Dear Anika, God honors marriage. It is His will that His first institution (between Adam and Eve) stand. If you draw near to Him, He will draw near to you, and He will work with you to save your marriage.

Now, as far as it seems like God is not helping you--how do you know what He is doing? He did not send His Son to die on the cross for your sins only to let you dangle without his help. He doesn't not walk to the beat of your drum but by His own way.

Psalms 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God...

    Jimbob,

Thanks for sharing those Scriptures that actually definitively say that believers are resurrected/or transformed on the last day when Jesus returns to finalize history and judge all people.

I've recently heard the term "Tribulation Saints", I guess meaning the saints living through the Great Tribulation, described in Revelation 14. I'm wondering if any here feel WE are those spoken of in Revelation 14:12-13. (This is not a pre or post trib question). I'm asking because of the things we're seeing in the world today (digital currency, etc.), is it possible that we are the "tribulation saints"? If so, are we ready to refuse the mark, that will allow us to buy and sell...and...even death? God Bless

    Blessings Kimberly Stacknick,

Father, I pray in the Name of Jesus Christ that Kimberly would open her mind to receive the Love God has for her as His Holy creation. May Your Spirit show her what Your Will is for her. May she pursue only You Father, and thus experience Your peace that passes understanding. Amen.

Kimberly, I can't pray for good luck for you, because Spirit and Love do not operate on that level. Neither do I believe God is concerned about anyone's physical appearance. His Spirit cares only about communicating to His creations from His Mind to yours which He created. God's Love for you has no beginning and no end, so true Love, therefore, cannot love again. It is eternal, and the only aspect of time that is eternal is NOW. God will always love you NOW! Always pursue the Love of God with great willingness, desire, and patience. Physical appearance will become meaningless when we awaken to the joy and light that radiates

God's beauty from within God's Mind to yours, then to others. Try to steer away from outside sources for self (small s) esteem; rather, look diligently to your Creator for Self identity.

    Peace

Michael Homan, yes, what you described reminded me of the Bereans in Acts 17:11, they seached in God's Word to see if what they heard was truth. God Bless

My heart goes out to you, reading your request several times gives images of drowning and finding swimming difficult, in a web and being set free so tiring. We all felt similar things in life. In some degree.

The scriptures answer as well as give a way out of the difficulty and strength to be set free. A lot in your remarks was said, yet our answer takes less to be answered. Please know this the answer is in no way a short cut to these troubles. But it's meant to point to where all of us need to look and be.

Lots of meaningful answers give advise and scriptures. Both have there place together or apart, again due to complexity.

Everything listed in the request, the Word has addressed many times. Paul says run the race. JESUS says come unto me All who are weary and (have) heaviness. Jesus took the wrath of God for us. What Great love. The scriptures are full of how God the Father, Jesus the Son loves you and the strength to move forward that's God's Holy Spirit.

Ok now, you have read this and still have these concerns or issues, how ever they are called. The 1st step is up to you, "want" God, "want" His Son Jesus. He promised the Spirit of God to you. That same Spirit that raised Jesus on that 3rd day.

What needs to be noticed is that as you read the gospels it's seen as its read, people with needs went to him. Jesus even asked " What do you want me to do for you"? They "wanted healing. They went to Jesus. Start wanting, and begin with prayer to God because of Jesus, telling God what's on your heart. Reading the scriptures and two things start. A growing relationship and answers to those concerns or issues present.

BUT, yes But. Please understand and accept, that the results are His. If it takes time or not, or feeling change or don't change it's normal. A broken relationship we all had before accepting God's Gift. Please, please attempt daily some prayer and slow reading so to grasp its meaning. Also find a group that does the same, prayer and reading.

The resurrection the last day? ( John 6:39-40,44) And this is the Fathers will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should (raise it up again at the last day). v.40 Tells us that everyone that sees Jesus and believes on Him, He will (raise him up at the last day) When is the last day? ( John 11:24-26) Martha saith unto him, I know that (he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day). (25) Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth on me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.: (26) And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? ((So the resurrection IS the last day)). The word (resurrection) is #386; it means a standing up again, a resurrection from death, raised to life again, rise from the dead. ( John 5:28-29) Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall ((hear his voice)), (29) And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. (All that are in the graves shall ((hear His voice)) and come forth, this happens at the resurrection the last day) ( 1 Cor 15:42-44) So also is the resurrection of the dead, It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: (43) Tells us it is raised in ((glory)) and also raised in ((power)) Jesus comes back in the clouds in ( Mt 24:29-31) with power and great glory to gather together His ELECT, that would be the last day. ( Col 3:4) When He appears we appear with Him in ((glory)) Then we look at ( 1Cor 15:51-55) We are all changed at the last trump, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible. The word (last) is #2078; it means farthest, final, (of place or time) ends of, latter end. (That does not sound like its (before) the tribulation does it?) ( 1Thessalonians 4:15-17) The Lord descends with a shout, and the dead in Christ rise first, this is the last day, the resurrection.

Thanks Mel8 for your reply to Tammy. It is very encouraging when someone is willingly taught by the word. Mat. 5:6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. We think of the Bereans being more noble because they searched the word daily, but maybe just as important "they received the word with all readiness of mind". Acts 17:11 God Bless our understandings.

Thank you Donna, I have been thinking of him and praying for hi throughout the day. His wife told my husband over the weekend that Jeff is on strong pain meds, morphine and Fentynal, and still in a lot of pain. Most likely he is pretty out of it. I hope he doesn't have long to suffer. I do believe Jeff was brought up in church somewhat and I think his younger brother is a believer, so I pray that the Holy Spirit will finish what He started in him from his childhood.

Hello prayer team! My name is Anika, and I am thoroughly grateful for any thoughtful prayer concerning my friend who has walked away from the Lord in a couple of regards. This friend, this dear, dear friend of minealso happens to be my very ownhusband. He has had a tumultuous year, and we are currently physically separated because of our colleges. He has had massive temptations with affairs because of the distance and has led many women on left and right deliberately. He is seeking God to restore our marriage but God doesn't seem to be "making a way in the wilderness" or "rivers in the desert" according to Isaiah 43:19. Please pray that the Lord will move in a great way that will do the unthinkable for us- to God be the glory alone. Thank you.

    Hi Giannis,

Thanks for the advice, but I don't believe I was making that mistake here. When it comes to God's word, I am always looking for deeper understanding. But I always have to keep in mind that the Lord is only going to give me what He knows I'm ready to handle. I do not approach the scripture looking for "hidden treasure," but I do look for greater understanding.

Blessings to you also. Good to see you back!

    Hey Giannis,

Thanks, I was saying how it is read, many read it, that the thief would be in paradise that day, not that the comma should be moved. Whether one believes in a immortal soul influences the understanding. I am not a Jehovah Witness.

    God bless,
