    John 14:11

I love Jesus Christ my personal Lord and Savior.

Sent to earth by the Father. The only begotten Son of God. Born of a virgin. Crucified on a cross for the sins of the world. Rose up out of the grave on the 3rd day. Ascended up to Heaven and soon to return. This is my Jesus. The ONE who's blood with my testimony makes me an over comer. In Him do I trust. THANK YOU JESUS. To God be the glory!

:) you found a word that many Christians have comforted themselves with. And has been on many a treaty extradition. And so true, it says that He loved the world. But I would suggest to you dear friend that in such contexts when one does not understand everything in a verse, one must read what is around. Then you will see the composition of the Bible verse. Please read the entire chapter. John 3. Stay blessed in His Holy Name.

John 12:35Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

36While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them. Amen

Abraham knew the Word of God, from oral transmission, since Adam, including the Promise done by God of an Eve's Descendent. Abraham look above this world's evil, up into the skyes and called for The Lord God Almighty, The Creator of All Universe, and because of that he became the faith's father.

Metusalm died before deluge, and was both, Enoch and Noah's contemporary. Noah cherished The Promise of a Descendent, that would come to destroy death's power, evil originator and all evildoers, for ever.

The oral transmission was solid, about the present truth, and cherished by Abraham.

Abraham was aware of his own need, for a closer relashionship with God. He called for God like Jacob and Moses, did later. God answered them all, according with His Love's Character. It'swritten. Anyone who comes to Me, wil not be forsaken and If you hear His Voice, Today, don't hardened your heart. May God help me and you, to remmember today and every day, Jesus's example and Word My food and drink is to do God's Will Faith comes by listening to God's Word, and sharing God's love with our neighbor.

God's Eternal moral Law, exists in God's mind, and before sin appeared in heaven in all angels's and Lucifer's mind too.

When it was necessary to remmember God's Authority and loving Charater, to His people, after 400 years's boundage, God Himself, wrote the Law, entrusting it to Moses. Jesus kept The Law as Paul and the other apostles and primitive church did. It was Constantin by emperor's authority that changed it, 300 years later. There has been allways a remnant's faithfull people, like Valdense's, keeping The Sabath Holy, as God commands, for ever, even on The New Jerusalym, as written on Esaia's last chapters.

Dear friend, always be ready for the good cause of the Lord. Trust Him to deliver you in all situations. Always have good intentions and force yourself to obey the Holy Spirit. Then you are doing the right thing. Fast and pray with sincerity. He notices you. Do you want to serve Him, or yourself? He demands all of you dear ones. This is where we fall short. But then we have Jesus and lean on. He who went through the heavens for my sake and yours. He who was crucified on Calvary and went down into the realm of the dead and released the prisoners. His Holy blood that had to flow once and for all. Here is the focal point of believing in Him, and wanting to sincerely serve Him.

John 12:35Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, let darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

36While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.

Remember that we also live only a short time here on earth compared to Eternity. So it is important that we look for the Light when we have the opportunity. Light is Jesus. Let your yes be Yes and your no be No. And do not so much and big, because the more i at least think it will be wrong. Because i can not think like God. But i seek and want to understand His will. For He has bigger thoughts always bigger than mine. Everything i think and create builds in my life will perish that day i go too the Lord Jesus. But what you build in the Holy Ghost will live forever in Jesus Christ becouse of His eternal sacrifice at Calvary. Because of that, He will always be King of Kings and Lord of Lords. His Name Is Holy Forever. Come soon Lord Jesus. Amen

  • The Struggles Present Day between Isaac and Ishmael - In Reply - 4 years ago
    Isaacs sons, Jacob and Esau.

Start reading around Genesis 27:30, 41

Esau= Genesis 28:9, 32:10 moves to Palestinian lands and marries into them; when Isaac forbid marriage to "unbelievers"

    Isaac died= Genesis 35:29

Genesis 36+ story continues with Esau living with and ISHMAEL's descendants through Esau. You'll see through his geneology, princes, dukes, etc are named. Named through Ishmael ( Abrahams first with Hagar the slave).

It sorta explains modern day jealousy and hatred of the Jews, by the Palestinians.

All this is evidence of the struggle between Isaak and Abrahams son Ishmael whose mother was Hagar and not an air in the covenant for the land that God made with Abraham and the covenant heir to the Land of Israel.

Which is still fought over to this present day.

They could get saved and become grafted in through Jesus, this day and not be a part on the wrong side at Armageddon.

Tracing Esaus' ancestors is crazy hard. Like a 10,000 piece jigsaw puzzle. It's present day Mideast. All of them against tiny Israel. Look at the maps.

  • Seeing Saved Loved Ones Who Have Gone to Heaven - In Reply on John 16 - 4 years ago
Isaiah 65:17 says, "For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind." Some interpret Isaiah 65:17 as saying that we will have no memory of our earthly lives in heaven.

HOWEVER, one verse earlier in Isaiah 65:16, the Bible says, "For the past troubles will be forgotten and hidden from my eyes."

It is likely only our "past troubles" will be forgotten, not all of our memories. Our memories will eventually be cleansed, redeemed, healed, and restored, not erased. There is no reason why we could not possess many memories from our earthly lives. The memories that will be cleansed are the ones that involve sin, pain, and sadness. Revelation 21:4 declares, "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

Many people die on the operating table and are resuscitated, and report seeing Jesus or long dead relatives, friends, pets.

The Judean date palm is a date palm (Phoenix dactylifera) grown in Judea. Cultivation of dates in the region almost disappeared after the fourteenth century AD from a combination of climate change and infrastructure decay but has been revived in modern times.

After 2,000 years, the formerly extinct Judean date palm was brought back to life by two women scientists in 2005. In biblical times, the Judean date palm was revered throughout the region for its medicinal qualities; tastes like honey.

    Proverbs 1:7

    Proverbs 19:23

The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

Each book of the Bible has different amounts of chapters. Some very small books don't even fill a whole page. Some are chapters are many pages within a Book, thankfully this site fits each chapter in one scrollable page. Check it out, by clicking on the Bible version you want to read. KJV Standard or 1611 at very top of page. Then choose any Book, like Genesis or James, Obadiah, Jude, or Psalms.

If want to see a really cool version, with actual pages choose the 1611 version any Book & look at right hand side of page then tap on picture of the opened page Bible.

    Hopefully this is helpful

Hi Gregg. The Greek word used there is 'sapros', which means, 'rotten, worthless, corrupt'. So yes, I would think that anything insulting or malicious remarks said to another person, or of another person, could come under that meaning. And that would have an underlying emotion of not only the type of words used, but also the use of expletives & the tone & force of delivery of those remarks. Not only of our words, but also of the Spirit's Grace to our hearers ( Colossians 4:6).

  • S Spencer - In Reply on Genesis 1 - 4 years ago
    Hi Jocelynne.

Don't be discouraged, You are asking questions that many have asked and they're not stupid questions.

There is not much I can do to make you believe what is written using scripture if you don't believe in the scripture.

But I would like to share that the bible is actually 66 books with over 40 different authors written over a span of thousands of years yet these books Harmonize as a single msg.

This fact along with the many fulfilled prophecy should be enough to consider this book to be unique and not just another history book.

Most history books give an accurate account on what has already past. The bible gives accurate accounts on what's future, what's present, and what has already past.

One of the most recent is Israel restored back to the land in 1948.

Ezekiel 37:21 (KJV) And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:.

Read all of Ezekiel ch 7. This Prophecy is not completely fulfilled but it is continuing to unfold before our very eyes!!

Jocelynne pray to God to come into your life and open your eyes to his word and understanding.

    Only he can do that,

And everyone who has wisdom and understanding git it from God, otherwise he/her don't have it!

You said you believe in God trust him, he want leave us without understanding.

I pray someone helps in this matter and would like to expand on this.

I will check on you in a day or so.

    God bless you.

You're on a great quest Eric to diligently read God's Word through in a year. Failure to achieve this matters little as many other things come upon us demanding our time & attention - but that you keep at it & to meditate upon it when you sense you need to dig deeper or to what the Spirit might be telling you, is of greater worth. The Lord bless you in your readings during this new year.

And I realize that the one left behind and the one that went on to heaven needs to be a child of God.

    Hi Eric

I am reading a biograph on Paul and read on this event with Felix.

It read that Felix did not fnd reason to charge Paul but put him under guard to protect him from the Jewish leaders.

He then had him transferred to another city under escort by the guards to get him away from the Jerusalem leaders.

    Jeanette,

Paul also did the same thing back in 1 Corinthians 5:5 for the man who wouldn't repent in the church in Corinth. He says deliver him over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh so that his soul might be saved in the day of the Lord. Notice that it is for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

In Galatians Chapter 6, Paul says that if someone is overtaken by a sin, he says you who are spiritual, restore such a one. No matter what discipline is involved, it always must be to reach the goal of restoration. Not only did the Christians in Corinth remove this man because Paul said they had to discipline him. He wouldn't repent so they removed him from the fellowship.

Later on, he repented but they wouldn't let him back in. So they went from one extreme to the other. They let him stay there, but after they excommunicated him for a short time, they wouldn't let him back in after he repented.

You see, the whole point is to deliver such a one over to Satan. If they want their sin, and they don't want to repent, but they still want to fellowship in the church, give them over to Satan. Separate them from fellowship so that their flesh will be destroyed. But the goal is so that their spirit will be saved in the day of the Lord. So it's not punishment. It's to get the person to repent. A person who truly belongs to the Lord will not stay away for very long before they repent and seek to be accepted back into Christian fellowship!
