Thank you for pointing me to that Scripture in Matthew. I know it well. I want to be able to hear the Lord say to me, "Well done, good and faithful servant." not so much for my reward, but that I can know that I honored God with my lifestyle as He so deserves. To Him be the glory always.
Thank you for your thoughts on my Mom's passing. She lived 88 1/2 years in this life. It was a life of financial poverty and hard work for her. She accepted the lot in life God chose for her. She now has eternity to be with Jesus and receive the riches of dwelling with Him without end. I am happy for her.

Man is the BODY (of God).
God is LIFE, in HIS BODY (man).
Amos 3:3 Can TWO (the LIFE and the BODY) walk TOGETHER without being AGREED?
Colossians 1:27 ....this mystery ......Christ in you ......
Philippians 2:13 For it is God (Christ in you) that worketh IN YOU (his BODY) both TO WILL and TO DO his good pleasure.

Man DOES NOT have free will.
Man was made to be a BODY; or a vessel.
Vessels, or bodies, have NO LIFE.
Bodies, or vessels, were made to HOLD the LIFE of GOD.
God is Spirit.
Spirit cannot be seen.
God created a BODY; Jesus Christ, that can be seen.
The body of Christ HOLDS the Life of the FATHER.
Christ came, as sinful flesh, and sinful flesh DIED on the cross, three days latter the Father resurrected, HIS (the father's) BODY, Christ.
1 Timothy 6:16 Who (Christ) ONLY hath immortality dwelling in the light .....
All mankind took part in that resurrection.
At some point in time God's creation will become the IMAGE (the body) of Christ.
Colossians 1:27 ...this mystery .....Christ in you .....

1 Corinthians 15:38 For God GIVETH IT (his creation) A BODY as it hath PLEASED HIM, and to every SEED HIS OWN BODY ( the Father's body Christ).
HIS WILL, not man's free will, because man has NO LIFE outside of GOD, man is just the BODY of Christ (Life and Truth).
Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye (his body) are gods, the children of the most high.
Psalms 136:2 O give thanks unto the GOD of gods (God's body) .....
Daniel 2:47 .....of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods ....

If a person feels that strongly, why not give your life to Jesus and see what He will do with it?
He knows every circumstance that created the sorrow within a person. He can turn it around for good; if you can give it to Him.
I went through it. Death looked like a warm fluffy blanket to wrap myself in; not have to experience deep sorrow. Jesus pulled me out of that hole. Told me every day in the Bible, I was loved and accepted in the Beloved.
I was so lonely. I asked Him for new friends__Christians. My life was flooded with new friends. They took me to their Church. I was intrigued by the love they gave to all people. Even tearful me. I sang their songs as my life was healed. I switched from being a taker, and became a Giver.
Take the Lords hand and never look back.
See it's in the valleys of life, that the devil tries to keep us a prisoner. If you'll just climb up to the top of that valley, you'll see a new view. Light and possibilities.
Throw out all the things that remind you of the past.
We go from living for earthly life, to looking forward to eternity; with the Lover of our soul. He will lift you up.

Satan wanted to take Jobs life but he couldn't. He does not have permission to do that. Only lies.

One of my favorite Paul stories: he's burning the wood to dry out and a deadly snake comes out of the fire and bites Paul. The other sailors eyes bug out waiting for Paul to fall over dead. He throws more wood on the fire.
God broke apart the ship, provided broken pieces (of our lives) to get to shore with. He made the wet wood to burn. And thena miracle!
It reminds me, of me. My life was a pile of lumber until the Lord put it back together. Not the same, but better.
Be encouraged because we are in the Will of God.

You're right, we are saved by grace through faith,
I think here we are in the area of fruit barring and sanctification. When we are saved we have a new birth. We're baptized in the body of believers, We are now identified with Christ and given the Holyspirit, The old nature still exists, But we have a life giving spirit in us that produces fruit in our lives. When we are joined to Christ we will bare fruit. There are some more fruitful than others but if we're saved we all belongs to Christ. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 2:13.
This new birth is inward, It's an action generated and comes from a new heart.
James 4:17. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

From what I have readd, Paul was his Roman name (being a Roman citizen) and Saul was his name. He went by both throughout his life, although in His writings (mostly to Gentiles in the Roman empire) he referred to himself as Paul. But in many parts of Acts, you can read him referred to by Luke as both Paul and Saul.
So, from what I have gathered, his name was not changed from Saul to Paul.
Jer 3:8 We see even GOD is a divorcee it is not the unforgivable sin. Gen 22:17 Gen 22:18 ; The Abrahamic covenant: Blessed because they would spread the WORD to the whole world teaching the doctrine of CHRIST. You can trace GOD's chosen people all the way back to 8th day creation where GOD created (Heb.-eth-hah-adam) from umbilical cord to umbilical cord 1st Adam then 2nd Adam would come from. People are born into their country and life for what course they took in 1st age, such as Iran, atheist, communist countries. That doesn't mean you have to stay down, you have a free will. Those born in America should wake up every morning thanking GOD that they are here in a blessed land GOD preserved for the end, instead of trying to destroying it. You want succeed!! . Esau didn't care about his heritage either- Jacob I loved Esau I hated!! Lord reminds Abraham that the reason why his seed would be a blessing to the other nations is because of Abraham's obedience that his seed will carry the true WORD of GOD to the ends of the earth! Doesn't mean we were created any better than any other race but have proven in 1st age we would stand till the end with GOD.
.....When Jesus spoke of the BABES AND SUCKLINGS which are his seed the words of the book, living words ....Those are the ones who are gonna be preordained and predestinated as Gen 22 : 17 speaks of his seed that are gona be as the stars of heaven in multitude which are the babes and sucklings....His seed which are spirits the H.G. plural an Israel of God....Mankind can only be a joint heir with the H.G. that Child of Promise....The H.G.
When ya interpret Romans 8 : 29 as being a few men then you are in essence saying that Christ only died for a few men which wd be a false doctrine...Verse 33 in ROMANS 8... Who shall lay anything to the charge of Gods Elect,...Its only the H.G. that is Gods Elect...The ISRAEL of God....Its only the H.G. that is the Gift of God the Israel of God as Jesus told the woman at the well.
.....Mans carnal mind cannot comprehend the enormity of Gods love for humanity and his new Covenant...I will KNOW them all from the least to the greatest...Thus the babes and sucklings the Children of Promise..And thats who is preordained b/f the world was....I will multiply thy seed as the stars of heaven and God was so passionate about this Promise that he swore by himself....Thats y Jesus was saying to whom the WORD came it made them Gods ....Don't believe Tulip doctrine its of the Devil its the result of taking the bible literal...mans carnal mind etc....ok lemme go
