Ya know , I'm reading here in Rev 11:7 as in the beast comes out of the pit and kills the 2 witnesses. call me frugal but I see it simply as identification purposes, so there can be no mistake as to who John is referring to . as to to who kills them .
The two witnesses are killed during the tribulation, in the middle of to be exact , and the beast isn't released from the pit until after the 1000 years Rev 20:2 , 3

Have a blessed day
"But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, 'Raca,' is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell."
does anyone have any ideas of the meaning of this?
My fianc and I both get along tremendously and have a wonderful time together. I aim to do right and be kind and considerate towards, just like 98% of the world.
Some of my questions are.Don't you think a person is so much more than just their beliefs? Wouldn't there be a bond as husband and wife if we love each other and are selfless and kind and have fun together? Don't you think that doing something from heart or a true selfless act is better than doing it because you read it in the Bible?
There will me more question tomorrow also if I may?
Thank you everyone for hearing me.
God bless you for praying.
You must be so broken-hearted over this. I am sorry for your situation. But, your ex-fiance is doing what is best for himself and future family. He desires to have a wife who is as committed to Jesus as he is. And that is a good thing to have. I know this from experience. My husband and I have been married for 43 years and he has always been weaker in faith than myself, but still open to grow in Christ. Because of this I know that there have been many missed opportunities to serve the Lord and witness to family and friends because he does not want to "offend" anyone with talk of salvation in Jesus. Although we agree on most things, this is one area of our marriage that is troublesome. Yet, I know that no two people are alike, even in their faith, and I trust that God is at work in him to grow him up in faith and in Christ, as He is doing with me.
Amanda, If you truly love the Lord and your ex-fiance, you will want to grow strong in you faith and be willing to learn from your ex-fiance. In a marriage, the husband is the head of the wife and so the wife should be humbly submit to his spiritual leading. He has come to realize that he did not want to enter marriage with one who is not on the same page as he is spiritually. He is wise to end the relationship before you marry.
I do hope that you two will be able to reconcile and begin again, this time with a stronger commitment to Jesus from both of you and a desire to build one another up in the Lord.
I will pray for you and your ex-fiance.
Dear Heavenly Father, Amanda is hurting from this dividing of this relationship with her fiance. Please bring comfort to her heart and help her to mature in her faith during this time of separation from her ex-fiance. We ask in the name of Jesus that You will re-unite this couple under the headship of Jesus and with both Amanda and her ex-fiance renewed in their faith and commitment to You. Help each of them to grow up in You and be fit partners for one another.
There is not a Scripture reference where we are ever instructed to pray to those who have already died. But there are Scripture references that tell us not to do such things. Leviticus 19:26 is one reference. There are many others. Praying to those who have died is prohibited by Scripture because it has to do with sorcery and divination.
A saint is anyone who believes the Gospel of Jesus and in Him for salvation. So, all believers alive today are saints, as are all the believers who have died. Only the regenerative and salvation work of God makes one a saint. No one who has died before us is any more saintly than any other believer because it is the righteousness of Jesus imputed upon us that makes us holy.
We are to pray to God alone. We certainly can ask other believers to pray for us. Scripture instructs us to pray for one another.
So, Gilbert, there is only one Mediator between God and man, Jesus. So it is in His name that we pray to the Father. We need no other go-between (mediator) but Jesus. It can be difficult to shed some of the practices of Catholicism that are contrary to Scripture, but praying to saints who are dead is one practice every Catholic needs to stop doing because it violates Scripture and substitutes another mediator between God and man in the place of Jesus.
Thank you for the update, I will be praying for you. I know the pain of facial infections. I have had several. Very painful. And I know the pain of foot issues. I am having them now. Going to the pediatrist this week to get a re-check on the foot I had surgery on in April and also my right foot is having heel pain. So, I can sympathize with you. I hope that you continue to improve without set backs.
Heavenly Father, today we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus, and ask that Your healing power will come to Freda in her eye, face, mouth, and foot. Please bring her comfort and continued improvement as she recovers from this last surgery. Reduce her pain and inflammation of all areas that are affected. We trust that You will bring an end to this whole surgical situation and clear up all infections in her body. LORD God, be merciful to Freda and strengthen her as she recovers. We ask that there is no recurrence of infection in her mouth and face and that all surgical areas heal completely as You restore her to health. Amen.
Neither a church nor a pastor teaches me, I don't read literature written by man, I don't watch television, I get up every morning and anywhere between 12 and 18 hours EVERY day I study the word of God, I have been doing this now for 10 years.
I know who teaches me, he is my LIFE, in him is ALL TRUTH, I do constantly pray to the Father for wisdom and understanding, but he want give it to you if you don't believe HIS WORDS.
It's a KINGDOM, here on earth, ONE KING and all creation his subject, and Christ will bring all to truth at HIS GOOD PLEASURE, not necessarily in the age we are now in, he is going to raise the unbelievers back into their flesh and JUDGE THEM.
Isaiah 26:9 ....when thy judgements are in the earth, the inhabitants of the earth WILL LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS ....
Salvation is not man's doing IT'S GOD'S DOING.
I know you don't believe this, and this is fine, GOD'S WILL BE DONE.
God Bless YOU!
Good Morning. My 2nd Oral & Maxillofacial surgery on the 21st of September went very well. I left the icu and went to another hospital for rehabilitation. I was released on the 21st of October and at home. I have to wear a boot on my right leg so it can heal back completely. I will stop wearing it next week which will be 6 weeks total. But now I have some issues from my surgery. I have double vision in my left eye because the surgeons had to go back under my eye to replace a plate that was causing infection in my left cheek. The surgeons said it is suppose to clear up in a couple of weeks. I have right foot & ankle swelling/soreness. I keep my foot elevated to keep the swelling down. I'm still on a liquid diet using a syringe and can go to a soft diet but no chewing. But I'm doing alright. Just keep me lifted up in prayer for Complete Healing. Thank you for praying for me and checking on me. God bless you and have a blessed day
Please consider reflecting on 1 Chronicles 4:9-10.
