Whoso believes in him is filled with him. The Holy Spirit's activity is

supremely active. God is not separate from his activity. The mind

can only interpret activity carnally, physically; but like the wind, you can

see the effects of grace, yet you know not from where it came.

Why did Almighty God take Enok and Elijah alive to heaven yet He said that everyman born by a woman must face death as one of the punishments he gave to Adam and Eve during the time of the forbidden fruit disobedience........... Now Heaven is a peaceful place for spirits but this two men were taken even with their natural and physical bodies yet Jesus son of God also went through this punishment but He overcame it

Michael. If you're thinking of Isaiah 45:7, please don't assume that there is any evil within the Godhead to produce evil. We need to understand that verse properly. Just as the LORD "formed the light", so too can He "create darkness". That is, when God chooses to remove the light, darkness remains - darkness is the default. God had to introduce light to dispel darkness ( Genesis 1:1-5); Jesus had to become Light unto men to reveal & dispel their inner darkness ( John 12:46).

Likewise, God said, "I make peace and create evil". Evil came from the father of evil & sin, who is the devil. And the devil has controlled the world with his wickedness ( Ephesians 2:1-3). But in that overwhelming wickedness, the merciful God has still brought peace to the hearts & lives of many: to His people, Israel, if they obeyed: Psalm 119:165; Proverbs 16:7 and to all others who come to Him through the Cross of His Son ( John 14:27; Ephesians 2:13-18).

But what happens when God chooses to remove His Peace? And what happens when God chooses to remove His Light? If Peace goes, evil will immediately take over - if Light is removed, darkness instantly prevails. So, God is not the author of evil, but that evil is the result when His Peace is removed; hence, as it is written, "I create evil", or, 'I have allowed evil to take hold (or, make evil happen), because I have removed My Peace'.

Maybe if Satan was bound soon after him troubling mankind with evil, there would be no need for such verses that would require God to act against evil, but in the Wisdom of God & to make His Power, Love & Salvation known to all, we who have been drawn to & choose His Light & Peace, can always know His Power constantly working in us. But if that Light & Peace fades away in us, we know it's because we have given Satan a foothold in us, bringing us into darkness & sin.

I agree Norman, that John 3:16 states it plainly: that belief only in Christ is sufficient for us to not suffer condemnation. That it is faith only & nothing that can be added to it to make our salvation any more secure.

But if one understands that critical word, "belief", as simply believing in the existence of Jesus Christ as an historical person who walked on this Earth doing good & sharing the Words of God, then the question is: will that belief be sufficient to save? Is there anything more implied in that word, "belief", to convey to us the Mind of God in the sending of His Son for the sins of the world?

If then, those who "believe IN Him" need to demonstrate more than just a mental assent or a verbal acknowledgement of such a Person, what then does that word, "belief" imply & require of us? I see the word as an active pursuit, not a casual, laid back agreement of some phenomenon. To believe in someone or something, I would need to search out the matter to the point where I can indeed say with (some) assurance: 'now I have sufficient reasons for placing my belief or trust in...'. So, as much as "belief in Jesus" is a singular required act to gain eternal life, that "belief" must also be based on Who that Person is, His Teaching, His Declarations from God His Father, & His Work (both at that time of His speaking & of the future at the Cross).

Then Jesus' Own Words on repentance must figure as intrinsic to that "belief": Luke 13:1-5; Matthew 4:17; Mark 1:14,15. So, the "whosover believeth in Him should not perish" must include "repentance" in that "belief", or else believing in Christ is not real, at least insufficient to attain forgiveness & eternal life. So the word "belief" may indeed be a wonderful simple directive to attain salvation, yet the word is rich in meaning, requiring man's spiritual exercises in it, that give it full meaning & God's requirements.

    Dear Sir,

You wrote: "If according to the Old Testament God the Father created evil, then does it not follow that a part of God's nature contains evilness?"

"If according to the Old Testament God the Father created evil"...

That's false. God the Father hasn't created evil. Why would you assume that? There's nothing in the Old Testament as you claim that says such a thing. Go ahead and share every and all verses you assumed said that so we can get to the bottom of why you draw such a conclusion. I've read the Old Testament and have never seen such a thing, so we'll be interested in see your evidence for your claim.

God is good and created people with freewill. Just because people choose to disobey God doesn't automatically mean God is responsible for their behavior. Disobeying and defying God is evil. For example, God created angels, but just because one of the angels, choose evil (satan) doesn't mean God choose that. It's the opposite.

Now, let's analyze the other part of your assumption:

    >"then does it not follow that a part of God's nature contains evilness?"

No, it does not follow. God didn't create evil. Defying God is evil. God doesn't want you to deft and disobey Him. He loved you enough to give you freewill to choose to obey Him or not. Yes, you can choose evil and choose to commit horrible acts, but you can't blame it on God. It's 100% your own fault for sinning. Similarly if you have kids and they're grown up as fully responsible adults and commit a crime, is it your fault? Should you have shown love by forcing them into compliance like slaves so they wouldn't do that? Some people assume God should do that to squash freewill and get rid of evil, but they usually don't want the same to restrict themselves, however.

So, I believe your assumption is false and there is nothing in the Bible that says any such thing. Have you completely read the Bible and are you a Christian?

    Brother Dan,

Trumpets represent war. According to my summation, we have been living in the end-times since WWI, when the first trumpet sounded. When you say "Jesus said that only his father knows when the end time will be, and I believe Jesus." This is poorly written, and therefore patently false on two accounts: Jesus said we will know the end-times by the signs of the times he established, and no one but the Father knows the return of seventh trumpet Jesus. For what it's worth, it's obvious that the sixth trumpet, day of the Lord, has not sounded yet. If you are paying attention, you will be prepared for what's coming.

What historical events have been fulfilled by the trumpets? Do you have a list?

    2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Luke 18:17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein. 18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. 20 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.

James 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

Luke 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and DO NOT the things which I say?

    Hi Stephanie.

We worship EVERYDAY OF OUR LIVES!!!

We don't stop worshipping Sunday through Friday to make Saturday Special, Nor do we do that for any other day!! We need to understanding we're vessels!!

2 Timothy 2:20-21. But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

    WE DON'T FILL THESE VESSELS!!

We are LAMPSTANDS!! And OUR FATHER

    supplies oil!!

Matthew 5:14-16. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

""TRUE"" Worship is not of ourselves!!

Ephesians 2:10. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Worship is also NOT a place you Go!!

John 4:21, 23-24. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

    We are fruit barriers!!!

John 15:5. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

    WE DON'T PRODUCE THE FRUIT!!!

WORSHIP IS A NEW LIFE, NOT A 9 TO 5.

The Sabbath day is everyday because we don't do it. CHRIST DID!! We join him in his rest.

    We're beneficiaries of a Promise.

    GOD BLESS.

    Saint Michael,

I always thought it was God's fault for putting us through the storm with satan at the wheel. God could have skipped all the human pain and suffering and made us whole to begin with, but no, he allowed satan to reign over us, supreme. What is the point of prolonging the agony? Does the butterfly despise the caterpillar?

    Lex,

I study from a King James Bible. It does not have any Greek on the pages unless I have added it to a section to better help me in my understanding. There are so many places in scripture where we as English speaking people see words and one person will come up with one meaning and another person will come up with another. And in a sense, they would both be right because English is such a general language. We see a word in English and it might mean one thing to me and another to you or someone else because just like Hebrew, English is a very general language. But it's not so with the Greek. Greek is such an exact language. I think it was the Lord's plan to have an exact language for the New Testament. Since most of the NT is teaching/doctrine, there needed to be an exact language.

As far as where I get my info from, I do own a Strong's Concordance, and also a Greek Interlinear Bible. However, I don't spend too much time in either one. I also was given a copy of the Textus Receptus (TR) while I was in a Koine Greek study. I have learned to read Greek and at times I will read straight from the Greek Text (TR). I spent several years under the ministry of a professor who taught both Hebrew and Greek at Masters International School of Divinity. He taught and trained those who were going into the ministry. He retired from there and now pastors a small community church close to where I live.

I'm glad I was able to share something with you that helped. All glory to Christ Jesus!

I searched out, The Colors of China, in my study. China's colors change with each regime change.

The stars change and other objects. Each color has its own meaning.

I'll have more for you on this shortly.

It is interesting that they are mentioned in Scripture. That means we should study it; as, China is very prominent in "the news" every day.

Richard said:"You didn't answer my questions. You said I was"wrong"about the 2 witnesses, but not why.You had to Google it,I recognized the script you copied."

No,not Google script, you lie.My point is the Holy Scriptures, not your conjectures and false interpretations of the Word of GOD as posted.I have nothing to do with your counterfeit of the Word of GOD,much less to have to comment on your devilish lies.

To let readers know, here's quoted part of my post you replyed:

Richard You are wrong.Rev.7 reveals the number of FAITHFUL Israelites who will be saved, they are the prophetic remnant of the 12 tribes of Israel, they will be saved from imminent dangers. As it is written in the Word of GOD,all Jews who do not have the seal of GOD on their foreheads will be grievously tormented, and their torment will be like the torment of the scorpion when it hurts man.

Furthermore,GOD will punish severely the unfaithful Jews, God will send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie:believe in him whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish-2Ts.2-because they received not the love of the Truth, that they might be saved,so they all might be damned who believed not the truth-BELIEVED NOT IN JESUS-but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Yeah, except the sealed and faithful 144K,everyone else will believe in the esoteric, and kabbalistic, and spiritist messiah,a false messiah,"Who will oppose and exalt himself above all that is called GOD,or that is worshipped;so that he as God will sit in the temple of GOD, shewing himself that he is God"-2Ts.2.

The prophetic message of JESUS will fulfil LITERALLY. John 5:43-47:

43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if ANOTHER shall come in his own name(AN IMPOSTOR,A FALSE MESSIAH,A DECEIVER MESSIAH),him ye will receive.

    Mat.23:31-35

    Hi Sarah.

I see a Peter in all of us, We will fall apart in our long suit when times get tough. Peter thought he had enough in himself to love and worship the Lord for ministry but he failed "like all of us"

When the Holyspirit come, not only was he bold and equipped for the ministry but he was given the ability to love and die for the Lord.

As for the skeptics, If they deny the scripture convincing them of anything is impossible, However we stick with what's in scripture, All of them!!!

    Brother Vincent,

Interpreting end time prophesy is challengingto say the least, and to attribute an event(s) to a trumpet(s) in revelation is even harder.

You list events that took place recently. Not to say these events you listed aren't earth moving world events, but what about the fall and rise of the many great empires around the world over the past centuries, these were also great events.

Jesus said that only his father knows when the end time will be, and I believe Jesus.

Many past generations also felt as we do today that the end time is right around the cornerand it didn't happen in their time - and it may not happen in our timein reality it could last another day, another year, 10 years, 100 years, or many more.

    Mark 13:32

"But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father."

We do need to be prepared..because we don't know.none of us knowonly God!

    God Bless

Micah 6:8 - He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Brother Jesse Tacker, may CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.

Hebrews 1:3 Who (Christ) being the brightness of his (the Father's) glory, and the express image of His (the Father's) person, and upholding all things by the word of his (the Father's) power, when he (Christ) by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the majesty on High.

Revelation 3:14 ....The beginning of creation....

Christ was the FIRST MAN and he is GOD. The beginning (the first man) and the ending (the last man).

Psalms 82:6 I (God) have said, Ye are gods, the children of the most high.

John 10:34 Jesus answered them, is it not WRITTEN in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

    John 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom (CHRIST IN YOU) the word of God came unto; and the scripture cannot be broken;

Christ is CREATING Sons of God; exactly like him, when he is finished we will be gods just as he is.

Romans 8:29 ....To be conformed to the IMAGE of his Son ....

Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be IN YOU which was ALSO IN Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God thought it not robbery to be EQUAL WITH GOD.

The saints cannot rule and judge the world without being EXACTLY like God.

Isaiah 32:1 Behold a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgement.
