I'm so glad I am a true Israelite because the Jews are of the synagogue of Satan and are the seed of the serpent and they are the Canaanites of old and are of the Cain blood line!

    Len hoffman:

Psalms 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he REMOVED OUR TRANSGRESSIONS from us.

All by the shed blood of Christ and his resurrection.

God the Father sees you, Len, as the righteousness of Christ, Christ has given you his righteousness, it's your inheritance, Glory in the works of God.

It's your gift from your Father.

    God Bless you!

    Hello Nicole,

I pray that your Doctor is correct in his estimation. Unless you were using basal thermometer readings or some other type of ovulation detector, you may not know if ovulation was delayed by several weeks in your last cycle because you would not have had a period. So, since age of the baby is usually calculated by the date of your last period, a delay in ovulation of a few weeks would cause such calculations to be off by weeks. The ultrasound is probably revealing such an occurrence and the heartbeat cannot be detected quite yet at 5 or 6 weeks. If this is the case, then you may have ovulated just a few weeks ago and became pregnant then. If you took a pregnancy test before such a time and it was positive, then something else is going on. I will pray for you today.

Dear Heavenly Father, today we lift up Nicole and her baby before You and thank You for creating Nicole and this baby. You are the author of all life. We praise You for Your mighty power to create people for Your kingdom and for Your glory. We ask that You will keep Nicole and this baby healthy. Keep this pregnancy safe for Mom and baby. Cause this baby to grow normally within Nicole without any complications or concerns. Have the Doctors estimation by the ultrasound be correct as then Nicole can know that her baby is not as old as she has thought but is indeed 2-3 weeks younger and growing normally. This baby is precious and so is Nicole. Bless them both in this time of excitement and waiting for Your work to be completed in bringing this baby to term healthy and whole. We ask this of You Father, in the name of Your Son, Jesus. Amen.

Hi Richard, I love this Psalm especially. It reminds me that God is only a breath away from us in any troubles we may have and that we should indeed turn to Him for help, protection, and deliverance from evil and the people who do the evil to us. I love how David immediately turned to praising God with song and uplifted hands when God answered his prayers. It is so easy for us to earnestly seek His help in times of danger and great need, but we can easily forget to be more earnest in our gratitude and praise when our life turns for the better. This Psalm is a good reminder to me of that. I also love how David turns from thinking about himself and prays for salvation for God's people. The last two verses (8-9) are especially wonderful:

The LORD is their strength. And He is the saving refuge of His anointed. Save Your people, And bless Your inheritance; Shepherd them also, and bear them up forever." (NIV)

How lovely and encouraging are these words. Not only was David praying for the people of his kingdom then, but also for all of God's people, even you and me. God answered David's prayer for our salvation. We never know how far reaching our prayers can be, even across thousands of years!

Dear Joshua, I will pray for your Mom today.

Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we come before you to seek healing and full recovery for Joshua's Mom, Jayanthi. Please stop this reaction to medications in her body and cause the rash to subside quickly. We ask that You have your loving and powerful hand upon her and the doctors and this situation. Amen.

Marc, I will pray for you.

Dear Heavenly Father, hear Marc's prayers today and answer according to Your perfect will. We thank you that You are a shield about us and are always able and willing to deliver us from the wiles of the enemy who rails against us in order to oppose You. Bring healing and health to Marc and direct his ways as he seeks Your will for the direction of his life now.

We thank You that You will never leave us nor forsake us. We trust You for this promise today. Help us in the present trials we encounter and so build up our faith in You and our resolve to live for You no matter what. LORD God, we know that You see and know all things, so even in times when it seems we are in a dark time, You see through the dark and know all that is going on and also are always bringing about Your benevolent will in our lives. Help us to not falter by giving into doubt or despair in the hardships, but instead, help us to know that You will bring us through to the other side of our troubles.

I am so glad that you rejoice of us with gladness, quiet us with Your love, and revoice over us with singing, as You said in Zephaniah 3:17. How beautiful and soothing is this for us to know! Praise You God for You are Mighty to save us from every problem, hardship, and evil. You bless us; we thank You today. Be mighty in Marc's life today. We ask these things in the name of Your Son, Jesus. Amen.

what God is telling us in this verse is not to be anxious in our time of need

a lot of Christians (believers) panic immediately problems and pressure the devil our adversary try to insert on us

See most believers pick up their phone and start calling friends or someone they call man of God or prophets( false teacher and pastors)

so here the lord is telling us to be still and know he is God and Blessed is the man whos trust is in the lord.

    Jeremiah 17:7

("Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD.( Jeremiah 17:7)

instead of panicking kneel down make your request know to him and God who if faithful our rock and deliverer will renew your strength and mount up like eagles.

(this is for me as well as for us)

repent and believe in the lord Jesus Christ

    Hello,

For me, the pure view of holiness for humanity is Jesus in His humanity. He was perfect in every way. We are not as He is, forever sinless. We are sinless. But in Romans 6, Paul speaks to us being freed from the unholiness and unrighteousness of sin and having become slaves to God and His righteousness that we now possess through the imputation of Jesus righteousness into us and the taking away of our sins by His death and resurrection.

Now being slaves to the ultimate best Master of all, we will no longer desire to serve sin in and with our person, mind, soul, and body. This service whereby we daily put to death the sinful nature with gladness by trusting in Jesus' work on the cross and the Holy Spirit's work in us to make us increasingly like Jesus, we increase in holy living by refusing to sin by easily giving into it before we were saved. We are not to go on sinning, thinking that it doesn't matter because we are saved by grace. No, Paul says, this thought should not even be in us but instead we submit ourselves to the Holy Spirit (God) in us and turn from sin's temptations by the power of grace within us. Grace enables us to say "Yes" to what is godly and holy and "No" to what is sinful and rebellious.

Believers should have a mind that admits that we still sin, but instead of delighting in it and bragging about it, we hate the sin and are repentant about doing it. We confess our sins, knowing that God does forgive us readily, and we us what ever strength we have of our own to resist sinning. We know that the Holy Spirit strengthens us to do so, but if we truly love God, we will us whatever we have to be obedient and godly. We may have to stop going to certain places or having certain people for companions in order to avoid all types of sinful situations. We may have to employ godly ways to divert our thoughts and actions away from temptations. We are called to live godly lives and to be set apart (holy) for God and His will. Jesus was this way.

    Dear Reiter

    Psalm 23

    "(A Psalm of David.)

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever."

Stay strong in the Lord, don't loose your faith, do not fear anything.

Our Baptist church believes in the pre-millennial rapture of the church. In Rev 20:1-3, Satan is bound for a thousand years, and tradition states that Jesus rules on the earth for 1000 years. However, when reading Rev 11:7 says that the east ascends out of the bottomless pit to kill the two witnesses. Don't the two witnesses die during the seven year period prior to the 1000 year reign? So when was he bound and put into the bottomless pit. Did he go twice?

  • Len hoffman - 2 years ago
91 years old and realized jesus died for all our sins past present and future and not just original sin as i always believed. Lot of

reading that God knew world was sinful and all sins are forgiven, is a work in progress as we are not perfect but we will receive heavenly reward if we believe Jesus was the messiah and died for forgiveness of sin. now i read where once we believe, repeating a sin cannot be forgiven. which is correct?

Psalm 28 is alluding to an imprecatory mindset; in regard to verses 3 through 5 which basically states that the wicked should be allowed by God to be judged according to their deeds (like works in Great White Throne Judgment in Rev. 20:11-15.

The Psalm begins with a plea that God will not be silent; or perhaps that the Spirit of God would remain with David. In some ways today as we are sealed with the Spirit there is the promise that He will never leave us nor forsake us that is different than the role that the Holy Spirit had in the O.T. times where it tended to be more transient. It is hard scripturally to know what is referring to a temporal manifestation of the Spirit just as we sometimes experience now; and the permanent presence. Today; of course we no longer go to "Sheol" where all the dead went in the O.T. (see end of Luke 16). It is certain; however that a prayer not to be drawn away with the wicked (verse 3) is good advice even today as if we are not gazing upon Him we will be distracted by the world; flesh and the Devil and their voices.

The assurance of God hearing David (v. 6) gave him hope for that time and all eternity (v. 9).

The trickly part in verse 8 when he uses a plural term "their strength" could represent all anointed or a characteristic of all saints; it seems odd with the surrounding verses. Perhaps someone can look up the original languagae for clarification.

For He sees things as well lit as daylight when they assume that they hurt communities during unnoticeable times. Save the families from any further to restore their well-being down to the soul to get it back together.
