    Hi Jimbob.

    You're not intruding at all.

This is not a bad topic, I'm just sorry I'm so behind on reading most of it. It makes us dig and learn as I believe Brother Chris said.

We don't have a lock on this topic,

I was just emphasizing to Gigi that whether right or wrong when we openly refuse ones view offer yours.

Maybe that person is wrong but you don't help them by keeping what you learned to yourself and refute their beliefs by other means.

    Now concerning Revelation 3:10

You put the emphasis on "keep" or to "guard against." (Also Strongs).

I'm putting emphasis on "FROM" THE "HOUR" (season" or time.)

It doesn't say during the hour. It says from the hour or "season" or time.

But here is how it doesn't fit a post-trib viewpoint.

Some say we are to be brought through the tribulation for a time of testing. or persecution. If we're protected against it and kept in it.

    How are we tested?

This temptation shall come upon "ALL THE WORLD", to try them that (DWELL) upon the earth.

Throughout scripture Gods people is not identified as earth dwellers.

You see this often in the OT those who dwell in the land as the opposition.

In Daniel 7:25 it says the Antichrist shall wear out the saints during this period. That's not the Church if we consider Revelation 3:10 as you see it.

Here's a unique picture of what might be a picture of the Rapture in the OT.

Isaiah 26:19-21 "Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.

COME, MY PEOPLE, ENTER THOU INTO THY CHAMBERS, AND SHUT THY DOORS ABOUT THEE: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, UNTIL THE INDIGNATION BE OVERPAST.

For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain".

    thru

    Isaiah 27:1.

    God bless.

S Spencer Not meaning to intrude here but it seems that the Rev.3:10 verse is not in context if one is to use it as a pre-tribulation rapture verse. Rev.3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will (keep) thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. The word (keep) is #5083; it means to guard, (from lose or injury, properly by keeping the eye upon. It says nothing about being removed or taken away from anything as a protection, but as guarding, by keeping the eye upon. Rev.1:3 has the same meaning, lets look at that verse. Rev.1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and (keep) those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. The word (keep) in this verse has the same meaning. It would be taking this verse completely out of context also to say (keep) in this verse means taken out, or to be removed from. Many pre-trib believers use Rev.3:10 as a verse to prove they will be taken out before the tribulation. But as you can see here they are taking it completely out of context, like they do many other verses. Sorry if I intruded Spencer.

A necromancer is someone who practices the sorcery of communicating with the dead by conjuring their spirits, so as to know the future

An example would be the necromancer who lived at Endor. This is the woman King Saul went to when he wanted to summon Samuel the prophet (who by then had already died).

You can find this example in 1 Samuel 287-19

Moses knew Aaron and Miriam were his brother and sister.

Now, if they are Hebrew (which they are), and if Moses knows this (which he does), then the math adds up, doesn't it?!

    Read attentively:

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.

There is a prophecy in Malachi which says,

"Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet BEFORE the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord:" - Malachi 45

So as Malachi says, Elijah had to come BEFORE Jesus comes.

But to the disciples, things don't add up, because how come Jesus is here before Elijah when it should be Elijah before Jesus; and therefore to clear their bewilderment, they had to ask him, "Why then say the Scribes that Elijah must first come?"

Jesus answers (as you read in verse 12) by telling them that indeed Elijah had already come and the people didn't even notice.

So, the question is, When did Elijah come? Or, In what way did Elijah come? Or, what does it mean, Elijah must first come?

The answer is written elsewhere, " thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John And he shall go before him IN THE SPIRIT AND POWER OF ELIJAH, " - Luke 113, 17

So after Jesus answers them, they then understand what the Scribes meant.

That is why Matthew 1713 says, "Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist." - Matthew 1713

    Hello S. Spencer.

Thank you for your response. You can criticize me if you wish. This is a forum for us to do that and to share what we learn from Scripture.

In my responses I quoted and cited many Scriptures as you had asked for in previous posts. And yes, I will admit that I am still learning and may be wrong on some things, just as you may be.

I will take your critique into consideration.

    Thanks again.

Hi Roena. The only passage to indicate this is in Genesis 7:7-10, i.e. after Noah, his family & animals were safely locked away in the Ark, "it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth." If we are to understand that the Earth began to reveal water or flooding (however minimal) at the seventh day of Noah entering the Ark, then it can be safely assumed that the rain began to fall a day or two before that seventh day.

Hello Skyler. According to Revelation 20:11-15, hell (in Greek, Hades: the abode of the departed spirits), will not last forever. In that very last day when all are judged by God (at the Great White Throne judgement), all those who have died & not found written in the Book of Life, would be found guilty before God & cast into the Lake of Fire. Not only them, but "death & hell" as well, as there would no longer be any need for them, since sin will be no more as Satan himself will be consigned to that fiery Lake (v20) & with him all who have rejected God & His Son Jesus Christ. So, there will be a day when hell will be emptied out & removed altogether, but the Lake of Fire will exist for eternity in the final judgement of those who rejected God's Love.

And Jesus spoke of this final place in Luke 12:4,5: "And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him." Here the word for 'hell' in Greek, is 'geenna or gehenna', which is different from the (temporary Hell/Hades). And this place (Gehenna) is the final place of eternal torment; but those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life ( Revelation 21:27) will live eternally with God & His Son, with the host of Heaven, on the new Earth in the New Jerusalem where there will be no more sin & Satan to deceive mankind.

    Hi Gigi.

I haven't been ignoring you, I just chose to hold off from reading replies until I could focus on answering rather than multitasking as I seem to can't get away from.

It's not your view that's the issue, It's the lack of knowledge and evidence you present when you rebuking

If you have been studying scripture on eschatology you share what you have learned out of scripture! Not "What you think was taught over the centuries. If one gives you a scripture such as Revelation 3:10 as a proven pret-rib verse Meaning kept OUT of that time!

    (From the "HOUR" of temptation)

Should you say no it's not or deal with this verse with your own interpretation? You say "It don't say that, and then go on to say what you think others in the past had to say.

That's the issue I have with your rebuttals.

It's not one that helps. I've known for a while you were on opposite sides of many views and that isn't the problem. It's the way you enter the discussion.

When you do explain your view you leave holes that need to be filled with scripture!

For instance, you said you believe in the Millennium but it's not on earth, it's in Heaven.

Well you have A LOT of old testament scriptures you have to clarify!! A LOT!!

You said the rapture is at the end of the world when we are Judged. How does that work being that the Millennium is in Heaven? Please explain that because that's not even a post-trib view!!

    How does it work?

How do you associate this with Revelation 20:7-8 ?

'And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

And shall go out to deceive the nations WHICH ARE IN THE FOUR QUARTERS OF THE EARTH, Gog and MaGog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

    Also Revelation 20:9.

Do you understand why I say you should show why you hold these views that doesn't seem to line up.

I wish I had more time to engage. Hopefully soon I will.

    Go's bless

    UNDERSTANDING THE KINGDOM OF GOD

The OLD is a SHADOW of the NEW.

The 12 tribes of the old had a priesthood out of the tribe of Levi.

The old was done away with.

The new has a priesthood out of the house of Judah.

At present, in this generation, or age, Christ is ONLY calling out the PRIESTHOOD, not everyone will be in this priesthood in THIS GENERATION, or age.

When all the priests; the Sons of God, have been gathered, Christ will resurrect ALL the dead back to their bodies of FLESH, and they will be JUDGED and RULED by the Sons of God.

It will be a shadow of the old.

Joshua 9:21 And the princes (the sons of God) said ... Let them LIVE, but let them be HEWERS of WOOD and DRAWERS of WATER unto all the congregation (sons of God) ...

But THIS TIME the children WILL NOT take up the ways of the Canaanites, BUT will cause the nations to take up the WAY OF GOD.

Zechariah 14:21 Yea, every pot (man is the pot and Christ the potter) in (NEW) Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the LORD of host; and they (those resurrected to flesh) that sacrifice and come and TAKE OF THEM, (the new creation, now the likeness of Christ), and seethe therein (THE WORD): and in that day there shall NO MORE CANAANITES in the house of the LORD of host.

Romans 8:19 For the earnest EXPECTATION of the creature WAITETH for the manifestations of the SONS OF GOD.

Romans 8:21 Because the creature ITSELF shall BE DELIVERED from the bondage of corruption (death) into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

Obadiah 1:21 And SAVIOURS (sons of God) shall come upon Mount Zion to JUDGE the Mount of Esau, and the KINGDOM shall be the LORDS.

    God Bless YOU!

    Hi GiGi,

Has been a minute, and my understanding is the pre-trib rapture is not supported by scripture. I have not found any verse that says we go or are taken to heaven. If those who are living when it starts and are looking to be taken to heaven, will they be prepared? Will they be able to face the temptation that is coming? (Take the mark or die?) Rev. 3:10 to keep thee from, does that mean taken away and not have to face it?

Or to keep, the Greek word tre means to guard, observe, watch over, attend to carefully, to keep, one in the state in which he is. The temptation which the meaning is more of a trial as in 1 Peter 4:12-13 same Greek word peirasmos. If we are here, He will give us strength and we can stand on what Jesus said; "be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life."

Just a thought on what you said in one of your posts (the Gospels of matt. Mk. Lk. and in John says the resurrection is on the "Last Day")

I do not know your understanding of the last day, or if you believe in a literal 1000-year reign on earth that starts with the return of Jesus and the first resurrection, Rev. 20:4-6. Some understand the first resurrection as all the saved and the white throne judgment for the unsaved lost.

My understanding of the scriptures is they do not line up with, all the saved being resurrected first, and the white throne is for all the lost. I know some things have not been revealed. I have studied this and have an understanding of it but just wondering if you have any thoughts on it.

    God bless,

UNDERSTANDING THE POWER OF THE RESURRECTION

Psalms 17:15 As for ME (Christ), I will behold thy (the Father and God of Christ) face: I (Christ) will be satisfied, when I (Christ) awake (am resurrected, by the Father's SPIRIT), with THY (the Father's) likeness.

Romans 6:5 For if were be planted TOGETHER (you and Christ) in the likeness of his (Christ) DEATH; we shall also be the LIKENESS of HIS RESURRECTION.

Genesis 5:1 In that DAY (the day of the LORD; ALL MEN died with Christ and all MEN were resurrected with Christ) that God created man ( BY the resurrection), in the LIKENESS of GOD created he them.

Psalms 104:30 Thou sendest forth THY (the Father of ALL ( Ephesians 4:6) SPIRIT, THEY (all men) are CREATED; thou renewest the face of the earth.

Ezekiel 1:5 And out if the MIDST thereof (Christ) there came forth four LIVING CREATIONS, And this was their appearance, they (the new creation) had the appearance of A MAN (Christ).

Ezekiel 10:10 And as for the for their appearances (the LIVING CREATIONS), they four (the new creation) had ONE LIKENESS, as a WHEEL (Christ) in the MIDST of a WHEEL (Christ).

Colossians 1:27 ..this MYSTERY (of his resurrection) ... CHRIST IN YOU ..

Romans 8:28 For whom he (the Father of ALL) did foreknow, He (the Father) did predistinate (by the resurrection of Christ) to be conformed to the IMAGE (God) of his son, that he (Christ) might be the FIRSTBORN among many (cloned by his resurrection) BRETHREN.

Psalms 82:6 For I (the Father) have said, YE (my new creation, by your brother's resurrection) ARE GODS, the children of the most high.

John 10:35 If he (our Father, the WORD) called them (the new creation, by resurrection) GODS, unto WHOM the word of GOD CAME ( Hebrews 9:28), the scripture CANNOT be BROKEN.

Luke 20:36 Neither can THEY (the new creation) DIED ANYMORE (you died with Christ on the cross): for they are EQUAL to the ANGELS ( Isaiah 63:9...and the ANGEL of HIS (Christ in YOU) PRESENCE SAVED THEM.

    Hello,

When a Christian passes away here on earth, can you tell me if they immediately go to Heaven? I Thesselonians talks about the rapture where the dead in Christ will rise first. So I'm a little confused about this.

REVELATION 22:19 And if any man shall TAKE AWAY from the words of the prophecy of THIS BOOK, God shall take away his part out of the words of this BOOK, and out of the Holy city, and from the thinks WRITTEN in THIS BOOK.

THE BOOK is Christ; all the BOOKS, are the written WORD about the LIVING WORD, Christ is the spirit of Prophecy.

Amos 3:3 Can TWO walk together (and become ONE), except they( the two) be AGREED.

The TWO is the BOOK (the word, which is God) and MAN (YOU).

If you don't AGREE and BELIEVE the BOOK (take away or add) you want have a part in the BOOK.

Psalms 7:13 He (God) hath prepared for him the INSTRUMENT OF DEATH ...

Romans 6:23 The wages of SIN (not believing ALL THE BOOK) is DEATH ....

John 16:8 And when HE (the word, the BOOK, the spirit of prophecy, the HOLY GHOST) is COME, he will REPROVE THE WORLD OF SIN:

John 16:9 OF SIN, because the BELIEVE NOT ON ME (the Book, the Word, ALL of the Books and all the WORD).

The LIVING WORD; CHRIST, has revealed himself in the WRITTEN word.

1 Timothy 4:19 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the LIVING GOD (the BOOK), who is the saviour of ALL MEN, especially those that believe.

Have you added to, or taken away from these words in THE BOOK (CHRIST), then according to Revelation 22:19 God has taken your part out of the words of THE BOOK (CHRIST).

    FEW find THE WAY

Ezekiel 5:3 Thou (Christ) shall take a FEW in number, and bind them in thy skirt (clothing of priest the ephod).

Ezekiel 5:4 Take of them (the FEW) again, and CAST THEM into the MIDST of the FIRE, and burn them in the fire, for thereof (those FEW) shall a FIRE COME FORTH into all the house of Israel.

Obadiah 1:21 And SAVIOURS (ONE with THE BOOK) shall come upon Mount Zion to JUDGE the mount of Esau, and the kingdom shall be the LORDS.

Isaiah 26:9 ...for when THY (the BOOK) JUDGEMENTS are in the earth, the inhabitants of THE WORLD will learn righteousness (Christ, the BOOK is our RIGHTEOUSNESS).

Hiya Chris GBU....But i disagree, its prophetic of the great falling away....That is not broken till the woman births the man child....(till she that is in travail has given birth)....Plz note the Kingdom does not come till the woman gives birth....Remember Joel says how do the priests and the ministers do mourn....The New Covenant was cut off for 2 k yrs...For the new wine has been cut off... Joel 1:13....And Paul said that after my death shall grivious wolves enter in not sparing the flock.... Micah 5:3 is prophetic of that great falling away....But as with all prophecy there is always other things mixed in....But these things are hid from the wise and prudent but revealed unto babes....The woman giving birth in Rev 12 :10.... Micah 5:4....Now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth....Thats when his kingdom comes after the woman gives birth....Thats when the remnant of his brethren returns to Humanity...The bride....

Micah 5:3...Therefore shall he give them up....( the great falling away)....But this great falling away is broken when the woman gives birth...She brought forth a man child that is gonna rule all nations....Which is the contents of the book in the fathers right hand...That book of life....Remember Jesus said unless you receive the Kingdom of God as a lil Child you will in no wise enter there in....The whole world is in mourning simply b/c the New Covenant was cut off for 2 k yrs....Lover and friend has thou put far from me and mine aqaintence into darkness....I am the light of the world but the night comes when no man can work....The great falling away....The day of the lord cannot come till that great falling away....But that day is broken when the woman gives birth to the man child ....Rev.12 :10....NOW is come salvation and the kingdom of our God and the power of his Christ....Not until now when the woman gives birth....The seed of the sower is the living word yielding a baby Christ the Children of PROMISE...She brought forth a man child.GBU

Dear GiGi, what you read and what you write is absolutely correct. Because of different opinions about this, people are also left to themselves and thrown out of congregations. Some ppl sincerely believe that they will be lifted up into the cloud. Yes, it will happen if they live through the great tribulation and still live in faith. The day Jesus returns. And there will be hard times, evil times where the Christians will be persecuted. We have lived like this for a long time already, ever since Jesus was taken up to God and now sits at the hand of the Majesty.

Today I read some serious words from Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5 chapter where he describes the day of the Lord and it is so great. We who see this must pray for all people mostly for God's house and pray for Peace for Jesusalem. That this is our great need.

May God Himself, through the kingdom of the Holy Spirit, bless us all with the spirit of prayer and invocation so that we constantly do the Lord's will, by and by praying for all people. Now there is a difference in here on the web and all who pray daily in a way. Because this is where prayer topics come from people who see their impossible situation. May Jesus Christ make peace for us all. While our hearts sigh and long for Jesus' return, Amen. Stay strong and be happy always. Love u in Christ.

Regardless if you believe in God or not, read this message!

All throughout time, we can see how we have been slowly conditioned coming to this point where we are on the verge of a cashless society. Did you know that Jesus foretold of this event almost 2,000 years ago?

    In Revelation 13:16-18, we read,

"He (the false prophet who deceives many by his miracles-- Revelation 19:20) causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666."

Speaking to the last generation, this could only be speaking of a cashless society. Why's that? Revelation 13:17 states that we cannot buy or sell unless we receive the mark of the beast. If physical money was still in use, we could buy or sell with one another without receiving the mark. This would contradict scripture that states we need the mark to buy or sell!

These verses could not be referring to something purely spiritual as scripture references two physical locations (our right hand or forehead) stating the mark will be on one "OR" the other. If this mark was purely spiritual, it would indicate both places, or one--not one OR the other!

This is where it comes together. It is shocking how accurate the Bible is concerning the implantable RFID microchip. These are notes from a man named Carl Sanders who worked with a team of engineers to help develop this RFID chip:

"Carl Sanders sat in seventeen New World Order meetings with heads-of-state officials such as Henry Kissinger and Bob Gates of the C.I.A. to discuss plans on how to bring about this one-world system. The government commissioned Carl Sanders to design a microchip for identifying and controlling the peoples of the world-a
