  • GLORIA BREWER on Matthew 11:17 - 2 years ago
In my previous comment, to uncover your Father's nakedness, means to sleep with your Father's wife. Strong concordance, the Hebrew meaning. The Apocryphal and Masaratic Text, were removed from the original 1611 King James.
  • Gloria Brewer on Matthew 11:17 - 2 years ago
Go to your Strongs Concordance; the Hebrew meaning of (to under your Father's nakedness) meaning is to sleep with his wife! Brother's and Sister's, please study for yourselves. We are on the precipice for the return of our King! Study to show yourselves approved. I pray this helps, because THAT is what caused Noah's wrath.

Blessings to you all in our Lord Jesus Christ. In great love, I pray He opens up all of eyes.

    Exodus 35 continued.

The Holy Spirit fills Bezalel with His Presence and with the wisdom, understanding, knowledge, skills, and ability to design and to teach others to perform all of these tasks. Bezalel was already a skilled craftsman, but God made sure that he had all the skills needed to be the one who superintended all of the workmanship done by many members of the tribe.

God not only allowed the Israelites to have acquired all of the metals before leaving Egypt, but also supplied the wood and badgers from the wilderness and the goats and rams from their flocks, but also supernaturally supplied the skills and abilities to design, plan, teach, and execute the making of all the things for the tabernacle, tent of meeting, and priestly garments.

This work seems to be quite monumental in scope. I wonder how long it took to complete everything? But I guess that there were over a million people, so with most of them doing tasks, it may have not taken very long. It is interesting that it seems that the Israelites were all of one mind and heart in this endeavor. This work must have been very unifying for them. A hands-on, practical way to work in one accord for the sake of YHWH. So much different than their work on the golden calf! God did not supernaturally help them with that! But with this work, He did give them over and above what they knew to do.

This reminds me that when we are called to a certain aspect of ministry, it is amazing how God brings out of us so much more than what we normally possessed prior to this ministry. So glad He does this.

    Exodus 35

This chapter opens with Moses instructing the Israelites in the words YHWH commanded them to do. The first command concerns the Sabbath-work 6 days and rest from work on the 7th, even kindling a fire. This 7th day is considered a holy day, not a "goof off" day. They are to rest "to the LORD" I wonder what that means? Those who break the Sabbath command are to be put to death. With such a dire punishment, it must have driven home to the Israelites the need to take God's commands seriously and soberly. Would they be willing to put to death those who broke the Sabbath rest?

Next, Moses speaks of the offering for the Tabernacle. It was to be given from a willing heart. The people were asked to give their silver, gold, and bronze. These were likely objects made with these metals. I am sure they did not have stashes of bars of these metals. Most likely, many of these objects were household idols brought from Egypt. Would they be willing to give up these idols for YHWH? They were asked to bring blue, purple, and scarlet thread, fine linen, and goats hair. Also, ram's skins dyed red, and badger skins. They were to bring acacia wood (which grew natively in this wilderness). And oil and spices were for light, incense, and anointing oil. Also, onyx stones and all the stones to be set in the ephod and in the breastplate. All of these items were described and their uses explained to Moses on the mountain beforehand.

Next, Moses called on all who were gifted artisans to come forward and use their skills to make from these supplies what God had shown Moses on the mountain for the tabernacle, its tent, and court. Also, the garments for the Aaron and his sons, the priests.

Everyone departed from Moses and gathered up what they were to freely bring to Moses for these things. It says that those whose hearts were stirred and whose spirits were willing. Here the Holy Spirit is working in these people and they followed Him.

Who exactly is the term "LORD" referring to in Isaiah 42:8, is it God the Father or Jesus Christ?

ITimothy 4:3-5 "and commanding to abstain from meats which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good and nothing to be refused if it be received with thanksgiving. For it is sanctified by the word of God and by prayer.:

    Hi Adam.

I believe Hebrews 13:12-16 speaks of spiritual living

"Wherefore Jesus also, THAT HE MIGHT SANCTIFY THE PEOPLE WITH HIS OWN BLOOD, SUFFERED WITHOUT THE GATE.

Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, BEARING HIS REPROACH.

"We've been cleansed by the blood and separated to follow him."

FOR HERE HAVE WE NO CONTINUING CITY, "BUT WE SEEK ONE TO COME". (The new Jerusalem.) Galatians 4:26-28.

("But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.)

"Sarah presents a picture of this."

( We've been born by promise.)

Issac presents a picture of this!

    Galatians 4:28.

BY HIM THEREFORE LET US OFFER THE SACRIFICE OF PRAISE TO GOD continually, that is, the fruit of our lips GIVING THANKS TO HIS NAME.

BUT TO DO GOOD AND TO COMMUNICATE FORGET NOT: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

We are to praise him for freeing us from the bondage of dead works and counted us worthy to be heirs of the promise given to Abraham by faith. We are to walk in that faith righteously.

    Ephesians 5:14-17.

    Romans 12:1.

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service."

We've been brought outside the camp cleansed and given the Holyspirit to be able to serve.

    John 4:20-21.

It's not location or command. ( No longer in bondage) Brought outside the camp, been made free AND NOW ABLE to worship in truth and in spirit.

THROUGH THE POWER OF THE HOLYSPIRIT IS HOW WE SERVE HIM.

    God bless.

This Psalm has the first direct reference to hell in verse 6 as to the punishments inflicted (snares; fire and brimstone and an horrible tempest). David understands in his own life how those who persecute him in verses 1 through 3 how men such as himself are to go into hiding (verse 1). He shows in verse 2 the general attitude of the wicked persecuting the righteous.

Verse 3 seems to suggest the foundations as being those things promised of God or the boundaries set beyond which man cannot pass. We can remind ourselves of what Christ said in Matthew 10:28 about those who can only destroy the body; in regard to fearing what God can do to both body and soul in eternal judgment.

Verse 5 shows the understanding of God chastising those He loves ( Rev. 3:19 among others).

There is a difference between that and God's judgment; as the righteous in this age are going before the Bema Seat; but the wicked to the Great White Throne Judgment. God's promises are always eternal; whether to the souls of the elect; or to His covenants on earth.

We are reminded of such verses as Proverbs 5:22 and the evil devices of man. These are numerous. In fact there are hundreds of verses on man's wickedness. We are reminded in verse 5 that we are never to love violence as the wicked do. Justice may be served without glorifying the necessary penalties rendered under the law without removing corporate punishment. We need to be careful not to get caught up in all the entertainment that displays such behavior; and this includes sports. Maybe one can watch boxing without glorifying violence; but in hockey games in particular it is almost guaranteed that fighting will occur in almost every game at some point. The same thing holds true for those fighting on the battle field. There are those who enjoy talking about killing even innocent people among some veterans today. Sometimes we oversimplify international conflicts as well; so we need to think as Bereans not by all the media says

Jesus took the loaves and blessed them, its written whether you eat or drink give glory To God. Trust in God as you pray for your food you know your father is in heaven you need to have faith him.

    Luke 9:17

17 Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude.

    Mark 17:18

    17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

18They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

yes, its the the word of God he gave it to us to read. its the responsibility of parents to teach the events of the bible to their young kinds at night and all the times.

The bible is to be in you life at all time, love the lord your God know his words

18Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.

19And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

20And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:

My Civil Leaders here in the USA offended me as a minor in the 70s and my Civil Leaders are offending me today...

    Jesus says this about them:

It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

    Luke 17:2 KJV

Jesus said this to his Father:

I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.

I had to smile when I read your post . I have done the very same thing , more than once . Once upon a time I had the best job , I really loved it . I was going through some big changes and was quite stressed out . This was before I was saved so I felt as if I was all alone and no one was on my side . I started to feel stressed out at work and it was affecting how well I did my job , I panicked and resigned . That was about thirty years ago . There are days when I still mourn that job and still feel annoyed at myself for being so hasty but , I now know that God has taken such kind care of me in so many ways . He has looked after me when I was my own worst enemy . Through all my trials , tribulations and insecurities , He has kept me alive and safe and sane . Trust in Him and He will do the same for you . Remember that you have a place in God's new creation , the things of this world are going to pass and He will make all things new . That's where you belong , with Him in His Kingdom . Let Him lead you there .

Brothers, Sisters, I need your prayer immensely. I need my faith strengthened. After I resigned hastily from my previous job , it seems that I ruined my career. I am not sure if it is right to regret why I resigned impulsively due to personal reason. They say everything happens for a reason..I don't know what is God's plan for me. Is he planning for a beautiful future? I asked for guidance, I waited but when I expect the answer and thought I am almost there, something just went vague..

I feel so stressed out and discouraged.

Certainly, many politiicians and partisans have no fear of God before their eyes. Many do not even claim to believe. But for those that do, and knowingly acquit the obviously guilty, the bowls of God's wrath are being filled up, and the fires of hell are burning hot for them.

Jesus warned people about hell far more than He talked about heaven. But if people can set aside their pride and greed, there is an opportunity to repent.

Hiya Adam GBU....Today is already Oct 1st my, my how time flies....But lemme talk to you from my heart about PRAISE.

Jesus said outta of the mouths of babes and sucklings thou has perfected Praise...Which is our New Innerman that has to be born in us a baby...Our New Heart and New Spirit....Our Praise is too tainted with carnal things...We go a whoring after all kinds of materialistic things....But our New Man is the H.G. that Child of Promise....That can worship God with a Perfect Praise....out of the mouths of Babes and Sucklings thou has PERFECTED PRAISE....Which is the H.G. the Child of Promise....Ya gotta realze we are gonna be married to the H.G...Our new innerman the H.G...John said he that has the bride is the bridegroom...Our flesh and his Spirit are gonna bemade 1....Remember when Jesus spat on the ground and made clay of his spital...It was like a Marriage his spit ( his word ) and the earth was made 1...And that is what he applied to the eyes of the blind man...This clay..Which is symbolic of his Church that is gonna be a HEALER/LIGHT to the Nations...His Bride

... John 2:24..Remember Jesus wd not commit himself to man b/c he knew what was in man....Many believed in him when they saw the miracles he did but he wd not commit himself to man....Likewise he does not receive the Praise of mankind....B/c our hearts are too tainted with materialistic things....God is a Jealous God...We cannot worship God and carnal things...Thats y we must be bornagain of an incorruptible seed...We must be incorruptible for God to except our Praise....We must birth a baby Christ,..giving us a new heart and a new Spirit...Nothin less then our complete cooperation is acceptable with him...All our hearts all of our minds ands Souls....He wants all of us...The only way he will receive our Praise is if we are Bornagain of that incorruptible seed which results in a baby Christ the H.G the Gift of God...Outta of the Mouths of Babes n Sucklings thou has PERFECTED Praise...TY Jesus...GB
