    Good afternoon, Adam.

That is a good query you posted.

I think that if we do not praise and worship the One True God in Spirit and in Truth, we will worship something else. It would be rare that any human in history would not have some type of idol that owns their heart-be it a false god, a loved one, a philosophy, an adamant position against God's existence, science, etc.

I think that we were made to worship God by His design. When we live a life of praise and worship to Him we use this aspect of our design rightly and thus are being obedient to His will in His design for us. Perhaps it is the image of God in us that enables us to commune with Him. Our praise and worship of God brings glory to Him, which is what He seeks in all of His interactions with mankind and creation.

I think that our praise and worship of God benefits us in ways we know and are not aware of. Our praise and worship allows the Holy Spirit to draw us near to God and also opens us up to His sanctifying work.

I am interested to read what others think about this important subject. Thank you Adam for asking it.

Hello Ragini. The KJV has taken Ezekiel 38:2 directly from the original language, Hebrew. And in Hebrew, 'Rosh' refers to a 'chief or clan head'. Therefore, it has been understood that Ezekiel was referring to the chiefs of Meshech & Tubal (as also in verse 3) & not to a tribe called Rosh. However, the NKJV has adopted the understanding that Rosh speaks of a people, thereby making those verses to read, "prince of Rosh, Meshech & Tubal". So, neither interpretation is strictly right or wrong - it's how the translators have chosen to interpret the Hebrew for those verses.

Hello believers, in looking at John 4:23 and Hebrews 13:15 why do you suppose God wants us to praise and worship Him? Not everyone is blessed with a pleasing singing voice, so I wouldn't think this is simply for Him to hear pleasing sounds :)

I'm sure God is 100% secure and doesn't need our love or validation whatsoever so I'm wondering what the purpose of these commands are? ( Exodus 34:14 doesn't seem to offer much support for this, however. )

I read my KJV Bible in parallel with modern translations and notice there are many omissions in the modern/ newer translations.

    Any comments?

Reading the Book of Ezra was interesting, encouragement, than felt disappointing. But this is reality of Today we taught to completely our trust in God and will be blessed. Their will be times of disappointments, in our Life's that we as humans can't control. Only realize only God, if we have Faith as a mustard seed. Let God do his will in our lives completely not just on Sunday or Days that Life is going well, but on the Bad days when devil tries to persuade our minds. This one scripture has help me though 4th stage Cancer ..and other Life's consequences. God (Jesus) though his word will get though this Life only if we allow him. Now this is my favorite scripture I lean on during good times and turmoil times . Psalms 30: 1-5 ,1 I will extol thee, O Lord; for hast lifted me up, and has not made my foes( enemies) to rejoice over me.2) O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.3) O Lord , thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.4) Sing unto the Lord, oh ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.5) For his anger endureth but a moment; IN HIS FAVOR IS LIFE: WEEPING MAY ENDURE FOR A NIGHT , BUT JOY COME IN THE MORNING. It's not capitalize it's just very important to me. If we look at what King David went Thu and problems he brought on himself, Life problems that came his way. That one thing he did was being humble in the eyesight of GOD. Now if God will do that For Ezra & King David why can't do it for us.Have a blessed Life.

God Bless Everyone,...I just wanted to express my self about this New Covenant...I don't think we need a Church building anymore under the New Covenant....This NEW COVENANT IS Christ with in you...The H.G. is now our internal pastor that neva sleeps or goes wrong on doctrine or Salvation issues....He that keeps ISRAEL DOES NOT SLEEP...We cannot trust man...We can only trust God which is the Gift of God the H.G....( I am according to thy wish in Gods stead ) ...I think this is prophetic of the H.G. The Gift of God..The Child of Promise...Abide in me and i in you...We need no man teach us the anointing we have received of him will teach us all things....And lead us into all truth..As Jesus said when he the spirit of truth is come he will reprove the world of sin judgement and righteousness etc..But he cannot speak of himself simply b/c he has to be born in us via that good seed the words of the Sower.... Just a spritual infant..and infants cannot speak for a while....Unless you receive the Kingdom of God as a lil Child..an infant a new born...That New Born babe desiring the sincere milk of the word is the H.G. the Child of Promise...As Jesus said that which is born of the spirit is spirit....Thus the Spirits can be born in us which is the H.G. that Child of Promise that is born in us via the good seed the living words...living beings an Israel of God that is gonna be as the stars of heaven in multitudes...Remember that great Promise...When God swore by himself...which are Gods as Jesus said to whom the word came it made them Gods and the scripture cannot be broken...Jesus/God is the father of spirits.. Hebrews 12 ...Thats y Isaiah 9:6 calls him everylasting father...The H.G. cannot be born in us without his seed...Thats y he has to know us..Thats when that good seed is Sown in our hearts initiating a birth of Christ in us..ok lemme go...love you all dearly...GBU...Unto us a Child is born which is the H.G...The Kingdom has to come via a seed...The words of the book.

Donna , I needed your post today . I have been struggling with worldly insecurities a lot lately . My life is going through changes and I don't have much control over these changes at the moment , so I'm allowing my worries to get to me a bit . I'm scared that I might make a wrong choice or go in the wrong direction . I can't even control how slowly or quickly things are changing so I feel stuck while I wait to see how everything pans out . I'm not normally a worrier and I don't know why I'm stressing over my future in this life as I do know that everything in this life is going to pass away and my real life is hid in Christ . Thank you for reminding me where my future really lies .

I was taught as a youngster that Babylon was Rome . If you read the description of it , it sits on seven hills . The city of Rome actually is built on seven hills . I think that many things in the Bible , especially in Revelation , have a literal meaning and also a metaphorical one . So I think that Rome is literally the Roman empire of those times and it also refers to Roman Catholicism . This is what I was taught and I've never found a better explanation . If anyone has one I would be excited to hear it .

My mom Amberly has a tooth infection and wants to be well. Please pray for God to have mercy on her. We are up against a wall. We don't have the ability to fix it ourselves. We've tried everything. We are desperate for a miracle. She's been sick awhile and really needs this tooth to come out. We need a lot of things and are trying to rely on God's power to heal and provide instead of our own. We seek God's best. Please pray God would shine His mercy upon us and do something great, and also protect us from evil.

Why have you not mentioned Rosh before Meshech in Ezekiel 38 verse 2.

Have you done it intentionally or is it by mistake? Please cross check it and correct it.

    Thank you.

My heart breaks with compassion for all the people and situations as I read through every prayer request. Some days I have to be careful because I feel crushed by the weight of them. And I cry so hard it hurts me physically but feels cleansing to my soul.

If I being human ( but made in Gods' image) am so touched with compassion for needs and infirmities then I KNOW Jesus is much more moved by our prayers. He can change things, I mostly cannot. But I can pray for you, and I do!

So right now in Jesus name I'm crying out to The Lord of Lords, King of Kings, to look upon our every need, on this prayer wall, and others around the world, with His great compassion, wisdom, and mercy, and ask for mighty visitation from Him.

With healings, salvation, deliverance, protection, provision, and visitations, and mercy for ALL around the world, that NEED HIM today and every day. Amen.

A church really does not need a Physical Pastor....Thats y God gives us the gift of the H.G...An internal Pastor....Which is the gift of the H.G. That Jesus said wd abide with us forever ...Abide in me and i in you...No pun intented ..Just a fact...Thats y there are a zillion different Churches on almost every Corner....No body has the real H.G....We are still in that time of dakness Jesus warns us about...The night ( darkness ) comes when no man can work...And isaiah tells us that darkness will cover the earth and gross darkness the ppl...

Please pray for my wife Charlene to return home to me . She's been gone over a month of 7 month marriage. She won't speak to or see me . Think she reads my texts. She's living with people who don't have her best interests at heart and are drawing her into their drug use ( meth etc )& culture. We both have a rough past but she's the one who brought me to Christ. To be honest I wasn't a good man , she made me want to be a better man.I can't reach her heart but pray everyday she comes home and away from them. How can she

This behavior is against everything I know she believes. It's destroying our marriage . I'm losing all hope. I've told her it's ok , come home . I don't care we can face this together. Nothing is working. Please pray for us ,for our marriage and especially her deliverance from this & safety . I honestly don't know what I would do if anything happens to her . I don't want to be that guy again.

She's my heart tho , so maybe a little prayer I don't go down that path.

    Thank

As I proclaim my walk and relationship in CHRIST, it is not to defend myself or my way of life, but rather to simply declare the truth about JESUS in a way people could understand. Stephen did the same when he stood before the council.

I am not called to make you understand nor called to make you accept the gospel of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. However, my main job is to proclaim it and pray for the seed to be planted deep. What a person does with the proclamation is their own responsibility.

Through and because of CHRIST JESUS my LORD I have a better promise than land, Jerusalem; or the temple, Solomon's or the tabernacle.

I am endowed with the HOLY SPIRIT, a promised mansion, and a most spectacular life with my SAVIOR the LORD GOD JESUS CHRIST for all eternity in heaven.

    GOD bless everyone. Numbers 6: 24- 26

    Marilyn:

If God is causing you to want to study his word, the the KJV is the best.

The Spirit of Christ, through chosen men to write the words down, wrote the bible.

That same Spirit is actually the life IN YOU, you are just his body.

This life IN YOU will cause you to understand his words, just start reading, and each time you read more and more truth will be given to you, just talk to the life in you, he will answer, It's like talking to yourself, because he is you, and you are him.

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which you have received of him ABIDETH IN YOU, and you need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

    John 14:6 ....I AM TRUTH .....I AM LIFE ......

This is what ABIDES IN YOU, Christ himself, as the Holy Ghost, and truth will set you free.
