Carl It is natural mans nature to have someone to look up to but not God, histroy proves this constantly. When God

called people out i.e. Moses Joshua the judges the profits, the reason the people revered them because they said what

and what they did and spoke GOD BACKED UP. IT Was the miraculous that got their attention and even then when their needs were met they complained. Again natural man and even a lot of so called Christians. Most natural men don't care who gets in office or power as long as it works for their purpose. An interesting note why does a candidate spent 30 million dollars for an office that pays 250,000 a year, its not logical. Most people mentally buy what an individual is telling them again when it fits

with what they think right or wrong as long as they profit. The children of ISRAEL IS A TREMENDOUS EXAMPLE OF THIS.

Doug GBU my man....But the way we know without a doubt that Christ is truly God the Son in by seed which was his word....Our Lord can regenerate ...reproduce himself with his seed the word....When he breathe on them he was reproducing himself with his seed his WORD/SEEDS....They gave birth to the H.G. that Child of Promise....The God kind....Spirits...Thats y he said that which is born of the spirit is spirit....As the H.G is Spirit as God is spirit....He reproduces AFTER THE GOD KIND which are his children the babes and sucklings he mentions....Remember God Almighty swore by his very self that CHRIST was gonna be multiplied as the stars of heaven....And this great Promise requires a God that can reproduce after the God kind....Christ Jesus....They cd not refer to him as the bridegroom if cd not reproduce himself in humanity....The Church the bride etc....gtg company is here

It appalls me that anyone proclaiming to be a Christian would defend abortion in any scenario, way, shape or form. Those here "making exceptions" disgust me and are scourge to God and you know not the Lord & Savior Christ Jesus. It's murder.

"They were raped" That's terrible but the child is innocent. Why does the child have to die for the sin committed in this case. Even celebrity Jack Nicholson stated his disdain for abortion because his mother planned to abort him...and something stopped her from doing so. If a woman's raped she's a victim; if she commits abortion after...she's a murderer.

"Woman was impregnated though incest." Again, that's a terrible sin but the child is innocent. We're not going to weigh one sin vs. another but I can tell you this -- I feel murder weights much heavier than incest.

It's the blood of the innocent.

    Proverbs Chapter 6:16-19

"These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren."

Thank you for those who commented in this thread and haven't been blinded by pretexts to condoning murder of the innocent which is abortion.

Imagine if people petitioned for the mother of Jeremiah to commit abortion. What pretext would we have when you're before God and he shows you these words:

Jeremiah 1:5 - Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

He knows every from the first moment. The question is, do you want the blood on your hands? If you support abortion your hands are just as bloody as they who made it so. Don't be a fool.

If my pastor's former wife left him for another man many years ago is he qualified to be my pastor? I love him and his family and have grown so much in The Spirit under his preaching and our church is doing really well. I believe he is truly anointed but there are some that say he is not qualified to be my pastor because of his past. What am I supposed to believe?

I am so enlightened by this exposure, we're indeed saved by grace through the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ; going by the last paragraph "...He paid our debt..." why then do we have to "work" for our salvation, according to same Apostle in his letter to the Philippians; "...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." Philp2:12

This is in a bid to get a clearer understanding.

Doug My position scripturally on God HOLY spirit AND JESUS Christ is God is spirit JOHN 4:24 also in same gospel

chapter 1:18 no made has ever seen God. Jesus Christ is the only begotten of God and he was His Fathers full

power on display, he was born and died and sits at right hand of God and until the end has been given all power of

heaven and earth then he will in revelation hand it back over to God. Holy spirit is Gods gift to man available day of

pentecost by the sacrifice and resurrection of Gods Son. The purpose of all three is to redeem man from the adversaries

control. i do not consider them the same entity, but the same purpose.

John HI There are different ideas or schools of thought on this, my understanding is GEN 1:1 God in the beginning created the

heavens and earth. To create biblically is to bring into existance that which never existed before. Now verse two carefully and the

earth was without form and void and darkness was upon the faces of the deep. An interesting point about the word was in scripture sometimes its italicised and sometimes it isn't and italicised words were added to original writings. Now the bible is Gods Word and can't or shouldn't contradict itself. In 1 john 1:5 we read GAOD IS LIGHTAND IN HIM IS NO DARKNESS AT ALL, also

in gospel of JOHN 10:9 THE THIEF COMETH NOT BUT TO STEAL KILL AND DESTROY [MAKE USELESS] THIS IS THE DEVIL OR SATANS DOING. Between Gen. 1:1 and 1;2 is where lucifer was thrown out of Heaven and cast down to earth and ruined original creation. Notice after verse two God didn't create until verse 21, between verse 3and 21 he said he he called he set he let so

he set back in order that which was originally there. In regards to replenish in the beginning there was life before Adam and eve

but the only thing that remains are fossils so we speculate on what that life may have been. Thats why God said replenish again

    my understanding.

This topic of Jesus being God or fully God and fully man seems to be added wording to the scripture. Jesse's scripture I think gives the best explanation of the topic. If we consider the translation it is easier to understand. The reason he thought it not robbery to be equal to God is because he was in the form of God. The translation of form here is he carried the nature of God. He was found in the fashion (outward circumstance of a man). He as we have to access God's power to resist the devil. John 8:28 "I do nothing of myself". Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man. Luke 2:40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. Easy scriptures to pass over, but doesn't sound like he was fully God otherwise he wouldn't need the grace of God and wouldn't have to increase in wisdom. 1 Tim. 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Note: It doesn't say the God Christ Jesus.

Prayer for my family's marriage, manhood, youths, boyhood, sharing, prayer, hope, and returning back to Christ. Empower their spirit to outstrip the level of the flesh so they can bathe in the blessing without my watch. They must be able to do it by themselves to take care of their neediness to call God.

    Hello Mr. Adam Clark:

Here's what I found to back up Malachi message about the "day of the Lord" (29X) from OT to NT. After these verses there's more interesting words God made me focus on as well. So begin our study ( if anybody willing to read) with these verses but do not forget to read the entire chapter or even before and after the chapter for any connecting relevance:

The Lord's vengeance and the year of recompenses for the controversy of the Zion.

    Isaiah 2:12; 13:6; 13:9; 34:8

    Jeremiah 46:10

    Lamentations 2:22

    Ezekiel 13:5; 30:3

Joel has spoken about the sun darkened and the moon into blood as reiterates in Acts 2:20

    Joel 1:15; 2:1; 2:11; 2:31; 3:14

We pause and pray. It seems the day of the Lord is a great and very terrible day. I pray that ALL will be saved today's Bible study.

    Amos 5:18; 5:20

    Obadiah 1:15

Zephaniah has spoken that there are people may be saved who seek the righteousness of God

    Zephaniah 1:7-8; 1:14; 1:18;2:2-3

    Zechariah 14:1

    1 Corinthians 5:5

    2 Corinthians 1:14

I thank God for Paul that we who are saved will know perfectly when this day would be even if it comes as a thief in the night as mentioned in ( 2 Peter 3:10)

    1 Thessalonians 5:2

That is why I think we who truly believes God and have done God's will more likely not experience this day. So we pray earnestly that ALL may be saved. Happy reading.

Suze love ya ...But lemme mention Philippians 2 : 6 kjv....He Jesus though it not robbery to be equal to God ....And another place he prayed ALL mine is thine and all thine is mine....Suze a sentence like that contitutes a equal binding contract on both parties......Both parties are equal....But he said that his father was greater then he...But in the natural a Son Always becomes equal to his father and thats what the father wants.....The Father wants his son to inherit everything he has....Thus Jesus was a true heir with all of the Israel of God....The Church...ok

I notice that a lot of men are attempting to answer this question . That's ok , I realise that a man , indeed not just men but any human , can not know the trauma of rape unless it has happened to them , it hasn't happened to me but I know women that it has happened to , one of them starved herself to death after she was raped , it took her two weeks . I am generally against abortion , certainly for Christians , however the world is not populated by Christians and it's not our place to judge those who are without the Truth , God does that . To all of you out there , as either a women who has been raped or as a parent of a child who has been raped , how would you feel if you or your child was forced to carry a rapists baby and bring it to birth . There can't be many things more horrifying than rape but then to have to carry that child ? Torture . I hope I never have to see anyone forced to endure that and to all women who have actually been able to do that of their own free will , my hat goes of to you with much respect . Christians have much more strength than non Christians , we know that God and Jesus are with us every step of the way and they will help us to do whatever we have to do in this life , with their help we can do anything , non Christians do not know that God will help them , they face this life without that wellspring of understanding and support . I'm not saying they are in the right because they are not , but they can only work with what they have in this life because they don't know anything other than this life and the things that pertain to it . It won't always be like this though , Christ is coming ! Big smiley face .
  • Suze - In Reply - 2 years ago
I absolutely understand where you are coming from and respect your opinion 100 per cent , I always enjoy your posts . If we are going to disregard large parts of the old testament , such as Job Ch 1 V 21 , and many others where unpleasant things that happened are attributed to God and His judgements and punishments , then we will have to disregard them (God's judgements and punishments ) in the present and in the future , e.g. the wages of sin is death , the fact that God is in control of His earth and may use natural disasters to punish humans , He may stir up nations to go to war with each other to fulfill His purposes and what about the judgements to come ? Those outlined in Revelation and described as His judgements and punishments ? Do you see what I'm trying to say ? Exodus Ch 32 V 14 , Isaiah Ch 13 V 11-18 , I could go on and on .
  • Suze - In Reply - 2 years ago

Hi David , I wasn't replying to anyone , I've just recently read Acts (again) and noticed the verses I mentioned , that these verses , to me prove that Jesus is not equal to God , there is a difference between them , God is Sovereign . Hope I made that a bit clearer , I always know what I want to say but it doesn't always come out the way I want it to , smiley face .

Sin is enmity with God. Romans 8:7-8

God bless u all in Jesus name, love u in Christ.
  • Free - In Reply - 2 years ago
Hello everyone, here we go again. smiley sign. God's kingdom is more complicated than not following God's Word. And in the text of the law it says that one should not kill, but in the present state and everything that belongs to the Lord. He will forgive all those who ask Him. So why does man put himself above other people. It's like Herske sick, everything bad is in it.

Also remember by all means what a predicament you put a human being in by recognizing that a fetus that has not yet been breathed into its soul can be a life. For a man who sees it, it is a sin! But if it is talk of a man's sperm not going to the ground. Then all illegitimacy, ugliness, abuse and control over us comes instead. This is not in the law. That is why you are now exposing women to abuse.

Because here we are talking about those cases in a married state.

I understand it to mean that all people, unmarried or married, have a life and an Underlife. The abdomen demands its share and lucky is the one who is frigid and lucky is the one who has a partner. Not everyone has that, and then we have those who are really sick.

Then it's a shame. For the man who does not see it, it cannot be sin.

When we talk about order, we must be careful so that we do not suddenly live in a double standard. Some words came to me and we may well ask ourselves how our dear Paul can say the exact opposite of what Jesus says, follow me in Luke 16:18 and Pauls word 1 Corintihans 7:10-11. which then creates great confusion about the question of adultery which can also then be defined within this question. Paul's words arrange everything to be the woman's fault.

Jesus doesn't do that! Humans have their own responsibilities and follow up, don't let yourself be dictated by a law that applies to taking life. No healthy person goes to kill, think about it dear friends. God bless you all, i love you in Christ. Let us all be living Jesus saved and not living double moral people who find a way to destroy a human being who is

You have to ask yourself this question about any innocent child in the womb ? And every one of them are innocent. Who has the right to end their life ?

One of the commandments is thou shall not kill . End of story I hope .
