    I was led by God to move away from my biological family alcoholism, borderline personality disorder, a fortress or secular humanism, no faith, no spiritual foundation, no cohesion..... For a long time I felt like an orphan out in the world, with just God. It came to be my greatest blessing, this utter reliance on him. I loved the scriptures like, "Call no man father on earth...You have one father, your father in heaven" "Who are my mother and brother and sister, those who do the will of my Father which is in heaven," "let the dead bury their dead," "he who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of me," and was very inspired by, "The King's daughter is all glorious within." I slowly came to know how deeply I was loved by God. God Bless You....

    "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh."

    Genesis 2 24

    Mark 1 :7

    etc

    And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

    Ephesians 6 :4

    Your husband, as the spritial head of the house is responsible to bring up his children and anyone interfering with that he has both the responsibility and the authority to deal with.

    Ecclesiastes 3:v.1-8 and 17

    1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

    2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

    3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

    4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

    5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

    6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

    7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

    8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

    17 God shall Judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.

    And the most severe too, that brings destruction, wrath and great punishments. For example, Israel and even the temple of GOD in Jerusalem were destroyed em the year 70 AD, Israel was banned of their land and stayed 1.878 years without nation, scattered around the world suffering great punishments in fulfilment of Deuteronomy 28:v.15 to 68. Check it out.

    Yes, Cliff, you are right, for the material things are figure of spiritual things, so you suspect the lake of fire mockith us makes sense.

    The heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same Word - the Word is GOD - are kept in store, reserved unto FIRE against the Day(the Lord's Day) of Judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

    Remember: Isaiah prophesied: 33:v.10-14

    10 Now will I rise, saith the Lord; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself.

    11 Ye shall conceive chaff, ye shall bring forth stubble: your breath, as fire, shall devour you.

    12 And the people shall be as the burnings of lime: as thorns cut up shall they be burned in the FIRE.

    13 Hear, ye that are far off- the Gentiles peoples-, what I have done; and, ye that are near -the Jewish people-people of Israel- , acknowledge my might.

    14 The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring FIRE? who among us shall dwell with EVERLASTING BURNINGS?

    LUKE 18:v.8 - Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

    1 Timothy 4- 1-2

    Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

    2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

    2 Thessalonians 2:v.1-4 - Around two thousand years ago, Paul Apostle wrote:

    1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

    2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

    3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

    4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

    JESUS warned: Matthew 24:v.3-8&15&21

    3 ... the disciples came unto JESUS privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and (1) WHAT SHALL BE THE SIGN OF THY COMING? (2) and of THE END OF THE WORLD? ---> the current Devil's world.

    4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

    5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

    6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but THE END IS NOT YET.

    7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and PESTILENCES, and earthquakes, in divers places.

    8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

    15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation...stand in the holy place-Jerusalem-(whoso readeth, let him understand: )

    21 For then shall be great tribulation...22 except these days be shortened, there should no flesh be saved...

    The mysterious day 1,335- Daniel 12:v.12

    Greetings in Christ JESUS

    The day 1.335 is not so far, i.e.75 days after the end of the second half of the last week, the week 70th of Daniel 9:v.27- yeah, this day is not so far. It will be the beginning of the millennial Kingdom of GOD, according His Word. Actually, we are living in the last decade of the Devil's world-2020-2030, and the last week 70th is within this last decade.

    THE LAST DECADE - COUNTDOWN

    07-04-2021 is the HUNDREDTH EIGHTIETH FOURTH DAY of the LAST DECADE of the Devil's world.The LAST WEEK, the week 70th of Daniel 9:v.27,and week of establishment of Abomination of Desolation, it is within of this LAST and current DECADE.

    Be careful and get ready

    Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. When once the master of the house is risen up, and shut to the door... Luke 13:v.24-25

    This event is invisible and happens automatically over the years of this last decade of the current world.

    See, this current decade is the last decade of the current Devil's world with all its structures, be political, be religious, social, economic, military, technologic, and so on.

    And the earth and also THE WORKS that are therein shall be DISSOLVED and burned up, in fulfillment the prophetic message of Peter, the Apostle, in his 2nd epistle 3:v.7-13, saying:

    11 Seeing then that all these things shall be DISSOLVED, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the Day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be DISSOLVED, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat.

    The door of salvation is already starting to close.

    The current plague poured upon the planet as it is expressed in the Word of GOD-the Word is GOD-it is already being executed according the wrath of GOD. GOD will destroy those which destroy the earth-Rev.11:v.18-Check it out.

    is this #1 verse?

    In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
  • Rts - 4 years ago
    1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

    2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

    3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

    4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

    5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

    6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

    7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

    Lex,

    This is why Nicodemus couldn't understand what Jesus meant about being "born again". Spiritually.

    Jesus himself was the example, where by 3 days after his death, he was resurrected into ever lasting life. Born again.

    The Holy Spirit has been changing my personality, I'm much more given to laughter

    and lightheartedness.

    Even so, the things that many people in the world find funny, I don't find funny at all.

    The Spirit's laughter is more is like a stream rising up in me, a joy and mirth, and the even

    the raucous laughter of worldly people doesn't make me more rough. I laugh too, because I'm

    drawn to happiness. But it's strange, because the Lord has also made me VERY sensitive to

    the suffering of people, animals, and all living things. I live where there are a lot of dairies, and

    driving by the barn where cows are kept in darkness 24/7, 12 months a year.... my heart breaks.

    I don't mind my heart breaking, it only leads me to prayer. For the reason of this sensitivity I seem

    to be in prayer 24/7. What a gift!

    Yeah, iinside, in the place where I used to be depressed, I feel only joy. That is so amazing. What

    an incredible deliverance He is pulling off in me!! Praise You Lord.

    But I am wondering why there is almost no mention of laughter or humour in scripture? When I put the

    question to God, I feel only his joyful, mirthful smile rise up, and huge silence.

    Hello Donna. That would have to be one of those decisions that can never be easily made & I'm so sorry to read that you might be in that position. In my understanding, such an act to remove a person's life support would not be a sin, as a sin would have to be a wilful act of taking of another's life, or even planning to do so.

    Such a decision would have to be made in consultation with the person's medical practitioner, who would have reported the full state of the person's condition: whether failure in organs, absence of mental activity, in a coma or vegetative state, etc. As well, the wishes of that person, if declared earlier, would be taken into account. And even with all that, for a loved one to make such a decision would be extremely difficult & heart-wrenching.

    Technically speaking, to remove a life support is not the taking away of that life; it's just a denial of a life-giving support that the person may not ordinarily have in other circumstances. There are folk, & I know of one lady particularly, who, knowing that she needed an urgent operation to her stomach, had a firm belief that God would heal her if He so chose to. God did not grant her healing & she passed on. She chose to refuse medical intervention, yet did not do anything specifically to end her life - i.e. she desired to be left in God's Hands rather than to receive medical help or even life support.

    In like manner, a dear one who is maybe clinically dead without any hope of recovery, even without some vital sign appearing during the duration of the life support, could be considered passed away with organs operating only because of mechanical intervention. Such a state would certainly be undesirable for that person, nor will give any hope to loved ones attending. The peace you need about this matter can only come from the Lord as well as a clear indication by the doctor that the dear one has passed the point of any hope or recovery. May you have the comfort & peace of God in your heart.

    Lauren,

    The Bible is a serious book that talks of laughter, but leaves the content up to us. For me, the funniest line in the Bible belongs to God.

    ( Ezekiel 21:9-10)

    9 Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the LORD; Say, A sword, a sword is sharpened, and also furbished:

    10 It is sharpened to make a sore slaughter; it is furbished that it may glitter: should we then make mirth? it contemneth the rod of my son, as every tree.

    God sets it up the slaughter in vs 9, then says, 'should we laugh at your misfortune', and (it) scorns Jesus as every tree, referencing the crucification. The sarcasm is epic. If I am accurate in my assessment, then that is funny.

    Daniel 7:v2-3

    Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven(heaven?) strove(strove?) upon the great sea.

    3 And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.

    great sea - all Gentile nations without exception;

    sea means waters; waters mean peoples, and nations, and multitudes, and tongues;

    the four beasts are: Babylon, and Medo-Persian, and Greece, and Roman Empire;

    these four beasts strove one another successively (in the great sea - Gentile peoples);

    these four beasts are the roots of the Beast of sea- Revelation 13:v.1 to10, mainly verse 2-Check it out.

    the fourth beast was so ugly, and terrible, so tenebrous that had not any kind of animal to figure it, and its roots

    remains until the current time through a satanic religious system, a religious MONSTER with 7 heads, 10 horns and a

    NAME of blaspheme in his 7 heads.
