We need Chris here. Adam was FORMED from the dust. Adams name, means RED. (There's our first color mention). God sculpted him.

**In Genesis I circled all the words: created, formed, made. I'm sure the Hebrew interpretation gives more light. God created DNA and Atoms. They're still studying that. All is not discovered yet. I'm sure they're cloning people; trying to bring a copy back from the dead. It's Creepy! Robot people! I hate SIRI. She gets it wrong half the time.

I have suspected that maybe at the Tower of Babel, when the Godhead was discussing the problem together and decided to change languages. People separated and settled in other areas based on language. Maybe the skin colors changed; so if people saw a certain color, they did or did not know that language? I did a whole study on this color thing a year ago. What was notable is that people from Africa, Middle East, all over actually; immigrated by boats, to South and North America and Europe, Islands. It was said some Egyptians were dark skinned due to sun exposure. I don't believe that theory.

I dont believe in UFO's. Clearly from archaeology and other sciences, before Genesis; there were sort of human looking people on earth. They've found bones, dinosaur bones, etc. they were male, female; found infant bones, cave drawings. Scientists have all kind of THEORIES.

I used to tell people that we are all going to get the answers we seek, in Heaven. I doubt seriously all angels in heaven look alike, don't you?

I'm thinking in heaven there's going to be a Genesis 101 class. :/

And now CRT. I'm against it just because the Bible doesn't stress it. God wants believers not to intermarry with UN-believers. Period.

I'm happy God likes colors, shapes, feathers, no feathers, tails, no tails, hooves or chicken feet and MORE. Like every color mixture under the Sun

Yup, the game is out in the open now and parents do need to step up and fight, maybe even homeschool or private school.

it the public schools where it hurts, lowering enrollment.

I saw the big shift over the past ten years and schools are radically different.

I would not send my kids to public schools today if they were young.

Bro Dan Not at all taking sides here but were are not talking about sinning willfully, if a believer wants God to bless His walk it has to be in fellowship with His Word. Now God knowing out old man nature not only covered and cleansed us from all unrighteous and when walking in fellowship we continuously receive the rewards of that walk

    in the faith of Christ.

Remember the Gift is spirit NOT FLESH and for the believer we are no longer looked at via the flesh we are Gods Children Period by rebirth spiritually. So Paul states for a believer not to take advantage of the gift of grace,

but if you do not heed if you sew by flesh that is what you reap the flesh ,if you sew by spirit the things of the spirit.

In everything God did for the believer us he never broke freedom of will. The individual has the work on renewing the mind which when born again we begin to put on the mind of Christ we don't get that immediately that is working out your salvation with respect and awe. Some will by the adversaries deception decide that

they by the senses can do sense knowledge stuff and be rewarded not going to happen.

Why because what you sew is what you reap and there is no respect of persons. That's why some will

will reap 30-40-100-fold and some not much at all but God being just we get rewarded for what we did correctly by the word and the rest gets burned up but that doesn't make us not His children. Also to walk perfectly by the spirit means that we are at the doing exactly what God wants done in the exact way God wants it done speaking exactly what God wants ud to speak and performing the miraculous when we are told to the working ability of christ in us. i'd like to do that perfectly for 1 hour let alone twenty four seven. God Bless

My excuse is I'm 1/2 Cajun and was blonde. Hah! I knew I was, the first time I heard accordion music. My Dad was a minister when we moved to Texas.

I don't fit in a category. I raised my son to be a leader; and he is. My grandson is being raised the same way. To lead the crowd, not be it. I taught him to be "the agent of change."

He was 6 when I was saved. I turned off the tv and we read the Proverbs together. He was the coolest little dude. Headstrong. We'd talk about choices and results.

He attended Christian school. But I never turned him over to Teachers to MOLD him. I deliberately taught him the truth when he came home. The teacher taught we came from apes. I asked him if he had ever saw an ape in a BMW, with A/C and surround sound, eating a subway sandwich? Nope. Etc. He was very upset he had to take a test on it. I gave him permission to fail that test; which he did. We did a extra credit project and he passed school that way.

It's wrong to make children compromise. It seriously damages their emotions. NO ABSOLUTES. CHURCH IS FALSE TEACHING?? Not in my house.

The Principal called ME for conference. She tried to get me on her side. I told her I have an attorney that will happily take my case to court. We stared at each other a few. She said she'd be in touch, but I never heard from her.

I taught RACES to my own kid. I started at Genesis. From Adam and Eve, issued ALL COLORS OF MANKIND. God likes variety. Romans 1. Colors DONT make people dumb. Not studying does. Pass the test. Following the 12 commandments pleases God, and He has your back. You can count on that. Fight with intelligence; which comes from God. He did. He had close friends of all colors. He's still that same kid; just older. Refuse to bow the knee to insanity. The Government is NOT God. Follow peace with all men/women. God said don't Judge. Use righteous judgment.

Teach your own children. Push back. God is on OUR side. Deuteronomy 28:32, 30:19

  • Life After Earth - In Reply - 4 years ago
    The Godhead has always existed.

Adam was FORMED. Eve came from out of Adam.

Lucifer was a created archangel in charge of praise and worship. He coveted the worship for himself. Evil was discovered in him. He had been 4th in line to the throne. Gabriel was 5th.

Michael the Archangel was in charge of throwing (now demoted) Satan to earth.

After Satan, Demons have hierarchies too, as explained in Ephesians 6. Satan Lost the DEED to earth at the CROSS. He has demons and wicked human beings who serve him. They're unbelievers despite everything. Antichrist, False Prophet, First and 2nd Beast, think they can still win back the earth. There will be a final battle and the Saints of God will ride along Jesus. yay!!!

The Crucial Truth is, Jesus took back Dominion, Authority. The position of High Priest and more. He is Lord of all !!!

We, his followers have the dominion God said in Genesis, we have the Authority Jesus took back from Satan right after he stomped on satans head! We are His followers! We are the Bride of Christ. We are kings and priests. We'll give direction to angels :D

The best part is there will be no sickness, no arthritis, no dark places, the Tree of Life to sit under, cmon let's get happy now! I know we all have momentary anxiety about new places, lots of people we haven't met yet, but I believe the Lord has already thought of that. We've got a wedding feast to go to.

Some day we will see earth the way God intended. As Eden.

Hi, I just read today that John, the apostle, was put in a pot of boiling oil but did not get burned. He was then exiled to the Isle of Patmos, where He received the Revelations of Jesus from Jesus and then wrote the book. I did not read about is death. Maybe I need to look further for its account.
  • Before the incarnation of Jesus - In Reply - 4 years ago
I explained it clumsy. See if this is clearer.

Though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. ( Philippians 2:6-7)

So in verse six, you have the preexistent Christ before incarnation in the form of God, which the next phrase defines as equality with God. Then in verse seven, you have him taking the form of a servant in the likeness of men. I think just as the term "form of God" in verse 6 does not mean "less than God" - because of the phrase "equality with God" - in the same way, the phrases "form of a servant" and "likeness of man" in verse 7 does not mean "less than human," but rather "equal with all humans." That is a real human nature.

One of the reasons I don't believe that is what Paul meant is because he says the very opposite in Colossians 2:9. He said, "For in him", in Christ - the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily." You even wonder whether he used the word fullness there partially to say, "He didn't empty himself of that. He's not empty. He's not only not empty - he's full. He's full of deity." The whole fullness of deity dwells bodily in Jesus. So I don't think he emptied himself of anything that constitutes the essence of deity.

[Another thing, Jesus did no miracles until after He was anointed in Luke 4:18, Isaiah 61:1]

Astronomy differs from astrology. In Genesis, the lights in the heavens were to be used to mark days, seasons, and years, not predicting or fortune telling, like astrology practices do.

I love to learn about God's wonderful creation. Scientific studies are intriguing to me. I was just a few credits shy of a Science minor in college when I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Education. Was just mentioning to my husband last night that I learned something from 3 quarter of chemistry after I correctly answered a Jeopardy question. He took rocketry classes and aeronatics in college. I would sometimes skip out of my ed. class and sit in on is class down the hall from me when I was bored in my class. But he is far more mathematical and scientific than I am.

    Brother Jesse,

If you believe that you can't lose your salvation - what is Apostle Paul saying here:

    Hebrews 10:26

"For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,"

I reads to me, that if we willfully continue to sin there is "no more sacrifice for sins" and we could lose our salvation!

Paul is telling us that we need to work out our own salvation "with fear and trembling". He is asking us to take action! Do we just disregard this scripture?

    Philippians 2:12

"Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling."

Jesus tells us throughout the NT that we need to refrain from sin. Why would Jesus tell us to stop sinning if we can continue to sin and still receive salvation? Jesus and Apostle Paul agree that we must become obedient, and stop sinning, if we want to receive salvation. Tons of scripture stating this..

Should we be so confident in our salvation - that we disregard much of the scripture stating what "we need to be a part" of our own salvation. I will agree with Paul, and approach my salvation with fear and trembling, and trust him and Jesus, when they say we must repent from sin!

    God Bless.

As a newly retired teacher in the Northwest, I can attest that CRT is being taught first to teachers and ten teachers are instructed to teach according to the guidelines of CRT. 3 years back, I sat through staff meeting after staff meeting to be trained in this damaging junk. We were told that as a white person, to choose to not participate of not respond in discussions was executing white privilege and our racism was showing because all white people are racist.

When Schools were shut down in March of 2020 and virtual "learning" ensued, I remarked to my husband that now parents are going to discover what is being taught in the schools and they can do something about it As a public school employee I was told by my administrator that I cannot speak in a critical manner about schools. ( I told her that legally I do not think she can tell me what I can and not say, per 1st amendment). Needless to say, teachers have kept quiet in public about CRT and about the immense increase in classroom aggressive behaviors targeted by students against both other students and staff daily in some classrooms. "Restorative justice" is the "in" method of handling discipline problems with very little consequences to students who habitually harms others, disrupt classroom learning, destroy property. I was so fed up (as were other teachers as we quietly talked outside of earshot of administration) and was so happy to exit this environment when schools were closed and I could take a year of medical leave and then retire.

Many teachers receive repercussions if they speak out and put their job, positions, and reputations at risk for doing so.

I definitely do not miss it one bit. God worked out a way out for me, (unfortunately, because of covid).

Well said. God always wants us to be in right fellowship with Him, and we are made righteous in Christ. When we sin after coming to believe, we can confess our sins and we will always be forgiven and strengthened to resist sin and the evil one as we lean on God's mercy and grace to do all that He promised to do for and in us, because of Jesus, our Lord.

Hello, Mishael again. Can you also explain your statement that Jesus set aside His Deity in His incarnation. My understanding is that He remained fully God as well as fully man in His incarnation, but emptied Himself of is heavenly Glory that had shared with the Father in eternity past. I appreciate hearing more of from you on this. Thank you.

    Hi Mishael,

I am trying to understand your post better concerning Satan and Adam's mandate. My understanding is tat both Adam and Satan are created beings, but one is created a human being ,and Satan a spiritual being (a cherub). Please explain tis one part a bit more for me. I appreciate it.
  • Mishael - In Reply - 4 years ago
Jesus came to earth to be born a legitimate human. THE SON OF MAN.

It's Important because Satan possessed Adams mandate; but he didn't have a human body because he (satan) was a created being.

Lesson today, satan NOR demons have authority to possess a human. They can__possess a willing human. And the illegal spirit can invite other spirits inside too.

Through a plan that spanned from Genesis to Bethlehem, Jesus was born as a human baby. He had set aside His deity and powers to accomplish this: a legal human baby (the Son of Man) and also the Son of God. The Messiah, who

Went to the Cross to permanently take back everything Satan STOLE from Adam.

Through Jesus we can receive Salvation and work the works that Jesus did. If we're available, Jesus is able. Oh wow, because we can be filled with the Holy Spirit. Third person of the Godhead.

It just thrills me to pieces to set my feet on the floor, mornings. Every day is exciting opportunity to share Jesus with most folks I run into. It's like having a wallet full of gift cards to give away free.

    Hallelujah!!

Hi Chris Thanks for the info but what I addressed had nothing to do with that also like you said your not saying the talmud is truth so I will stick with what I know Is. I'm thankful for the [figure of speech] Fire of the spiritual gift of Holy spirit that helps to cleans me of error or sin after I was born again. An interesting custom in the east is that in the houses they kept a candle burning 24/7 to represent the presences of God it is to this day part of their culture.

    Brother Dan.

    My view on John 3:5.

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. "Born of water" This has nothing to do with baptism by water. If this baptism have anything to do with this section of scripture it would be in verse 6 where Jesus says "That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirt. Romans 6:4. The water mentioned here I believe is the word of God!

John 17:17. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. " The cleansing sanctifying power of the word!"

John 15:3. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Hebrews 4:12. The word is alive!! A person must be born again by the use of the scripture and its the Holyspirit taking the scripture and using it. I've heard it put like this, You have Spirit of God using the word of God through the man of God.

Verse 11: Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We "SPEAK" that we do know, and "TESTIFY" that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

It takes the spirit of God to be obedient to the word of God. It takes the spirit of God to receive the word of God. And it take the word of God to receive the spirit of God through baptism of the Holyspirit.

I haven't heard one person on this site said they wasn't baptized, So why quarrel about obedience in that regard? But many of us say it wasn't to add to what Christ done on the cross. Is that disobedience? If you believe keeping some ritual or commandments is your way to salvation, What does the cross mean to you? Christ wasn't sacrificed "JUST IN CASE YOU FALL SHORT" He was sacrificed because you couldn't. He paid the penalty BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL READY GUILTY.

    God bless.

    Hey brother Earl,

Thanks for your reply, I will meditate on what you shared, and I mean that. I agree, that compassion for those who do not have a clue where their going is bitter, and by sharing the word we can receive some bitter remarks. I cannot place us as John as prophesying to others after the resurrection. I feel we have different understandings of after resurrection but that is ok.

I kinda think we hurt our fellowship with the Father if we sin willfully. That's why we need the blood of Jesus. Jesus died for all sins and then sat down at the right hand of the Father; and became our Advocate.

And so the taunts of Satan before the throne. He's not Omni-present, but he sees plenty.

Do our hearts condemn us? That is a heart that still loves Father and Son. The Holy Spirit is going to convict us. That's his Ministry. John 14:20, 26 and John 16:8-14. Especially John 17, all.

He wants us to be one. This is prone to happen when we practice evangelism on each other. We were told to GO YE INTO OUR WORLDS or ALL the world. Love turned inward becomes sterile.

Lately I've seen many interesting artifacts being found in Israel, including amazing finds of Biblical text, it led me to looking into Israel Antiquities online, something like "Israel Watchman", & other links. I believe I ran across creditable maps in those searches. I wasn't looking for maps at that time so I just kept looking. Hopefully these are helpful hints. If you don't find any, I can try a search for you.
  • Chris - In Reply on Leviticus 6 - 4 years ago
Hello David. The Bible does not specify what happened to the fire on the Altar whilst Israel was on their march. Just as we don't know how the Shewbread on the table ( Exodus 25:30) was replaced. I understand most scholars agree that the Fire was extinguished for the duration of the march, but re-lit whilst in situ near the Tabernacle. Likewise, the Shewbread was replaced by a synchronized sliding in of the new Bread as the old one was removed.

It's interesting that the Jerusalem Talmud has this to say about it (for your interest only & not as declared Truth):

"Rabbi Yohanan said, "Even during transport the fire was not allowed to go out". What did they do? During transport they covered the fire with a copper hood. Rabbi Shimon said, "During transport they tended the fire in a separate vessel, not on the altar itself".

Whether Jews today still accept the belief of those Rabbis, I'm unclear.

There seems to be several times that occurs throughout the Bible, Is it to show us to view each person individually? Several were opposites, yet similar; is that to inspire us to be our best? Luke 7:19-28,

Interestingly Saul, Saul/Paul, 1 Samuel 15, Acts 13:9, Saul continued to do wickedly, Saul/Paul repentantly changed Acts 8,

    Tamar, Tamar, 2 Samuel 13, 2 Samuel 13:19-20, Genesis 38, 1 Chronicles 2:4, Ruth 4:12,

    Manasseh, Manasseh: Joshua 17:1-18, Genesis 48:14,20, 2 Chronicle 30:11, Psalms 108:8, Jeremiah 15:4, 2 Chronicles 33:1, Isaiah 9:28, 2 Chronicles 33:10,22,

Lazarus, Lazarus, John 11, John 12:10, John 12:1-3, Luke 16:20, was one rich one poor?

    Etc.

This is OUTRAGEOUS. The Biden DOJ is investigating PARENTS as terrorists for standing up for their children at school board meetings.

We've seen parents nationwide vigorously standing up for their kids, following the Constitution to petition the government at local school board meetings and coming out in droves in recent elections.

Now, Biden's DOJ is weaponizing the counterterrorism taskforce to "tag" and investigate parents as a "threat." Biden Attorney General Garland misled - or LIED TO - Congress, testifying that he "couldn't imagine" this happening - yet there's a DOJ/FBI memo laying it out in detail.

But it gets worse, the Biden DOJ is literally comparing parents standing up for their kids - our kids - to drug lords and human traffickers.

**At the ACLJ, we've seen this before. I defended pro-lifers decades ago when the federal government tried to frivolously prosecute pro-life protesters under RICO statutes as organized crime. We won. And just a few years ago, the Obama-Biden IRS and Lois Lerner tried to use the FBI and DOJ to "piece together" "criminal charges" against conservative groups. We defeated them in court.

We already have a team of lawyers looking into this, and we're ready to go to court if necessary to defend parents - YOU - from President Biden's radical targeting. Concerned parents are not a threat. We're defending parents.

    Petition on their website.
