Jesse, I appreciate all your sharing on this site, thank you so much. I have one comment on *wisdom from God* coming from trials. Early on as a Christian, (Catholic at the time) I felt called to walk what came to me as "the way of the Cross." But I was in my head. I went back to school to study theology. I wrote papers on "The Cross." I wrote beautiful poems. I meditated on "The Cross of Christ." Job was my favorite book, I read it so many times, and so many commentaries on it. Over time had a baptism in the Holy Spirit. Then all theories started melting. Even as the mystery deepened, I was being scooped out. All I can liken it too, is this, the Holy Spirit started going into my nature and removing infection, like a dentist drilling deep. It was incredibly painful... and not just a one time deal. At one point, after so many losses, so much depression, antidepressants, the rounds of doctors, so much doubt and emptiness, I heard myself crying, Father, why have you forsaken me? All this time, I was not in the Word. My mind was my own. I was not yet washed in the pure water, so I suffered terribly. But to piggyback on your comment, oh yes, trials brought Wisdom home..... for me many many years trudging in the valley.... but the Joy of the Word is that CHRIST IS RISEN. . . . And I IN HIM! I am seated in the heavenly places WITH HIM....... Wow! It just keeps getting better and better.. What incredible triumph!! and after so much sorrow . . . . . New wine had to be put into a new bottle for sure .... The Holy Spirit led me straight to the Word of God, and still does, Every day, every day. I'm speaking to someone here, You've been in the fire a long, long time...... but know this, A waterfall awaits those who endure. I know because it's happening to me. Wisdom also will have her perfect work, and it ends well, praise God! God bless....

Where it says v.14 that Christ drove out the buyers and sellers from the temple , my understanding is that there should be no buying or selling within the church . Not even religious items , is this correct ?

    Yes, Amen.

1 John 5:v.7 - There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father (GOD the Father), the Word(the Word made flesh-JESUS), and the Holy Spirit (who is not a ghost, as is written in English language, but a person-the Comfort): and these three are One.

Thank you Roy, glory to God... I really love that original comment by Kenneth. I'm not sure but he may be very close to the Kingdom of heaven. His comment reminded me of the "poor sinner" in Luke 18:13, "And the publican standing afar off would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner" and Jesus' amazing view of him, "I tell you, this man will go down to his house justified...." The longer I walk in Him, the more I glory in my own nothingness. It is an amazing grace, to know the depth of our own sin, that the glory of Christ may rest upon us. Only we must not fall for the temptation to look at ourselves and hate ourselves. That sad state can last years! But our eyes fully on Christ, the Holy Spirit reveals how the Blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin, and by faith Today we receive it. Sometimes when I go hiking, and up onto this high hill in the mountains I go, and I say these scriptures out loud to the wind, and shout them, and the truth of it sinks in. God Bless you!

Hello Linda. The closest Scripture I can think of is, 1 Corinthians 13:12: "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known."

This Scripture doesn't really answer your question, but I offer it in case you were thinking of something similar but didn't have the correct words in your thoughts. That verse actually speaks of our limited knowledge & use of spiritual gifts that we have while we walk on the Earth. But when see our Lord Jesus at His Coming & reign with Him, all things will be made clear to us as our earthly limitations & preconceptions vanish away. Maybe someone else might have another Scripture that will help you.
  • Prophetic Events At the End - 4 years ago
I have read of prophesies that seem to point to Islands of the Sea. United States is bordered by oceans, England, Ireland, Scotland, and many more. The thought is they will help Israel flee to the mountains on her eastern side. A country that hated her, will provide shelter, from Antichrist that moves to eradicate Israel.

Also, lions and eagles are mentioned.

"Some Bible students suggest those "wings of a great eagle" may represent America air-lifting our ally Israel to safety, possibly in Petra. But, that is only a theory. America is not mentioned specifically in the last days except perhaps included in the island nations of the world.

The final battle called Armageddon will happen in the Valley of Jezreel in Israel when Jesus Christ returns to set up his Millennial Kingdom. The Antichrist and those nations who side with him will be annihilated by a word from their Creator ( Revelation 16:16; 19:19-21). Only the saved will enter that time of paradise ( Matthew 25:34).

I believe the Believing Church will be gone by this time. Maybe someone else has studied extensively on this part of prophesy? This happens at the moments just before Jesus returns at the end of Tribulation.

And yes I believe America is mentioned I the end of days. I don't plan on being here at that time. What I understand of prophesy is that God is great enough to supernaturally protect the Jews that have turned to God in the time of Trouble. The scales on their eyes are gone, their ears are open: they find themselves surrounded by armies and enemies. A former enemy will shelter them.

[Might try to get some Arthur E Bloomfield book; Grant Jeffery, Jewish Christian writers?]

USA has entered a curse, now, for turning their backs on Israel; funding her enemies to purchase arms to destroy Israel and steal the Land back.

Don't think that God is going to turn a blind eye to that. Study some prophesy and take a break from sabbath & genesis arguments?

    Rachel,

Before king Nebuchadnezzar could pillage the temple, around 604 BC, God told Jeremiah to uproot and replant David's throne, north and west in the isles. He took a princess (tender branch) and groom to heal the Pharez/Zarah scarlet breach, the throne unbroken.

    OSEAS,

What in God's name are you talking about?

"... there will be TWO powerful MAN Beasts in near future exactly in the beginning of the FIRST half of the last seven years of the Devil's world, or 1.260 days.

And I commented: (I'm sure this terrible and satanic EVENT will happen in this current decade-2020-2030, thus, as soon as the FIRST HALF of the last seven years of the Devil's world ENDS, the WORST OF ALL EVENTS WILL HAPPEN after the death of JESUS on the cross, WHICH IS THE BEGINNING of the establishment OF THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION IN THE SECOND HALF. 12:v.11-12 + Matt.24:15"

    ............................................................................

OK, in the 1st half of the week, you have 2 "man beasts" lasting 3.5 years (are these the sealed witnesses?)

Then in the 2nd half of the week, begins with TAOD, what happens here?

Explain this step by step, every aspect of your 7 year tribulation period.

    You make my head hurt.
  • Juan Diaz - In Reply - 4 years ago
    OSEAS,

Come on, are you that gullible to believe America is mentioned in the Bible? I made that up. I was making my point on how conditioned people are, if it's on TV they will believe it, and you helped make my point. God's not giving secrets, or shortcuts away, that was my message.

Now, kindly and carefully explain Revelation 13 where as you say, one beast comes before the other, and in two consecutive, 3.5 year segments.

I'm afraid you have misappropriated the last week, and sadly, you will never change your belief system no matter the truths presented to you. I have no idea what where you get 7 years from unless you factor in the 3.5 years of Jesus' ministry. However, that's not what you're saying, and what you're saying isn't square.

These two beasts are the antichrist & False prophet who work together for 3.5 years.

At Christ's return, they're both put in the lake of fire, and shortly after, joined by the devil.

Forget about posting scripture, just explain the 7 years to me in plain English; tell me the story.

Daniel 9:.26-27-CJB-Jewish Bible-WHAT PREVAILS IS THE WORD OF GOD. The Word is GOD.

26 Then, AFTER(yeah AFTER)after the sixty-two weeks, MASHIACH will be cut off and have nothing. The people of A PRINCE (YEAH A PRINCE) yet to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary, but his end will come with a flood, and desolations are decreed until the war is over.(This has nothing to do with the destruction of Israel in the year 70AD, as follows:

27 He (he WHOM? the PRINCE; who is he?) he will make a strong COVENANT with LEADERS for ONE week [of years].

(Do you see? This SATANIC PRINCE will rule the last week, the week 70th, by entire. And he will make a strong COVENANT with LEADERS for ONE week[of years].

What kind of strong COVENANT the satanic PRINCE will make with leaders?Who are these leaders?

    In this POINT, that is, AFTER the END of the week 62, the prophecy is still in the beginning of the week 70th, and A PRINCE is working in his strong COVENANT with leaders;

Therefore, in this point the FIRST half of the week 70th is in the beginning, and it is already running, and the STRONG COVENANT of the satanic PRINCE and the LEADERS takes place or is applied for ONE WEEK,but there is a period of time AND EVENTS called or known as FIRST half of the last week that is ruled by the EVIL PRINCE.

... he-the EVIL PRINCE-shall confirm the COVENANT WITH MANY FOR ONE WEEK:and IN THE MIDST OF THE WEEK he-THE EVIL PRINCE-shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Scripture does not say JESUS was crucified IN 29 AD,many people are saying that, not Scripture. What Scripture says is that AFTER,yeah, AFTER the week 62 plus 7 the Messiah is"cut off".

JESUS was not crucified neither in the week 69, but AFTER, neither in the midst of the week 70th, what is a devilish lie, this week 70th is/will be RULED by the EVIL PRINCE by entire

Hi Hannah. The Old Testament Apocryphal books were written in that 'silent period' of 450 years between the Old & New Testaments. I therefore assume that you're referring to these books rather than the books comprising the New Testament Apocrypha written after the formation of the Church & the apostolic period.

So, those OT Apocryphal books were, under examination, generally considered not to have the backing & authority from the Word of God (i.e. the Torah, the Prophets & the Writings). The Jews of Jesus' day did not accept them, neither did Jesus or believers in Him allude to them. As the Jews were dispersed in that silent period, coming under the various rulerships of Egypt, Syria & Rome, many Jews did however accept those books because of a dearth of anything else (from God?) & they were translated into Greek which they would have been more familiar with than Hebrew. But as a rule, the Jews of Jesus' day gave those apocryphal writings no regard, believing that the whole revelation & Word from God were contained between the Books of Genesis & Malachi & no further.

If a close examination is done in the Apocryphal Books, we find that there is much that is worthy to read & digest but also things written that are dubious & anti-scriptural. So, my belief is that if there is anything scripturally unsound or from writers that are unrecognized, then we must approach those writings with great caution. And I suspect that God would not expect both natural Israel nor engrafted Israel (Christians) to accept those writings as authoritative as His Own Word, the Bible, given to us.

    Hi Joyce,

Your question was if some people believe that. You probably already know the answer is yes. But maybe your real question is it a requirement to be baptized to enter heaven? If that is your question I have a response.

My main question is why wouldn't you want to be baptized? What's the real reason for wanting to disobey Jesus? If someone is looking to only do the bare minimum in order to "make it to heaven", one might wonder if that person is a real Christian. God wants all of us- to love the Lord with all our heart, all our mind, all our strength. If someone is mostly interested in following the world, but wants to just cut corners and do whatever they assume is the bare minimum, I personally would not feel much assurance of salvation. Jesus clearly said to be baptized, so if someone disregards Jesus's words, it seems like slapping him in his face, as that person thinks they know better than Jesus.

Here's the verse where Jesus says to be baptized: Mark 16:16

Acts 2:38 clearly says to be baptized also. If it wasn't important, they wouldn't have said to do it, but they did say to do it. So, aside from a physical disability, if someone doesn't want to do it for whatever reason, is following Jesus very important to them? It reveals someone's priorities. Matthew 6:21 - All will be judged fairly and I think some will be surprised on judgment day: Matthew 10:33. God bless...
  • Jade - In Reply on John 1 - 4 years ago
Some people believe that but, if your are not doing the will of God the baptism never meant anything to you, because when your getting baptised your willing to change your life for the better.

You said: (quote) - "How much of a simpleton does God have to be that he would explicitly reveal the mystery, that He would write in Isaiah: "America is Mystery Babylon" so the feeble minded faithless are satisfied, like they saw it on TV.

I am not American, and I must say that you are wrong. What you said above is FAKE. Isaiah do not refers to America absolutely. Isaiah prophesized, saying:

    - The burden of Babylon, which Isaiah the son of Amoz did see.

    - Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the Sword.

    - Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.

    - Behold, I will stir up the MEDES AGAINST THEM, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.

    - Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes shall not spare children.

    - And BABYLON, the GLORY OF KINGDOMS, the BEAUTY of the CHALDEES' EXCELLENCY, shall be as when GOD overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.

Be careful with the Word of GOD, or get ready

Again: I am not American, but what you wrote obout the prophecy of Isaiah - the Word of GOD - yeah, what you wrote is FAKE, it's tares.

OK, no debate, but the Truth matters.

Although some things you commented, according to your theory, are doubtful and need of confirmation, remember that Revelation 12:v.17, and 12:v.12, and 9:11, and 11:7, and 17:8, that you mentioned in your post, all them are linked to what our Lord JESUS said in Revelation 1:v.1:

    which God gave unto Him,

to shew unto His servants things which must shortly COME to PASS;(future exclusively)

and He sent and signified it by His angel

    Greetings in Christ JESUS,

No, Juan Diaz, I did not miss "3.5 years of the last week, and you're missing a big fact about the duration of the prophesy" as you said. I closed my post saying as I quoted below:

... there will be TWO powerful MAN Beasts in near future exactly in the beginning of the FIRST half of the last seven years of the Devil's world, or 1.260 days.

12:v.11-12 + Matt.24:15

Maybe you did not read Daniel 12:11-12 and Matthew 24:v.15 which confirm what I wrote. The Word is GOD.
  • Adam - In Reply - 4 years ago
Hi Lex, I believe I already responded to this.

Due to the fact that you are concerned and wanting to be obedient to God and follow Christ, it sounds like you're already on the right track. I think the words of Paul about assurance in salvation is for you. Paul murdered Christians, but felt assurance in his ultimate salvation. But I don't believe as many believe that we're 'saved' on earth. I believe that is a misinterpretation of the Bible. I believe we will all face judgment first, then a minority will be saved. But I believe genuine Christ followers (Christians) can have assurance of salvation if they are following Christ. I just don't believe it's permanent until after we're first judged and 'saved'. People on earth still have freewill to choose who they want to serve and follow up until the point of death. Sadly many Christians do falter and follow the devil. There is plenty of proof of that. And there's plenty of proof of the opposite- murderers becoming Christ followers even on death row. God doesn't strip away our freewill just because we chose to follow Him. Satan is proof of that since he was in heaven and still had freewill to disobey.

It's the ones who aren't concerned whatsoever about their actions and enjoy following the world and enjoy sinning who assume they have immunity who are the ones who should be most concerned, in my opinion. God will forgive a lot- there is a very high allowance for mistakes and we get countless chances in this life to get it right, grace covers a lot, in my opinion. But this assumes we're genuinely following Christ. If we say we're a Christian but follow the world and live in sin (unknowingly following satan) then I believe grace will not cover such deliberate sin (depart from me I never knew you is what I think Jesus will say).

I think it's normal for a Christian to have doubt and struggled (like Paul), and we're imperfect beings, so we may sin from time to time even when we're trying our very best to follow Christ.

    OSEAS,

Please, I do not want to cause or start a debate because similar has been taught for many years, this is just to point out a few things you may look at in your study.

The seven years come from Daniel 9:27, if that prophecy has been fulfilled what does that change?

In Revelation 12:17 the original text, the dragon (Satan) is standing on the sands of the sea after he is cast down permanently to earth with no more access to heaven. Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. Does that change the scene? Peaceful it will not be.

In Revelation mainly there are Satan, the beast, and a false prophet. From long ago there were angels that left their estate and were locked in chains of darkness in the bottomless pit. We are told in ( Revelation 9:11) the king of the bottomless pit is in Hebrew Abaddon, in Greek Apollyon both meaning destruction the same meaning as perdition like son of.

In Revelation the beast comes from the bottomless pit, ( Revelation 11:7) ( Revelation 17:8) With this in mind, do these verses imply this beast being a man?

The word sea can symbolize peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues, it can also refer to the Mediterranean Sea, also the abyss, and the bottomless pit.

I hope you take this well, it is just something you may look at in your studies. If you still feel confident in your interpretation that's ok. There are things we will not know until they happen and as long as we are watching, we are ready, our faith is strong, we walk in the Spirit of truth, we stand for Jesus, and we are prepared for what we may have to face, even if it is death.

    God bless,

    RLW

ABOUT ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION IN THE LAST SEVEN YEARS OF THIS CURRENT DEVIL'S WORLD

    Daniel 12:v. 11-12, and Matthew 23:v.15 and 21-22, and Revelation 1:v.1

11 And from the time that...the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. (there will be a gap of 30 days after the end of the second half of these last seven years of the Devil's word)

12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. ( Here a gap of 75 days after the end of the Abomination of Desolation, in fact A MYSTERIOUS DAY 1.335. The KINGDOM of GOD is established- Rev.11:15-18 - Aleluia! )

    Matthew 24:15 and 21-22 - JESUS WARNED -

15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

21 For then shall be Great Tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

22 And EXCEPT these days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

    Revelation 1:v.1

1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto Him, to shew unto His servants things which must shortly come to pass; and He sent and signified it by His angel unto His servant John:

Actually, the last week of this Devil's world is implicit or included in this last decade of the Devil's world.

Honestly it is written in Scripture so that means to do so is obedience. In terms of salvation, why argue to not do something the Christ did or any of the apostles? There is not reason to argue obedience and there is scripture that says believers are not supposed to quarrel and uphold sound doctrine.

Just my comments on the good fruit . If Christ is the sower of that good seed which is the living Word, then the Good fruit has to be God in the person of the H.G. Whosoever receiveth one such child in my name receiveth me .Ya gotta realize that the sower of the good seed is the BRIDEGROOM. Thus the fruit is a Baby Christ in the Spirit as that which is born of the Spirit is Spirit, thats the H.G. OUR NEW MAN THE Child of Promise ,Remember Jesus said the GOOD SEED are the Children of the Kingdom . Unless ya receive the Kingdom of God as a lil child you will in no wise enter there in . She brought forth a Manchild that is gonna rule all nations thus he is the spirit of truth that Jesus said was gonna reprove the WORLD OF SIN N JUDGEMENT N RIGHTEOUSNESS ETC . Thus the good fruit is simply a BABY CHRIST , That was the great PROMISE I will multiply thy seed as the Stars of Heaven, Thats y he has to send Elijah in that last day to turn the hearts of the Fathers to the Children,Remember he said the good seed are the Children of the Kingdom . That Women in rev 12 is humanity US as he said the field was the world where that good seed wd be planted .Thus there is a baby Christ in our near future . Thats y Isaiah calls him everlasting Father he is the father of these Children simply b/c they are gonna be born in us as they are Gods the H.G. PLURAL As God is gonna pour out his spirit ( his WORDS ) on All flesh initiating a birth of Christ in US. The SON OF MAN WHICH IS MANKINDS FRUIT UNTO GOD. As Paul says we must be marrried to Christ and bring forth fruit unto GOD . Romans 7. We are gonna birth a Baby Christ which is the H.G. the Child of Promise. Behold i send the Promise of my FATHER UPON YOU WHICH WAS BAPTISM OF THE H.G.. OH THE BEAUTY OF THE NEW COVENANT THE BOOK IN THE FATHERS RIGHTHAND. Everytime he mentions the babes and sucklings thats our fruit unto God the H.G.They don't call him the bridegroon for nothin.

There is ONLY 3.5 years between the sixth & seventh trumpets.

From the time antichrist is revealed, to the time Christ defeats him is 3.5 years.

You are missing 3.5 years of the last week, and you're missing a big fact about the duration of the prophesy. You will never account for a 7 year great tribulation from Bible accounts without fabricating the time line. It is not counted in consecutive time frames. How much of a simpleton does God have to be that he would explicitly reveal the mystery, that He would write in Isaiah: "America is Mystery Babylon" so the feeble minded faithless are satisfied, like they saw it on TV.

I can't wait to see what God has in store for America' exceptional; a furbished surprise that glitters. Balmy outside. God will hide the answers from individuals until their time comes.
