Brother Larry, May CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

Knowing ( Matthew 13:11) God (God is TRUTH) is all that matters.

God is LIFE, we are the vessel (pot) that HOLDS that LIFE.

YOU (sinful flesh) DIED on the CROSS, with CHRIST, YOU (the new creation of CHRIST's resurrection) will never DIE AGAIN ( Luke 22:35-36).

The vessel (our body of flesh will return to dust, at the harvesting of the new (SPIRIT) man), the new man (CHRIST IN YOU) will BECOME ONE (be married) to CHRIST.

Ephesians 4:4 There is ONE BODY (CHRIST), and ONE SPIRIT (the FATHER) ( John 17:21).

What CHRIST has always been, the SON of GOD, you will be.

Seek you first the Kingdom of God (created by the birth of truth and life) and all these things (comforts of life) will be added to you ( 1 Corinthians 4:7).

Acts 7:55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,

Acts 7:56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

Matthew 22:41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,

42 Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The Son of David.

43 He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,

Matthew 16:15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the SON of the living God.

17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which IS in heaven. (IS means present time)

44 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?

45 If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?

46 And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.

Amen BSP, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

You are correct; when God purposes something, it's good as done.

1 Timothy 2:4 Who WILL HAVE (God's WILL; will be done)( Matthew 6:10) ALL MEN TO BE SAVED, and come to the KNOWLEDGE OF TRUTH.

1 Timothy 4:10 For therefore we both labour (in the WORKS OF GOD; not our work)( Colossians 1:29) and suffer reproach, because we trust ( Ezekiel 36:27) in the living God, who is the SAVIOUR OF ALL MEN, specially those who believe ( Philippians 1:29)

1 Timothy 4:11 There things COMMAND and TEACH.

God IS NOT searching for those who want to SERVE HIM; because if it were up to flesh, NO ONE would serve him. He has already CHOSEN US ( Ephesians 1:11); he is BRINGING US TO THAT TRUTH ( Ezekiel 36:27).

Flesh WILL NOT serve GOD; it is enmity to SPIRIT ( Romans 8:7) .

God has CHOSEN (through casting the die; if you will)( Ezekiel 20:37) a select FEW to be KINGS and PRIEST ( Revelation 5:10) with HIM in his kingdom.

Those, CHOSEN TO BECOME the IMAGE of GOD ( Romans 8:29)( Ephesians 4:24), will become judges with Christ' at the resurrection of the dead, back to their flesh ( 1 Corinthians 6:2)( Revelation 2:26-27). They (the dead) will be THEN brought to TRUTH.

Isaiah 29:9 For when thy judgements are in the earth, the inhabitants WILL LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS.

None of this is a reproof to you, my brother in Christ, I am just ADDING to your comments.

Hello Daniel nice to meet you:

    Sorry no tribe of Dan.

These symbolic tribes made Mary and joseph available

OR chosen to take care of the promise seed; Jesus Christ. Matthew 1; Revelation 7:4-8

by means of these tribes 144,000 will be chosen from God himself (from earth 50ad-?) to share as Jesus helper in Jehovah's ( Psalm 83:18) coming Kingdom. Revelation 20

However, the Dan tribe and many others also mentioned in Matthew 1 did not share in the baptism of holy spirit. ( Acts 1&2 Chapters). so therefore, they have a privilege of being

resurrected back to earth in the

    coming kingdom. Revelation 21:3-5

Hi Larry , it depends on what you call comforts . I have everything I need , food warmth shelter clothing and a nice husband . Try to make the Truth your greatest comfort , your Bible , your relationship with God and with Jesus and with your brother's and sisters in Christ . Take comfort in all the ways you can help others ,Christians and none Christians also . Be comforted most of all by the love that God and Jesus show you every day in a million different ways . Make the things that pertain to the Everlasting God , the Holy One of Israel your treasure because where your treasure is that is where your heart is also .

    How Close,

Please don't take this as against you, I just thought you may want to test the waters and this is in love. I watched the video you posted, very interesting, I loved the art work it made his presentation. It was very well put together, using math along with scripture tells the story, but you may want to check out some of his math.

I will make it short and only point out a few things and again this is not to start a debate on this and it is not directed towards you but just point out things for truth in his video. First if Jesus was crucified on a Wednesday the next day is the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread a Sabbath, and Friday the women could have gone to the tomb.

If you take a date like 1948 and multiply it by a number and divide the answer by the same number it will come out the same number. 1948x20=38960 divided by 20=1948. The year 1948 is derived by 365.24-day years not 360-day years. Take the 70 weeks, if we use prophetic years, 70 x 7 = 490 x 360 =176400 days divided by 365.24 = 483 years not 490 years for the 70 weeks.

    If we take 457 B.C. as a start day adding 69 prophetic weeks it would be 69 x 7 = 483 years x 360 = 173880 days divided by 365.24 = 476.07 prophetic years. Dates each year is derived by 365.24 days each year. 457 B.C. + 476.07 years = 16 A.D. not 24 A.D. when Jesus first came, you have to substract 1 for not 0 year.

We see in ( Nehemiah 2:1-8) it was in the month of Nisan not Tishri.

Regardless of what date Jesus first came, it was 69 weeks from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah, ( Daniel 9:25) and He was to be cut off after 69 weeks ( Daniel 9:26) He was here 3.5 years of the 70th week before He was crucified.

This may not make since but I hope you can make since of it.

    God bless,

    RLW

In Gal. 4 Paul uses Abraham's 2 sons Isaac and Ishmael ( the bond woman and the free woman as Alligorical of the 2 covenants but there is a greater Alligory of the 2 covenants in David and Bathsheba and Uriah . 2 different Children were born to Bathsheba but the younger died in his infancy which is symbolic of the early Church. This relationship between Bathsheba and David produced a child but the Child was sick and died . The relationship between Christ and the early Church produced a child called Christianity but early Christianty was sick and died in its infancy there is no more original Christianity. Ezeckiel dried bones, a great Army was the early Church But the scripture says he wd give them ( Micah 5) UP TILL THE WOMAN IN IN CHILD BIRTH THUS THE 2 ND CHILD. Solomon saw the 2 nd Child that wd stand up in his stead,The woman giving birth in Rev 12. Scripture says the manchild will rule all nations. Joel said how do the Priest and the ministers do mourn for the New Wine has been cut OFF. The new wine is the New Covenant which cannot Come again till the book is opened in th fathers right hand . My lil Children of whom i travail in Birth AGAIN AGAIN A 2 ND TIME the 2 nd time which is the manchild that is gonna rule all nations .He made the best wine the 3 rd day . The 2 nd Child is the H.G. That Child of PROMISE , The new Covenant ,The 2 nd Child was king Solomon let us note the Kingdom does not come till the 2 nd Child is born . Even in the O.T. the great King Solomon did not come till she travailed a 2 nd time,Solomon was the 2 nd Child Just as Solomon came outa Davids loins ( his seed etc ) The H.G is gonna come outta of Christ LOINS VIA HIS SEED ETC. HIS BREATH WAS HIS WORD HIS SEED ETC . Rev 12: 10 Now is come salvation and the Kingdom of our God and the power of his Christ ( the 2 nd Child ) which are gonna be as the stars of heaven

In the midst of what we see and hear, it is sometimes hard to discern the spirit of God. With the computer so well programed it may be so that these things may be done to fool even God Himself! How unfortunate for those who think they can fool God! That man in his wisdom can think He can take the place of Him! The evidence of things not seen by Him, is indeed His ignorance! We who do see ,know the evidence of things unseen! The power of faith, the power of the knowledge of God that will put to rest all things that pertain to our salvation! Those who continue to deny Him, they will have sure end, an end spent in Hell, eternally! Remember, as long is there is one who proclaims these things, as long as there is one who asks for the will of God, the computer of deception shall die, and die in Hell. Faith will move move mountains, faith will create volcanoes, even moving the mountains you see! Oh my friend, our redemption draws nigh. the word being filled before our very eyes. Only they who see will see, they who hear shall hear! Watch and be sober , the days of our salvation have arrived! You cannot serve God and mammon, you will either love one or hate the other ! I send out this word upon the housetops, that all will see and repent! That the will of God ,Jehovah, the great I AM, will be done! Yes He is the great I Am. Watch, I say, WATCH!

Hi Sholay. Street preaching, which would also involve one-on-one sharing, is a ministry that many would shy away from. It's based on "if the unsaved won't come to Church to hear the Gospel, then we will take the Church out to the unsaved". So, it is a lot of seed sowing mixed with many people fuelled with anger as God's Word penetrates Satan's domain. So, it is a special ministry that has to be well considered & prepared for.

Check first that your City allows for preaching on the sidewalk or park - often they won't but would permit tract distribution. Will they allow the use of a megaphone or which areas are you permitted to speak in public? Do you have Church backing or those who are also challenged to do this ministry? What about appropriate tracts to distribute & what form will the meeting take?

We used to have a guitarist & a group of singers. After a couple of songs, one would step forward to share the word while a couple of others would distribute tracts or strike up conversations. If your group is really inventive, a skit could be performed or taking an object that might attract an audience to stay longer. We had a German man visit our Church (from Open Air Campaigners), & whenever he preached in the open air in Australia, he always brought a boomerang with him, using it as a tool to bring out his message. But if you're going out on your own, then you may want to focus more on tract distribution & engaging with interested persons. Yet, in all of these options, the ministry needs to be bathed in prayer & Bible study. When we constantly feed on God's Word, the Holy Spirit will produce the right words from your mouth that will minister to the hearer.

Yet, what the Lord wants from each one of His children, is to live the Christ-centred life, having a strong testimony of a regenerated life, that others might see & know that our hope & joy lies only in our Heavenly Father. Our lives should speak volumes especially to those despairing of life. Every blessing.

Hello Luc. Roman Catholics & even some other 'churches' make reference to Mary, the Mother of Jesus & use it as part of their praise & petition to her. However, nowhere in the Scriptures do we read of this ever happening or required.

What we do read is in Luke 1:28, "And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women" & this is probably one of the references that RCs use to elevate the status of Mary, alongwith papal edicts. Please note, that in the Greek, the word "Hail" means 'Greetings', as the angel greeted Mary & gave her God's Message.

But when we consider those who worship Mary, the most recited version is: "Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen." Here, Mary is elevated to the position of an intercessor, but this is purely the RC belief that Mary's supposed higher status of being the bearer of Jesus, also grants her intercessory powers.

But the Bible states in 1 Timothy 2:5: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus". There can be no Mary, no saint, nor angel in Heaven or on Earth who can mediate on our behalf. That is why we always make our petitions to God through His Son Jesus Christ, Who alone can mediate for us because of His Sacrifice & God's acceptance of it. If we send our prayers & praises to God through any other name, we will not only not be heard, but we do great wrong to the position of Jesus in Heaven & His great Sacrifice on Earth. Please be comforted & encouraged in your belief that we can approach God only through His Son.

Brother David, I believe that we've all enjoyed your posts & through them, the encouragement you've given us to live the Christ-centred life. I personally would welcome your input here as you have much to offer for our mutual benefit; and together we help each other in growing in the knowledge of our Lord & His precious Word. In this world, with so much to tear away at our minds & lives, it's wonderful to come away & fellowship with those of like precious faith & who have a yearning to see our Lord & enjoy His Presence with continual worship & praise. A precious old hymn that reflects the longing of my heart & I'm sure, yours as well:

    1. Some day the silver cord will break,

    And I no more as now shall sing;

But oh, the joy when I shall wake

Within the palace of the King!

    Refrain:

And I shall see him face to face,

    And tell the story - saved by grace;

And I shall see him face to face,

And tell the story - saved by grace.

    2. Some day my earthly house will fall,

    I cannot tell how soon 'twill be;

But this I know - my All in All

Has now a place in heav'n for me.

    3. Some day, when fades the golden sun

    Beneath the rosy tinted west,

My blessed Lord will say, "Well done!"

And I shall enter into rest.

    4. Some day: till then I'll watch and wait,

My lamp all trimmed and burning bright,

That when my Saviour ope's the gates,

My soul to him may take its flight.

    Every blessing brother.

Amen brother Carleton. Isaiah 53:6b: "and the LORD hath laid on him (Jesus) the iniquity of us all". And by faith in the crucified One, our "iniquities" are presented to the Father in His Son, Who mercifully forgives us & fully justifies us ('just if I'd' never sinned). The wonder of His Salvation - that all the praise must only go to Him. Romans 3:24; Romans 5:1.

I saw a really good teaching by: ROCK ISLAND BOOKS; on YouTube; TITLED: END TIMES - DANIEL UNSEALED. Its a lot of math and Scripture.

As in the days of Daniels lifetime. The math begins in book of Numbers & Exodus. Included is all the times Israel sinned as a nation; God reset the clock. Clock resetting happened when Israel sinned.

Now in the past when anyone tries to set a date, it doesn't fly. In Jewish Weddings when the couples house is ready to be lived in, the Father tells the Groom to go get his Bride.

More often I favor the Ten Virgins Parable. Matthew 25. Not everyone is a math+prophesy genius. Jesus didn't set a date, and neither do I. He said to be ready to meet the Bridegroom As in a Jewish Wedding. I keep that in mind.

Some of the virgins were not ready and were Left Behind.

I'm more of a sign watcher. I don't have anyone distracting me except a bossy cat and 2 birds. :/

I read tons of stuff. The Holy Spirit leads me to incredible facts. Like, Covid originated in China, Africa and the eastern Mideast. The National colors of China are mentioned in the Bible. History shows origins of every past pandemic/pestilence. Africa is over-run with locust swarms that eat the crops they desperately need. And it's spreading into the Mideast. Most countries don't help with $$ to spray the pests.

Our Government is not helping Israel as in the past. God blesses the nations that bless Israel. They've requested help to keep the Iron Dome armed. Looks like Congress is acting dazed and confused. As a result, our nation is experiencing the curses in Leviticus. Such as, OUR ENEMIES WILL BREACH OUR BORDERS. We got that: China, all of South America, Mexico, Haiti and Palestinians.

The New Madrid fault zone (USA) is having tremors.

    Jesus could return this year.

There is no exact date in the Bible for the birth of Jesus. But we can figure approximately when he was born. Jesus began his ministry at the age of 30 and his ministry lasted for 3.5 years. He died on Nisan 14th. Count back six months you get Sept.-Oct. Luke 3:23 says Jesus was about 30 years old when he began is ministry.

Hello, A few meditations by thinking in part on 2 Corinthians 5:16-21 .

Man lacks Righteousness and yet seems to know that it is a quality that is desired. A quality that if found would be purchased if possible. Man seems to also know that Righteousness is peace and peace is rest. Man wants this rest. Man's works are works that cannot be satisfied no matter how much man tries to be good. This unrestful state is a burden, a weight that cannot be justified. This absence of justification for this burden is sin. God in His mercy knew this condition of man would be unbearable and gave us His son as a treasure that would be paid for by God himself.

Because all things are of God, God reconciled us to himself by his son Jesus Christ. To lift the burden from man by not imputing the trespasses of man on man but on His son Jesus Christ. He made Jesus to be sin for us, who had no sin nor burden of works before the space of time of the Cross at Calvary. This mercy offering by God of His son was granted by God's Righteousness and Holiness in the Work of the son who knew no sin except our sin and our works at Calvary that we (might) be made the righteousness of God in him. God justified all sin in His son by the death of sin in the Righteousness and Holiness of God. Man looking up to Christ by faith leaves that burden of unrighteous works which is sin upon Jesus and is healed in the Righteousness of God and gains peace which is rest from his own works. The born again believer is made the righteousness of God and is Holy in Him. The born again believer as a new creature in Christ Jesus knew once the sin in Christ, but now forgiveness. Because of God's righteousness the child of God, now also knows no man after the flesh but knows the ministry of reconciliation by the word, in their new life in the flesh as a living testimony.

    Wesley's Notes for 2 Corinthians 5:21

He made him a sin offering, who knew no sin - A commendation peculiar to Christ. For us - Who knew no righteousness, who were inwardly and outwardly nothing but sin; who must have been consumed by the divine justice, had not this atonement been made for our sins. That we might be made the righteousness of God through him - Might through him be invested with that righteousness, first imputed to us, then implanted in us, which is in every sense the righteousness of God.

    People's Bible Notes for 2 Corinthians 5:21

Hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin. As a sinless substitute he suffered for our sins, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. That our sins might thus be atoned for, the law satisfied, and we be forgiven and accounted righteous. Since we die with Christ, in him we pay the penalty, and are justified.
