We don't all walk the same speed. She needs to ask Pastor or Pastors wife to pray for her. He is her shepherd. In a broken marriage, she becomes spiritual leader for the kids. Deu.28. Follow Jesus and listen to His Counsel.

Is she close to her parents?

When evil walks in the room, you either feel better or afraid. That's how I judge things.

I was folding clothes in the back room. It was real quiet. Something came in and spoke Luke 4:18. I didn't have peace with it. Something tried to get me off course. I never saw it again. It was an anointing prayer. I was a new Christian who had a wild salvation experience& much shame.

If a spirit startles you, makes you afraid. Pray and ask Jesus to help you understand.

The Angel Gabriel had to explain some stuff about Marys call to be Jesus's mother.

It's important to use the search box and cue questions to it to see if it is.

The Godhead can see and move inside and outside of Time.

After I got saved out of the occult, some strong Bible believing Christians asked me if I wanted to be filled with The Spirit? After what I had gone through.I said no! I needed to know, from the Bible who he was; from the Bible. Weeks later, I realized He had given me the gift of discerning of spirits. It has helped me immensely. You know if it's evil, an angel or the Holy Spirit.

The main thing is that God hides her under his wing until she knows what is happening.

Most churches avoid teaching it because there afraid people will leave the church.

I had to give a lift to a guy from Church!! Ten minutes in and he's acting like a snake and hissing. My knuckles turned white when he pulled a 10 inch knife out of his shirt. I sped up, kept conversation non-threatening. I was scared but I trusted God to help me.

Possibly you can write scriptures down she can look up and hi-light in her Bible.

There are readers of spiritual warfare verses on YouTube. Type King James spiritual warfare verses. She needs to do what Jesus did: Say it is written, you shall not trouble a child of God. In zjesus name.

Brother Mishael; people are FLESH and BLOOD, God is SPIRIT.

Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of heaven.

    Animals are flesh and blood.

Hebrews 12:27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth THE REMOVING of those things that can be shaken, as of things that are made (what can be physically seen, heard, felt, the five senses), that those things which cannot be shaken WILL REMAIN (SPIRIT).

1 Corinthians 5:5 To deliver such a one to SATAN for the DESTRUCTION OF THE FLESH, that the SPIRIT MAY BE SAVED .....

Sinful flesh DIED, only CHRIST remains. Of twain to make ONE.

Hi English Sacha I see abrahams unwavering believing in that your sharing telling his own son God will provide a sacrifice which again shows Abrahams absolute walk, when God talked to Abraham his response here am I like what do you want me to do, no question,no doubt, just moving on Gods word. Can you imagine what his sons head was doing, then again his Son knew by example what Abraham believed, what a remarkable record.

I have a question about verse 17. I've heard its interpretation in Church but I have a problem believing it means a rapture of some sort. How can Jesus return for those they say are going to be left when Our Savior returns at the sound of the 7th trump and the Anti Christ appears at the 6th trump. I have concluded the great falling away of the church and the deception of the Anti Christ is describing the millions upon millions will believe the Anti Christ has come to "rapture" them away. I think in Second Thessalonians it says believing the rapture makes God angry.

    Brother SAM:

Ephesians 2:6 And (God, the Father) hath raised US up TOGETHER (you and Christ) and made us (you and Christ) sit together (become one) in heavenly places.

This is the first death and resurrection (you died with Christ and were raised with Christ).

Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he (you and Christ) that hath part in the first resurrection ....

Matthew 19:6 Therefore they (you and Christ) are no more twain, but ONE FLESH. What therefore God (SPIRIT) hath joined together, let no man put asunder.

  • Cynthia on Leviticus 18 - 4 years ago
    In Leviticus 18

I believe that the 1611 King James Bible is inspired by GOD.

I am 64 years old. I have several family members that are LGBT persons.

Thus, I have always been interested in the Science of LGBT persons.

I have learned that GOD not only created the heavens and the earth, the animals and humans, GOD also creates Lesbians and Gays.

GOD creates blacks, Hispanics, etc, by choosing the parents, grandparents, etc of each person on Earth.

GOD gave us FREE WIIL and GOD holds FREE WILL very sacred.

Science believes that 2% of the babies born are Homosexual.

Science believes that an embryo goes through a series of steps to become a new born baby. Sometimes, due to stress or anxiety or fear, those steps can get messed up in several different ways, thus creating a Homosexual Child.

Science has discovered a whole family that produce a Huge number "considering the norm" of babies that are both male and female.

Once these "special" children reach puberty, they are given a free will choice to become either male or female, then Science helps them to be more normal by surgically removing those sexual organs that the teen no longer wants.

If GOD thru his choice of parents, creates a Homosexual baby, and Jesus has died for the sins of all of us.

Does not GOD and Jesus live those homosexual babies that they have created!!

Once the homosexual "Marries" then how can that relationship be a sin or sinful. Married people are not sinfu

In Leviticus. This is before Jesus died on the cross. I would like to point out also the reason for Jesus 's sacrifice to allow us to repent our sins. That is why nobody burns offerings and that is why you can be forgiven of your sins by allowing Jesus into your heart and accepting him as your savior. On top of that, many people act with surprising hatred towards gay people this is not His word. His teachings are of respect and love towards all fellow people, regardless of gender, skin, sexuality, or even the religion they practice. Jesus love.

Believe what you want. I don't believe we'll all look like Jesus; like cookie cutter people.

I believe heaven will have animals too.

We can see from this earth that God likes variety in environment, people, flowers, trees, landscapes etc.

Some people think that the Lord likes all kinds of music :)

I want to be surprised, pleased, appreciative. Im looking forward to laying on grass that doesn't have armies of bugs in it.

Hello Victor First answer 1 Samuel 16:1-13 son of Jesse when he was anointed as with other men called out by prophets the spirit of God notice it doesn't say in, you could lose the spirit if you disobeyed God in the old testament [ David when he blew it with bathsheba begged God not to take His spirit from Him] which he did in chapter 15:7-28 the end result being chapter 16:14. From that point on Saul was spiritually blind as a bat and going further and further insane. That's why one moment he praised David and next moment he wanted Him dead. He was becoming jealous and terrified of David because he knew God backed Him.

Brother Mishael, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

No one will have their own body and be like they were in their thirties.

Everyone that's born again; will upon the death of this body of flesh, be GIVEN the BODY OF CHRIST.

1 Timothy 6:16 Who ONLY hath IMMORTALITY, dwelling in the LIGHT ....

1 Corinthians 15:54 ....this mortal shall PUT ON IMMORTALITY (we put on Christ, our wedding garment and we are married to Christ. we BECOME ONE) the FULLNESS OF GOD.

John 17:21 That they all may be ONE, as thou Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world hast sent me.

John 17:22 And the GLORY that thou hast GIVEN ME I have GIVEN THEM; that they may be one, even as we are one:

John 17:23 I in them and thou in me, that thy may be perfect in one; that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast LOVED THEM, as thou hast LOVED ME.

The same way and with the same glory that THE SON has existed with THE FATHER since the beginning, is the same way and same glory we ARE GOING TO EXIST with the Son and the Father.

May the Spirit give us eyes to see.

    Chris,

Thanks again for your input. I was wondering about verse 13 where he explains that he and Sarah agreed to employ this strategy since leaving for their journey when God first called him out of Ur or Haran. This seems to be a "winning" strategy and God blesses him when he uses it. that is why e may have been advised by God to do so. To say that she is his sister is not a lie. But not telling that she s his wife is permissible unless the other person asked him directly if she was his wife. Abraham trusted God to protect Sarah, it seems. That is why i think God had advised Abraham to do this. But the text does not say this and Abraham is not called on this by God.

Sometimes the Lord has us pray and witness for years and years before we get the privilege of seeing our prayers answered. Other times we pray and pray and may not see the answer in this lifetime. I know people who have prayed for unsaved loved ones up until they died and then after that event the answer to prayer comes to the one prayed for.

I prayed for 35 years for one person to get help for bi-polar disorder. He was involved in criminal matters and crimes against persons. He should have been in prison for some of these offenses and there he would have been forced into a treatment plan. Finally God had him meet a woman who convinced him to get treatment and after getting treatment, they married when he was about 50. He continues in treatment and has not had terrible episodes like in the past since beginning treatment.

Hi , I'm not quite sure what you are exactly asking but I have always taken the ram to be Christ . The crown of thorns around his head , the fact that Abraham tells Isaac that : God will provide a sacrifice . Thats how I've always read it but others may disagree .

God Bless Linda Simple answer to first question yes absolutely second one if she knew Jesus Christ only God knows what was in her heart and I empathise with your heart stay in the belief that God is a just God. Try not to dwell on what you don't know but look forward on the positives you do know, that God is all just and his desire is for everyone that believed in his son will be delivered in the resurrection.

Hi Prasanth Through out Gods word angels or messengers of God always came into concretion to benefit man, as was shared by Chris in eastern culture, [bible is an eastern thought book] people who believed treated these beings with great respect and admiration.

They are sent to serve and protect those who believe and those who God knows are going to believe. When the angel appeared to manoahs wife to announce the birth of a son she said it was a man of God that tells us what he looked like then manoah took it a step further he ask God what to do with the child. He didn't question or doubt what the wife saw or said remarkable, then God sent the angel again who gave great detail as to what to do.

God will never give someone a task without giving the resources or info to perform His Will if we're listening. Then after the angel gave details manoah set up an altar to give thanks and since the angels job was done he went back to heaven from the altar in the flame, wouldn't you like to have seen that then it says verse 22 manoah says to his wife we will surely die for we have seen god. I think this is where manoah in his absolute awe went oops we're going to die because given the whole story if doesn't fit. In the book of Acts when the prison doors were opened the angel nudged Peter half asleep and the message was go stand speak to the people the words of this life. The true Gods messengers are always there to deliver protect and defend.

Light and darkness cannot occupy the same space. When light enters the darkness has to flee. Jesus is the light of the world, therefore we who have accepted him into our hearts have power over the darkness. Praise God for his mercies forever and ever!

Mishael When I am told things by other people christian or not concerning dreams visions or experiences I always ask the person was what occurred inspiring, Did it Glorify God, does it line up with scripture, did it bless your life if it does not fit into those categories red flags. I had the privilege of sharing Gods word with a woman going through a very trying time in her life, husband cheated trying to take all money he was only source of income.

She was also dealing with three children, one evening she was sitting at home at her whits end soaked it tears cried out to God and two men appeared to her, never said a word but whats interesting when she mentioned the name of Jesus Christ they vanished never to be seen again.

That left her in a greater state of confusion and frustration no answers. Days later we [happened to meet]

Like I said had the privilege of teaching to her and ministering Gods Word she got born again and in brief time delivered in all categories. Now the question is what was the profit of two men appearing and disappearing and not saying a word, it doesn't fit. She told several christians about that but they thought she was nuts. It is a spiritual battle and Gods word is our litmus Paper.

Mishael Hi won't bother going there totally unscriptural got more inspiring things to think about. A friend of mine had a dream that she swore was God talking to her about something that was going to happen in her life and that what she had physically going on would be healed very soon her heart. That was 5 months ago since then she had to have heart surgery that is not being healed in the gospels when jesus Christ healed we read immediately no messing around. So when it comes to dreams or vision if it does not line up with scripture and happen verbatim be very aware of the source! We wrestle not against flesh and blood.

Chris I don't see that scripturally Abraham told the truth he just didn't tell all that he knew which is wisdom in Genesis 20:12 and yet indeed she is my sister she is the daughter of my father but not the daughter of my mother and she became my wife.
  • David - In Reply on Genesis 20 - 4 years ago
Hi Gigi Just an additional point Sarah was not only Abrahams wife but also sister Genesis 20:12 so it wasn't an agreement but she was both, also as you have shared when you look at abraham's walk with God many times God told Him what to do and with lot we see an example of how men of God fight for other people. It's interesting that when Abraham and lot separated lot didn't ask God which direction to go in also in chapter 13:14 God told Abraham that basically because you believe I'm backing you no matter where you go. Sounds like the same promise we have as Christians when we are walking in obedience to the spirit.
  • Chris - In Reply on Genesis 20 - 4 years ago
I've always understood this account by focussing on verse 11, "And Abraham said, Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will slay me for my wife's sake." It seemed that since Abraham moved to Gerar, maybe for better pastures for his livestock, he may have feared for his life since Sarah was "fair to look upon". It would have been common then for the rulers to pick off any woman they desired & if they were married, to bump off the husband so they would be free to marry. Doesn't King David's lust for Bathsheba ring bells here? So Abraham worked on it & decided that since she is my half-sister, then that's what she will be for now.

This same fear arose earlier in Genesis 12:9-20 with Abraham's encounter in Egypt with the Pharaoh. So he used this 'deception' to pass Sarah off as his sister, so that his life might be spared. Very noble of him, would you say?!! But as you stated, Abraham wasn't judged for this deception, which was in fact a half-truth.
