    The Third Day

9And God said, "Let the waters under the sky be gathered into one place, so that the dry land may appear." And it was so.

10God called the dry land "earth," and the gathering of waters He called "seas." And God saw that it was good.

11Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth vegetation: seed-bearing plants and fruit trees, each bearing fruit with seed according to its kind." And it was so.

    Psalm 33:7

He piles up the waters of the sea; He puts the depths into storehouses.

    Psalm 95:5

The sea is His, for He made it, and His hands formed the dry land.

    Psalm 146:6

the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. He remains faithful forever.

Genesis makes more sense when we read it very slowly and consider what scripture says. It's much easier with

A REFERENCE BIBLE, That has Center Columns with the abc notations to other passages that give the first scripture read, deeper meaning. It is a great investment if you want to know the whole story. Some notes will lead you to prophesies about Jesus.

Do Not take away or add to the word of god. If the bible says ( Baptize ) it means Baptize. BIBLE VERSES ABOUT WATER BAPTISM Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be ( baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,) and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 1 Peter 3:21 Mark 16:16 Acts 22:16 and this scripture explains this very clearly! John 3:5 "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee,( Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. ) Romans 6:4 - Therefore we are ( buried with him by baptism into death:) that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Galatians 3:27 Acts 10:48 Matthew 28:19 Acts 10:48 Matthew 3:16 Acts 8:36-39 ( And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain ( water:) and the eunuch said, See, here is ( water;) what doth hinder me to be baptized? Gods word says Baptize it means baptize ( there is no scripture that NULLIFYS WATER BAPTISM ) Further more ( Revelation 22:19

And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. God has a plan for salvation and we have no right to change it by our interpretation of the word 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: These are not my word, they are scripture By Which we as CHRISTIANS must live by. I submit this in the love of Jesus and the hope of seeing his will, that NO MAN SHOULD PARRISH !

When I was young, it was open knowledge that Catholic Priests could drink beer in moderation.

The Bible does not outlaw drinking. It does, concerning being drunk and out of control.

It is wise of you to not spread gossip. You can meet with the Pastor and his wife, or

You can seek another Church: Baptist, Assembly of God or Non-Denominational. If you are being taught the BIBLE and and learning who God is all about, you're in a good place.

People like me had a radical salvation experience. One day an alcoholic, opioid abuser, astrology chart maker,

NEXT DAY, saved, forgiven, delivered from everything, sitting in my right mind, sober and desperately wanting to follow Jesus, forever. I literally burned up my past. Acts 19:19. It's been 36 wonderful years. My former friends saw me live sober for years. That's my testimony.

You will know when you are in the right church. Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to it.

I searched for Cains wife. She was from Nod.

I'm thinking that both Cain and Abel were grown men; when Cain Struck Abel and murdered him.

The Apocrypha does not mention Cain.

I don't know Hebrew, and I think this is very old Hebraic Text. Someone else will have to dig through that.

It is logical to think that people married 2nd and even, first cousins. Since it's not recorded, I think there is plenty of scripture left to explore. All peoples, except the 8 souls on Noah's Ark, died in the Great Flood.

    John,

Don't give up. Yes, Jesus is speaking to you. By the same means, listen to your Holy Spirit and put both feet

in Heaven. Easier said than done, I know.

Today, I willing to give all --this world, is not worth it.....Satan/Hell isn't worth it. It's not how you start --it's how you finish.

    Finish for our Lord.

In Genesis 1:1 we see the Godhead begin creating. It was organized, but did not have DNA. It was not human. My only discovery is that Conies are mentioned in Psalms as having survived an EXTINCTION LEVEL EVENT, on Earth. The lived underground on the roots that had been burned up on the surface. I do not know if they were mammals. Find the scientists that reported that find. Their remains were carbon-dated to the age of the rocks where they were found.

Scientists sending up space vehicles have seen Lake BEDS on all 9 planets. Only Earth has abundant water.

Genesis begins noting the surface was COVERED WITH WATER.

My logical thoughts are that God took all the water and put it on earth. Things grew from microbes & bacteria. UNTIL GOD SPOKE and said, LIGHT BE. (In Hebrew)

FINAL THOUGHTS: This Bible is a story about the Godhead. Read Romans 1. It is about the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The story from page one, until the Last Page is about Jesus Christ.

God made, formed, created, everything; and breathed His life into every man, woman and creature.

The archaeological Story was for scientists to discover. To know and understand that all of this was brought into being by God. It says so in the Bible. Why would we not Praise and Worship so great a God?

Not to do so, in the purity of faith, is to spend eternity in unbelief.

[CONEY: Heb. shaphan; i.e., the hider, an animal which inhabits the mountain gorges and the rocky districts of Arabia Petraea and the Holy Land. The conies are but a feeble folk, yet make they their houses in the rocks ( Prov. 30:26; Ps. 104:18). They are "gregarious, and "exceeding wise" ( Prov. 30:24), and are described as chewing the cud ( Lev. 11:5; Deut. 14:7). The animal intended by this name is known among naturalists as the Hyrax Syriacus.

Note: Archaeologist findings are recorded in a PBS special made on their Television channel. Look for it.

    Hi Bro Giannis,

I agree with you, it is very beneficial to have these conversation's, as it forces us to continually revisit scripture, think, pray, and meditate, until hopefully over time, the truth finally becomes evident.

Regarding your query about the Sabbath, I will comment on that, but I would like to mention that I believe that "all of the bible scripture should be in agreement", and when it doesn't, we need to continue to review, and study until it does.

Example: Many Christians state God's 10 Commandments were nailed to the cross, and that now, because of the NC we are no longer under the Law. It is my belief, that this does NOT agree with what the gospel of Jesus Christ taught, nor the Apostles including Paul. I believe that this doctrine comes from misunderstanding many of Pauls letters in the bible.

Note: Remember Paul preaches the "same gospel" as Jesus Christ/God as he is a servant of Jesus/God.

    Romans 1:1

"Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,"

Those that believe and tell us that the 10 Commandments are no longer valid seem to base this entirely on scripture by Paul. Some say that to try to keep the Commandments are works, and works are no longer required, per their interpretation here again, of Paul. Keep in mind this doctrine does not agree with Jesus, the original Apostles, and is even in conflict what Paul teaches, and "observes himself." Paul began teaching after Jesus death, and continued to teach and observe the commandments, as did all of the apostles, including keeping the 7th day Sabbath!

If Paul taught that the Commandments were dead, why did he observe them?????

The early Church observed the Commandments including the Sabbath. Many scholars believe that the Sabbath (as observed by Christian's) changed at some point during the 3rd century AD. This can easily be researched in more detail if one desires.

Hey Bro. Giannis so nice to hear from you....Ok let me give ya my feeling on all this..1 st of all this New Covenant was not validated by man...As mans carnal mind is not subject to the laws of God and neither indeed can be...It was the blood of Jesus that validated this New Covenant....Behold the lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world...And we must remember what Jesus said I am the light of the world BUT the night comes when no man can work impling that great abomination of desolation that was coming that great falling away....But Giannis it don't matter what mans wants as God is gonna pour out his spirit on ALL FLESH whether we like it or not... Joel 2 ...Thats what the N.C. is all about, I ME GOD ALMIGHTY will know them ALL from the least to the greatest thats everybody...If i belifted up I will draw ALL men unto me

.....And Giannis this N.C. is a personal teacher...Simply b/c the gift of God is the H.G. our new Innerman ,...Jesus says he will lead you into all truth....This is very personal as the H.G Is our New Innerman...Our new heart and new spirit...Thats y God is saying they shall ALL BE TAUGHT OF GOD...As Jesus is saying when he the spirit of truth is come he will lead you into all Truth. YE NEED NO MAN TEACH YOU the anointing you have received of him will teach you all things....We are not our own, We are all bought with a price thus we need to worship him every second of every day....Its the H.G. that is our pastor and teacher and he does not want to live in temples made with mans hands.

.....This Know them ALL, THIS N.C. is an intimacy with humanity that is gona result in a birth of Christ in everybody....Thats y Isaiah is saying KNOWLEDGE IS GONNA COVER THE EARTH AS THE WATERS COVER THE SEAS...Thats y Jeremiah saw all the world in travail and birth pains....This New Covenant is a birthing COVENANT..Thats y we must be bornagain ....Unless ya receive the Kingdom of God as a lil CHILD YOU WILL IN NO WISE ENTER IN...Thats y he has to KNOW US..

We should all stay humble in the LORD and bring praise and honor to our LORD and nothing else.

It is not mentioned regarding Paul's "thorn in the flesh"; but GOD often times uses these "thorns" to bring good out of it.

As we learn to trust in the LORD, our walk will be with the grace of GOD. We will be enlighten and encouraged to trust more in the LORD because HIS strength is made perfect in our weakness.

This chapter shows how volatile and sinful our society is and the common sins that beset them then, does so to us even now.

May we all be diligent to pray for the ministry of the GOSPEL of CHRIST. May we be strengthened to minster even in the face of great adversity. Praying for Godly wisdom unto those who occupy the leadership of the civil, ecclesiastical and all positions of authority. May they turn to YOU LORD, and put away the vile and evil agenda that has caused our nation and many parts of the world to be in economic, social, political, and religious unrest.

Thank YOU FATHER for hearing our cries.

"He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, LORD JESUS." Revelation 22:20

May the Lord's hand be on all who are on this forum. The Lord's face shine upon you and your family.

I cannot help but believe that the real rapture is the New BIRTH of a Baby Christ in us which is the H.G. THAT Child of Promise..Thats y Jesus is saying unless you are bornagain you cannot enter the kingdom...Thus the real rapture is a heavenly birth....And Jesus says unless you receive the Kingdom of God as a lil CHILD you will in no wise enter there in he is impling a birth of Christ in us from his good seed ....Unless you receive the Kingdom of God as a lil Child which is the result of his seed sown in our hearts...Thats y he has to know us,...Thats when the good seed in sown in our hearts that is gonna result in a spritual pregnancy..Real Faith is a spritual Pregnancy....Thats y its the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen... Hebrews 11 : 1..Even in the natural when a woman is pregnant she has the substance of things hope for ( her fetus ) which is evidence of things not seen...OH TY Jesus..Thus there is a baby Christ in our near future....which is the H.G. the Child of Promise...She brought forth a man child this gonna rule all nations...The Kingdom does not come till the woman gives birth to the Child the H.G. that is gonna rule ALL nations....Thats y Jesus is saying unless you receive the kingdom as a lil child ( the H.G. ) you will in no wise enter there in....We have to remember that 27 times in the O.T. The Prophets saw ALL the world in travail and birth pains....And he describes them as men and woman that are gonna give birth to a Baby Christ....Kings shall be your NURSING fathers and Queens shall be your NURSING mothers...They are nursing a baby Christ...The H.G that CHILD OF PROMISE,THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH thus he cannot speak simply b/c he is an Infant..Remember Jesus said that which is BORN OF THE SPIRIT IS SPIRIT....Thats the spirit of truth, the H.G that is gona be born in us...sinners ....Nursing implies an INFANT and Infants cannot speak for a while...Thats y Jesus is saying that the spirt of truth cannot speak of himself.
  • WP Randall on Ezekiel 38 - 3 years ago
The subject of Ezekiel 38 is undoubtedly the Battle of Armageddon. Many people are puzzled over this amazing prophecy,

and I think I can straighten it out. Armageddon actually occurs AFTER the Second Coming. It is after Israel has been

restored as a nation, gone through the Tribulation, recovered from war and is at peace, and incidentally, have no army.

They have no need for an army, because Christ is in the camp, to use Bible lingo.

The forces that comprise the armies of the Beast are undoubtedly Russia and China, with other communist countries from north Africa helping them. Magog was the son of Japheth, I believe, and they went out after the Flood to the East. The Beast of Revelation is of course right out of Israel; but is a Muslim. The young lions mentioned are the European Union and America because they are the new nations or nation-states.

I believe the time required for the Beast to recruit the 10 armies is 2 years, with the battle itself lasting 5 years. The forces that defeat the Beast are the angels led by Christ and may comprise a number of different origins of angels.

I believe this to be true to the point that I mention it in by book entitled 'Veritas Theologicus', which means "true theological reasoning."

    Psalms 109:2

For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful

    are opened against me

Or "of deceit" F24 itself; most wicked and very deceitful men, who sometimes flattered and pretended friendship, as the Jews did to Christ, when they designed ill against him; though at other times their mouths were opened, and they poured out their calumnies and reproaches very freely and largely; traducing his person, and aspersing his character as a wicked man; blaspheming his miracles, as if done by the help of the devil; charging his doctrine with novelty, falsehood, and blasphemy; loading him with invidious names, as Samaritan, madman, &c; representing him as an enemy to the state, as a seditious person, and a disturber of the nation's peace; particularly their mouths were opened against him when they called for his crucifixion, and would have no denial; and especially when he was on the cross, where they gaped upon him with their mouths, and poured out their scoffs and jeers at him; see ( Psalms 22:14 ) .

They have spoken against me with a lying tongue,

false witnesses rose up against him, and laid things to his charge he knew nothing of, and which they could not prove, ( Matthew 26:59-61 ) .

I would say yes. You might enjoy some of Nelson Walters videos on YouTube. Start with the older ones and move to current.

Israel is being surrounded by her enemies: Iran, Syria, Turkey, Russia, Oman and more. They are all determined to take Israel's inheritance from Abraham.

His firstborn son (ISHMAEL)with Sarah's (Palestinian maid) Hagar; was for power, wealth, many peoples.

Abraham's wife Sarah, had one son Issac. He received the land of Israel through the blood covenant God made with Abraham.

    Ishmael = Gods permissive will

    Issac= Gods perfect will

Later Isaac's name would be changed to Israel.

Israel has been giving land for peace with the Palestinians. But he doesn't have the right to give away what God gave to Abraham and and his covenant wife Sarah.

Now, the Palestinians are making deals with Russia, China, Turkey, etc to "wipe Israel off the map". Iran wants to be the first to strike the first blow (with a nuke).

Realistically, if Iran fires off a nuke, the fallout would cover Iran and Israel. They don't see this. Israel is not even TEN MILES IN WIDTH. The nuke would kill off Iran too.

China and Russia would probably either share the remains of what I don't know? I'm thinking nuked ground might be hot for a long long time.

Nelson keeps us up to date with who has what, and what if any progress is being made to convince everyone that nuking a nation that is the APPLE OF GODS EYE, is not a good plan.

If you watch disasters taking place around the planet, you would see every nation is under the gun. Half of the USA is in SEVERE DROUGHT=NO WATER =NO CROPS= LESS FOOD. COWS CANT EAT DUST OR TUMBLEWEEDS.

Our Government can't see the problems for all the plans he has for raising taxes on everyone. He's clueless to realities: like, solar storms on the sun, can knock out power grids that deliver CLEAN OILESS ENERGY. If the electric cars have no electricity from solar_how long does it take to do a reboot on ON OIL PRODUCTION??
  • Giannis - In Reply - 3 years ago
Well Alex, lets take it from the begining.

    1. You qouted Jeremiah 31:34.

"They shall no more teach their brothers or their neighbors know the LORD...They shall ALL KNOW ME FROM THE LEAST TO THE GREATEST..."

But does that literally mean that there is no need to be tought anything about Jesus because God's Spirit will do that Himself? Is that literal? Have we so far, for 2 th. years, seen something like that? Have you met any person, any church, that can claim that God tought him/them the Gospel personally? I haven't heard or read anything like that. As far something like that hasn't existed so far, it makes me believe that the above scripture must be interpeted in a different way.

    2. Angels do not evangelize people. We don't see that anywhere in the NT. Remember the angel that was sent to Cornelious? He pointed out apostle Peter to him, he himself didn't say or teach anything about salvation. You are right about the angel in Revelation, but my belief is that he was send to evangelize people because after the rapture of the church just before the appearance of antichrist there will be no church to speak to people, and hence an angel will be sent together with the 2 prophets to do this task.

    3. The New Covenant was made by God actually. But in any case that we have a covenant or a testament both sides involved must sign or accept it so it becomes valid. If either side do not accept it never becomes valid. God will never step back. So it is in man's hand to accept it or reject it. Some accept it and some, the most, reject it. If one rejects the salvation offered by God, will God eventually force him in Heaven? Sorry but I don't think so. If that was the case why do we bother to evangelize people? Stay home, God will do that. Why live a pure life and restrict ourselfs from the pleasures of sin, we will be saved anyway. Why the early christians threw themselves to the lions and fires and suffer so many persecutions if saved anyway?

    With respect.

    God bless you.

Bro. Dan good post but lets remember we are not under the law....The New Covenant trumps the Old Covenant...If ya read Isaiah 1 ..God tells Israel their feast days and their sabbaths days and their solome assemblies were an abomination to him....Their hands were full of blood etc.....Their hearts were not right before God...Thus their Sabbaths and their Solome Assemblies and all their Incence burning was an abomination to him....Your new moons and your appointed feasts my Soul Hateth .. Isaiah 1 : 11 ...Thats y God wanted anew covenant...All these works did not change their hearts....Thus the need for a new Covenant a new Birth of CHRIST IN US THE SON OF MAN....But under this New Covenant a day is a 1000 yrs as Peter tells us.....Thus that day of rest is a 1000 yr day when Christ will reign on the Earth and his KINGDOM will be in our hearts...That 7 th millennium....That Heavenly Sabbath...As Isaiah saw the whole world at REST and full of his GLORY.... Isaiah 14 : 7 kjv...Our rest is in Christ

.....But Bro Dan lets remember if righteousness came by the law then Christ died in vain.... Gal. 2 : 21 k lemme go

    Dear Charrisse and Bro Dan

    I was wondering...

If the early christians actually celebrated Sabbath what was the purpose of selecting another day, the next to Sabbath, to gather together? They honoured that day by naming it the Lord's Day, they had their formal congregation on that day, also the Holly Communion took place on that day. What for, since they had the Holly Day of Sabbath (assuming that)? By the way Sunday was not a holiday or a rest day for the ancient world so for them to choose it as their formal day. For ancients every day was a working day, they didn't have a rest day during the week, actually the Roman week was an 8 day week with no weekend rest. Only in the third century AD, when a large part of Rome became christians, emperor Constantine declared a 7 day week with Sunday as a rest day, similar to the Jewish week. Pay attention Sunday not Saturday (Sabbath). So Sunday was not a special day for christians in the very early time to select it as the Lord's Day, but still did that and ignored Saturday.

Again hstorically speaking, there is no mention of Sabbath in the writings of the early christian writters, or the so called Apostolic Fathers or those after them. Historical churches like the R/Catholics and the Eastern Orthodox churches never practiced Sabbaths. One can argue that those churches have many faults bur still if there was a Sabbath celebration in the beginning wouldn't they keep that practice? Surely they would.

I think brother Chris has also some very good points on this argument.

Anyway it's good for all of us to have these conversations. God bless you all.

Hello Cindy. The Psalmist (it doesn't indicate that it was David), is seen here in great anguish in mind & spirit. From verses 1 to 11 are his groanings about his plight. We first see that in verse 4, his pain is so great that even hunger eludes him. Then in verse 9, he gives us a picture of him writhing on the ground, in the dirt (& probably in dust & ashes that were often used to indicate deep sorrow), moaning & weeping. In his pain & drawing of breath, he takes in the dust & ashes; these becoming his food instead of real sustenance. Likewise, his tears flowing down his face into his mouth, becoming his drink. While in this sad state, he couldn't care about his welfare, rather he was overcome with grief & pain, that death was near his door (vv23,24) - food & drink could come later when God would see his pain & answer his prayer (v17).

    Page 3.

    4. So which is the Sabbath Day? The Sabbath was given only to Israel ( Exodus 31:12-17) - no one else. It, along with Circumcision, marked them as 'belonging to the LORD'. No other people or nation ever received this, or any other, Law to obey. The Gentiles coming to Christ after the Gospel was preached & received, were never compelled to come under the Law in any shape or form. How could they be brought under the Law that only killed? Efforts were made to bring them under the Law, but that was rejected ( Galatians 2:11-21). For indeed, "if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain." The Jewish Sabbath, along with all Laws, was cast aside, having no more bearing on the one 'in Christ'. Our righteousness, given by God, can never be from the Laws to obey or the Sabbath to observe - our righteousness is found in Christ alone, Who not only perfectly fulfilled the whole Law on our behalf, but opened the "new & living way", that only by His Power can we ever properly do His Will.

As soon as we appeal to the Laws, even the Sabbath, we place ourselves under them, & by them we will be judged. And Sunday (the first day of the week) has never been a Sabbath for those in Christ - it is & always has been the day prescribed to be set aside to come together for worship ( Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 16:2).
  • Chris - In Reply on Isaiah 58 - 3 years ago
    Page 2.

    3. Jesus and the Law. Jesus kept the Law perfectly - what man could not do. Jesus lived among His people who were still under the Law & to the Law He pointed them. When He asked them to "keep HIS Commandments" ( John 14:15,21), it referred to not only the given Law but to the meaning & intent of the Laws He brought to them. I see that Jesus' Presence & Words (to His disciples) were the foretaste of what the old Law once declared & what He was now bringing them that gave them a glimpse to the Laws' higher demands met only in the power of the Spirit. And one day in the future, the apostles would understand what He meant & would have the power to live under His Laws & not the old Law.

Matthew 5:17-20. The Jews were bound to the Law, to obey it fully, not as was declared by the Pharisees (that some laws more important than others). And Jesus too was bound by that same Law, not to destroy it, but by His Coming He was to fulfil it. And this He did at Calvary, fulfilling all the laws (moral & ceremonial) perfectly. But would men see it & believe it?
  • Chris - In Reply on Isaiah 58 - 3 years ago
    Page 1.

Thank you Charrisse for that lengthy explanation. I'll write briefly on each main point that I see.

    1. Sabbath observance by those before Moses. You shared Genesis 26:5. We have been given no indication what these were: "my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws." We can learn of God's clear directions given to Abraham but to include what we believe were His Statutes, Commandments, & Laws without being specified, remains only a guess. To believe that the Sabbath command was given prior to Moses lacks evidence both in clarity & historically.

    2. The Law of Moses. Certainly, it contained "codes for ordinances & ceremonies (including feast & Holy days etc), sacrificial ceremony, health, civil laws, treatment of animals, treatment of slaves etc". But it also contained the "Commands of God". As David charged Solomon in 1 Kings 2:3: "And keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses". Did Moses in his book also include God's Decalogue, so that Solomon would always have the whole Law & Counsel of God at his fingertips? One could argue, 'well Solomon could have reached into the Ark of the Covenant to review them', but it remains a personal opinion of what the Law of Moses actually did contain.

Then Paul in 2 Corinthians 3:6-11, speaks more specifically on that which was "engraven in stones". He called it "the ministration of death". If those tablets from God was glorious, but instead of giving life, it brought death (in its design), how much more would the ministration of the Spirit would be even more glorious. As the glory of Moses' countenance faded away, Paul says that so to would the Law fade away as that which remaineth (the ministration of righteousness) by the Spirit exceeded it in glory.

    Thanks Ronnette.

I'm very familiar with the scriptures you have shared, and they must harmonize with Romans 6:1-12 and also Romans 8:7-14. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

The scriptures you have shared accompanied with the ones I've shared suggest that Sanctification follows Salvation.

"IF" we are connected to the vine we WILL bare fruit.

    God bless.
