Having a license of a minister with credentials of being licensed. Why is it that a Pastor that you are under for nine yrs. will not teach the licensed minister what her role of that title should be about?

We all have our own views and we look at things differently, we

misunderstand and misinterpret things and it is all because of our

point of view. We must be careful, I see nothing wrong with gambling.

The only thing about gambling that is uncomfortable is when you must

suffer the consequences of loosing your money. And that is something

that you must suffer yourself. That happened to me a couple of times,

but it most certainly did not effect my faith and trust in the Lord at

all. And it did not change the way I feel about God. In fact, my faith

and trust in the Lord became even stronger. A christian that don't

gamble is no better than a gambler. This is something that the Lord

    wants mankind to understand.

Let me explain this to you. Many people believe that smoking is a sin,

and they are right, because it is a sin. But why is smoking a sin? It

is a sin because when you smoke, then you cause yourself harm and you

also harm those around you. Does the fumes of a motor vehicle not do

exactly the same? In fact it is far more dangerous than that of a

cigarette. And whosoever gets into any form of transport, is guilty of

the same. So how can we ever escape sin? it is impossible. And don't

forget about the electrical power plants how much pollution they

cause, and even the sweet things we eat and the chemicals we spray on

our bodies. The list is endless. We do all these ungodly things and

are too blind to see it. And can sometimes so easily tell others what

christian s should and should not be doing. The Lord knows that we

cannot escape sin. And that is the reason why he gave his life as a

price for our sins. We must believe in the Love of God if we want to

make a change for the better in our lives. And only he can deliver us

from sin and from evil. This is a process. And it will take time.

The final casting out did not occur until after the birth of Christ ( Rev. 12:1-5) and during the days of John the Baptist ( Matt. 11:12). It was then that the adversary began a civil war in heaven, and following his defeat there was a final casting out along with his followers ( Luke 10:18; Rev. 12:7-9); and he is in a state of rage because he knows he will be shortly bound in the bottomless pit ( Rev. 20:1). The restraints upon him during the Old Testament are no longer in place. However, the elect are protected because of the specific prayer request of Christ in John 17:18.

    May GOD bless!

    Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Listening to gospel music also helps a lot. You just present yourself to the Lord and praise and worship him.
  • LEON DAVIS on Genesis 1 - 4 years ago
My brother Chris, thank you the astute observations. There is a difference between the fall of the adversary and the final casting out of heaven. The fall, which occurred following Genesis 1:1 and the aftermath of God's judgment, which is found in Genesis 1:2; included the following consequences. Although still allowed access to heaven, the adversary was stripped of all authority and glory; he had been the adorned, anointed cherub that covereth. However, the beauty of his form was transformed into that of a serpent and a dragon; also, he was demoted to the lowly position of tempter ( Gen. 3:1; Matt. 4:3). All movement was restricted by God's "hook in his hose" ( Job 41:2); and any use of power required permission because God put a "double bridle" on him ( Job 41:13-14). Also, he had to regularly report with the regular angels ( Job 1:6; 2:1). This leads to the reason why he was not immediately destroyed.

Christ opened the spiritual matrix and became the firstfruits and prototype of all who inherit the kingdom of heaven. Similarly, God positioned the adversary as the one who opened the matrix, and created hell for him and the angels which are suggested in the plural pronoun "they" in mentioned in Ezekiel 28:16 and are mentioned in Jude 6 ( Matt. 25:41).

The eternal fate of all humankind is either heaven or hell. Water represents people ( Rev. 17:15). Therefore, for the duration of man's chronological week upon the earth following the fall of Adam and Eve, God is using Christ to draw up the Jordan River, which represents those who will inherit the kingdom, into His mouth ( Job 40:23). Conversely, he uses the adversary as the serpent who eats dust ( Gen. 3:14; 1 Pet. 5:8), from which man is made ( Gen. 2:7), and carry them along with him into hell.

These conditions surrounding the fall of the adversary were effective throughout the Old Testament. However, the final casting did not occur until the days of John the Baptist ( Matt. 11:12). See the following post.

Brian something to consider the gap that you speak could have occurred between Gen. 1:1 and 1:2 Gen 1:1 states in the beginning when was that nobody knows but God got it correct whether it was 50 million, 5 million or 50,000 years it was still in the beginning also the time frame between Gen 1:1 and 1:2 could have been a lot so man can carbon date all he wants between those two verses you can put dinosaurs cave man all kinds of stuff or whatever it was became a mess, all thats left are fossils. No one really knows the life that was in what remains, but they try to push evolution, I'll stick with Gods Word.

    Hello Fellow Believers.

May the Lord grace you with knowledge and wisdom.

I recently read that in Biblical days "dogs" were male prostitutes. Let he who is with Kibble cast the first Bits. Floyd refers to them as avaricious corporations in Animals, 1977.

I have a Christian joke to share on the subject of perversion. It provides an equal and opposite reactions to war. Good for campfire chatter, almost worth a quick grin.

"A sinner goes to confession and tells the priest: sir, I've never ____ a 10, but one night, I ____ 5 twos."

I'm highlight my humor windows, using laughter as a healing tool. A few weeks ago a friend said something so funny, we howled for a few minutes, the perfect storm hit, I fell over on the ground. At one point, I was dying listening to the echo of my buddy trying to breathe. I'm convinced laughter is an antidote for pain/stress. The euphoric chemical reaction is heavenly. My sleep includes vivid, remembered dreams. However temporary, it's amazing.

Jamie, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

We live in this world, the world is all around us, it effects us. But where ARE WE, are we part of the world, or ARE WE apart from the world.

Do you spend all you time listening to the radio or television about this world and current events trying to figure out physical and literal prophesies or studying God's Word about who we are and what we will be doing for eternity.

Jesus said there would be wars and rumors of wars, famine, pestilence and death going on around us while we are being drawn into the Kingdom of God.

Most don't understand the kingdom of God because they spend all their time on the literal, see, hear, touch. This is going to DISAPPEAR.

Revelation is as REAL as it gets, but the REAL meaning is HIDDEN. It's Spiritual it can't be seen.

Which is more important to know, the devil was cast out of a literal heaven or that heaven represent you and the devil was cast out of you. Big difference. That the Harlot of Babylon is some word power or we are the harlot that left our FIRST LOVE and became unfaithful to our husband, Jesus. Big difference.

That the beast and false prophet are OUT THERE SOMEWHERE waiting to be revealed or that we individually or the beast and false prophet and have to be destroyed by the TRUTH of God's word. Big difference.

It becomes very personal to understand and BELIEVE that WE and the FATHER and SON are ONE.

Jesus HAS ALREADY RETURNED if the above statement in true in you.

Colossians 1:27 ...this mystery...CHRIST IN YOU....

Something to consider sir Christ never leaves us we stop walking in him. you can always ask for forgiveness from the Heart I.E. mean it and get back in fellowship, and by the way God always knows if your honest about it or not. actions always are louder than words. Also He is more willing to foregive us than we are to forgive ourselves, 1 John 3:20 something to consider.

We do not truly love someone if we see destruction coming and neglect to warn them of the dangers of God's eternal judgment. We are the watchmen for our day called upon by God to warn those who are in danger of eternal damnation.

    --Lynn Cooper

"Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.

"When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand."- Ezekiel 3:17,18.

What a powerful reminder for all of us!

Another point to consider in one of Johns Epistles it states that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all, since that is Gods word than that which God created originally was all order and there can be no darkness in it. Notice Gen. 1:3 first move by God next Let there be light that word is phos spiritual light than later God turns on sun moon stars etc. Also notice carefully how many times God created in Genesis its very interesting. To me I'm after what is God saying not what I'm trying to decipher. Also I endeavor to read Gods word with all related scripture to subject matter considered because I don't believe the Bible has any error at all or contradictions as originally given because of 2 Peter 1:20&21. Just things to consider.

Brother Bob, my CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

Your comment: All that Jesus received was from the Father. That makes him the Son of God.

MORE TRUTH: Everything You receive is from the Father. That makes you a son of God.

1 Corinthians 4:7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what has thou that thou didst not receive? and if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hast not received it?

    TRUTH will set you free!

How can the Bible scriptures comfort a mother who's son at age 26 was murdered. She is lost and she ask me to guide her to the gospels and bible scriptures that may help her. Can you help me with my situation ?

Please accept my apology for being blunt in my post.

This observation is better. I looked at the damage suffered by US drone operators after Iran fired 12 missiles at their camp in Iraq 1/13/20. Even though they got warning (casualties kept quiet) hundreds were treated for hearing issues, mental breaks. A camp Lt Col was on TV shaking, she said everyone was traumatized. After 20 years of drone bombing weddings, then bombing the funeral procession, now the US military complaining about taking incoming from a worthy foe is rich.

The hardening of Pharaoh's heart I believe was to show God meant what He said....and said what He meant...God does things in a certain order...ALWAYS...one of the reasonings behind this....is because if it went the way mankind expects it to go....would anyone ever see God? How does one show the power of God unless they see and testify to what God has done...in His own plan...in His own timing...His own PERFECT way!!

I just wanted to mention that our relationship between Christ and the Church is like a bride and bridegroom. Thats y he has to know us, Thats when the good seed is sown in our hearts that results in a Heavenly Birth . But that good seed is the living word not the written word Thats y Peter says being born again of an incorruptible seed even by the Words OF GOD that Liveth and Abideth for ever ( the living word his voice etc My Words are Spirit and Life ) Conception comes by Hearing and UNDERSTANDING his Living Words, And hearing HIS WORDS results in Faith AS faith Comes by hearing his Word then Sorrows B/C i have spoken these Words ( his seed his breath ) Sorrows have filled your hearts Jesus said when a woman is in sorrows her time is come but after the Child is come her sorrows are turned into Joy. Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen ( the Child ) THAT HAS BEEN BORN IN OUR HEARTS Which is the H.G The Child of Promise and whosoever receiveth one such child in my name receiveth ME. This is the way the Kingdom will come as hearing his seed/WORD. Living seed not a love LETTER .When they argued among themselves which of them was the Greatest Jesus set a Child in their midst saying whosoever receiveth one Such Child in My name receiveth ME. If the CHILD WHICH IS THE H.G Comes in his Name then Jesus is the Father of it .Thats y Isaiah calls him everlasting FATHER HE IS THE FATHER OF THE H.G. we the Church are the Mother of it. Who is my Mother them that hear my words ( seeds ) and keeps them. Remember Jeremiah saw ALL men in travail and Child birth . Jacob's troubles this is that heavenly Jacob ( the H.G.) TH 3 RD PERSON that is gonna be BORN in All of Us, that Israel of GOD via the seed of Christ Jesus .

I'll just pray Father, Son and Holy Spirit every day. The Father have gone for peace, becouse the sin and noice from all the people on earth.

The Father was sending Jesus becouse of all the sinning we people did and do against the Father.

Follow me example in Genesis 6-6.

Already in Genesis was the Father Done with us, unfortunately. And for us today and after what Jesus have to done on the Cross it is Luckily for us that Jesus was faithful to His Father. If not all being died, for Fathers Holyness. After that you know what happened to all the living people and creatur who was on the earth.

The Father didn't like what He did.

So the Father begun to belive that some sort of priest hold can do something. And many families had service. But nobody that He picked out did it correctly. The Father was not satisfied with the people att all.

Becouse He is the Holy Holy Father.

You know that The Father walk on earth also?

To make a wherry long story short. Can you please read about Melchizedek. And ia wherry exiting reading in Hebrews whole book. And after that read the Romans.

But is is best too read in Old Testament if you want too know about The Holyness Himself. And then you can understand what our Dear Jesus have done for uss all. Good luck and Jesus will bless you too understand the script. He will give you fully understanding I'll pray

  • Are we all supposed to evangelize - 4 years ago
In my walk with the Lord for many years, something has bothered me, and wonder if anyone can give some word of wisdom. (I have prayed about it too). I don't feel like an evangelist. Should I feel guilty? I am very called to talk with strangers everywhere I go, and I can strike a conversation with anyone. I talk with street people, homeless, or CEO's, doesn't matter. But I don't feel called to evangelize. I feel called to listen deeply to the person, listen for their spirit, and to uplift them through the Holy Spirit. If they ask about me, I immediately say I follow Christ, and if there is an opening, i go further. I feel joy, just being with people the Lord sends me to. Am I not doing enough? Is everyone supposed to evangelize? Is the Good News only in the written gospel, or can it be spread through Christ's love? Perhaps I need prayer, I don't know.

Tumbleweed, I catch the scent of the Holy Spirit in your writing. It is like a perfume that you can't buy anywhere. After I was saved in a Zen Buddhist Meditation Center, I remained a tumbleweed, bumbling around where the Holy Spirit led me. I thought of writing a book called "He and I" but saw it was already written. We traveled everywhere together. I couldn't get enough of His voice. I was very greedy, i wanted him around 24/7. I used to love all kinds of music, but even classical music got to be noise, never mind television! His conversation heals the leprosy of this world! And I have always been called to adventure, and He said that was okay, He was too. It's been a strange journey, I've gotten emptier and emptier in my human giftedness, now I'm down to almost nothing. But His voice is everything. Thank you for your writing, and your witnessing, what a blessing it is!

I was a draftsman for 20 years. You move to where the projects are. I loved it.

So are you saying the Apostles were out of order for traveling around? They had meetings.

What you say doesn't make sense to me. Jesus traveled.

A person that is incapable of change, cannot accept the challenge, diversity and learning a whole different community. You have to pull that strength out from somewhere. If you have Jesus going before you; and backing you up along the way__ you can't fail. I evangelize everywhere I go. I'm not a lover of any kind of social media!!

I can talk to anybody if they are open too. I just tell the stories Jesus did. If a "need" is voiced, I never doubt ability to pray with someone who is hurting, confused or afraid.

I pray before I step out of the house; for the Lord of the Harvest to point me in the right direction.

I'm weird. I find the noise of a television in the room offensive. I don't leave it on for "white noise." Its quiet. I talk to the Holy Spirit and He answers. His statements are not wordy. He is to the point, in a quiet voice. He waits for us to get quiet and settle our spirit.

Life can be so full and exciting when we choose to really desire and to pursue time with the Holy Spirit. He is, like wind. He loves us and never tires of revealing Jesus to us and opening up scripture.
