Btw. This website has a search box, top left, under JKV or 1611 that you can search words, phrases even modified search for partial word. If you type Prop in "search bar" on this site. It will come back with "modify search" then, "partial word search" 20 pages to sort through. Then "sort by order" major study, key! You can do this with any study. It should be great to study alongside & with. Proverbs 27:17,
Numbers 12:6-8,
Hopefully these are helpful
Just so you know, many people read posts & don't comment. Your posts that I've been led to read are inspiring, insightful, encouraging Spirit filled, edifying to the Body & interesting points to consider. I'm glad & thankful you're here. Interesting point too, do you think Paul ever considered the vast reaching of his letters? It's beyond comprehension. The amazing way inspired by The HOLY Spirit Paul/they included 'others' in faith. 1Corinthians 1:1-2, Ephesians 1:1, Might not have ever realized those would be included in the Old Testament forming a HOLY Bible.
Likewise we don't know the impact of words & actions (written, spoken, texted &/or typed) lived out. GOD help us be faithful with our words, to good & not evil, to edifying not discourage. 2Corinthians 3:2,
I see no evidence that God views sin differently. Sin is sin, but sins are likewise very different in severity. Some who love sin may be incentivized to say something like "sin is sin" to try to downplay their own sins and disgrace to God.
I couldn't find any verses saying that all sins are the same, but found verses saying sins are different:
John 19:11
Also, Jesus clearly says that all sins can be forgiven except for one and if you commit that sin then you will NOT be forgiven. Matthew 12:31-32 So violating this seems to be a fast ticket to hell. In this age of assumed self-righteousness and hatred towards Jesus, this should be a wake up call and deeply scare some people.
In Proverbs 6:16-19 God lists 6 sins He hates. This again, is another list separate from other sins.
Already in these 3 verses we see different treatment of sin in terms of severity, so it would seem hard to conclude that mass murder is exactly the same as telling a white lie. God already tells us through these verses there is a difference.
Some assume that James 2:10 suggests that all sin is the same, but that's not what it says. Those who by works try to be perfect and fulfill the "whole law" are going to fail, and even if someone violates 1 law of 1000 laws, for instance, someone obeying 99.9% of the law still is not fulfilling the "whole law" of 100% and is thus a sinner. This verse doesn't say all sins are exactly the same, but is about being a transgressor and not keeping the whole law.
If anyone has any verses in the Bible saying "all sins are exactly the same" then we can look into this more, but I am not aware of any such verse in the Bible.
2 Corinthians 5:10 is another verse on this topic.
1st : John 14:26,
Matthew 18, Matthew 5,
Revelation 6:9,10,11, Revelation 17:14-17, James 5:7,
it appears to me that the final martyr of GOD's beloved, will ignite. Like the other events in the written Word.
Hebrews 1:13, Matthew 24, Mark 13,
As a loving Father, HE appears to be balancing the mercy of HIS will, that none should perish of the people; Matthew 18:14, 2Peter 3:1-18, & mercy for HIS children, Hebrews 11:6-40,
Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Freda before You once again in the name of your Son, Jesus. Give her speedy recovery and a complete resolution to the medical problems that she is having with her mouth. We pray that this surgery has gone forth to bring correction to her condition in a superior way. We pray that You will keep Freda from any infection, set back, or complication from the procedures she had yesterday. We pray that You will cause her body to heal and rejuvenate quickly and completely. We ask that You help her with dealing with pain from the surgery and the healing process. We ask that her mouth will now be fully functional in the way You have purposed it to function. Amen.
The Bible helps us to learn of the Good News in Jesus Christ. It teaches us. But it is only Jesus who "gets us to heaven" by His perfect life, sacrificial death, and triumphant resurrection. To place ones trust for heaven in anything or anyone else is idolatry.
I suggest that you, your daughter, and son-in-law continue to pray for this woman, but still not have contact with her as contact may encourage her to break the restraining order and subsequently go to jail for doing so. It will take some time for the effects of this woman's behaviors to be healed in your daughter and son-in-law. Resisting the temptation to make contact will allow for this healing to occur.
God is great and compassionate. He can work in this woman's life in ways we never can. Perhaps there will come a time when the relationship can be reinstated in a more healthy way, God willing. He will pave the way for this as he causes her to be changed by the working of the Holy Spirit.
If one is a believer, then one has been anointed because the Holy Spirit resides in each believer from the start of one's new life in Christ. The Holy Spirit is the anointing promised by Jesus at the Last Supper. The anointing is a Person, the Holy Spirit, who bring blessing upon blessing upon each and every believer. How wonderful and gracious our God is to come and indwell us!
Yes, we do need to hide the Word of God in our hearts for our own good and to be ready to give an answer when others inquire of us as the hope that is within us, that is, Jesus set apart from all others as our Lord and Savior in our inner being. The Holy Spirit makes these things happen in us and also gives us the boldness, love, and wisdom to speak the Word to others according to His timing and grace. The Holy Spirit is our teacher, guide, and source of power, love and grace. He "arranges" the circumstances where we can share our faith with others who need to know it and come to repentance and belief, too.
We praise God for all of this today.
.....Thats the good part, There is no condemnation to them in Christ Jesus....Simply b/c its the Tares that make us do it...Thats y Jesus is saying we must endure to the end which is the Harvest when the Tares are gona be burnt to ashes....And we the Wheat the H.G. That Child of PROMISE are gona be taken to his barn...The Kingdom...But for now its Kingdom against Kingdom....war in Heaven b/c of the Tares...Satans seed....Just read Matthew 13:18 for a clear picture of the 2 seeds...The Wheat and the Tares...One will be taken and 1 will be left...k lemme go
It is important as Christians , to remember the fellowship that must proceed and follow after us as we go forward carrying about the Spirit that will influence and save the world! Our flesh always confronting us, making us believe that we are not making a difference, in spreading the Gospel. Satan always disguising the truth, making you believe something that is not their!
This is why it is so important to read the word, the same way Paul teaches us, as an example of a man who saw the Lord, was convicted of His sin, and converted on the road to Damascus! A man who was destined for Hell, only to be saved from it!
The Holy Spirit moving once again in the lives of believers! Teaching, leading. guiding and directing, with only your Spirit! An Holy Spirit that will say and do as it wishes, taking and making believers as it goes its way!
This must be understood in significance of a generation who have witnessed the atrocities, that are occurring unto this day!
Resistance of the Holy Spirit , that will take the souls that are bound into Hell once and for all!
Repent and be Baptized
