When we realize that Jesus knows everything about us! When you come too that realization, you have stepped into your destination.

Understanding the love of God is incomprehensible!

The woman at the well questioning Christ, how will He get this water? "If you knew the gift of God"!

These words are gifts of His will toward man. Sitting beside a well full of water that we all need to have to live. He proclaims we need more than this water, we need the water only He can give! Living water!

This water we have nothing to draw with, for it is a gift from Him that is a wellspring unto everlasting life!

You, who are the well spring know this life we have in this water.

For, We cannot live without it!

If God abhors evil and is always against it then why does Isaiah 45:7 state, "I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things." I understand that God does all things at all times but why does it state that He created evil? Isnt that going against God's stance on evil? Thank you for your time and God bless.

There's Judgment for sinners and There's chastening for believers.

Ether way I don't wish this on no one!

    Hebrews 10:26-31.

That's one reason why we preach the cross Continuously! There's blessings and on the other hand There's consequences therefore we preach repentance.

If there's no damnable consequences why preach?

We've been given an urge to preach God's grace. OUR MESSAGE HAS VIRTUE! IT IS SALVATION!!

It has eternal security for the believer! and it has the ONLY escape from Hell. It brings those out of darkness.

If there is another Gospel out there that don't have repentance, Holiness, no wrath of God and no hell. THEN IT CAN'T HAVE SALVATION. " What are you saved from? And if all go to heaven no matter what. Why do you preach and stand in the way of THE Gospel that we preach? It shouldn't bother you unless we have opposing spirits.

Here's what that heresy looks like .

They treat wrath as if it's reward. This is a errored teaching against the effects of the cross.

It speaks in this manner, "Forget the cross, We needs God's wrath!

Forget Holllyness, do evil so we can be thrown in the lake of fire and be purified.

It says Jesus died in vain!

It says God Love on display when Christ died on the cross was pointless.

They look at John 3:16. and

John 15:13, They don't say thank you Lord, They say it was unnecessary.

There's no preaching forgiveness for sins to those who trust In Christ, It says hell and the punishment reserved for Satan and his Angels is what you need.

Here's a direct quote from one just a few days ago "

.....Every sinner will have their part in the lake of fire....thank you Jesus that is what we ALL NEED....His baptism of the HG and Fire.

    That's their Goodnews/Gospel.

They say this is from God but they can't take that to their local Church. But they come on the site to attack the truth.

    Romans 10:15.

    Mark 16:15.

    God bless."

    Amen S.

    Well spoken.

    1 John 2:12.

I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you "FOR HIS NAME'S SAKE."

    Who's name SAKE? God.

    That speaks volumes!

John 3:18. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

    Thanks and

    God bless

Encouragement for any day...Salvation as it is in the Holy King James Bible:

There are many uncertainties in this life, but your soul's salvation does NOT need to be one of them. You can KNOW beyond any shadow of a doubt that you are saved and on your way to heaven. "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may KNOW that ye have eternal life" ( 1st John 5:13). We all know that we have to die, but we don't know when.

What must you do to be saved? You must repent and received the free gift of Grace of God by Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Read these verses below to help guide you along with path:

    John 14:6

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

You can't place your faith in a pastor/preacher/teacher, you can't place it in a movement and you most certainly can't place it in a church ministry (although not all have fallen away). You can only find truth and life (Salvation) in Christ Jesus. Whereby we hear this verse:

Acts 4:12 - Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

You cannot earn Salvation or get it by works. Many others use legalism as a way to add works to the simple message of Salvation. But there's not a work you can do to get saved. Christ fulfilled everything on the Cross.

    Titus 3:5

"Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;"

    Ephesians Chapter 2

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."

So knowing this...how do we get saved, I'll leave God's Word to speak above mine own:

    Romans 10:9

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
  • D W L on Luke 1 - 2 years ago
How can anyone tell Jesus he was wrong? There isn't time or space to write all there is to say about sin on this board but it won't enter into Gods heaven.

John 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, (and sin no more.)

John 5:14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: (sin no more), lest a worse thing come unto thee.

Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins

    LUKE 16:31

Luke 16:31 And if they hear not Mosses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rose from the dead.

Daniel 7:14 And there was GIVEN HIM dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that ALL PEOPLE, nations, and language, shall serve him: his dominion is an everlasting, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom which shall not be destroyed.

Daniel 7:27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, SHALL BE GIVEN to the people of the saints of the most high, and ALL dominions shall serve and obey him.

Amos 3:7 Surly the Lord God will do nothing but he revealeth HIS SECRETS unto his servants the prophets.

If there are two groups of people one going to heaven and one going to hell, God didn't reveal this to to Daniel.

One of those moments when you read and the KJV and you see something that startles you. BOTH individuals being crucified with Jesus reviled him; meaning the one that was saved, right before he was saved, actually called Jesus out in a derogatory manner? Mark 15:32. Series of events, from judgment on into eternity.

    Revelation 20:11-15.

Judgment and the division of two groups. Those written in the book of life and those cast into the lake of fire. Matthew 25:41.

    Revelation 21:1-6.

    New heaven and new earth.

    Revelation 21:7-8.

A mention of two separate groups set for two destinations.

Here in Revelation 21:9-27. we have

A view of the bride and great city Jerusalem and the nations of them which are saved and the gates.

Notice who's is absent in verse 27.(And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie:) Note; Same group in Revelation 20:15.

We shall see this group again in the next chapter.

However here's a group that made it in! ( but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.)

    Revelation 22:1-21.

    Verse 10 the climax.

"And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand."

    Separation. and fate sealed.

    NO REFINING FIRE.

Revelation 22:11-15. HE THAT IS UNJUST, LET HIM BE UNJUST STILL: and he which is filthy, LET HIM BE FILTHY STILL: and he that is righteous, LET HIM BE RIGHTEOUS STILL: and he that is holy, LET HIM BE HOLY STILL.

And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

FOR WITHOUT ARE DOGS, AND SORCERERS, AND WHOREMONGERS, AND MURDERERS, AND IDOLATERS, and WHOSOEVER LOVETH AND MAKETH A LIE.( Same group in Revelation 20:15.

    Revelation21: 27.)

    and Matthew 25:41.

Who's the unjust that is unjust still?

    A warning!! Revelation 22:18-19.

    God bless.

Does the bible sa anything no greater sin ?
  • Spike4187 on Mark 6 - 2 years ago
In Matthew and Luke, the Bible tells us that Jesus could not do many miracles in his home town because of their unbelief. Marks version is "could not do no mighty work" and Matthew is a little different it says "and he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief" A prosperity type preacher told me that we unleash the power of God. We bind things in heaven and earth and God can't do anything unless we let him. Kenneth Copeland also says this.

This preacher became angry with me because I disagreed with his interpretation of scripture. I told him Jesus said, when we ask God the Father for something and we doubt, he won't do it for us or he won't grant our request because we doubt or lack faith that he will do it. Its not that God can't but rather he won't because the person asking is doubting and that would be in violation of his word. If God says he won't if we doubt and we ask him doubting in our heart.....then he won't because he said he wouldn't!!!!! If he did anyway in spite or our doubt then he would be violating his own word!

My question to you is what is your interpretation? Jesus did not do many miracles because he couldn't because their lack of faith stripped him of his power or he would not because he already told us God the Father won't grant doubters their requests and if he did he would be violating his own word.

"And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe."

These are those who do His will. The Angels of God!

The angels who bear the pruning shears until this time! Who do the will of the husbandman!

The vineyard is this place of growth, (the world) as Christ has said before, a place of the wheat and the tares!

We who know these things, understand who the messengers are ,and their purpose in the kingdom, for these are the workmanship of His will, for the sake of Christ ,who was made a little lower than these His Angels!

Profound is the message to those who are in the vine, who's confidence are in His words?

Are you listening, are you waiting, while the storms may come, as the lightening shines between us ,if only for a second and then go away, are you abiding still in the vine?

The times of restitution shall come as a thief in the night! If the Goodman of the house had known, He would have been ready!

Repent and be Baptized in the name of the Father ,and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Rev. 14;14

    CORRECTION:

Could that really be described as a case of one only seeking confirmation or validation, for the purpose of doing, whatever one already had in mind to do - prior to having asked the question?
  • Phyllis - 2 years ago
    T.Levis,

I concur with Your reply to Ken, and GOD'S Word prevails overall; so, Amen!

Actually, prior to having read the topic of discussion between You and Ken, I had received the same revelation regarding the topic, as Your reply, so very well relayed to Ken, who asked a great question, but obviously to no avail.

Furthermore, in which lies the danger of the facade of seeking Knowledge, but only to arrive at the same conclusion of doing whatever one wants to do regardless to Truth, or Scriptures?

Could that really be described as a case of one only seeking confirmation or validation of what one ever one already had in mind to do, prior to having asked the question?

Nevertheless, GOD'S Word triumphs all opinions, and in reference to the Wisdom of GOD:

    Proverbs 1:5

"A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:"

    Proverbs 1:7

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of Knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction."

    King James Version (KJV)

  • Margo Mun on Job 1 - 2 years ago
    Job 1:6

A friend referenced this verse indicating that when the sons of God (i.e., Job) came to present themselves before the Lord ... and Satan also came along.

Might you know where this meeting took place? Was it in Heaven?

My church buddy says that the meeting may have taken place in Heaven and that if Satan came along, then Satan has access to go to Heaven. Is this true?

In addition, she says that if Satan is present in Heaven or when he has access to Heaven, and He is evil and full of sin, then does that mean Heaven is no longer a sinless place where no evil exists?

I need to clarify this line of thinking because that's new to me.

I appreciate your time on this. Thank you, Margo
