrifice, death, and resurrection, has become the perfect High Priest and Mediator before God for us who believe. Our God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit made the perfect way for us to no longer be condemned for our sins, but to instead, have eternal life in and with Jesus and the Father and the Holy Spirit! We are so blessed! Hallelujah to God, the Magestic Glory, Sovereign of all that is.
