Lemme give ya my comments on when Jesus was born....We know that Gods 1 st son Israel was born on Passover. When they came outa of Egypt it was on Abib 14 th ...Outa of Egypt have i called my Son that was on Abib 14 Passover...Most all Chronilogical Scholars agree it was on Abib 14 th the Original Passover that Israel was born.. ..Outta of EGYPT HAVE I CALLED MY SON....Thus most chronilogical Scholars Agree that Christ his heavenly SON WD HAVE TO BE BORN ON ABIB 14 .April the 2 nd our pope Gregory Calendar has a 12 day offset from the Original Hebrew Calender....The time they were in exile The ( Babylonian Captivity ) resulted in a 12 day offset in the 2 Calendars

But after the Baylonian captivity ABIB was refered to as Nisan the month of April...I think thats when he was born in April 2 nd .In the most Holy place in the ark of the covenant within the 7 candlesticks was an knob and a flower, a knob and a flower 7 times....A knob and a flower is indicative of a biological Birth....and this biological Birth ALWAYS TAKES PLACE IN THE MONTH OF April...Most everything blooms in April...Thats what ABIB MEANS BIRTHING..I think that the Light of the WORLD Christ Jesus wd have to be born in Abib...April...His heavenly son wd have to born in April just like his Israel Son was born in Abib April 14...Passover...We all know that God does everything in types and shadows...Most everything blooms in APRIL...I believe that Mary bloomed in April but thats just me...And let me tell ya this .The worlds leading Chronilogical Scholar Wrote a book claming that Jesus was born on April 2 ...and he is not the only one. But i forget his Name....But you cd google it. OK GBU

Jesus did see inside his heart, but He had to let it be and Gods will and purpose had to come to completion. If not Judas Iscariot then who was going to betray, The Son of God, so that redemption, and Salvation could be our's by going to Calvary, for that is the very purpose of His Birth, to fulfill what man could not do of himself, God sending His only Begotten Son to make a way back to the Father by His Precious Blood! That through HIM we ALL get saved! That is what Love truly is all about! The sacrifice of the ONE outways the perishing of the many!

    Brother Alex,

Please lets keep the subject on the requirement to be baptized. We can move on later to discuss the "new covenant" in a different post.

Jesus was baptized, the apostles were baptized, and Jesus instructs the apostles to baptize everyone else - everyone else includes us. If you disagree, please present the scripture that says that we don't need to be baptized, and I will review.

Some people try to say that Paul changed the requirement to be baptized in water. But, Paul did baptize with water in his early ministry. Also, Paul himself was water baptized by Ananias. Please see scripture below:

    Acts 9:17-18

"And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost." And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.

So, if Jesus, the original 12 apostles, and Paul did not change the requirement for water baptism - then it is still required today.

    God Bless.

Free God bless you.A question about speaking in tongues or a concern.Does it not say in the bible that it was to talk in other languages to spread the word of God to other natiions, and sometimes as angels. If as angels they need to be translated for the people to understand. The concern is control through confusion. If the translator is not correct in the translation.Or if the angel is not of God.Never spoke in tongues saw it once and it was just jibberesh, with no translation. But a lot of donations.I am blessed with the gifts that God has given me FAITHCHARITY but the greatest of these is CHARITY.Also dreams ,and visions o o o o o o o o o a dream that the Holy Spirit gave me was there where many people all praying singing praiseing God ,and they had headlights on ,and as they looked up it shone on a bible in the sky with Jesus on the front lighting up the night to bring the lost home. The revivial?

I have a question from Matthew 3:12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

chaff ? Why use a word like that?

And all friends and Jesus loving ppl. I have a word for U. From Romans 5 and 6 chapter.

What baptism is Paul talking about here?

Many thanks in advance in Jesus Christ. Be blessed in the Holy Name above all names Amen.

I'm my own man, I serve myself, I'm woke! I just got to be in touch with my chi. See anything to get someone

to think they don't sin and if there's no sin then there's no need for a Saviour and then who needs God. Wooops!

Our enemy is that subtle any thing to deny the true God and His only way up and out Jesus The Christ!

Darnita Scripturally it is the opposite you cannot speak in tongues unless you receive holy spirit or

power from on high, also it is the first display of manifested spiritual ability given by the spirit on the day of

pentecost and available to any Acts 10:26-46 any born again believer along with the other abilities of the spirit.

Remember it is a gift that you operate by the God given ability when needed.

God does not control us we operate the spirit as he allows by obeying his Word.

No body can see clearly under early Church Doctrine , Even Bro. Paul said i see like tru a glass darkly....We know in part, We prophesy in Part etc....Remember the blind man cd not see clearly under the 1st anointing . And Jesus is God but he had to pray for the blindman a 2 nd time, What does this mean .Its simple means no body can see clearly under early Church doctrine...Thats y there is a different Church on every corner, and every one of them preaches a different doctrine. We cannot even agree on just 1 scripture . We are like Babylon .We all speak a different language in the Spritual Realm. We all march to the beat of a different drummer...Remember the Blindman saw all men as trees walking thats modern day Christianity . Christianity today is not grounded in the truth of the bible or in the real H.G....Our God is the Dollar and Sports...We need that 2 nd anointing When the book is opened and God pours out his spirit on all flesh . Isaiah 11 speaks of a 2 nd time when he will set his hand to recover his ppl and lead them to his Holy Mountain...Joel said the time is coming when we will ALL MARCH TOGETHER and not BREAK RANK...Now we all go in a differend direction...Jesus said Your house is left unto you Desolate, you will not see me till you say BLESSED is he that comes in the Name of the Lord ,Which is the H.G. that Jesus said wd come in his Name...The Father will send the H.G. in my NAME.

We all see a different vision. This is not of God...Nobody can see clearly under early Church Doctrine which answers to the 1st anointing of the blindman .There has to be a 2 nd anointing b/f we will see clearly...Thats y Paul is saying when that which is Perfect is come that which is done in part ( early Church doctrine ) will be done away with, Remember the image in Dan 2 had to be done away with even tho he had a head of Gold simply b/c it was all in parts ...We know in parts etc....Aprox 3000 different Churches and they all know in parts and on every corner. Bro dan.. ..hello I ran out of room !! yes there was a knock at the door the very next day after saying that prayer..and I went to Church on July 4th 2021 ..got baptized 11 days later..and my 23 year old son was right beside me he got baptized too and received the Holy Ghost too !!!

This is really how God wants us to live !! For Him !!

Satan take a back seat !! well on second thought ..we kicked him right in the rear and he is mad as hell !! ..we get these spiritual attacks when we are sleeping !! It used to bother me alot until I woke up one day and realized he can't hurt me becouse all I have to do is "WAKE UP" ..and yes I have been praying before sleep and right after waking up...it's alot better when I do that..I just don't understand how Satan can be so selfish and let go of two souls..but no worries, hes not getting us back becouse we have the strength of the Church behind us.

we also just competed our first 3 day fast !..and we made it through it !! our Pastor is very good !! he loves us.. and we are in new converts class too..my mom is wondering "what brought all this on"..it's hard to explain to her..I want her to come with me, shes 79 now, but shes not budging yet..I'm praying for her to just come one time so she can see what a wonderful life we are living now. but she is glad we quit smoking and drinking..my son Caleb quit cigarettes too !! just like that ! no problem. with no withdraw symptoms what so ever !!..its so AMAZING !!

Thank you Bro Dan !! :)

Bro dan...wow thank God !! I found someone like me here ..yay !!

Yes we follow the 10 condmandments and follow Jesus condmandments and standards of living it was a challenge at first to just wear a dress every day becouse it says in the Bible 'Do not wear men's clothing or acct like a man" and men "Do not wear women's clothing and be not feminine"

yes I know it doesn't say exactly that..and I could find the scripture to back it up but I think you know what I mean..Bible study is really good for me but it really wears me out !! I get to studying and look at the clock and I'm like oh my I been studying for 3 hours ! I need to get to bed and sleep so I can make it to prayer on time !..yes we do have many days for Church..twice on Sunday, 9 am Saturday prayer..Wednesday night Church and prayer...and Tuesday mornings early prayer..6 am for men and 7 am foe women...our live revolves around the Church and Church activities !! this is my new life and i love it ..me and my only son who is 23 are in this together and it means so much to me that he is right by my side and in love with Jesus as much as I am..the family's at our Church is our family now..they call us "Brother Caleb" and "Sister Cathi" (short for Catherine).its what I usually go by..it might seem like too much Church for someone else but it's not we get plenty of time to rest and we can't wait to go to Church and sing and dance and call out to Jesus ..including crying and really praying loudly ! speaking in tongues also... this is the life God meant for me to have..not smoking pot all day and going and buying alcohol to ease my stress and anxiety..cussing up a storm and taking the lords name in vain becouse thats what we grew up with, becouse the rest of the world dose it..it's really not ok..and I'm glad to be called to this Church...I mean when I first went all I could think about all day was God day and night !! I said a prayer.."Please God help me, I want to be with Gods people " & there was a knock at

I still go back sometimes but I stay out of conversations... I learned my lesson many times and thought well "This Time" it will be different. but NOOOO !

there they were again the same people or the same kind !! All Heathens who believe this world came together by some BIG accident !! it's ridiculous.

I wasent very fast or efficient with that one so many people too..they were all better and faster than me..but I don't care all I wanted was to get out of there.

Thanks for your welcoming me here ..This site is wonderful..I really like the Trivia button...I'm learning more everyday and it is staying in my memory..scripture is hard to memorize..but I love learning Gods word.

Hello Lee. If you're referring to Eutychus (from Acts 20:7-12), we don't know anything about him except what is given in that passage. He is not referred to again anywhere else in the Scriptures. He was a young man, a part of the disciples (believers) gathered there in Troas, to listen to the Apostle Paul share from the Word.

Well written & explained brother Jesse. There have been several articles written to explain the advent of women occupying the pulpit & I include one that expresses it succinctly: "Women started being pastors as the general movement for emancipation appeared towards the end of the 19th century, and as young women were accepted in universities. Then the need to replace men during both World Wars emphasized it." (From the Virtual Museum of Protestantism).

There were few other women, pre-19th Century, who became ordained ministers/pastors, but with the pressing need to fill leadership/teaching positions in the Church because of men dying or missing on the battlefield, the move towards women leadership became more noticeable & prevalent. Therefore, this is the dilemma the Church now faces: if a need is there, can believers detour from the Word so that the Church doesn't suffer? And then when the opportunity arises to go back to biblical instruction on the matter, does it not then become all the more difficult to do so? I dare say, it would take a strong Church leadership, solidly grounded in the Word, to withstand inroads of any kind that would deviate from the received Truth; indeed, expressing strong faith in God to provide & fill every need in His Church in His Time.

Dear Kimberlee Hise on 2 Corinthians 9 and all the others here on site. It is a great responsibility to lead or stand as the head of a church. Here are some tasks. In Peace:

    Economy.

    Speech gifts.

    All the Spiritual gifts.

    Prepare in case of death.

    Stand in the purgatory.

    Responsibility for the prayer meetings.

Responsibilities regarding people in need as by:

    Divorce, abuse.

    Infant baptism.

    Wedding.

    Organize meetings.

Organize ongoing cases. and so on. And mm.

(It would be good and hear what Billy Graham has to say in that way).

For all these tasks, one must be TWO at the very least. This is not about learning or publishing lessons. This is about organization.

That is, give out tasks to those present, the one who does this is a Good Leader.

We have a statement: BEHIND ANY SUCCESSFUL MAN IS A STRONG WOMAN:

And none of them is more important than the other!

And in the Leader's delegation of tasks, everyone who is upbeat in the scripture comes in. Be it tasks like praying for the sick. Words of Wisdom by the Spirit and so on. Everyone here knows about the services one has in a church. All Can not the leader wear! How long would the hand then endure. It's just fantasy and talking about leadership roles in the church. Reality all friends it is he who counts. So let us submit to one another in Love to at least complete Jesus last Wish for the church. That we should love each other.

Dear Darnita. If you start by believing in Jesus Christ. So believe that He is the Son of God. Dead and buried and rose again on the third day. That God the Father raised Him from the dead.

And confess it with your voice.

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Do this search in the heart for faith? Do you have faith?

The day the Holy Spirit came to us, that day was a promise that the Comforter would come. Jesus promised it to his disciples. All who believe in Jesus Christ will receive the Holy Ghost. And if u will be completely sure of it can u also do what it said in:

Acts 10:44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.

46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,

47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?

48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

And belive in the scriptures :). Acts 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

God bless u and yours in His Holy Name Jesus Christ now and forever. Welcome and Love u in Christ.

    Hello Glenn,

I fully agree with you. There are many great women who are far more capable of teaching and in my opinion (for whatever it's worth) can do a much better job than some of the men teachers. I don't think any of us can argue that women would not be able to do a fine job. But the question I have to ask is does God's word allow for a woman to pastor a church?

In 1 Timothy Chapter 2 beginning at Verse 11, Paul is giving Timothy instruction concerning church function. I see nothing there to suggest that he gives the okay for a woman to fulfil the role of a pastor. 1 Timothy 2:11-12 seem to stand out for me.

We're talking about doctrinal issues in the church. A woman is not to teach, nor to take the authenticity of man, but to be in silence. That's just what he said. They are to learn in silence. How can that happen if the woman is the one behind the pulpit teaching the men?

It's not talking about women not having the same ability or being better than a man, or a man being better than a woman. It has nothing to do with that. It has to do with God's proper order in the church and how the church is supposed to function. God's proper order is God/Christ/Man/Woman, in that order. This has nothing to do with a woman's ability to teach or to say that she is less than the man. I believe many women have a greater teaching ability than some of the men.

But God's word still does not allow the woman to be placed in a position of authority over the man in the church and that's why she's not allowed to pastor a church, even though many women still do!

Please know that I have nothing against women, and nothing against their ability to be great teachers. And like I said, the points you make about women's abilities to do a great job cannot be argued, at least I can't argue with you there. I just don't believe they should pastor a church. Unless I can see some concrete doctrinal statement that says otherwise, I have to stick with what Paul says about the matter.

Hello dear sister in Christ. Jesus, he knows, he knows what you are going through. He knows the pains and grief that you are facing, he himself experienced the loss of Lazarus and the mourning of the family ( John 11:35). Jesus knows it all, oh so clearly. How do I know that? I know because the scripture says, I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. ( Gal 2:20) He has not stopped loving you since the day he made you a child of God. He always gives a purpose to everything we experience, as it is written, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. ( Rom 8:28). It is up to you to decide how you will serve God through him who loves you, Jesus, take your eyes off the loneliness and remember, we need to share the greatest message the earth has ever received; the message of Jesus Christ the Saviour of the whole world, the gospel. Paul writes that we should redeem the time because the days are evil. There is a season for everything under the sun my dear sister, but be courageous, Jesus' Spirit is in you, and will give you strength and power to walk after the Spirit and fulfill God's great calling for your life. I pray, Father in heaven, help my dear sister in Christ discern your will, show her the way in which you want her to walk, help her rekindle the great joy of her blessed Saviour, and ours, Jesus Christ. Amen.
