  • S Spencer Persecution from within to hinder the gospel - In Reply - 4 years ago
    Hi brother Jesse.

    Part 1.

If you don't mind I would like to add to the timely comment you posted.

"So the Lord says I myself am Jesus whom you yourself are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the prods, and He's telling him that's what it's like to get stung by a bee, every time you come across a Christian, and that sting just irritates you, and you just want to "rub them out." It brings things into perspective when we are the ones being persecuted, but Jesus says it is Him they are persecuting. Why? Because they are not attacking us, they are attacking Christ who is in us!"

When Saul was accused by Jesus of persecuting Him, I think we need to be certain we are not doing the same and/or get drawn in to this organized scheme of Satan.

Ephesians 6:11-12. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the "wiles of the devil."

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    Here is my point.

What was Saul on his way to do while he was on his way to Damascus? He was going to stop the spread of the Gospel!!

A message that is the accomplished by the cornerstone of our faith. ( Jesus Christ.). A truth important to be ministered Paul and all the Apostles died getting it out.

    1 Corinthians 15:1-2. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

NOW THIS PERSECUTION IS FROM WITHIN THEW CHURCH! We argue about viewpoints in eschatology, ect.. And the message where in we stand has ceased! "Wiles of the devil." Notice the strife here lately? This persecution and scheme is global! Notice the attacks is not on you, its on your beliefs. Its on truth, Its on the Lord.

    Part 2 They're Manifested.

    God bless.

Carry Something I learned when dealing with the Gospels, all the disciples wrote what God wanted written, not all events in all gospels are identical ,similar but not identical. Also E.W. Bullinger a remarkable man Published a study numbers in scripture, he explains the reason why 4 gospels is biblically the number 4 pertains to the world, and each Gospel magnifies a certain aspect of Christ ministry. Gospel of Mathew King, Mark Servant, luke Man, John Son of God. Some very inspirational reading. Phenomenal Detail. Have fun

It will become clear to the reader, through the revelation of the Holy Spirit. The bible is very much alive, all it needs is your heart beat! Love the Lord with all your heart, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will guide your way! Patience is the rule of thumb! Wait on the Lord!

But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: "Be holy, because I am holy."

    1 Peter 1:15-16

    god is good

The lord my god who died for us and all his people!

    Latrece,

There is only one place you can go for understanding of God's word, ant that is to the Lord through His Spirit. There are books, commentaries, YouTube teachers, pastors, etc, and even we here on this website can share our understanding with you, but it means nothing unless God's Spirit reveals to you that what is being shared is truth. The only thing I can tell you is to study the scripture and ask the Lord through His Spirit to teach you and help you to understand.

Again, we can share our understanding with you, but unless the Lord reveals the same understanding to you, it means nothing!

    Ella,

Chris gave you some great advice. Repetition is the key. But you have to stick with it. I used to have a lot of scripture memorized to where I could quote verses and tell you what book, chapter, and verse it was I was quoting. All that from memory. But I've lost a lot of that. I still have a lot of scripture stuck in my brain but it's the memorizing of the book, chapter, and verse that I've lost a lot of.

I think it's from leaving off of the word for a while to where I became dull of hearing. The apostle Paul used a lot of language in his letters that described what an athlete would have to do to keep in good physical condition, and it was through physical exercise. When a person does not get enough physical exercise, their muscles become weak.

Paul used that as a means of telling us how to remain spiritually strong, and mentally aware of the things of the Lord. It's the same thing with God's word. If we are not in it continuously, we become weak spiritually, or as the scripture says, we become dull of hearing.

As Chris has said, and I fully agree, it takes repetition and faithfulness on our part to remain in the word. Always approach the scripture in prayer, asking the Lord to teach you and to impress upon your heart the things he would have you to know and understand. Always be satisfied with what He gives you!

Jack You have two examples of God who Is Spirit He Has to communicate through One of our five senses or When you Get born again you get born again of Gods Spirit and that spirit makes things known to our minds 1 Corinthians 2:11-16. In the old testament spirit was upon individuals but not in them, also sometimes God used attention getters I.E. moses burning bush, children of Israel pillar of smoke by day , fire by night. There are other examples, but I did not intend to imply that you absolutely don't believe and if that's your choice that's your right. The greatest five senses display of all of Gods power was Our Saviour, those who have seen Him have seen the Father in the way He works.

I believe it is, and you'll need to look up "Vaccinations" in the open bible website and read all the scriptures, but one talks about the mark of the beast bring one of them scriptures while being under the vaccination scriptures, now what do you'll think about that, and get back or respond to that? May God bless you all. Pray without ceasing( 2 Thessalonians 5:17).

  • John Bazzanella - In Reply on John 6:53 - 4 years ago
In 1st John 5:6 it states " even Jesus Christ referring to the blood and water. So not only Jesus Christ's blood was on the cross 2000 years ago but the blood of every human on earth. Therefore drinking the blood and water of the son of man is acceptable in order to receive the Holy Spirit ( John 6 : 53). The son of man refers not only to Jesus Christ but to every human being on earth. In other words you have to drink your own blood and water which belongs to Christ and it is not your own blood and water according to 1st Corinthians 6 : 19. Now I know because of your unbelief you will ban this paragraph from being posted on this Biblical site. Like you have done with my previous paragraph because you think it is demonic. Will you continue to trodden on the blood of Christ ? Hebrews 10 : 29 !

Thanks for your time. I have been at the Bible talk for a long time, read enough to have a good deal memorized. I know the connections, the secrets, but the problem is, so does everyone else. Old soldiers, set in their ways. This site is fantastic, but the discussion is toxic from wanting to be right, standing up or your world will fall apart. I'd say it's the nature of the beast. So what happens is gridlock, not posting because it's not worth infringing on someone's rapture rights, that costs time to explain yourself. Well Ronald, I'll check in from time to time, and maybe I'll send you a post on how I know God's plan, and you do the same back, then we can part feeling stronger about our individual plans. I feel like a cowboy riding off into the sunset.

What is Grace ? Is Grace given selectively ? Following the resurrection, would Grace be disseminated to not all sinners ?

Sister Laura, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

To understand the Father, the Son Jesus and the the rest of us (sons and daughters) you have to understand SEED and how it MULTIPLIES ITSELF.

Luke 8:11 Now the parable is this: The SEED is the WORD of God.

The Father is the WORD; therefore, the Father is ALSO the SEED.

When you place a SEED in fertile soil the SEED sprouts (a body). That growing sprout (body) looks nothing like the SEED planted; but when that SEED matures, the sprout (body) dies and the SEED is harvested. This harvested SEED is EXACTLY like the SEED that was planted.

The FIRST SEED was the FATHER, the FIRST SEED that came from the FATHER (SEED) was CHRIST. NOW there are TWO SEED; but the TWO are EXACTLY ALIKE (ONE), there are one in the sense that when that SEED is planted again in fertile soil it will bring forth SEED EXACTLY like the SEED planted.

GOD, the FATHER, the WORD, The SEED was FIRST BEGOTTEN in Christ; therefore, Christ became a SEED. He became the fullness: God, the FATHER,the WORD, the SEED.

When this SEED (Christ in you) is mature and HARVESTED at death of the body, the you become a SEED EXACTLY like THE FATHER and CHRIST.

John 17:21 That they all may be ONE (SEED); as thou Father, are in me, and I in thee, that they ALSO may be one (SEED), even as we are one (SEED).

1 Corinthians 15:38 But God (SEED) giveth it (SEED) a body as it has pleased him, and to every SEED his (SEED) own body.

You are going to be EXACTLY like CHRIST and ready to be planted in fertile ground and bring forth more SEED.

Isaiah 59:21 And as for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My Spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I HAVE PUT in your mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy SEED, nor out of the mouth of thy SEED'S SEED, saith the Lord, from henceforth and for ever.

We can not began to comprehend the glory awaiting us.

When or where was it written with trespass and trespasses in matthew 6:12? Instead of debt and debtors? Is this a real Mandela effect? I can't find any version of it using trespass and trespasses, but all sorts of evidence that it was written that way at one time. Do you have an explanation?
  • Bob - In Reply on Psalms 28 - 4 years ago
It's important to understand who Jesus is . Or you could have the wrong one . It's all in the Bible . He is the Christ , Son of the living God . Those are Peters words and Jesus congratulated him as being taught by the father . Amen

Plethora of errors? That is quite an accusation you slipped in there to attack God's Word. In 100% the cases I've heard people repeating this belief they have not found an error, but misunderstood something. Please share your evidence of your claim...

    Dianne,

Why can't you Godly to do good folks read and comprehend the post before you wag your finger. The EDITORS of the Bible confused tongues to make scriptures contradict each other. That practically ruins the joy for me. They denied me the right to read a pure Bible, the right to fully comprehend the Word of God.

Why scourge me, then say "God bless"? Righteous-self you want a sign, proof:

( Acts 9:7) And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.

( Acts 22:9) And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me.

Do not defend that which is tainted by way of reasoning; a third grader could spot the error.

"And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect."

    King James Version (KJV)

    Genesis 17:1 Context

1And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. 2And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. 3And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, 4As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
